Abstract
A height-adjustable desk with a damping device includes a supporting frame, a first desk board, a base, a telescopic adjustment member and a damping member. The supporting frame includes a first supporting assembly and a second supporting assembly. A middle part of the first supporting assembly is hinged to a middle part of the second supporting assembly. A first end of the first supporting assembly is hinged to the first desk board, and a second end of the second supporting assembly is slidably connected to the first desk board. A first end of the second supporting assembly is hinged to the base, and a second end of the first supporting assembly is slidably connected to the base. A first end of the telescopic adjustment member is hinged to the first supporting assembly. A first end of the damping member is hinged to the first supporting assembly.
Description
- The present disclosure relates to the technical field of computer desks, and in particular, to a height-adjustable desk with a damping device.
- In an office, people need to use computers extensively and frequently. People spend a lot of time sitting in the office every day. However, due to a standard height of an office desk and a fixed position for placing a computer, a person cannot freely adjust a placement height of a computer, and cannot adjust an appropriate computer position according to a height of a seat and a height of the user. Over time, this can easily lead to problems such as cervical spondylosis, lumbar diseases, and pain in the shoulders and neck, seriously affecting the health. Therefore, people usually select a desktop desk to adjust the height of a computer.
- At present, some desktop desks are manually adjustable, with a foldable bracket that adjusts the height in different locking positions. This product is inconvenient to use. Due to the weights of both the computer and the desk, it is difficult for a user to raise the desktop. There are automatically adjustable desktop desks too. A user can press a button to release a start spring, and the start spring pushes the computer to rise up. Or, a user can press a button and press the desktop down to lower the desktop. However, due to a high reset force of the start spring of this product, when a user presses the button, the desktop is easy to quickly bounce up. It not only easily causes the computer and other office items to fall off or be damaged, but also makes the user feel worse. The impact force can easily cause hand injuries and a poor use experience.
- For this purpose, the present disclosure provides a height-adjustable desk with a damping device, which can effectively solve the above problems. The height-adjustable desk has a simple structure and is convenient to use, and the height of the height-adjustable desk can be slowly adjusted.
- In order to overcome the shortcomings of the prior art, the present disclosure provides a height-adjustable desk with a damping device. The height-adjustable desk has a simple structure and is convenient to use, and the height of the height-adjustable desk can be slowly adjusted.
- The technical solution adopted by the present disclosure to solve the technical problem is as follows.
- A height-adjustable desk with a damping device, includes:

- a supporting frame, wherein the supporting frame includes a first supporting assembly and a second supporting assembly; a middle part of the first supporting assembly is hinged to a middle part of the second supporting assembly;
- a first desk board, wherein a first end of the first supporting assembly is hinged to the first desk board, and a second end of the second supporting assembly is slidably connected to the first desk board;
- a base, wherein a first end of the second supporting assembly is hinged to the base, and a second end of the first supporting assembly is slidably connected to the base;
- a telescopic adjustment member, wherein a first end of the telescopic adjustment member is hinged to the first supporting assembly; a second end of the telescopic adjustment member is hinged to the second supporting assembly; the telescopic adjustment member extends and retracts between a retraction length and an extension length to drive relative rotation between the first supporting assembly and the second supporting assembly; and
- a damping member, wherein a first end of the damping member is hinged to the first supporting assembly; a second end of the damping member is hinged to the second supporting assembly; and the damping member provides a damping force to hinder the relative rotation between the first supporting assembly and the second supporting assembly.
- As an improvement of the present disclosure, the telescopic adjustment member is a pneumatic spring; the pneumatic spring is provided with a cylinder and a piston rod; the piston rod is connected to a piston; and air in the cylinder drives the piston to slide, so as to drive the piston rod to slide relative to the cylinder.
- As an improvement of the present disclosure, the height-adjustable desk with the damping device further includes a switch device, wherein the switch device is connected to the pneumatic spring and adjusts an air pressure in the cylinder.
- As an improvement of the present disclosure, the switch device includes a switch shell, a press plate, and a reset spring; the switch shell is connected to a lower surface of the first desk board; the press plate is connected to the switch shell and rotates between an on position and an off position; and the reset spring drives the press plate to be reset to the off position.
- As an improvement of the present disclosure, the first desk board is provided with a first sliding rail; the base is provided with a second sliding rail; a first rolling wheel is arranged at the second end of the second supporting assembly; a second rolling wheel is arranged at the second end of the first supporting assembly; the first rolling wheel rolls in the first sliding rail; and the second rolling wheel rolls in the second sliding rail.
- As an improvement of the present disclosure, the damping member includes a damping sleeve and a damping rod; and the damping rod is in damped sliding in the damping sleeve.
- As an improvement of the present disclosure, the height-adjustable desk with the damping device further includes a second desk board, wherein the second desk board is connected to the first desk board through a connector; and the second desk board is located below the first desk board and extends outwards relative to one side edge of the first desk board.
- As an improvement of the present disclosure, a first end of the connector is connected to an edge of a lower surface of the first desk board; a second end of the connector extends in a direction facing away from the first desk board; and the second desk board is connected to the second end of the connector.
- As an improvement of the present disclosure, a first connecting block is convexly arranged on the second supporting assembly, and a first end of the damping member is hinged to the first connecting block.
- As an improvement of the present disclosure, a second connecting block is convexly arranged on the second supporting assembly, and a second end of the telescopic adjustment member is hinged to the second connecting block.
- As an improvement of the present disclosure, the connector is provided with a through hole.
- As an improvement of the present disclosure, the first supporting assembly includes two first supporting rods and two first connecting rods. The two first connecting rods are arranged between the two first supporting rods, and the first end of the telescopic adjustment member is hinged to one of the first connecting rods.
- As an improvement of the present disclosure, the second supporting assembly includes a second connecting rod, a pivot rod, and two second supporting rods. The second connecting rod is arranged between the two second supporting rods, and the pivot rod is arranged at end portions of the two first supporting rods.
- As an improvement of the present disclosure, the two ends of the pivot rod protrude out of outer surfaces of the two second connecting rods, and the two first rolling wheels are respectively connected to the two ends of the pivot rod.
- The present disclosure has the beneficial effects By the arrangement of the above structure, during use, a length of the telescopic adjustment member is adjusted. The first supporting assembly and the second supporting assembly can change an angle between the first supporting assembly and the second supporting assembly. The second end of the first supporting assembly slides relative to the base, and the second end of the second supporting assembly slides relative to the first desk board, to change the overall height of the height-adjustable desk. Meanwhile, the damping member increases a damping force to change the length of the telescopic adjustment member slowly and uniformly. This prevents a situation of falling and damage of office items such as a computer due to quick changes in the height of the supporting frame. Moreover, a user adjusts the height more smoothly. It is more convenient to use the height-adjustable desk.
- In order to explain the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure more clearly, the following will briefly introduce the accompanying drawings used in the embodiments. The drawings in the following description are only some embodiments of the present disclosure. Those of ordinary skill in the art can obtain other drawings based on these drawings without creative work.
- The present disclosure is further described below in detail in combination with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

FIG. 1 toFIG. 6 , a height-adjustable desk with a damping device includes: -
- a supporting frame 100, wherein the supporting frame 100 includes a first supporting assembly 110 and a second supporting assembly 120; a middle part of the first supporting assembly 110 is hinged to a middle part of the second supporting assembly 120;
- a first desk board 200, wherein a first end of the first supporting assembly 110 is hinged to the first desk board 200, and a second end of the second supporting assembly 120 is slidably connected to the first desk board 200;
- a base 300, wherein a first end of the second supporting assembly 120 is hinged to the base 300, and a second end of the first supporting assembly 110 is slidably connected to the base 300;
- a telescopic adjustment member 400, wherein a first end of the telescopic adjustment member 400 is hinged to the first supporting assembly 110; a second end of the telescopic adjustment member 400 is hinged to the second supporting assembly 120; the telescopic adjustment member 400 extends and retracts between a retraction length and an extension length to drive relative rotation between the first supporting assembly 110 and the second supporting assembly 120; and
- a damping member 500, wherein a first end of the damping member 500 is hinged to the first supporting assembly 110; a second end of the damping member 500 is hinged to the second supporting assembly 120; and the damping member 500 provides a damping force to hinder the relative rotation between the first supporting assembly 110 and the second supporting assembly 120.
- By the arrangement of the above structure, during use, a length of the telescopic adjustment member 400 is adjusted. The first supporting assembly 110 and the second supporting assembly 120 can change an angle between the first supporting assembly 110 and the second supporting assembly 120. The second end of the first supporting assembly 110 slides relative to the base 300, and the second end of the second supporting assembly 120 slides relative to the first desk board 200, to change the overall height of the height-adjustable desk. Meanwhile, the damping member 500 increases a damping force to change the length of the telescopic adjustment member 400 slowly and uniformly. This prevents a situation of falling and damage of office items such as a computer due to quick changes in the height of the supporting frame 100. Moreover, a user adjusts the height more smoothly. It is more convenient to use the height-adjustable desk.
- In this embodiment, the telescopic adjustment member 400 is a pneumatic spring; the pneumatic spring is provided with a cylinder 410 and a piston rod 420; the piston rod 420 is connected to a piston; and air in the cylinder 410 drives the piston to slide, so as to drive the piston rod 420 to slide relative to the cylinder 410. By the arrangement of the above structure, during use, compressed air in the pneumatic spring cylinder 410 drives the piston, and then drives the piston rod 420, thereby changing the length of the telescopic adjustment member 400. Meanwhile, the pneumatic spring further plays a supporting role, which can effectively support the first supporting assembly 110 and the second supporting assembly 120 to fix the height of the height-adjustable desk.
- In this embodiment, the height-adjustable desk with the damping device further includes a switch device 600. The switch device 600 is connected to the pneumatic spring and adjusts an air pressure in the cylinder 410. By the arrangement of the above structure, during use, the switch device 600 is turned on to adjust the air pressure in the cylinder 410 to communicate with an external atmosphere. A desktop is raised. The first supporting assembly 110 and the second supporting assembly 120 rotate relative to each other, thereby driving the height-adjustable desk to rise or fall. When the height-adjustable desk rises to an appropriate position, the switch device 600 is released. A driving force provided by the air pressure in the cylinder 410 is equivalent to the gravity borne by the height-adjustable desk and office items such as a computer on the height-adjustable desk. The height of the height-adjustable desk is fixed and is convenient to adjust.
- In this embodiment, the switch device 600 includes a switch shell 610, a press plate 620, and a reset spring 630; the switch shell 610 is connected to a lower surface of the first desk board 200; the press plate 620 is connected to the switch shell 610 and rotates between an on position and an off position; and the reset spring 630 drives the press plate 620 to be reset to the off position. By the arrangement of the above structure, to turn on the switch device 600, only the press plate 620 is pressed. At this time, the reset spring 630 is stressed to deform. When a user needs to turn off the switch device 600, the user only needs to release the press plate 620. An elastic reset force of the reset spring 630 drives the press plate 620 to be reset to the off position. At this time, the switch device 600 is turned off. This is convenient to use and easy to operate. The user can control the switch device 600 to be turned on and turned off with one hand.
- In this embodiment, the first desk board 200 is provided with a first sliding rail 210; the base 300 is provided with a second sliding rail 310; a first rolling wheel 124 is arranged at the second end of the second supporting assembly 120; a second rolling wheel 114 is arranged at the second end of the first supporting assembly 110; the first rolling wheel 124 rolls in the first sliding rail 210; and the second rolling wheel 114 rolls in the second sliding rail 310. By the arrangement of the above structure, when the telescopic adjustment member 400 extends or retracts to drive the first supporting assembly 110 and the second supporting assembly 120 to rotate relatively, the first end of the first supporting assembly 110 rotates relative to the first desk board 200, and the first end of the second supporting assembly 120 rotates relative to the base 300; and the first rolling wheel 124 rolls in the first sliding rail 210, and the second rolling wheel 114 rolls in the second sliding rail 310. In a case of ensuring that the angle between the first supporting assembly 110 and the second supporting assembly 120 changes, the first desk board 200 and the base 300 can still be supported. The product has a stable structure. Furthermore, during the adjustment, the first rolling wheel 124 and the second rolling wheel 114 respectively roll in the first sliding rail 210 and the second sliding rail 310. The adjustment is smoother, and the user experience is good.
- In this embodiment, the damping member 500 includes a damping sleeve 510 and a damping rod 520; and the damping rod 520 is in damped sliding in the damping sleeve 510. By the arrangement of the above structure, the damping sleeve 510 and the damping rod 520 achieve damped sliding and can provide a frictional damping force to prevent the following situation: When a user adjusts the height of the height-adjustable desk, if the height of the height-adjustable desk changes too fast, office items such as a computer on the first desk board 200 will fall off. The hand of a user can be prevented from being injured during the adjustment of the height-adjustable desk. The comfort of use of the product is improved.
- In this embodiment, the height-adjustable desk with the damping device further includes a second desk board 700. The second desk board 700 is connected to the first desk board 200 through a connector 710; and the second desk board 700 is located below the first desk board 200 and extends outwards relative to one side edge of the first desk board 200. By the arrangement of the above structure, during use, the second desk board 700 is located on one side below the first desk board 200, which can provide a supporting plane for placing items such as a keyboard and a mobile phone. The height of the second desk board 700 is lower than that of the first desk board 200, so that this can conform to the body structure, and a user feels more comfortable when using the keyboard and the computer, thereby reducing the problems of pain in the shoulders and the neck, and the like.
- In this embodiment, a first end of the connector 710 is connected to an edge of a lower surface of the first desk board 200; a second end of the connector 710 extends in a direction facing away from the first desk board 200; and the second desk board 700 is connected to the second end of the connector 710. By the arrangement of the above structure, during use, two ends of the connector 710 are respectively connected to the first desk board 200 and the second desk board 700, and extend towards a bottom and outer side of the first desk board, so that the second desk board 700 is located below and outside the first desk board 200. When a user places a keyboard on the second desk board 700, it is convenient and comfortable to use the keyboard. Meanwhile, the hand of the user can be prevented from colliding with the lower surface of the first desk board 200. The product has a proper design.
- In this embodiment, a first connecting block 125 is convexly arranged on the second supporting assembly 120, and a first end of the damping member 500 is hinged to the first connecting block 125. By the arrangement of the above structure, the additional first connecting block 125 is arranged on the second supporting assembly 120. This can facilitate the first end of the damping member 500 to be hinged to the first connecting block, without forming a rotating hole on a body of the second supporting assembly 120, so that the supporting strength of the body of the second supporting assembly 120 is ensured, and the product has a firmer and more stable structure.
- In this embodiment, a second connecting block 126 is convexly arranged on the second supporting assembly 120, and a second end of the telescopic adjustment member 400 is hinged to the second connecting block 126. By the arrangement of the above structure, the additional second connecting block 126 is arranged on the second supporting assembly 120. This can facilitate the second end of the telescopic adjustment member 400 to be hinged to the second connecting block, without forming a rotating hole on the body of the second supporting assembly 120, so that the supporting strength of the body of the second supporting assembly 120 is ensured, and the product has a firmer and more stable structure.
- In this embodiment, the connector 710 is provided with a through hole 711. By the arrangement of the above structure, in a case of ensuring the strength of the connector 710, arranging the through hole 711 can reduce the weight of the connector 710 and prevent the product from tipping over due to an excessive weight of one side of the second desk board 700. In addition, this also makes the appearance of the product more beautiful. Preferably, the through hole can be set with various patterns, such as an apple-shaped through hole.
- In this embodiment, the first supporting assembly 110 includes two first supporting rods 111 and two first connecting rods 112. The two first connecting rods 112 are arranged between the two first supporting rods 111, and the first end of the telescopic adjustment member 400 is hinged to one of the first connecting rods 112. By the arrangement of the above structure, the two first supporting rods 111 and the two first connecting rods 112 are connected to form the stable first supporting assembly 110, and the product has a stable and firm structure.
- In this embodiment, the second supporting assembly 120 includes a second connecting rod 122, a pivot rod 123, and two second supporting rods 121. The second connecting rod 122 is arranged between the two second supporting rods 121, and the pivot rod 123 is arranged at end portions of the two first supporting rods 111. By the arrangement of the above structure, the second connecting rod 122, the pivot rod 123, and two second supporting rods 121 are connected to form the stable second supporting assembly 120, and the product has a stable and firm structure.
- In this embodiment, the two ends of the pivot rod 123 protrude out of outer surfaces of the two second connecting rods 122, and the two first rolling wheels 124 are respectively connected to the two ends of the pivot rod 123. By the arrangement of the above structure, the two first rolling wheels 124 are connected to the two ends of the pivot rod 123 respectively, and the first rolling wheels 124 roll in the first sliding rail 210. The product has a stable structure.
- One or more implementation modes are provided above in combination with specific contents, and it is not deemed that the specific implementation of the present disclosure is limited to these specifications. Any technical deductions or replacements approximate or similar to the method and structure of the present disclosure or made under the concept of the present disclosure shall fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
Claims (10)
1. A height-adjustable desk with a damping device, comprising:
a supporting frame (100), wherein the supporting frame (100) comprises a first supporting assembly (110) and a second supporting assembly (120); a middle part of the first supporting assembly (110) is hinged to a middle part of the second supporting assembly (120);
a first desk board (200), wherein a first end of the first supporting assembly (110) is hinged to the first desk board (200), and a second end of the second supporting assembly (120) is slidably connected to the first desk board (200);
a base (300), wherein a first end of the second supporting assembly (120) is hinged to the base (300), and a second end of the first supporting assembly (110) is slidably connected to the base (300);
a telescopic adjustment member (400), wherein a first end of the telescopic adjustment member (400) is hinged to the first supporting assembly (110); a second end of the telescopic adjustment member (400) is hinged to the second supporting assembly (120); the telescopic adjustment member (400) extends and retracts between a retraction length and an extension length to drive relative rotation between the first supporting assembly (110) and the second supporting assembly (120); and
a damping member (500), wherein a first end of the damping member (500) is hinged to the first supporting assembly (110); a second end of the damping member (500) is hinged to the second supporting assembly (120); and the damping member (500) provides a damping force to hinder the relative rotation between the first supporting assembly (110) and the second supporting assembly (120).
2. The height-adjustable desk with the damping device according to claim 1 , wherein the telescopic adjustment member (400) is a pneumatic spring; the pneumatic spring is provided with a cylinder (410) and a piston rod (420); the piston rod (420) is connected to a piston; and air in the cylinder (410) drives the piston to slide, so as to drive the piston rod (420) to slide relative to the cylinder (410).
3. The height-adjustable desk with the damping device according to claim 2 , further comprising a switch device (600), wherein the switch device (600) is connected to the pneumatic spring and adjusts an air pressure in the cylinder (410).

The height-adjustable desk with the damping device according to claim 3 , wherein the switch device (600) comprises a switch shell (610), a press plate (620), and a reset spring (630); the switch shell (610) is connected to a lower surface of the first desk board (200); the press plate (620) is connected to the switch shell (610) and rotates between an on position and an off position; and the reset spring (630) drives the press plate (620) to be reset to the off position.

The height-adjustable desk with the damping device according to claim 1 , wherein the first desk board (200) is provided with a first sliding rail (210); the base (300) is provided with a second sliding rail (310); a first rolling wheel (124) is arranged at the second end of the second supporting assembly (120); a second rolling wheel (114) is arranged at the second end of the first supporting assembly (110); the first rolling wheel (124) rolls in the first sliding rail (210); and the second rolling wheel (114) rolls in the second sliding rail (310).
6. The height-adjustable desk with the damping device according to claim 1 , wherein the damping member (500) comprises a damping sleeve (510) and a damping rod (520); and the damping rod (520) is in damped sliding in the damping sleeve (510).
7. The height-adjustable desk with the damping device according to claim 1 , further comprising a second desk board (700), wherein the second desk board (700) is connected to the first desk board (200) through a connector (710); and the second desk board (700) is located below the first desk board (200) and extends outwards relative to one side edge of the first desk board (200).
8. The height-adjustable desk with the damping device according to claim 7 , wherein a first end of the connector (710) is connected to an edge of a lower surface of the first desk board (200); a second end of the connector (710) extends in a direction facing away from the first desk board (200); and the second desk board (700) is connected to the second end of the connector (710).
9. The height-adjustable desk with the damping device according to claim 1 , wherein a first connecting block (125) is convexly arranged on the second supporting assembly (120), and a first end of the damping member (500) is hinged to the first connecting block (125).
10. The height-adjustable desk with the damping device according to claim 1 , wherein a second connecting block (126) is convexly arranged on the second supporting assembly (120), and a second end of the telescopic adjustment member (400) is hinged to the second connecting block (126).
