Abstract
A support leg and a connecting rod in the present invention are fixed together through fitting between an insertion portion and a wedge-shaped insertion slot. When subjected to external omnidirectional pressure, the insertion portion can go lower and fit tighter, making a gap smaller without wobbling, thus allowing for a simple structure with good stability.
Description
- The present invention relates to the technical field of daily life, specifically to a bed frame connecting structure and a bed frame.
- In modern society, folding beds are flexible to use, and occupy a small space when not in use. They are favored by a large amount of consumers because during use, a folding bed frame is unfolded and quickly assembled with other auxiliary horizontal rod components into a bed frame, meeting the user's need.
- Conventional mounting of existing bed frames typically involves using screws to secure connecting rods, resulting in a complex structure with cumbersome assembly steps. Additionally, such mounting also includes assembly through an insertion method, where a square insertion tab is fitted with and fixed in a square insertion slot. In this insertion process, a gap is inevitably present between the insertion tab and the insertion slot, causing wobbling and poor stability.
- In view of this, the applicant has conducted in-depth research on the above problems, which led to the creation of the present invention.
- An objective of the present invention is to provide a bed frame connecting structure with a simple structure and good stability.
- To achieve the above objective, the following technical solution is used in the present invention:
- A bed frame connecting structure is provided, including a support leg and a connecting rod. An end of the connecting rod is provided with a connector, and a side wall of the support leg is fixedly connected to a clamping member. The clamping member includes a first side plate, a second side plate, a third side plate, and a fourth side plate. The first side plate is opposite the fourth side plate, the first side plate and the fourth side plate are both connected fixedly or integrally to one of side walls of the support leg, the second side plate is connected fixedly or integrally to a side of the first side plate away from the support leg, and the third side plate is connected fixedly or integrally to a side of the fourth side plate away from the support leg. A side of the second side plate away from the first side plate and a side of the third side plate away from the fourth side plate are connected fixedly or integrally, and the second side plate and the third side plate form an acute angle. The first side plate, the second side plate, the third side plate, the fourth side plate, and the side wall of the support leg jointly enclose an insertion slot that communicates vertically. An outer contour of a cross section of the insertion slot is pentagonal. The connector includes a first connector and a second connector that are connected integrally. The second connector includes a first plate, second plates fixedly connected in one-to-one correspondence to two sides of the first plate, and third plates fixedly connected in one-to-one correspondence to sides of the second plates away from the first plate. The first plate, the two second plates, and the two third plates jointly enclose a hollow insertion portion. The first connector is fixedly connected to an end of the connecting rod, and the insertion portion is inserted into the insertion slot. An outer peripheral surface of the insertion portion closely fits with an inner side surface of the insertion slot, and an outer contour of a cross section of an opening of the insertion slot remains unchanged. The first side plate, the second side plate, the third side plate, and the fourth side plate gradually decrease in dimension from one end facing the connecting rod to the other end.
- As an improvement of the present invention, the first connector includes a connecting plate and limiting plates fixedly connected in one-to-one correspondence to two sides of the connecting plate, the connecting plate and the two limiting plates jointly enclose a positioning groove, and an end of the connecting rod is fixed and connected through insertion in the positioning groove.
- As an improvement of the present invention, the connecting rod is a square rod.
- As an improvement of the present invention, an outer contour of a cross section of the support leg is in the shape of a right-angle sector.
- Another objective of this application is to provide a bed frame, including the foregoing bed frame connecting structure.
- With the use of the above technical solution, the present invention has the following beneficial effects:
- In the present invention, the first side plate, the second side plate, the third side plate, and the fourth side plate are arranged with the dimension gradually decreasing from one end facing a connecting rod to the other end, and fit with each other to form a wedge-shaped insertion slot. The support leg and the connecting rod are fixed together through fitting between the insertion portion and the wedge-shaped insertion slot. When subjected to external omnidirectional pressure, the insertion portion can go lower and fit tighter, making the gap smaller without wobbling, thus allowing for a simple structure with good stability.

The outer contour of the cross section of the support leg 10 is in the shape of a right-angle sector, and the connecting rod 20 is a conventional square rod. One end of the connecting rod 20 is fixedly connected to a connector, and the specific fixed connection method between them may be a conventional method such as welding or bonding. In this embodiment, the fixed connection method is described using welding as an example. A clamping member is fixedly connected to the side wall of the support leg 10. The support leg 10 and the connecting rod 20 are fixed together through the fitting of the connector and the clamping member, without any bolt, making the structure simple and easy to assemble and disassemble. - The clamping member includes a first side plate 21, a second side plate 22, a third side plate 23, and a fourth side plate 24. The first side plate 21 is opposite the fourth side plate 24, the first side plate 21 and the fourth side plate 24 are both connected fixedly or integrally to one of side walls of the support leg 10, the second side plate 22 is connected fixedly or integrally to a side of the first side plate 21 away from the support leg 10, and the third side plate 23 is connected fixedly or integrally to a side of the fourth side plate 24 away from the support leg 10. A side of the second side plate 22 away from the first side plate 21 and a side of the third side plate 23 away from the fourth side plate 24 are connected fixedly or integrally, and the second side plate 22 and the third side plate 23 form an acute angle. The first side plate 21, the second side plate 22, the third side plate 23, the fourth side plate 24, and the side wall of the support leg 10 jointly enclose an insertion slot 25 that communicates vertically. An outer contour of a cross section of the insertion slot 25 is pentagonal. The connector includes a first connector and a second connector that are connected integrally. The second connector includes a first plate, second plates fixedly connected in one-to-one correspondence to two sides of the first plate, and third plates fixedly connected in one-to-one correspondence to sides of the second plates away from the first plate. The first plate, the two second plates, and the two third plates jointly enclose a hollow insertion portion 28. The first connector is fixedly connected to an end of the connecting rod 20, and the insertion portion 28 is inserted into the insertion slot 25. An outer peripheral surface of the insertion portion 28 closely fits with an inner side surface of the insertion slot 25, and an outer contour of a cross section of an opening of the insertion slot 25 remains unchanged. The first side plate 21, the second side plate 22, the third side plate 23, and the fourth side plate 24 gradually decrease in dimension from one end facing the connecting rod 20 to the other end. This ensures that the bed frame connecting structure, when subjected to external omnidirectional pressure, can go lower, fit tighter, and be inserted more firmly, thereby ensuring a smaller gap between the support leg 10 and the connecting rod 20, further improving the stability of the connection.
- The first connector includes a connecting plate 27 and limiting plates 26 fixedly connected in one-to-one correspondence to two sides of the connecting plate 27. The support leg 10 and the connecting rod 20 are fixed together through fitting between the insertion portion 28 and the wedge-shaped insertion slot 25. When subjected to external omnidirectional pressure, the insertion portion can go lower and fit tighter, making the gap smaller without wobbling, thus allowing for a simple structure with good stability.
- As shown in
FIGS. 3 and 4 , this embodiment provides a bed frame, including multiple support legs 10 and multiple connecting rods 20. In this embodiment, there may be four support legs 10 and four connecting rods 20. The four connecting rods 20 include two horizontal rods arranged opposite and two vertical rods arranged opposite. Based on the above bed frame connecting structure, one horizontal rod is arranged between the first ends of the two vertical rods, and the other horizontal rod is arranged between the second ends of the two vertical rods. Thus, a rectangular bed frame is formed through fitting of two horizontal rods, two vertical rods, and four support legs 10. - In this embodiment, based on the bed frame connecting structure, the tight fitting between the insertion portion 29 and the insertion slot 25 allows the support legs 10 and connecting rods 20 to be easily assembled through insertion into a bed frame with a simple and more stable structure, facilitating assembly.
- Furthermore, each connecting rod 20 may be divided into a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod. The ends of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod that are close to each other are connected by a central shaft mounting seat. The ends of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod that are far from each other are fixed based on the above bed frame connecting structure. It should be noted that the central shaft mounting seat is a conventional central shaft mounting seat and will not be detailed here. The first connecting rod and the second connecting rod can be folded or unfolded to facilitate folding. Certainly, the central shaft mounting seat is fixedly mounted at the top of a first square support leg. It should be noted that the first square support leg is a conventional square support leg. That is, there are four support legs 10, four first square support legs, four first connecting rods, four second connecting rods, four central shaft mounting seats. The four support legs 10, four square support legs, four first connecting rods, four central shaft mounting seats, and four second connecting rods are connected together based on the above bed frame connecting structure to form a rectangular bed frame. The clamping member is arranged on the side of the first square support leg facing the center of the rectangular bed frame.
- Furthermore, a second square support leg is also provided at the central position of the bed frame. The second square support leg is fixedly mounted with a central shaft mounting seat. It should be noted that the second square support leg is a conventional square support leg. The clamping members are respectively arranged on both sides of the second square support leg. That is, there are four support legs 10, four first square support legs, one second square support leg, six first connecting rods, six second connecting rods, and five central shaft mounting seats. The four support legs 10, four first square support legs, one second square support leg, six first connecting rods, five central shaft mounting seats, and six second connecting rods are connected together based on the above bed frame connecting structure to form a rectangular bed frame. This configuration makes the connection firmer and more stable.
- The present invention is described above in detail with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the foregoing implementations. Those skilled in the art can make various modifications to the present invention based on the prior art, all of which fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
