Abstract

Disclosed in the present invention is an all-in-one tool for bathing and self-care designed to cleanse, exfoliate, remove, soothe and moisturize your total body, comprising body scrubber; self-filled lotion applicator; back scrubber, and a handle. The tool for bathing and self-care according to claim 1, wherein the tool further comprises head attachments as an exclusive long-curved handle to help with reaching those hard-to-reach areas of the back and smooth grip grooves in the bottom section for handling. The handle is assembled via a top, middle and bottom section that is fixed to make up the entire handle.

Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD OF INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to personal grooming of human body, and more specifically, to all-in-one bathing and self-care tool package to cleanse, exfoliate, remove, soothe and moisturize your total body.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • The U.S. Pat. No. 7,470,077B2 of 2005 by L'Oreal, SA describes an applicator device for a product, in particular a cosmetic product. The applicator device for a cosmetic product includes a backing sheet in which at least one applicator is cut out or pre-cut. The backing sheet includes a first face which, over at least part of the applicator, holds the cosmetic product, and a second face having an adhesive associated therewith over at least part of the applicator. In addition, a film extends over at least the adhesive-coated part of the second face, with the film capable of being at least partially detached from the backing sheet to give access to the applicator and enabling the applicator to be lifted off by its adhesive face. However, while above prior art relates to product applicators for cosmetic products, which is designed to adhere to one or more fingers to facilitate application of the product on a surface to be treated, the proposed invention discloses an “all-in-one bathing and self-care tool package” with interchange body scrubber, self-filled lotion applicator, back scrubber, and other essentials.
  • The U.S. design patent No. 884481S1 of 2017 Jan. 19 by HCT Group Holding Ltd discloses a combined cosmetics dispenser and applicator. However, while above prior art discloses combined cosmetics dispenser and applicator, the proposed invention discloses a tool with an interchange body scrubber, self-filled lotion applicator, back scrubber, and other essentials.
  • The U.S. design patent No. 902491S1 of 2018 Sep. 21 by Manuel De la Cruz. Claims a body scrubber design as an ornamental design for a body scrubber. However, while above prior art discloses body scrubber, the proposed invention discloses a tool with an interchange body scrubber, self-filled lotion applicator, back scrubber, and other essentials.
  • Therefore, introduction of a new device for bathing and self-care tool package comprising features being proposed in the present invention is dire.
  • OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
  • The main object of the present invention is to provide a personal grooming of human body having an all-in-one bathing and self-care tool package to cleanse, exfoliate, remove, soothe and moisturize your total body.
  • The following summary is an explanation of some of the general inventive steps for the system, method, architecture and container in the description.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The following is a summary of the invention, which is not an extensive overview of the invention. This summary is not intended to identify critical elements of the invention or in any way to delineate the scope.
  • In one general embodiment, the present invention describes an all-in-one bathing and self-care tool package to cleanse, exfoliate, remove, soothe and moisturize your total body.
  • In another embodiment, the invention presents a handle and head attachments is currently a three in one bathing and self-care tool package that has the following interchangeable attachment heads: body scrubber, self-filled lotion 0applicator, back scrubber, and other essentials to be added later. This package will cleanse, exfoliate, remove, soothe and moisturize your total body.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

The illustrative embodiments, however, as well as a preferred mode of use, further objectives, and descriptions thereof, will best be understood by reference to the following detailed description of one or more illustrative embodiments of the present disclosure when read in conjunction with the accompanying drawing.
  • FIG. 1 illustrates an exploded view attachments of the device assembly as described in the present invention.
  • FIG. 2 is a side view of self-filled lotion applicator of the bathing and self-care tool.
  • FIG. 3 is a side view of the flexible container and sponge of the bathing and self-care tool.
  • FIG. 4 shows a side view of the sponge of the bathing and self-care tool.
  • FIG. 5 is a side view of the flexible container of the bathing and self-care tool.
  • FIG. 6 illustrates a side view of a cap of the bathing and self-care tool
  • FIG. 7 shows a side view of the body scrubber of the bathing and self-care tool.
  • FIG. 8 shows a side view of a handle of the bathing and self-care tool.
  • FIG. 9 shows a side view of a back scrubber of the bathing and self-care tool.
  • FIG. 10 shows a side view of a middle handle of the bathing and self-care tool.
  • FIG. 11 shows a side view of a bottom handle of the bathing and self-care tool.
  • The above figures describe an automated smoothie dispensing system and components contained in therein, their layout, and location. They only identify the possible various tools and location of the compartment. Customization of the device to a specific model is possible.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
  • In the following detailed description of the invention, numerous details, examples, and embodiments of the invention are described. However, it will be clear and apparent to those knowledgeable in the field that the invention is not limited to the embodiments set forth and that the invention can be adapted for a wider range of applications.
  • In this description, the terms “comprising,” “including,” “containing,” “characterized by,” and grammatical equivalents thereof are inclusive or open-ended terms that do not exclude additional, un-recited elements or method acts, but also include the more restrictive terms “consisting of” and “consisting essentially of” and grammatical equivalents thereof. As used herein, the term “may” with respect to a material, structure, feature or method act indicates that such is contemplated for use in implementation of an embodiment of the disclosure and such term is used in preference to the more restrictive term “is” so as to avoid any implication that other, compatible materials, structures, features and methods usable in combination therewith should or must be, excluded.
  • The singular forms “a,” “an,” and “the” are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
  • The term “and/of” includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items. As used herein, relational terms, such as “first,” “second,” “top,” “bottom,” “upper,” “lower,” “over,” “under,” etc., are used for clarity and convenience in understanding the disclosure and do not connote or depend on any specific preference, orientation, or order, except where the context clearly indicates otherwise.
  • According to FIG. 1 -FIG. 11 , the present invention describes a man and lady's handle and head attachments with a three-in-one bathing and self-care tool package that has the following interchangeable attachment heads: body scrubber 3, self-filled lotion applicator 5, back scrubber 3, and other essentials. This package will cleanse, exfoliate, remove, soothe and moisturize your total body.
  • In FIG. 1 , the invention illustrates an exploded view attachments of the device assembly comprising a handle assembly 1, attached to a handle 2 that is connected to back scrubber 4. In FIG. 2 , the self-filled lotion applicator has a flexible container 6 with a cap 8. The container is connected to a sponge 7. FIG. 3 is a side view of the flexible container 6 and sponge 7 of the bathing and self-care tool. FIG. 4 shows a side view of the sponge 7 of the bathing and self-care tool presented in various views and sections.
  • In another similar embodiment according to FIG. 5 , the invention shows a side view of the flexible container 7 of the bathing and self-care tool. In FIG. 6 , it illustrates a side view of a cap 8 of the bathing and self-care tool and its sectional view. FIG. 7 shows a side view of the body scrubber 3 of the bathing and self-care tool in different views.
  • In FIG. 8 , the invention shows a side view of a handle 1 and its tip and presented on the bathing and self-care tool. In FIG. 9 , the invention shows a side view of a back scrubber 4 as fixed on the handle 2 of the bathing and self-care tool. FIG. 10 shows a side view of a middle handle 10 as fixed to the bottom and upper handles (not shown) of the bathing and self-care tool. Yet in FIG. 11, the invention shows a side view of a bottom handle 11 and its sectional view for clarification of the subject matter with thread profile 10A being claimed.
  • The Handle/Tool 2, which all current and future head attachments will interface with, is an exclusive long-curved handle 2 to help with reaching those hard-to-reach areas of the back. It also has smooth grip grooves in the bottom section for handling. The handle 2 is assembled via a top, middle and bottom section that will make up the entire handle 2.
  • The body scrubber 4 head will help with cleansing & exfoliates hard to reach areas on the back, especially those muscular men that have a hard time cleaning the back area. It will be the most original body scrubber 3 on the market with its unique T-shape form to be able to scrub in cross direction sections of the back simultaneously.
  • The self-filled lotion applicator 5 is a combination of applicator solution. It has a container to hold the personal lotion. Just insert the lotion as it is applied to the back and will come out if the sponge pores right onto the back for a smooth, evenly lubricated feel. It will moisturize the entire back easier, especially those hard-to-reach areas like the lower back and between the shoulder blades with the use of the long-curved handle 2.
  • As well as the thighs and hamstrings to make sure they are thoroughly lubricated and hydrated properly. Its curved M-shaped was inspired by the Mississippi Bridge the stretches from the Memphis Tennessee and West Memphis Arkansas State borders. The way it is shaped is made to hydrate and lubricate down the spine of the back along with each side of the back.
  • With this added feature customers will have the following benefits:
      • a. ease of use for lotion application;
      • b. fully lubricated back covering the entirety of the back, and
      • c. all in one solution technology.
  • For travel purpose, the handle 2 can be unscrewed between the middle and bottom sections to ease traveling and/or storage.

  • Black (Handle), Gold and Rose Gold.
  • Novelty
  • The above description the tool packages for body and back scrubbing and lotion or cosmetic applicator does not exist in the market. There are no prior art documents or publications that describes an all-in-one bathing and self-care tool package with interchange body scrubber 3, self-filled lotion applicator 5, back scrubber 3, and other essentials as proposed by the client.
  • A combination of the above three elements in a self-care tool package is novel and comprises an inventive step.
  • The following features comprise some novel elements:
      • A handle/tool 2 with head attachments that can interfaced with an exclusive long-curved handle to help with reaching those hard-to reach areas of the back is new.
      • A tool with smooth grip grooves in the bottom section for handling is novel.
      • For travel purposes, the handle can be unscrewed between the middle and bottom sections to ease traveling and/or storage.
      • A body scrubber head that is designed to help with cleansing & exfoliates hard to reach areas of the back, especially those muscular men that have a hard time cleaning the back area is unique. The back scrubber 4 has an attachment head 4A is meant to scratch itchy spots of the body especially those hard-to-reach areas of your back. Like the other attachments, this will also interface with the main handle for 3 in 1 versatility.
      • A unique T-shape form of the body scrubber 3 capable of simultaneously scrubbing in cross direction sections of the back is original.
      • A self-filled lotion applicator 5 crafted to moisturize the entire back easier, especially those hard-to-reach areas like the lower back and between the shoulder blades with the use of the long-curved handle 2. This Self-Filled Lotion Applicator 5 is a combination of applicator plus the lotion, in an all-in-one Self-filled Lotion Applicator solution. This self-filled lotion applicator has a container to hold the personal lotion. Just pour your lotion in the container and the lotion as it is applied to your back will come out of the sponge pores right onto your back for a smooth, evenly lubricated feel! It will moisturize the entire back more easily, especially those hard-to-reach areas like the lower back and between the shoulder blades with the use of the long-curved handle. As well as the thighs and hamstrings to make sure they are thoroughly lubricated and hydrated properly. It is curved M-shaped and was inspired by the Mississippi Bridge that stretches from the Memphis Tennessee and West Memphis Arkansas state borders.       • The way self-filled lotion applicator 5 shaped is made to hydrate and lubricate down the spine of the back along with each side of the back simultaneously.
  • The above features provide an added advantage and makes tool novel and patentable.
  • The processes or methods could be implemented using several sub-processes, or as part of a larger macro process. Thus, one of ordinary knowledge in the field would understand that the invention is not to be limited by the foregoing illustrative details, but rather is to be defined by the appended claims.
  • INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION
  • The present invention applies to personal grooming of human body. The invention introduces an all-in-one bathing and self-care tool package to cleanse, exfoliate, remove, soothe and moisturize your total body. Customers will benefit in its ease of use for lotion application, fully lubricated back covering the entirety of your back and all in one solution technology. For travel purpose, the handle can be unscrewed between the middle and bottom section in make for an ease of travel and/or storage.

Claims (9)

What is claimed is:
1. An all-in-one tool for bathing and self-care designed to cleanse, exfoliate, remove, soothe and moisturize your total body, comprising:
a body scrubber;
a self-filled lotion applicator;
a back scrubber, and
a handle.
2. The tool for bathing and self-care according to claim 1, wherein the tool further comprises head attachments as an exclusive long-curved handle to help with reaching those hard-to-reach areas of the back and smooth grip grooves in the bottom section for handling.
3. The tool for bathing and self-care according to claim 2, wherein the handle is assembled via a top, middle and bottom section that is fixed to make up the entire handle.
4. The tool for bathing and self-care according to claim 1, wherein the body scrubber head is crafted to help with cleansing & exfoliates hard to reach areas on the back, especially those muscular men that have a hard time cleaning the back area.
5. The tool for bathing and self-care according to claim 4, wherein the body scrubber head has a unique T-shape form to be able to scrub in cross direction sections of the back simultaneously.
6. The tool for bathing and self-care according to claim 1, wherein the self-filled lotion applicator is designed to easily moisturize the entire back, especially those hard-to-reach areas like the lower back and between the shoulder blades with the use of the long-curved handle as well as the thighs and hamstrings to make sure they are thoroughly lubricated and hydrated properly.
7. The tool for bathing and self-care according to claim 6, wherein the self-filled lotion applicator is M-shaped curved and is designed to hydrate and lubricate down the spine of the back along with each side of the back simultaneously:
a means for ease of use for lotion application;
a fully lubricated back covering the entirety of the back, and
an all-in-one solution technology.
8. The tool for bathing and self-care according to claim 6, wherein the handle is made of silicone or rubber material and presented in black gold and rose gold.
9. The tool for bathing and self-care according to claim 8, wherein for travel purpose, the handle can be unscrewed between the middle and bottom section in make for an ease of travel and/or storage.
