Claims (16)

1. Base for Stabilizing Exercise Equipment:
An exercise apparatus comprising:
a base, said base including a hollow interior configured to be filled with water or sand to provide stability during use;
said base capable of locking users legs in place to provide leg support during abdominal exercises;
ergonomic padding integrated into said base to enhance user comfort during exercises.
2. Exercise Apparatus Combining Stability and Boxing Bag:
An exercise apparatus comprising:
a base frame capable of being stabilized to provide stability during use;
said base capable of locking users legs in place to provide leg support during abdominal exercises;
ergonomic padding integrated to enhance user comfort during exercises;
an adjustable main pole connected to said base;
a heavy bag attached to said adjustable main pole for performing punching exercises;
wherein the combination of the stable base and heavy bag allows for a workout including both abdominal and punching exercises.
3. Exercise Apparatus with Multiple Attachments:
An exercise apparatus comprising:
a base configured for stability to provide leg support during abdominal exercises;
a main pole mounted on said base;
at least one attachment insertion hole located on the main pole or base for holding various attachments;
interchangeable side attachments connectable to said side attachment insertion hole, designed to enhance the depth and variety of punching exercises;
wherein said attachments allow for customized workouts targeting multiple muscle groups.
4. Exercise Apparatus with Digital Interface According to claim 3:
An exercise apparatus comprising:
a base configured for stability;
an adjustable main pole mounted on said base;
a heavy bag attached to said adjustable main pole;
a top attachment base including a digital interface for displaying workout videos and providing real-time feedback on user progress;
connectivity means for syncing said digital interface with external devices and fitness applications;
wherein said digital interface enhances the user's workout experience by providing guided exercises and entertainment.
5. Base for Abdominal Workouts According to claim 1:
An exercise apparatus comprising:
a bottom base, said bottom base including a hollow interior configured to be filled with water or sand to provide stability during use;
a top base adjustably mounted on said bottom base, said top base designed to move up and down and lock in place to secure a user's legs during abdominal exercises;
ergonomic padding integrated into said top base to enhance user comfort during exercises;
wherein the base design provides stability and support for effective abdominal workouts without the need for additional equipment.
6. Alternative Base Configuration According to claim 1:
An exercise apparatus comprising:
a base frame configured for stability;
an adjustable cutout on each side of the base frame for user leg insertion, said cutouts allowing for leg stabilization during abdominal exercises;
an adjustable main pole mounted on said base frame;
a heavy bag attached to said adjustable main pole for performing punching exercises;
wherein the combination of the stable base frame with adjustable cutouts and the heavy bag allows for a comprehensive workout including both abdominal and punching exercises.
7. Exercise Apparatus with Simulated Moving Target According to claim 3:
An exercise apparatus comprising:
a base configured for stability;
an adjustable main pole mounted on said base;
a heavy bag, mannequin torso, or other suitable target attached to said adjustable main pole;
arm attachments that allow for coach, trainer, or artificial intelligence control to simulate a moving target for users to dodge, slip, and block;
wherein said attachments enhance the user's workout by providing a more interactive and dynamic training experience.
8. Base for Stabilizing Exercise Equipment According to claim 1, Further Comprising:
at least one side attachment insertion hole located on the sides of said base for connecting additional workout accessories.
9. Exercise Apparatus Combining Stability and Boxing Bag According to claim 2, Further Comprising:
a digital interface mounted on said adjustable main pole, said interface configured to display workout videos and track user progress.
10. Exercise Apparatus with Multiple Attachments According to claim 3, Further Comprising:
a digital interface attached to said top attachment base, providing guided workout programs and connectivity to fitness apps.
11. Exercise Apparatus with Digital Interface According to claim 4, Further Comprising:
ergonomic padding integrated into said top base to enhance comfort during abdominal exercises.
12. Exercise Apparatus Combining Stability and Boxing Bag According to claim 2, Further Comprising:
a plurality of elongated support members extending from said base to provide additional stability during use.
13. Base for Stabilizing Exercise Equipment According to claim 1, Further Comprising:
a plurality of non-slip feet attached to the underside of said base to prevent movement during use.
14. Alternative Base Configuration According to claim 6, Further Comprising:
padding integrated into said adjustable cutouts to enhance user comfort during exercises.
15. Base for Abdominal Workouts According to claim 5, Further Comprising:
a plurality of non-slip feet attached to the underside of said base to prevent movement during use.
16. Exercise Apparatus with Simulated Moving Target According to claim 7, Further Comprising:
adjustable speed settings for the arm attachments to simulate varying speeds of movement for enhanced workout intensity.
