      • Patent Document 1: JP 6564480 B
    SUMMARY
  • The sanitary tissue paper storage container of Patent Document 1 is preferably made of plastic as a material.
  • However, since plastic has rigidity, there is a problem that, even if the amount of stored wet sheets is reduced, a setting space larger than the outer shape of the wet sheets is required. In addition, when the sanitary tissue paper storage container is discarded, it tends to be bulky, which increases the amount of waste and is not environmentally friendly.
  • An object of the present invention is to provide a sheet package cap and a capped sheet package that enable space saving of the sheet package and are environmentally friendly.
  • In order to solve the above problems, the invention described in claim 1 is a sheet package cap that is detachably attached to a sheet package in a film form so as to close an opening provided in the sheet package, the sheet package storing a sheet that is rolled inside, and the sheet package cap including:
      • a cover that covers the opening; and
      • an attachment to attach the cover to the sheet package, wherein
      • the cover includes:
        • an outlet that includes an outlet hole to apply a resistance during taking out of the sheet; and
        • a lid that closes the outlet hole.
  • The invention described in claim 2 is the sheet package cap according to claim 1, further comprising a seal that makes airtight between the cover and the attachment.
  • The invention described in claim 3 is a capped sheet package including:
      • a sheet package that stores a sheet inside, the sheet being rolled; and
      • a sheet package cap that is detachably attached to the sheet package so as to close an opening provided in the sheet package, wherein
      • the sheet package cap includes:
        • a cover that covers the opening; and
        • an attachment to attach the cover to the sheet package,
      • the sheet package is formed by a film having a predetermined flexibility, and
      • the cover includes:
        • an outlet that includes an outlet hole to apply a resistance during taking out of the sheet; and
        • a lid that closes the outlet hole.
  • The invention described in claim 4 is the capped sheet package according to claim 3, wherein a hooking portion that is hooked to a predetermined hanging member is provided at least on one end side of the sheet package.
  • The invention described in claim 5 is the capped sheet package according to claim 3 or 4, further including a seal that makes airtight between the cover and the attachment.
  • The invention described in claim 6 is the capped sheet package according to claim 5, wherein the sheet is a wet sheet.
  • According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a sheet package cap and a capped sheet package that enable space saving of the sheet package and are environmentally friendly.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION
  • Hereinafter, an embodiment of a sheet package cap and a capped sheet package according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
  • Although various technically desirable limitations for carrying out the present invention are attached to the embodiment described below, the scope of the present invention is not limited to the following embodiment and illustrated examples.
  • In the following, as shown in FIG. 1 , the up-down direction, left-right direction, front-rear direction, X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis are defined and described. That is, in a capped sheet package 100, the side on which an end seal portion 111 on a first end side is formed is up, the side on which an end seal portion 111 on a second end side is formed is down. When the end seal portion 111 on the first end side is arranged on the upper side, the left hand side is left, the right hand side is right, one of the directions perpendicular to the up-down direction and the left-right direction is front, and the other is rear. The axis along the front-rear direction is the X-axis, the axis along the left-right direction is the Y-axis, and the axis along the up-down direction is the Z-axis.
  • [Capped Sheet Package]
  • In the capped sheet package 100 in the embodiment, for example, as shown in FIG. 1 , a sheet package cap 120 is attached so as to cover an opening provided in a sheet package 110 in a film form for packing a plurality of rolled sheets P. During use, as shown in FIG. 2 , by opening a lid 121 a of a cover 121, the sheets P in the sheet package 110 can be taken out.
  • [Sheet]
  • As for the sheet P, inside the sheet package 110, the sheet P that is rolled into a roll along the Z-axis direction (height direction), perforated at regular intervals in the length direction, and separated along the perforations is used. The sheet P is, for example, a wet sheet in which a sheet material is impregnated with a chemical liquid. Alternatively, the sheet P is wet wipes, kitchen cleaners, toilet cleaners, antiperspirant sheets, and the like.
  • The sheet material of the sheet P is preferably a non-woven fabric manufactured by known techniques such as spunlace, air-through, air-laid, point-bond, spun-bond, and needle-punch using predetermined fibers as a fiber material.
  • The predetermined fibers include, for example, cellulose fibers such as rayon, lyocell, tencel, and cotton; polyolefin fibers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyvinyl alcohol; polyester fibers such as polyethylene terephthalate and polybutylene terephthalate; and polyamide fibers such as nylon. These may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
  • Moreover, as the chemical liquid with which the sheet P is impregnated, any chemical liquid can be used according to the usage of the sheet P. However, for example, those containing purified water, preservatives, pH adjusters, surfactants and the like are preferable.
  • The sheet P is not limited to a wet sheet and may be a dry sheet.
  • [Sheet Package]
  • As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 , the sheet package 110 is formed in a bag shape from a flexible sheet-like film.
  • As the sheet-like film, for example, a single material or a composite material of a synthetic resin film such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polyester, polyamide, and polyvinyl chloride, or a composite film laminating these synthetic resin films and aluminum foil or paper or the like can be used. Moreover, the thickness of the sheet package 110 is preferably from 40 μm to 70 μm.
  • The sheet package 110 is formed in a pillow-type package that includes a plurality of sheets P inside, by joining opposite sides of a sheet-like film to form a center seal portion not shown (formed on the rear surface side of the sheet package 110), and then placing the rolled sheets P inside the film that is made cylindrical, and thereafter joining the holes at both ends of the cylindrical film to form end seal portions 111, 111 in two locations.
  • The size of the sheet package 110 is determined according to the size of the rolled sheets P to be accommodated. However, it is preferable that the sheet package 110 has a size that allows a plurality of sheets P to be accommodated with a slight margin so as not to make the sheet package 110 unnecessarily large and not to make it difficult to take out the sheets P during use.
  • (Hanging Hole)
  • At least one of the two end seal portions 111, 111, which are the ends of the sheet package 110, is provided with a hanging hole 11 for hanging the capped sheet package 100 from a predetermined hanging member.
  • The hanging hole 11 functions as a hooking portion that is hooked to a predetermined hanging member such as a hook. In particular, if the hanging hole 11 on the first end side is hooked to a hook attached to a wall surface or the like, the end seal portion 111 on the second end side of the sheet package 110 can be placed downward, and the capped sheet package 100 can be set to be hung from a hook or the like.
  • The end seal portion 111 of the sheet package 110 may be a part of the hooking portion, and the hooking portion may be configured by the end seal portion 111 and the hanging hole 11.
  • [Sheet Package Cap]
  • The sheet package cap 120 is a cap that keeps the inside of the sheet package 110 airtight and serves as a take-out member for taking out the sheets P stored inside the sheet package 110 as needed. The sheet package cap 120 is formed detachably so as to close an opening provided in the sheet package 110, and as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 , includes at least a cover 121 and an attachment 122.
  • The sheet package cap 120 may be made of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, ABS resin, or the like, which has a certain strength and is resistant to wetting by alcohol and chemical liquids contained when the sheet P is a wet sheet, and a known material can be used.
  • [Cover]
  • As shown in FIG. 3 , the cover 121 is, for example, a circular member when viewed from above, and has a lid 121 a, which is a lid for closing an outlet hole 121 d (described later), on the upper surface portion. In addition, as shown in FIG. 4 , a cylindrical female screw portion 121 b that is screwed with a male screw portion 1221 c (described later) is provided on the lower portion of the inner surface side of the side portion, and an outlet 121 c is provided in a hole of the female screw portion 121 b.
  • [Outlet]
  • As shown in FIG. 5A, for example, the outlet 121 c is a substantially cylindrical member made of an elastically deformable material such as a styrene-butadiene-based, polyester-based, polyethylene-based, or urethane-based elastomer. The outlet 121 c is configured such that its peripheral portion is thicker than the central portion where the outlet hole 121 d, which is a hole for taking out the sheet P, is formed. The outlet 121 c is fixed in the hole of the cover 121.
  • (Outlet Hole)
  • The outlet hole 121 d may have any shape as long as the sheet P can be taken out one by one by applying resistance when taking out the sheet P. For example, as shown in FIG. 5A, it is preferable to have such a configuration that two straight lines are cross-shaped. and a first circular portion is provided at the portion where the first ends of the straight lines intersect, and a second circular portion having a smaller diameter than the first circular portion is provided at the second ends of the straight lines. With such a configuration, both the retention of the sheet P in the outlet hole 121 d and the ease of taking out the sheet P can be achieved.
  • Since the periphery of the outlet hole 121 d is made of the elastically deformable material as described above, the outlet 121 c can apply appropriate resistance to the sheet P and achieves the function to hold the next sheet P after the sheet P stored in the sheet package 110 is pulled out. In addition, the perforations for cutting provided on the sheet P enable the sheet P to be cut.
  • (Attachment)
  • The attachment 122 is a member for mounting the cover 121 on the sheet package 110. As shown in FIG. 4 , the attachment 122 includes, for example, a fixing member 1221 that is circular in top view, and a ring-shaped member 1222 that is slightly smaller than the fixing member 1221 and circular in top view.
  • (Fixing Member)
  • As shown in FIG. 5B, in the fixing member 1221, a member that is circular in top view is cut into semicircles of equal size. The first end portions on the outer surface side in the side surface portions of both semicircles are connected by a connecting portion 1221 a which is thin compared to the fixing member 1221. Therefore, the fixing member 1221 can be freely opened and closed with the connecting portion 1221 a as a fulcrum.
  • As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5B, the fixing member 1221 has, in a lower portion on the inner surface side of the side surface portion, a concave portion 1221 b which abuts on a convex portion 1222 a (described later) of the ring-shaped member 1222, and has a male screw portion 1221 c from an upper end on the outer surface side.
  • (Ring-Shaped Member)
  • As shown in FIG. 5C, the ring-shaped member 1222 is formed so that the outer diameter is larger at the lower portion than at the upper portion, and the ring-shaped member 1222 has the convex portion 1222 a to contact the concave portion 1221 b at the upper portion of the outer surface side among the side portions. In addition, at portions of the lower end of the ring-shaped member 1222 facing each other, pinched portions 1222 b, 1222 b for pinching the ring-shaped member 1222 with fingers without touching the convex portion 1222 a when attaching the sheet package cap 120 to the sheet package 110 are provided so as to protrude downward.
  • (Seal)
  • The seal 123 is, as shown in FIG. 5B, an elastic member such as rubber provided at the lower end of the male screw portion 1221 c, for example. The seal 123 contacts the lower end of the cover 121 to increase the tightness between the cover 121 and the attachment 122, thereby increasing the airtightness within the sheet package 110.
  • When the cover 121 and the attachment 122 are shaped as shown in the present embodiment, the seal 123 may be provided at the lower end of the female screw portion 121 b. However, since the resistance when the female screw portion 121 b and the male screw portion 1221 c are screwed together becomes strong, it is preferable to provide the seal 123 at the lower end of the male screw portion 1221 c.
  • (How to Attach Sheet Package Cap)
  • In order to attach the sheet package cap 120 as described above to the sheet package 110, the following procedures (1) to (3) may be followed.
  • (1) An opening of a predetermined size is provided in a part of the sheet package 110 (approximately the center of the end seal portion 111 on the second end side in FIGS. 1 and 2 ), and the ring-shaped member 1222 is placed in the opening so that the sheet package 110 around the opening abuts the outer surface of the ring-shaped member 1222. At this time, the pinched portions 1222 b, 1222 b are pinched with fingers of one hand, and one end of the sheet P is made come out of the hole of the ring-shaped member 1222 with the other hand.
  • (2) The fixing member 1221 is opened with the connecting portion 1221 a as a fulcrum, and closed sandwiching the ring-shaped member 1222 from above the sheet package 110 so that the convex portion 1222 a and the concave portion 1221 b are in contact with each other.
  • (3) With one end of the sheet P coming out of the outlet hole 121 d, the cover 121 is rotated until the seal 123 and the lower end of the cover 121 come into contact with each other, and the female screw portion 121 b and the male screw portion 1221 c are screwed to close the whole.
  • Effects of Invention
  • A capped sheet package 100 as shown in FIG. 1 which is made by attaching the sheet package cap 120 according to the present embodiment so as to cover the opening provided in the sheet package 110 can be used as a sanitary tissue paper storage container.
  • In the capped sheet package 100 according to the present embodiment, the sheet package 110, which corresponds to a conventional plastic sanitary tissue paper storage container for storing rolled sheets, is made of a flexible sheet-like film. Therefore, the sheet package 110 can be deformed to some extent, and can be set in gaps between shelves, and the like, so that it can be space-saving and easy to carry.
  • Further, the sheet package cap 120 is separate and detachable from the sheet package 110. Therefore, when all the sheets P stored in the sheet package 110 are used up, the sheet package cap 120 can be removed and only the sheet package 110 can be discarded, which is environmentally friendly since the need for conventional bottle-shaped sanitary tissue paper storage containers is eliminated and plastic waste is reduced.
  • Further, the sheet package cap 120 includes an outlet 121 c having an outlet hole 121 d. Therefore, the end of the sheet P taken out from the sheet package 110 can be properly held and the sheet P can be properly taken out by applying resistance.
  • At least the end seal portion 111 on the first end side of the sheet package 110 is provided with a hanging hole 11. Therefore, by hooking the hanging hole 11 to a hook or the like, the capped sheet package 100 can be hung from the hook or the like.
  • Such a capped sheet package 100 can be hung and set by fixing a hook or the like to a user-friendly place such as a kitchen or a washroom, and by hooking the hanging hole 11 to the hook or the like.
  • Further, for example, in a case where the hanging hole 11 of the end seal portion 111 on the first end side is hooked by a hook or the like, when the sheet package cap 120 is attached to the end seal portion 111 on the second end side, an upward force by the hook or the like holding the capped sheet package 100 is exerted against the downward force of the user trying to take out the sheet P. Therefore, the user can take out the sheet P with one hand without pressing the sheet package 110 by hand.
  • The sheet package cap 120 also includes a seal 123 that makes airtight between the cover 121 and the attachment 122. Therefore, when the cover 121 is attached to the attachment 122, the degree of tightness between the two members can be increased, and when the sheets P stored in the sheet package 110 are wet sheets, the evaporation of chemical liquid can be more suppressed.
  • Modification Example; Sheet Package Cap
  • In the above description, as the sheet package cap 120, a combination of the cover 121 and the attachment 122, which are members independent of each other, is exemplified, but the sheet package cap 120 is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 6 , a sheet package cap 120 in which a cover 121 protruding downward and a clip-like attachment 122 which is rotatable in the left-right direction and which sandwiches the cover 121 are integrated may be used.
  • Also, the lid 121 a is not limited to the opening and closing type fixed to the upper surface portion of the cover 121 as shown in FIG. 5A, as long as it can close the outlet hole 121 d. For example, a detachable attachment type as shown in FIG. 6 may be used.
  • In the case of such a sheet package cap 120, the sheet package cap 120 can be attached to the sheet package 110 by providing an opening in the sheet package 110, putting the lower part of the cover 121 projecting from the attachment 122 into the sheet package 110, and sandwiching the opening of the package 110 by the attachment 122.
  • When the sheet package cap 120 has such a shape, the sheet package cap 120 is attached to the sheet package 110 by sandwiching the sheet package 110 with the attachment 122. Thus, the deformation of the sheet package 110 around the sheet package cap 120 can be reduced.
  • In the above description, the cover 121, the fixing member 1221 forming the attachment 122, and the ring-shaped member 1222 are separate and independent members, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the cover 121 integral with the fixing member 1221 may have a female screw from the lower end on the inner surface side, and the ring-shaped member 1222 may have a male screw that screws with the female screw from the upper end on the outer surface side, so that the sheet package cap 120 is attached to the sheet package 110 by sandwiching the sheet package 110 around the opening with the cover 121 and the ring-shaped member 1222.
  • The three forms described above are only examples. It is sufficient that the sheet package cap 120 includes a cover 121 and an attachment 122 for attaching the cover 121 to the sheet package 110, the cover 121 includes an outlet 121 c having an outlet hole 121 d that applies resistance when the sheet P is taken out and a lid 121 a that closes the outlet hole 121 d, and the sheet package cap 120 is detachably attached to the sheet package 110 to close the opening provided in the sheet package 110 in a film form storing the rolled sheets P inside. Therefore, any shape and attaching method can be used as appropriate.
  • Modification Example; Other Configurations
  • In the above description, a hook or the like is used as the hanging member, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the capped sheet package 100 may be hung by hooking the hanging hole 11 to projections provided in advance on the wall surface, nails or rivets driven into the wall surface, and the like.
  • Moreover, the hooking portion of the capped sheet package 100 is not limited to the hanging hole 11. For example, a resin ring or the like fixed to the end seal portion 111 may be used, and any hooking portion may be used as long as it is for hanging the capped sheet package 100 on the wall surface.
  • In FIGS. 1 and 2 , the end seal portion 111 on the second end side of the sheet package 110 is cut at substantially the center to provide the opening, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, one end of the end seal portion 111 may be cut, or the entire end seal portion 111 may be cut.
  • In addition, in the present embodiment, since the case where the sheet P is stored in a rolled state along the Z-axis direction (up-down direction) is exemplified, an opening is provided to the end seal portion 111. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the sheet P may be stored in the sheet package 110 in a state of being rolled along the X-axis direction (front-rear direction), in which case it is preferable that an opening is provided to the front surface portion of the sheet package 110.
  • However, for example, in the case where the user provides an opening in the front surface portion of the sheet package 110 though the sheets P are stored in a rolled state along the Z-axis direction in the sheet package 110, it becomes difficult to take out the stored sheets P. Therefore, it is desirable to provide an opening in the sheet package 110 in advance, attach a peelable seal so as to cover the opening, or mark the cut-out portion of the sheet package 110 on the sheet package 110.
  • In addition, it goes without saying that other specific detailed structure and the like can be changed as appropriate.
  • The present invention enables space saving of the sheet package, and can be used for an environmentally friendly sheet package cap and a capped sheet package.
