What I--claim iszv '1. In combination, a housing comprising a back member having a cup-shaped central portion and an inwardly opening channel extending from the edge of the open side of the central its peripheral portion positioned and fitting in said channel, a

The combination of a housing comprising a member having a cup-shaped portion and an opening channel extending from the edge of the opera side of the portion and a second member formed adjacent the first member and having its peripheral portion positioned and fitting insaid cated so as to be oifset with respect to said lock- 4 ing means, and a tumbler comprising ahead, a

channel, a locking plate arranged in the first member and having its peripheral portion fitting in said channel and having locking means there-' on extending toward the central portion of the first member; said central portion having a keyway slot therein positioned oifset with respect to the locking means, and a tumbler comprising a head, a stem extending therefrom and a key portion formed on the end of the stem, said tumbler portion bein positioned with the head andstem thereof outside of the first member and the key portion extending through the slot and positioned within the first member between the central portion of the first member and the looking plate, a compression spring on the stem engaging the head and the first member; said key portion and locking means being so constructed and'arranged that the key portion after insertion through said slot and rotation to a predetermined an'gie is engaged by the locking means and I held against rotation in'either direction.
