Abstract

Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present utility model relates to the technical field of toy cars, and in particular to a model car.
  • BACKGROUND
  • In a prior art, a toy car is usually provided with a car body and a car shell, a front clamping claw and a rear clamping claw are respectively arranged at the front and rear ends of the car shell, and a front clamping seat and a rear clamping seat are also respectively arranged at corresponding positions of the front and rear ends of the car body. When the car shell is installed on the car body, the front clamping claw is clamped on the front clamping seat, and the rear clamping claw is clamped on the rear clamping seat. Such a fixedly clamped structure is difficult to disassemble and assemble, and great effort is required to release the clamped structure to separate the car shell from the car body, which makes it difficult to disassemble and assemble the car body and the car shell of the toy car, and the player experience is not good.
  • In view of this, the present utility model is specially provided.
  • SUMMARY
  • The present utility model provides a model car.
  • The present application provides a technical solution as follows:
      • a model car, including:
      • a car body, wherein a first locking fitting frame and a second locking fitting frame are respectively arranged at both ends of the car body in a length direction;
      • a car shell assembly, the car shell assembly comprising a car shell frame and a car shell arranged on a car shell frame, wherein a limiting part is arranged at the end of the car shell frame in the length direction; and
      • a locking mechanism, the locking mechanism being located at the end of the car shell assembly away from the limiting part, and being provided with an inner slider and an outer slider, wherein the inner slider and the outer slider are respectively arranged at both sides of the car shell in a thickness direction, the inner slider is slidably connected to the car shell frame, and the inner slider and the outer slider are connected to each other, wherein
      • the limiting part is enabled to be clamped on the first locking fitting frame, and the outer slider is enabled to slide bidirectionally in the length direction of the car body to drive the inner slider to be clamped on or disengaged from the second locking fitting frame.
  • Optionally, the first locking fitting frame is provided with a first bayonet;
      • the car shell frame is provided with a main holder and the limiting part, and the limiting part is located at the side of the main holder in the thickness direction; and
      • the limiting part is enabled to be plugged into the first bayonet.
  • Optionally, the main holder is provided with a first holder part and a vault frame;
      • the first holder part is connected to the vault frame;
      • the limiting part is provided with a plug-in connector and a connector;
      • the plug-in connector is parallel to the first holder part, and the connector connects the plug-in connector and the first holder part; and
      • the plug-in connector is plugged into the first bayonet on the first locking fitting frame.
  • Optionally, a plurality of first reinforcing ribs are arranged on the surface of the plug-in connector close to the car shell, and each of the first reinforcing ribs is sequentially arranged in the width direction of the model car;
      • the first locking fitting frame comprises a first main frame and an extension plate arranged on the first main frame, wherein the extension plate extends in a direction perpendicular to the first main frame, a plurality of second reinforcing ribs are arranged on the extension plate, and a clearance slot is formed between adjacent second reinforcing ribs; and
      • in the state that the plug-in connector is plugged into the first bayonet, each of the first reinforcing ribs is inserted into the corresponding clearance slot, respectively.
  • Optionally, the model car is provided with a decorative part;
      • the car shell is provided with an avoidance opening;
      • a connecting base is arranged on the first holder;
      • the decorative part is in part exposed to the car shell, and the decorative part in part passes through the avoidance opening and is connected to the connecting base.
  • Optionally, the second locking fitting frame is provided with a second bayonet;
      • the inner slider is enabled to slide along the car shell frame to be inserted into or disengaged from the second bayonet.
  • Optionally, the car shell frame is provided with a second holder part and a vault frame;
      • the second holder part is connected to the vault frame; and
      • the inner slider is slidably connected to the second holder part.
  • Optionally, a strip-shaped guide groove is formed on the second holder part;
      • the inner slider comprises an upper slider and a lower slider;
      • the upper slider and the lower slider are respectively located at both sides of the second holder part in the thickness direction, and a connecting part is arranged on one of the upper slider and the lower slider so as to connect the other one thereof;
      • the connecting part penetrates through the strip-shaped guide groove; and
      • the upper slider and the outer slider are connected to each other.
  • Optionally, a connecting column is arranged on the upper slider, and the connecting column is provided with a slot;
      • an insert shaft is arranged on the outer slider;
      • the car shell is provided with an avoidance strip groove; and
      • the insert shaft passes through the avoidance strip groove and is inserted into the slot.
  • By the adoption of the above technical solution, the present application is caused to have the following advantageous effects:
  • When the car shell assembly of the model car in the present application is installed, the limiting part is first clamped at the first bayonet, and then the outer slider is slid to drive the inner slider to be clamped at the second bayonet. When in disassembly, the outer slider is slid to drive the inner slider to disengage from the second bayonet, and the car shell assembly is pulled, so that the plug-in connector is disengaged from the first bayonet. The car shell assembly of the model car in the present application is simple in structure and convenient to assemble and disassemble, and the assembly and disassembly operation can be completed without great effort.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
  • In order to make the purpose, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present utility model clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present utility model. The following embodiments are used to describe the present utility model but not to restrict the scope of the present utility model.
  • In the description of the present utility model, it should be noted that the orientation or location relationships indicated by the terms “up”, “down”, “inside”, “outside” and the like refer to orientation or location relationships shown on the basis of the accompanying drawings, which are used only for convenience of describing the present utility model and simplifying the descriptions, rather than indicating or implying that the referred apparatuses or elements must have a specific orientation, and be constructed and operated in the specific orientation. Therefore, it cannot be understood as a limitation to the present utility model.
  • In the description of the present utility model, it should be noted that unless otherwise expressly specified and defined, the terms “mounted” and “connected” should be understood broadly, for example, as fixed connection, detachable connection or integral connection; mechanical connection or electrical connection; direct connection, or indirect connection through an intermediary medium. For those of ordinary skill in the art, the specific meaning of the terms in the present utility model may be understood according to specific situations.
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 to 14 , an embodiment of the present application provides a model car, including: a car body 1, a car shell assembly 2 and a locking mechanism 3. A first locking fitting frame 11 and a second locking fitting frame 12 are respectively arranged at both ends of the car body 1 in a length direction. The car shell assembly 2 includes a car shell frame 21 and a car shell 22 arranged on the car shell frame 21, and a limiting part 212 is arranged at the end of the car shell frame 21 in the length direction. The locking mechanism 3 is located at the end of the car shell assembly 2 away from the limiting part 212. The locking mechanism 3 is provided with an inner slider 31 and an outer slider 32. The inner slider 31 and the outer slider 32 are respectively arranged at both sides of the car shell 22 in a thickness direction, the inner slider 31 is slidably connected to the car shell frame 21, and the inner slider 31 and the outer slider 32 are connected to each other. The limiting part 212 is enabled to be clamped on the first locking fitting frame 11, and the outer slider 32 is enabled to slide bidirectionally in the length direction of the car body 1 to drive the inner slider 31 to be clamped on or disengaged from the second locking fitting frame 12. When the car shell assembly 2 of the model car in the present application is installed, the limiting part 212 is first clamped at a first bayonet 1111 of the first locking fitting frame 11, and then the outer slider 32 is slid to drive the inner slider 31 to be clamped at a second bayonet 121 of the second locking fitting frame 12. When in disassembly, the outer slider 32 is slid to drive the inner slider 31 to disengage from the second bayonet 121, and the car shell assembly 2 is pulled, so that a plug-in connector 2121 is disengaged from the first bayonet 1111. The car shell assembly 2 of the model car in the present application is simple in structure and convenient to assemble and disassemble, and the assembly and disassembly operation can be completed without great effort.
  • As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5 , the first locking fitting frame 11 is provided with a first bayonet 1111; the car shell frame 21 is provided with a main holder 211 and the limiting part 212, and the limiting part 212 is located at the side of the main holder 211 in the thickness direction; and the limiting part 212 is enabled to be plugged into the first bayonet 1111. The limiting part 212 does not interfere with the cooperation between the car body 1 and the main holder 211, and the limiting part 212 is clamped at the first bayonet 1111 to connect one end of the car shell frame 21 to the car body 1, so that the main holder 211 can maintain a complete structural form, and the plug-in structure is simple, which facilitates the installation of the car shell 22.
  • As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5 , the main holder 211 is provided with a first holder part 2111 and a vault frame 2112, and the structure of the vault of the vault frame 2112 forms the shape of a driving cab of the toy car. The first holder part 2111 is connected to the vault frame 2112; the limiting part 212 is provided with a plug-in connector 2121 and a connector 2122; the plug-in connector 2121 is parallel to the first holder part 2111, and the connector 2122 connects the plug-in connector 2121 and the first holder part 2111; and the plug-in connector 2121 is plugged into the first bayonet 1111 on the first locking fitting frame 11. The first bayonet 1111 may be a hollowed-out elongated opening, and the plane where the first locking fitting frame 11 is located is perpendicular to the plug-in connector 2121, which facilitates the vertical plug-in of the plug-in connector 2121 at the first bayonet 1111.
  • As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 , a plurality of first reinforcing ribs 2121 a are arranged on the surface of the plug-in connector 2121 close to the car shell 22, and each of the first reinforcing ribs 2121 a is sequentially arranged in the width direction of the model car; the first locking fitting frame 11 includes a first main frame 111 and an extension plate 112 arranged on the first main frame 111, wherein the extension plate 112 extends in a direction perpendicular to the first main frame 111, a plurality of second reinforcing ribs 1121 are arranged on the extension plate 112, and a clearance slot is formed between adjacent second reinforcing ribs 1121; and in the state that the plug-in connector 2121 is plugged into the first bayonet 1111, each of the first reinforcing ribs 2121 a is inserted into the corresponding clearance slot, respectively. The clearance slot has the function of limiting and fixing the plug-in connector 2121, preventing the car shell frame 21 from shaking in a width direction of the car body 1, and causing the assembly structure to be more stable.
  • In a possible implementation, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 10 , the model car is provided with a decorative part 4; the car shell 22 is provided with an avoidance opening 221; a connecting base 2111 a is arranged on the first holder; and the decorative part 4 is in part exposed to the car shell 22, and the decorative part 4 in part passes through the avoidance opening 221 and is connected to the connecting base 2111 a. The connecting base 2111 a may be a cylindrical groove, and a plurality of corresponding insert posts 41 are arranged on the decorative part 4. When the decorative part 4 is installed on the car shell 22, the insert posts 41 are inserted into the cylindrical groove to connect the decorative part 4 to the car shell 22. The avoidance opening 221 facilitates the installation of the decorative part 4, and the decorative part 4 has a function of limiting and fixing the car shell 22. In the assembly process of the model car, the decorative part 4 of a different color or pattern can be matched to decorate the car shell 22, and the exposed decoration makes the appearance of the model car in the present application rich and changeable, which can meet the needs of different players for the appearance of the model car.
  • As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 , a plurality of first connecting holes 223 are formed on the car shell 22, a plurality of second connecting holes 2114 are formed on the main holder 211, a first connecting base (not shown in the figure) is arranged on the car body 1, and a rod body of a fastener may sequentially penetrate through the first connecting hole 223 and the corresponding second connecting hole 2114 to be connected to the corresponding first connecting base, so that the car shell assembly 2 can be connected to the car body 1. The fastener may be a screw. A screw rod of the screw sequentially penetrates through the first connecting hole 223 and the corresponding second connecting hole 2114 to be connected to the corresponding first connecting base, and a cap of the screw is limited at one side of the car shell 22. Thus, the car shell assembly 2 can be connected to the car body 1.
  • As shown in FIG. 9 , the second locking fitting frame 12 is provided with a second bayonet 121, and the inner slider 31 is enabled to slide along the car shell frame 21 to be inserted into or disengaged from the second bayonet 121. The plane where the second locking fitting frame 12 is located is perpendicular to the sliding direction of the inner slider 31, and the second bayonet 121 may be a hollowed-out elongated opening, so as to facilitate movable insertion of the inner slider 31 into or disengagement thereof from the second bayonet 121.
  • As shown in FIG. 2 , the car shell frame 21 is provided with a second holder part 2113 and a vault frame 2112; the second holder part 2113 is connected to the vault frame 2112; and the inner slider 31 is slidably connected to the second holder part 2113. The vault frame 2112 is in a structure of an arched middle part, and the vault frame 2112 is arranged between the second holder part 2113 and the first holder, so that the first holder part 2111, the vault frame 2112 and the second holder part 2113 form the appearance of the car.
  • In a possible implementation, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 6 , a strip-shaped guide groove 2113 a is formed on the second holder part 2113. As shown in FIGS. 8, 12, 13 and 14 , the inner slider 31 includes an upper slider 311 and a lower slider 312; the upper slider 311 and the lower slider 312 are respectively located at both sides of the second holder part 2113 in the thickness direction, and a connecting part a is arranged on one of the upper slider 311 and the lower slider 312 so as to connect the other one thereof; the connecting part a penetrates through the strip-shaped guide groove 2113 a; and the upper slider 311 and the outer slider 32 are connected to each other. The strip-shaped guide groove 2113 a extends in the length direction of the car body 1, and the strip-shaped guide groove 2113 a can restrict the connecting part a to moving only in the length direction of the strip-shaped groove, thereby locking or unlocking the second locking fitting frame 12.
  • As shown in FIG. 7 , a baffle plate 33 may be arranged on the upper slider 311 in a sleeving manner, and the baffle plate 33 includes a plate body 331 and a sleeve part 332. The sleeve part 332 is arranged on a connecting column 3111 of the upper slider 311 in a sleeving manner, and the connecting column 3111 passes through the sleeve part 332. When the upper slider 311 moves, the baffle plate 33 may move synchronously with the slider and cover the strip-shaped guide groove 2113 a. The length of the baffle plate 33 is greater than that of the slider. As the upper slider 311 slides and moves, the strip-shaped guide groove 2113 a may be exposed, which is not conducive to the beauty of the appearance of the model car. The use of the baffle plate 33 may be to cover the strip-shaped guide groove 2113 a, which is beneficial to the beauty of the appearance of the applied model car.
  • As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 , a connecting column 3111 is arranged on the upper slider 311, and the connecting column 3111 is provided with a slot 3111 a; an insert shaft 321 is arranged on the outer slider 32; the car shell 22 is provided with an avoidance strip groove 222; and the insert shaft 321 passes through the avoidance strip groove 222 and is inserted into the slot 3111 a. The connecting structure of the insert shaft 321 inserted into the slot 3111 a is simple and easy to operate, which facilitates the installation of the slider. A pushing part 322 may be arranged on the upper slider 311, the pushing part 322 is vertically connected to the insert shaft 321, and the pushing part 322 may be provided with a bump extending away from the insert shaft 321, which facilitates the fingers to force the bump to push the slider to move. The length of the upper slider 311 may be greater than that of the lower slider, and the upper slider 311 may be plugged into the second bayonet 121 on the second locking fitting frame 12.
  • When the car body 1 and car shell assembly 2 of the model car in the present application are installed, the plug-in connector 2121 of the limiting part 212 is first plugged into the first bayonet 1111 on the first locking fitting frame 11, and then the outer slider 32 is pushed to slide in the length direction of the tail of the car body 1, so as to drive the inner slider 31 to be clamped at the second bayonet 121 of the second locking fitting frame 12. When the car shell assembly 2 is disassembled, the outer slider 32 is first pushed to slide in the length direction of the head of the car body 1, so as to drive the inner slider 31 to disengage from the second bayonet 121 of the second locking fitting frame 12, then one end of the second holder part 2113 is slightly lifted, and the car shell assembly 2 is slightly pulled towards one side of the tail of the car body 1, to cause the plug-in connector 2121 to disengage from the first bayonet 1111 of the first locking fitting frame 11. Thus, the car shell assembly 2 is disengaged from the car body 1.
  • The preferred embodiments of the present application disclosed above are used only to help explain the present application. The preferred embodiments do not elaborate all the details, and do not limit the present application only to the specific embodiments. It is apparent that many modifications and changes can be made according to the contents of the specification. These embodiments are selected and described in detail in the specification, in order to better explain the principle and practical application of the present application, so that those skilled in the art can better understand and utilize the present application. The present application is limited only by the claims and full scope and equivalents thereof.

Claims (9)

What is claimed is:
1. A model car, comprising:
a car body, wherein a first locking fitting frame and a second locking fitting frame are respectively arranged at both ends of the car body in a length direction;
a car shell assembly, the car shell assembly comprising a car shell frame and a car shell arranged on a car shell frame, wherein a limiting part is arranged at the end of the car shell frame in the length direction; and
a locking mechanism, the locking mechanism being located at the end of the car shell assembly away from the limiting part, and being provided with an inner slider and an outer slider, wherein the inner slider and the outer slider are respectively arranged at both sides of the car shell in a thickness direction, the inner slider is slidably connected to the car shell frame, and the inner slider and the outer slider are connected to each other, wherein the limiting part is enabled to be clamped on the first locking fitting frame, and the outer slider is enabled to slide bidirectionally in the length direction of the car body to drive the inner slider to be clamped on or disengaged from the second locking fitting frame.
2. The model car according to claim 1, wherein the first locking fitting frame is provided with a first bayonet; the car shell frame is provided with a main holder and the limiting part, and the limiting part is located at the side of the main holder in the thickness direction; and the limiting part is enabled to be plugged into the first bayonet.
3. The model car according to claim 2, wherein the main holder is provided with a first holder part and a vault frame; the first holder part is connected to the vault frame; the limiting part is provided with a plug-in connector and a connector; the plug-in connector is parallel to the first holder part, and the connector connects the plug-in connector and the first holder part; and the plug-in connector is plugged into the first bayonet on the first locking fitting frame.
4. The model car according to claim 3, wherein a plurality of first reinforcing ribs are arranged on the surface of the plug-in connector close to the car shell, and each of the first reinforcing ribs is sequentially arranged in the width direction of the model car;
the first locking fitting frame comprises a first main frame and an extension plate arranged on the first main frame, wherein the extension plate extends in a direction perpendicular to the first main frame, a plurality of second reinforcing ribs are arranged on the extension plate, and a clearance slot is formed between adjacent second reinforcing ribs; and in the state that the plug-in connector is plugged into the first bayonet, each of the first reinforcing ribs is inserted into the corresponding clearance slot, respectively.
5. The model car according to claim 3, wherein the model car is provided with a decorative part;
the car shell is provided with an avoidance opening; a connecting base is arranged on the first holder part; and the decorative part is in part exposed to the car shell, and the decorative part in part passes through the avoidance opening and is connected to the connecting base.
6. The model car according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the second locking fitting frame is provided with a second bayonet; and the inner slider is enabled to slide along the car shell frame to be inserted into or disengaged from the second bayonet.
7. The model car according to claim 6, wherein the car shell frame is provided with a second holder part and a vault frame;
the second holder part is connected to the vault frame; and the inner slider is slidably connected to the second holder part.
8. The model car according to claim 7, wherein a strip-shaped guide groove is formed on the second holder part;
the inner slider comprises an upper slider and a lower slider;
the upper slider and the lower slider are respectively located at both sides of the second holder part in the thickness direction, and a connecting part is arranged on one of the upper slider and the lower slider so as to connect the other one thereof;
the connecting part penetrates through the strip-shaped guide groove; and the upper slider and the outer slider are connected to each other.
9. The model car according to claim 8, wherein a connecting column is arranged on the upper slider, and the connecting column is provided with a slot;
an insert shaft is arranged on the outer slider;
the car shell is provided with an avoidance strip groove; and the insert shaft passes through the avoidance strip groove and is inserted into the slot.
