I This invention relates to adjustable electric light sockets andparticularly to that type in which the lamp socket is movably attached and Y electrically connected to a plug which in turn fits 5 a stationary socket; 3 1
It is the object of the present invention to provide a socketof this type which permits the lamp in the socket to assume all radialdirections of a hemisphere without the use of a universal orball joint. I I I I It. is a further object of the invention to obtain' a very large free space for the'conductors which join the plug members of the. device electrically to the'socket member sothat they are safely protected against injury and short circuits'. r
