FIG. 1 toFIG. 7 show a portable storage apparatus. The apparatus includes a housing 100 and a spraying assembly 200. The housing 100 may store liquid and/or gas. The liquid may indicate various drinkable drinks/concentrates, for example, the liquid may be a health-care drink having a health-care effect or a drink having a therapeutic effect, or the liquid may be various food additives for baking, or the liquid may be coffee or a coffee concentrate, tea or a tea concentrate, wine or concentrated liquor. The gas may indicate a gas that does not react with the liquid and is harmless to a user, for example, the gas may be an inert gas. In order to ensure that the liquid can subsequently be sprayed out by a pressure, the density of the gas is lower than that of the liquid, that is, the gas needs to be filled above the liquid. During implementation, the gas may be a single component gas, for example, nitrogen may be selected, because nitrogen is the inert gas, in a case where the housing 100 only includes nitrogen and liquid, nitrogen does not react with the liquid, thereby preventing the liquid from deteriorating, and the density of the nitrogen is less than that of the liquid, whereby nitrogen may float above the liquid, and the liquid may be conveniently sprayed out from the housing during operation. - During implementation, the housing 100 may be in different shapes, for example, the housing 100 may be elliptical, rectangular, square or in an irregular shape, etc. For aesthetics or portability, an outer surface of the housing 100 may be arranged in various shapes, for example, the housing 100 may have a component that is convenient for the user to hold, or the housing 100 is arranged as a reinforced rib type. In addition, the housing 100 may be an integrally formed component or an assembled component.
- As shown in
FIG. 1 , the spraying assembly 200 may include a spraying rod 210. A portion of the spraying rod 210 is located inside the housing and the other portion is located outside the housing. For ease of description, in the present application, the portion of the spraying rod located inside the housing is referred to as a spraying inner rod 2110, and the portion of the spraying rod located outside the housing is referred to as a spraying outer rod 2120, that is, the spraying outer rod 2120 protrudes out of the housing. During installation, the spraying assembly 200 is installed in the housing 100 in a manner that the spraying outer rod protrudes out of the housing. During implementation, in order to better store the liquid, air inside the housing may be first squeezed out in various manners, whereby only liquid and pure gas exist in the housing. The spraying outer rod 2120 has a spraying opening 2130, and when the spraying assembly 200 is applied to a pressure, and the spraying inner rod 2120 moves at least a predetermined distance towards the inside of the housing 100, causing the liquid and/or gas to be ejected from the spraying opening 2130. - As an example, the spraying rod 210 has a liquid outlet hole 2140, and when the spraying outer rod 2120 moves towards the housing, the liquid outlet hole 2140 also moves along with the housing. There is a possibility that the liquid outlet hole 2140 moves from the outside of the housing to the inside of the housing, and there is another possibility that the liquid outlet hole 2140 moves continuously from the inside of the housing.
- It can be seen that the portable storage apparatus of the present application may use the cooperation of the liquid and/or the gas therein to perform freshness treatment on the stored liquid fresh while achieving the portable liquid storage, thereby ensuring that the liquid does not deteriorate. On this basis, a pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the housing is used to achieve the extraction of the liquid and/or the gas, which is convenient for the user to drink.
- The exemplary embodiment of the present application will be further described below with reference to
FIG. 2 .FIG. 2 shows a side section view of a portable storage apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. - As shown in
FIG. 2 , the spraying assembly 210 further includes a force application member 220. The force application member 220 is nested outside the spraying inner rod 2110. During implementation, in order to prevent the spraying inner rod 2110 from sliding out of the housing 100, a stopper 2111 may be arranged on the spraying inner rod 2110, and the diameter of the stopper 2111 is greater than the inner diameter of the spraying rod 210, that is, the stopper 2111 is an annular ring protruding out of the spraying rod. A force application member 220 is sleeved above the stopper 2111. As an example, the force application member 220 may be a spring. - As shown in
FIG. 2 , in order to fix the force application member 220 and the spraying inner rod 2110 in the housing 100, the spraying assembly 210 further includes a bushing 230. The bushing 230 may sleeve the force application member 220 and the spraying inner rod 2110 therein. The bushing 230 may include a bushing opening 231 and an inner through pipe 232. In the embodiment, the bushing opening 231 may be of a large caliber, that is, the diameter of the bushing opening 231 is greater than the diameter of the inner through pipe 232. Optionally, the bushing opening 231 may optionally be flared. - The inner through pipe 232 communicates with the bushing opening 231, and in order to facilitate the movement of the spraying rod 210 in the bushing 230, the diameter of the bushing 230 is greater than that of the spraying rod 210, whereby when the spraying assembly 200 is applied to a pressure to move, the spraying inner rod 2110 may move in the inner through pipe 232 and may extend out of the inner through pipe 232, and meanwhile, the diameter of the opening position of the inner through pipe 232 is smaller than the diameter of the force application member 220, whereby after the pressure is received, the force application member 220 moves along with the spraying inner rod 2110 and is compressed, but is limited in the inner through pipe 232.
- The inner through pipe 232 has a through hole 233, and the inner through pipe 232 communicates with the housing through the through hole 233, whereby the liquid inside the housing flows in the inner through pipe and the housing. It is to be noted that although only a single through hole 233 is provided in
FIG. 2 , during implementation, a side wall of the inner through pipe 232 may have two or more through holes 233. - It can be seen that the portable storage apparatus of the present application uses the bushing 230 to fix the portion of the spraying assembly 200 located inside the housing, and uses the reaction force of the inner through pipe 232 to the force application member 220 to achieve the extraction of the liquid and/or the gas in the housing 100.
- In addition, for sealing, the portable storage apparatus of the present application may further include a cover member 240. As shown in
FIG. 2 , the cover member 240, positioned on the housing 100 sealing the spraying assembly within the housing. - A gasket 241 and a sealing ring 242 are arranged between the cover member 240 and the housing 100. Both the gasket 241 and the sealing ring 242 are annular. The inner diameter of the gasket 241 corresponds to the diameter of the spraying rod 210. During implementation, the inner diameter of the gasket 241 is approximately the same as the diameter of the spraying rod 210, whereby the gasket 241 may just sleeve the spraying inner rod 2110 without sliding off.
- The gasket 241 may be located below the stopper 2111. Since the diameter of the stopper 2111 is greater than that of the spraying rod 210, the gasket 241 is limited below the stopper 2111 by the stopper 2111, that is, the gasket 241 is located between the cover member 240 and the stopper 2111.
- In order to fix the bushing 230 and seal, the bushing opening 232 may be sealed under the sealing ring 242 with the sealing ring 242, and the inner diameter of the seal ring 242 is smaller than the outer diameter of the gasket 241, thereby limiting the gasket 241 below the sealing ring 242. The maximum diameter of the sealing ring 242 is approximately the same as the diameter of the cover member 240, whereby the sealing ring 242 may cooperate with the cover member to seal the bushing opening 231.
- During implementation, the bushing 230 may also be of other structures, for example, other paths/conduits are also connected above the inner through pipe 232, which does not affect the portable storage apparatus of the present application, that is, as long as a structure capable of fixing the spraying assembly in the housing therein and communicating with the liquid and/or the gas in the housing is used as the bushing 230.
- The portable storage apparatus of the exemplary embodiment of the present application has been described above. During implementation, the portable storage apparatus may further include a spraying assisting portion 300. The spraying assisting portion is a component configured to assist the user in spraying out the liquid and/or the gas in the housing 100, that is, in the related art, a component that can assist/cooperate with the housing 100 to spray out the liquid and/or the gas therein may be used as the spraying assisting portion.
-
FIG. 3 shows a side section view of a spraying assisting portion 300 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown inFIG. 3 , the spraying assisting portion 300 may have a slit portion 310, and the slit portion 310 is aligned with the spraying opening 2140, whereby when the spraying assisting portion 300 assists the user in using the portable storage apparatus, the liquid is sprayed out of the spraying assisting portion 300. In order to facilitate user operation, the portable storage apparatus of the present application sprays out the liquid after being subjected to a downward pressure. As an example, after receiving the pressure, the spraying assisting portion 300 conducts the pressure to the spraying assembly 200 to receive the corresponding pressure, whereby the spraying outer rod 2120 moves at least the predetermined distance towards the inside of the housing, and the liquid and/or the gas in the housing are/is sprayed out from the spraying opening 2130 and then sprayed out through the slit portion 310. - In order to better spray the liquid out from the spraying opening 2140 and the slit portion 310, a hollow conical stopper 320 is arranged around the slit portion 310, and the spray opening 2140 can be limited to the middle of the stopper 320 and be aligned with slit portion 310.
- In order to facilitate user operation and improve user experience, the portable storage apparatus according to the exemplary embodiment of the present application may store a predetermined amount of liquid, and the predetermined amount of liquid is preferably a single usage amount, that is, the user may completely spray out the liquid in the apparatus each time, and then brew a drink in a proportion corresponding to the liquid. Alternatively, the predetermined amount may be an amount used by the user twice or even more times. As another example, the predetermined amount may also be the volume obtained by the user through brewing a specific amount of a specific drink (such as water, carbonated beverage, milk, etc.).
- During implementation, the spraying assisting portion 300 may be of various different types and/or styles. A portable storage apparatus using different types of spraying assisting portions 300 will be described below with reference to
FIG. 4 toFIG. 7 . - As shown in
FIG. 4 , the spraying assisting portion 300 is generally buckled above the spraying assembly like a hat, and during implementation, the spraying assisting portion 300 may be buckled on the cover member 240. During implementation, the diameter of the spraying assisting portion 300 is slightly greater than the diameter of the cover member 240, whereby after the spraying assisting portion 300 is pressed down, the spraying assisting portion 300 may move downwards. As shown inFIG. 4 , the user may press the spraying assisting portion 300 down with a finger. For example, in a case of a portable liquid apparatus with small volume, the user may grasp the apparatus with the finger and press the spraying assisting portion 300 down with the finger, and then the spraying assisting portion 300 moves downwards, whereby the pressure is conducted to the spraying assembly 200, and the force application member 220 is stressed and compressed under the action of the stopper 2111 and the bushing 230, causing the liquid outlet hole 2140 to enter the inside of the housing, followed by a change in the pressure inside and outside the housing, and the liquid is sprayed out from the spraying opening to the outside through the slit portion. As a possible example, the liquid outlet hole 2140 is located on the spraying inner rod 2110, and then after pressing, the liquid outlet hole 2140 moves a certain distance in the housing, whereby the pressure in the housing changes, and the liquid is sprayed out from the spraying opening 2130 to the outside through the slit portion 310. - As shown in
FIG. 5 , the user may press the spraying assisting portion 300 on the side surface, and then the pressure pressed by the user is conducted to the spraying assembly 200 through a conduction component, whereby the spraying outer rod 2120 moves inwards. In this way, the force application member 220 in the spraying assembly 200 is stressed and compressed under the action of the stopper 2111 and the bushing 230, causing the liquid outlet hole 2140 to move, whereby the pressure inside and outside the housing changes, and the liquid is sprayed out from the spraying opening 2130 to the outside through the slit portion 310. Optionally, the liquid outlet hole 2140 may enter the inside of the housing from the outside of the housing after being subjected to the pressure, or may move a certain distance inside the housing after being subjected to the pressure, depending on whether the liquid outlet hole 2140 is located on the spraying inner rod 2110 or on the spraying outer rod 2120. - As shown in
FIG. 6 , the spraying assisting portion 300 may be a cover-shaped component hung on the edge of a cup or above the cup, and then the cover-shaped component has the slit portion 310, and the stopper 320 is arranged around the slit portion. When in use, the user may use the stopper 320 to fix the spraying opening 2130, and then press the housing 100 down with force, whereby the force application member 220 in the spraying assembly 200 is stressed and compressed under the action of the stopper 2111 and the bushing 230, causing the liquid outlet hole 2140 to move, whereby the pressure inside and outside the housing changes, and the liquid is sprayed out from the spraying opening 2130 to the outside through the slit portion 310. - As shown in
FIG. 7 , the spraying assisting portion 300 serves as the housing to be sleeved outside the housing 100 and capable of enabling relative movement between the housing and the spraying assisting portion 300. In order to prevent the housing 100 from sliding out of the housing, an annular stopper 330 is arranged on a position, corresponding to the cover member, of the spraying assisting portion, and the annular stopper 330 buckles the cover member 240, whereby the housing 100 is fixed in the spraying assisting portion 300. After the user takes the portable storage apparatus as shown inFIG. 7 , the user may hold the spraying assisting portion 300 with one hand, and then press the housing 100 down, whereby the force application member 220 in the spraying assembly 200 is stressed and compressed under the action of the stopper 2111 and the bushing 230, causing the liquid outlet hole 2140 to move, whereby the pressure inside and outside the housing changes, and the liquid is sprayed out from the spraying opening 2130 to the outside through the slit portion 310. It is to be noted that the above is only a preferred embodiment, and any manner in which the above components may be assembled may be applied to the present application. - In addition, the opening of the spraying assisting portion 300 may be arranged to facilitate the user to press the shape of the inner housing 100, as shown in
FIG. 7 , the opening of the spraying assisting portion 300 is uneven, that is, a portion of the opening of the spraying assisting portion may be flush with or slightly higher than the top of the housing, and the other portion of the opening of the housing is lower than the housing, whereby the user may apply pressure to the housing 100 through the opening of the spraying assisting portion. - The portable storage apparatus according to the exemplary embodiment of the present application can store the liquid and/or the gas in the apparatus, and spray out the liquid and/or the gas stored therein through the spraying assembly, which is convenient for the user to carry and drink. In addition, in the embodiment in which the apparatus is filled with nitrogen and liquid, not only can the preservation time of the liquid be prolonged, and the liquid may be sprayed out more easily. Further, in order to better fix the spraying rod and increase the spraying force, the spraying rod may be placed in the inner housing and the force application member may be added.
