Abstract

The present utility model relates to the field of shapewear technologies, and in particular to a double-layer shapewear including an inner wear and an outerwear. The outerwear has a seamless jacquard structure, and the innerwear and/or the outerwear are/is provided with a shaping portion for applying a constrictive force. According to the double-layer shapewear of the present utility model, the outerwear is of a seamless jacquard structure, where a one-piece structured clothing having preset specified patterns and streaks is woven on a jacquard machine by means of texture design during weaving, such that the richness and customizability of the appearance design of the shapewear is improved to meet the requirements of users for diversity and customizability of external patterns and streaks; moreover, the defects of piece-spliced clothing can be overcome; and the operability of appearance design of the shapewear is increased to completely present patterns and streaks.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Technical Field

The present utility model relates to the field of shapewear technologies, and in particular to a double-layer shapewear.

2. Description of Related Art

In order to highlight feminine curves, the clothing industry has developed various types of shapewear, shaping pants or other products, in which a main body formed by cutting and splicing an elastic fabric and capable of constricting the body is generally used with the design of stitching positions and directions to enhance a constricting and shaping effect.
After the body shaping needs are satisfied, people generally wear fashionable garments to conceal the inner shapewear. For example, a publicly available US patent document (U.S. Pat. No. 10,888,127B2) discloses a body-shaping liner externally connected to a garment. The garment is generally of a spliced structure, which is in entirety spliced from a plurality of cut pieces that are designed depending on body parts. During cutting and selecting, however, it is difficult and expensive to position patterns and streaks on the fashionable garments, easily leading to incomplete and mutilated patterns and streaks after cutting. As a result, the fashionable patterns and streaks of the garments become limited. The production efficiency in combining the innerwear and outerwear needs to be improved.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

An object of the present utility model is to provide a double-layer shapewear to improve the richness and customizability of patterns and streaks for outerwear and to facilitate free presentation of a desired fashionable design at a designated position.
To achieve the object above, the present utility model employs the following technical solution:
a double-layer shapewear includes an innerwear and an outerwear which are combined with each other, wherein the outerwear has a seamless jacquard structure, and the innerwear and/or the outerwear are/is provided with a shaping portion for applying a constrictive force.
Preferably, the innerwear and the outerwear are combined together by stitching or bonding.
Preferably, an upper end of the innerwear is combined with a corresponding position of the outerwear.
Preferably, a surface area of a region of the innerwear covered by the outerwear accounts for 60%-100% of a total surface area of the innerwear.
Preferably, the outerwear has a structure of tops, bottoms, or a bodysuit.
Preferably, the outerwear has a structure of dress, one-piece shorts, jumpsuit, one-piece shirt, union suit, or waisted skirt.
Preferably, the innerwear has a structure of dress, one-piece shorts, jumpsuit, or union suit.
Preferably, the outerwear comprises an upper body portion, which has a collarless structure or a collared structure.
Preferably, the collarless structure is a round collar structure, a deep V-collar structure, a square collar structure, a U-collar structure, a suspender collar structure, a one-shoulder collar structure, or a chest wrap structure.
Preferably, the innerwear has a spliced structure or a seamless woven structure.
Compared with the prior art, the present utility model has the following beneficial effects:
according to the double-layer shapewear of the present utility model, the outerwear is of a seamless jacquard structure, where a one-piece structured clothing having preset specified patterns and streaks is woven on a jacquard machine by means of texture design during weaving, such that the richness and customizability of the appearance design of the shapewear is improved to meet the requirements of users for diversity and customizability of external patterns and streaks; moreover, the defects of difficulty in positioning the patterns and streaks on cut pieces, mutilated patterns and streaks at the edges of the cut pieces, and high production difficulty and high cost in providing the patterns and streaks at specified positions can be overcome for the piece-spliced clothing; and the operability of appearance design of the shapewear is increased, and the patterns and streaks can be presented completely.
According to the present utility model, the textures and structures of different regions can be adjusted depending on the body shaping requirements of the outerwear to achieve the body shaping effect in combination with the innerwear, thereby collectively enhancing the body shaping performance of the entire shapewear.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order to make the above features and advantages of the present utility model clear and understandable, embodiments are provided below in combination with drawings to make explanation in details.

Embodiment 1

As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 2 , the present utility model provides a double-layer shapewear, including an innerwear 10 and an outerwear 20. The innerwear 10 has a spliced structure, and the outerwear 20 has a seamless jacquard structure. Due to the seamless jacquard structure of the outerwear 20, a one-piece structured clothing having preset specified patterns and streaks is woven on a jacquard machine by means of texture design during weaving, such that the richness and customizability of the appearance design of the shapewear is improved to meet the requirements of users for diversity and customizability of external patterns and streaks; moreover, the defects of difficulty in positioning the patterns and streaks on cut pieces, mutilated patterns and streaks at the edges of the cut pieces, and high production difficulty and high cost in providing the patterns and streaks at specified positions can be overcome for the piece-spliced clothing; and the operability of appearance design of the shapewear is increased, and the patterns and streaks can be presented completely.
In this embodiment, the outerwear 20 is a seamless jacquard dress and the innerwear 10 is a spliced dress. The upper end of the innerwear 10 and the upper end of the outerwear 20 are provided with U-necklines at corresponding positions and with matching shapes; and the neckline of the innerwear and the neckline of the outerwear are combined together by stitching with a concealed joint stitching method. In some other examples, bonding may also be used for combination. The innerwear 10 and the outerwear 20 are both connected to sleeves at armholes, and cuffs of the sleeves of the innerwear and cuffs of the sleeves of the outerwear are combined together by stitching (it should be noted that, in some other examples, the outerwear 20 has the sleeves but the innerwear 10 has no sleeves, and the edges of the armholes of the innerwear 10 are combined with the armholes of the outerwear by stitching with the concealed joint stitching method). In addition, a skirt hemline of the outerwear and a skirt hemline of the innerwear are not combined together but freely separated in this embodiment (in some other examples, the edges between the skirt hemlines of the outerwear and the innerwear are aligned and stitched), and the outerwear 20 completely covers the innerwear 10 by 100% to make the innerwear 10 invisible from the appearance.
The seamless jacquard dress in this embodiment is woven with a seamless jacquard process by weaving preset specified patterns and streaks at specified positions, such that the complete presentation of the patterns and streaks at the specified positions can be ensured. Also, according to the body shaping requirement for the outerwear 20, different textures can be designed for different regions of the outerwear. For example, 1*4 ribbed textures are provided at hips to achieve the effect of hip constricting, body shaping or the like.
The spliced dress in this embodiment is spliced from a plurality of cut pieces, including, for example, two sleeves, a back piece, a cup region, and a front piece. The back piece corresponds to a cut piece covering from the back of a human body to the back sides of the two legs; the front piece corresponds to a cut piece covering from the abdomen of the human body to the front sides of two legs; the upper end of the cup region is connected by stitching to the upper end of the back piece, and the lower end of the cup region is connected to the upper end of the front piece by stitching with elastic treads; openings between the cup region and the back piece provides the neckline and armholes in design; and the two sleeves are connected at the armholes by stitching, respectively. The part of the front piece corresponding to the abdomen of the human body is provided with a double-layer elastic mesh to from an abdomen-constricting shaping portion 11, which, in some other examples, may also have a rubber combined fabric structure. In some other examples, in order to enhance the abdomen contouring effect, a closely interleaved rib texture with an obvious constricting effect can also be used simultaneously at a position of the outerwear 20 corresponding to the abdomen of the human body.

Embodiment 2

As shown in FIG. 3 to FIG. 4 , this embodiment provides a double-layer shapewear, including an innerwear 10 and an outerwear 20. The outerwear 20 is a seamless jacquard dress and the innerwear 10 is a spliced dress. This embodiment differs from the above Embodiment 1 in that both the dresses of the innerwear and the outerwear have a suspender collar structure without sleeves.
It should be noted that, in some other examples, the collars of the outerwear 20 and innerwear 10 may also have a round collar structure, a deep V-collar structure, a square collar structure, a one-shoulder collar structure, or a chest wrap structure, or may have a collared structure.

Embodiment 3

As shown in FIG. 5 to FIG. 6 , the present utility model provides a double-layer shapewear, including an innerwear 10 and an outerwear 20. The innerwear 10 has a spliced structure, and the outerwear 20 has a seamless jacquard structure. Due to the seamless jacquard structure of the outerwear 20, a one-piece structured clothing having preset specified patterns and streaks is woven on a jacquard machine by means of texture design during weaving, such that the richness and customizability of the appearance design of the shapewear is improved to meet the requirements of users for diversity and customizability of external patterns and streaks; moreover, the defects of difficulty in positioning the patterns and streaks on cut pieces, mutilated patterns and streaks at the edges of the cut pieces, and high production difficulty and high cost in providing the patterns and streaks at specified positions can be overcome for the piece-spliced clothing; and the operability of appearance design of the shapewear is increased, and the patterns and streaks can be presented completely.
In this embodiment, the outerwear 20 is a seamless jacquard jumpsuit and the innerwear 10 is a spliced jumpsuit. The upper end of the innerwear 10 and the upper end of the outerwear 20 are provided with U-necklines at corresponding positions and with matching shapes; and the neckline of the innerwear and the neckline of the outerwear are combined together by stitching with a concealed joint stitching method. In some other examples, bonding may also be used for combination. The innerwear 10 and the outerwear 20 are both connected to sleeves at armholes, and cuffs of the sleeves of the innerwear and cuffs of the sleeves of the outerwear are combined together by stitching (it should be noted that, in some other examples, the outerwear 20 has the sleeves but the innerwear 10 has no sleeves, and the edges of the armholes of the innerwear 10 are combined with the armholes of the outerwear by stitching with the concealed joint stitching method). In addition, the edges between pants hemlines of the outerwear and pants hemlines of the innerwear are aligned and combined together, and the outerwear 20 completely covers the innerwear 10 by 100% to make the innerwear 10 invisible from the appearance.
The seamless jacquard jumpsuit in this embodiment is woven with a seamless jacquard process by weaving preset specified patterns and streaks at specified positions, such that the complete presentation of the patterns and streaks at the specified positions can be ensured. Also, according to the body shaping requirement for the outerwear 20, different textures can be designed for different regions of the outerwear. For example, 1*4 ribbed textures are provided at hips to achieve the effect of hip constricting, body shaping or the like.
The spliced jumpsuit in this embodiment is spliced from a plurality of cut pieces, including, for example, two sleeves, a back piece, a cup region, and a front piece. The back piece corresponds to a cut piece covering from the back of a human body to the gluteal fold; the front piece corresponds to a cut piece covering from the abdomen of the human body to the crotch; the upper end of the cup region is connected by stitching to the upper end of the back piece, and the lower end of the cup region is connected to the upper end of the front piece by stitching with elastic treads; openings between the cup region and the back piece provides the neckline and armholes in design; and the two sleeves are connected at the armholes by stitching, respectively. The front piece is provided with a double-layer elastic mesh to from an abdomen-constricting shaping portion 11, which, in some other examples, may also have a rubber combined fabric structure. In some other examples, in order to enhance the abdomen contouring effect, a closely interleaved rib texture with an obvious constricting effect can also be used simultaneously at a position of the outerwear corresponding to the abdomen of the human body.
To facilitate defecation, the crotch bottoms of the innerwear 10 and outerwear 20 are each detachably provided with a bottom crotch cloth in a conventional manner such as snap fasteners.

Embodiment 4

As shown in FIG. 7 to FIG. 8 , this embodiment provides a double-layer shapewear including an innerwear 10 and an outerwear 20. The outerwear 20 is a seamless jacquard jumpsuit and the innerwear 10 is a spliced jumpsuit. This embodiment differs from the above Embodiment 3 in that both the jumpsuits of the innerwear and the outerwear have a suspender collar structure without sleeves.
It should be noted that, in some other examples, the collars of the outerwear 20 and the innerwear 10 may also have a round collar structure, a deep V-collar structure, a square collar structure, a one-shoulder collar structure, or a chest wrap structure, or may have a collared structure.

Embodiment 5

As shown in FIG. 9 to FIG. 10 , this embodiment provides a double-layer shapewear including an innerwear 10 and an outerwear 20. The outerwear 20 is seamless jacquard tops and the innerwear 10 is spliced one-piece shorts.
In this embodiment, the innerwear 10 includes a tops body and a shorts body. The tops body consists of a front piece and a back piece that are connected together. The back piece correspondingly covers the waist and back of a human body. The front piece comprises a front abdomen portion corresponding to the abdomen of a human body, a breast supporting portion corresponding to a position below the chest of a human body, a lateral support portion corresponding to lateral sides of the chest of a human body, and a cup portion 12 corresponding to the breasts. The cup portion 12 is detachably provided inside with cup pads. The upper end of the cup portion 12 extends backwards to connect the upper end of the back piece to form armholes of the innerwear between the cup portion and the back piece. The breast support portion is on the upper end of the front abdomen portion and is connected to the cup portion 12. The cup portion in this embodiment is made of a woven elastic tape.
The shorts body has a boxer shorts structure, including a hip wrapping portion covering the hips of a human body, a crotch portion covering the crotch of a human body, and thigh portions covering the thighs of a human body and connected to the hip wrapping portion and the crotch portion. The crotch bottom of the innerwear may be an openable loose-piece overlapped crotch to facilitate users with dressing, undressing and defecation, eliminating the need of underwear. In some other examples, the shorts body may also have a structure of briefs or T-back. The crotch bottom of the innerwear may also have other conventional constructions, for example, a zippered crotch structure or an adjustable breasted crotch structure, or the like.
In this embodiment, abdomen-constricting shaping portions 11 for applying a constrictive force are provided at both positions of the tops body corresponding to the abdomen of a human body and positions of the shorts body corresponding to the crotch of a human body. The abdomen-constricting shaping portions 11 are made of a transversely elastic fabric, for example, a breathable nylon spandex mesh or a nylon spandex knitted fabric, or made of a rubber combined fabric. It should be understood that, in some other examples, the innerwear 10 may also be provided in an additional region with a shaping portion, for example, a back-flattening shaping portion or a waist-constricting shaping portion or a butt-lifting shaping portion, a thigh-constricting shaping portion, a hip-withdrawing shaping portion, or the like.
In this embodiment, the outerwear 20 consists of a front piece and a back piece, which are connected together to form a neckline and armholes on the upper part of the outerwear. For the innerwear 10, the edge of its cup portion 12 close to the neckline is connected by stitching to the edge of the neckline of the outerwear, and the edges of the armholes of the outerwear are connected by stitching to the edges of the armholes of the innerwear; and an arc-shaped edge at the upper end of the back piece of the innerwear 10 matches and is connected by stitching to an arc-shaped edge of the upper end of the back piece of the outerwear 20.
In addition, a lower hem of the outerwear corresponds to the waist-hip junction and the lower abdomen, and the tops body of the innerwear 10 is completely concealed inside the outerwear 20 and the shorts body is exposed outside with respect to the outerwear 20. Therefore, the surface area of a region of the innerwear 10 covered by the outerwear 20 is less than 100%, and is preferably about 70%, of the total surface area of the innerwear 10.

Embodiment 6

As shown in FIG. 11 , the present utility model provides a double-layer shapewear, including an innerwear 10 and an outerwear 20. The innerwear 10 has a seamless jacquard one-piece pants structure and the outerwear 20 has a seamless jacquard waisted skirt structure. The top end of the innerwear 10 and the skirt waist of the outerwear 20 are connected together by stitching, and the outerwear 20 covers the innerwear 10 by 100% to make the innerwear 10 invisible from the appearance. The region of the innerwear 10 corresponding to the abdomen is provided with a closely interleaved rib structure to form an abdomen-constricting shaping portion 11. Further, 1*4 ribbed textures can be simultaneously provided at two hips of the outerwear 20 to achieve the effect of hip constricting, body shaping or the like.

Embodiment 7

As shown in FIG. 12 , the present utility model provides a double-layer shapewear including an innerwear 10 and an outerwear 20. The innerwear 10 has a seamless jacquard briefs structure and the outerwear 20 has a seamless jacquard long-pants structure. The top end of the innerwear and the pants waist of the outerwear are connected together by stitching, and the outerwear 20 covers the innerwear 10 by 100% to make the innerwear 10 invisible from the appearance. The regions of the innerwear 10 corresponding to the abdomen and crotch are provided with closely interleaved rib structures to form abdomen-constricting shaping portions 11.

Those skilled in the industry should understand that the present utility model is not limited by the embodiments described above. The embodiments described above and the description in the specification are merely for a purpose of explaining the principle of the present utility model. There may be a variety of variations and improvements made to the present utility model without departing from the inventive spirit and scope of the present utility model. These variations and improvements shall fall within the scope claimed by the present utility model. The scope claimed by the present utility model are subject to the appended Claims and equivalents thereof.

Claims

What is claimed is:

1. A double-layer shapewear, comprising an innerwear and an outerwear which are combined with each other, wherein the outerwear has a seamless jacquard structure, and the innerwear and/or the outerwear are/is provided with a shaping portion for applying a constrictive force.

2. The double-layer shapewear according to claim 1, wherein the innerwear and the outerwear are combined together by stitching or bonding.

3. The double-layer shapewear according to claim 2, wherein an upper end of the innerwear is combined with a corresponding position of the outerwear.

4. The double-layer shapewear according to claim 1, wherein a surface area of a region of the innerwear covered by the outerwear accounts for 60%-100% of a total surface area of the innerwear.

5. The double-layer shapewear according to claim 1, wherein the outerwear has a structure of tops, bottoms, or bodysuit.

6. The double-layer shapewear according to claim 5, wherein the outerwear has a structure of dress, one-piece shorts, jumpsuit, one-piece shirt, union suit, or waisted skirt.

7. The double-layer shapewear according to claim 5, wherein the innerwear has a structure of dress, one-piece shorts, jumpsuit, or union suit.

8. The double-layer shapewear according to claim 1, wherein the outerwear comprises an upper body portion, which has a collarless structure or a collared structure.

9. The double-layer shapewear according to claim 8, wherein the collarless structure is a round collar structure, a deep V-collar structure, a square collar structure, a U-collar structure, a suspender collar structure, a one-shoulder collar structure, or a chest wrap structure.

10. The double-layer shapewear according to claim 1, wherein the innerwear has a spliced structure or a seamless woven structure.
