Abstract
Description
- The present utility model relates to the technical field of toy cars, and in particular to a model car.
- In a prior art, a toy car is usually provided with a car body and a car shell, a front clamping claw and a rear clamping claw are respectively arranged at the front and rear ends of the car shell, and a front clamping seat and a rear clamping seat are also respectively arranged at corresponding positions of the front and rear ends of the car body. When the car shell is installed on the car body, the front clamping claw is clamped on the front clamping seat, and the rear clamping claw is clamped on the rear clamping seat. Such a fixedly clamped structure is difficult to disassemble and assemble, and great effort is required to release the clamped structure to separate the car shell from the car body, which makes it difficult to disassemble and assemble the car body and the car shell of the toy car, and the player experience is not good.
- In view of this, the present utility model is specially provided.
- The present utility model provides a model car.
- The present application provides a technical solution as follows:

- a model car, including:
- a car body, wherein a first locking fitting frame and a second locking fitting frame are respectively arranged at both ends of the car body in a length direction;
- a car shell assembly, the car shell assembly comprising a car shell frame and a car shell arranged on a car shell frame, wherein a limiting part is arranged at the end of the car shell frame in the length direction; and
- a locking mechanism, the locking mechanism being located at the end of the car shell assembly away from the limiting part, and being provided with an inner slider and an outer slider, wherein the inner slider and the outer slider are respectively arranged at both sides of the car shell in a thickness direction, the inner slider is slidably connected to the car shell frame, and the inner slider and the outer slider are connected to each other, wherein
- the limiting part is enabled to be clamped on the first locking fitting frame, and the outer slider is enabled to slide bidirectionally in the length direction of the car body to drive the inner slider to be clamped on or disengaged from the second locking fitting frame.
- Optionally, the first locking fitting frame is provided with a first bayonet;

- By the adoption of the above technical solution, the present application is caused to have the following advantageous effects:
- When the car shell assembly of the model car in the present application is installed, the limiting part is first clamped at the first bayonet, and then the outer slider is slid to drive the inner slider to be clamped at the second bayonet. When in disassembly, the outer slider is slid to drive the inner slider to disengage from the second bayonet, and the car shell assembly is pulled, so that the plug-in connector is disengaged from the first bayonet. The car shell assembly of the model car in the present application is simple in structure and convenient to assemble and disassemble, and the assembly and disassembly operation can be completed without great effort.
- The drawings, which form a part of the present application, are used to provide a further understanding of the present utility model, and the illustrative embodiments and descriptions of the present utility model are used to explain the present utility model, but do not constitute undue restrictions on the present utility model. A first locking fitting frame 11 and a second locking fitting frame 12 are respectively arranged at both ends of the car body 1 in a length direction. Thecar shell assembly 2 includes a car shell frame 21 and a car shell 22 arranged on the car shell frame 21, and a limitingpart 212 is arranged at the end of the car shell frame 21 in the length direction. Thelocking mechanism 3 is located at the end of thecar shell assembly 2 away from the limitingpart 212. Thelocking mechanism 3 is provided with aninner slider 31 and anouter slider 32. Theinner slider 31 and theouter slider 32 are respectively arranged at both sides of the car shell 22 in a thickness direction, theinner slider 31 is slidably connected to the car shell frame 21, and theinner slider 31 and theouter slider 32 are connected to each other. The limitingpart 212 is enabled to be clamped on the first locking fitting frame 11, and theouter slider 32 is enabled to slide bidirectionally in the length direction of the car body 1 to drive theinner slider 31 to be clamped on or disengaged from the second locking fitting frame 12. When thecar shell assembly 2 of the model car in the present application is installed, the limitingpart 212 is first clamped at afirst bayonet 1111 of the first locking fitting frame 11, and then theouter slider 32 is slid to drive theinner slider 31 to be clamped at asecond bayonet 121 of the second locking fitting frame 12. When in disassembly, theouter slider 32 is slid to drive theinner slider 31 to disengage from thesecond bayonet 121, and thecar shell assembly 2 is pulled, so that a plug-inconnector 2121 is disengaged from thefirst bayonet 1111. Thecar shell assembly 2 of the model car in the present application is simple in structure and convenient to assemble and disassemble, and the assembly and disassembly operation can be completed without great effort. - As shown in
FIGS. 3 and 5 , the first locking fitting frame 11 is provided with afirst bayonet 1111; the car shell frame 21 is provided with amain holder 211 and the limitingpart 212, and the limitingpart 212 is located at the side of themain holder 211 in the thickness direction; and the limitingpart 212 is enabled to be plugged into thefirst bayonet 1111. The limitingpart 212 does not interfere with the cooperation between the car body 1 and themain holder 211, and the limitingpart 212 is clamped at thefirst bayonet 1111 to connect one end of the car shell frame 21 to the car body 1, so that themain holder 211 can maintain a complete structural form, and the plug-in structure is simple, which facilitates the installation of the car shell 22. - As shown in
FIGS. 3 and 5 , themain holder 211 is provided with afirst holder part 2111 and avault frame 2112, and the structure of the vault of thevault frame 2112 forms the shape of a driving cab of the toy car. Thefirst holder part 2111 is connected to thevault frame 2112; the limitingpart 212 is provided with a plug-inconnector 2121 and aconnector 2122; the plug-inconnector 2121 is parallel to thefirst holder part 2111, and theconnector 2122 connects the plug-inconnector 2121 and thefirst holder part 2111; and the plug-inconnector 2121 is plugged into thefirst bayonet 1111 on the first locking fitting frame 11. Thefirst bayonet 1111 may be a hollowed-out elongated opening, and the plane where the first locking fitting frame 11 is located is perpendicular to the plug-inconnector 2121, which facilitates the vertical plug-in of the plug-inconnector 2121 at thefirst bayonet 1111. - As shown in
FIGS. 4 and 5 , a plurality of first reinforcingribs 2121 a are arranged on the surface of the plug-inconnector 2121 close to the car shell 22, and each of the first reinforcingribs 2121 a is sequentially arranged in the width direction of the model car; the first locking fitting frame 11 includes a firstmain frame 111 and anextension plate 112 arranged on the firstmain frame 111, wherein theextension plate 112 extends in a direction perpendicular to the firstmain frame 111, a plurality of second reinforcingribs 1121 are arranged on theextension plate 112, and a clearance slot is formed between adjacent second reinforcingribs 1121; and in the state that the plug-inconnector 2121 is plugged into thefirst bayonet 1111, each of the first reinforcingribs 2121 a is inserted into the corresponding clearance slot, respectively. The clearance slot has the function of limiting and fixing the plug-inconnector 2121, preventing the car shell frame 21 from shaking in a width direction of the car body 1, and causing the assembly structure to be more stable. - In a possible implementation, as shown in
FIGS. 2 and 10 , the model car is provided with a decorative part 4; the car shell 22 is provided with anavoidance opening 221; a connecting base 2111 a is arranged on the first holder; and the decorative part 4 is in part exposed to the car shell 22, and the decorative part 4 in part passes through theavoidance opening 221 and is connected to the connecting base 2111 a. The connecting base 2111 a may be a cylindrical groove, and a plurality of corresponding insert posts 41 are arranged on the decorative part 4. When the decorative part 4 is installed on the car shell 22, the insert posts 41 are inserted into the cylindrical groove to connect the decorative part 4 to the car shell 22. Theavoidance opening 221 facilitates the installation of the decorative part 4, and the decorative part 4 has a function of limiting and fixing the car shell 22. In the assembly process of the model car, the decorative part 4 of a different color or pattern can be matched to decorate the car shell 22, and the exposed decoration makes the appearance of the model car in the present application rich and changeable, which can meet the needs of different players for the appearance of the model car. - As shown in
FIGS. 2 and 3 , a plurality of first connectingholes 223 are formed on the car shell 22, a plurality of second connectingholes 2114 are formed on themain holder 211, a first connecting base (not shown in the figure) is arranged on the car body 1, and a rod body of a fastener may sequentially penetrate through the first connectinghole 223 and the corresponding second connectinghole 2114 to be connected to the corresponding first connecting base, so that thecar shell assembly 2 can be connected to the car body 1. The fastener may be a screw. A screw rod of the screw sequentially penetrates through the first connectinghole 223 and the corresponding second connectinghole 2114 to be connected to the corresponding first connecting base, and a cap of the screw is limited at one side of the car shell 22. Thus, thecar shell assembly 2 can be connected to the car body 1. - As shown in
FIG. 9 , the second locking fitting frame 12 is provided with asecond bayonet 121, and theinner slider 31 is enabled to slide along the car shell frame 21 to be inserted into or disengaged from thesecond bayonet 121. The plane where the second locking fitting frame 12 is located is perpendicular to the sliding direction of theinner slider 31, and thesecond bayonet 121 may be a hollowed-out elongated opening, so as to facilitate movable insertion of theinner slider 31 into or disengagement thereof from thesecond bayonet 121. - As shown in
FIG. 2 , the car shell frame 21 is provided with asecond holder part 2113 and avault frame 2112; thesecond holder part 2113 is connected to thevault frame 2112; and theinner slider 31 is slidably connected to thesecond holder part 2113. Thevault frame 2112 is in a structure of an arched middle part, and thevault frame 2112 is arranged between thesecond holder part 2113 and the first holder, so that thefirst holder part 2111, thevault frame 2112 and thesecond holder part 2113 form the appearance of the car. - In a possible implementation, as shown in
FIGS. 2 and 6 , a strip-shapedguide groove 2113 a is formed on thesecond holder part 2113. As shown inFIGS. 8, 12, 13 and 14 , theinner slider 31 includes anupper slider 311 and alower slider 312; theupper slider 311 and thelower slider 312 are respectively located at both sides of thesecond holder part 2113 in the thickness direction, and a connecting part a is arranged on one of theupper slider 311 and thelower slider 312 so as to connect the other one thereof; the connecting part a penetrates through the strip-shapedguide groove 2113 a; and theupper slider 311 and theouter slider 32 are connected to each other. The strip-shapedguide groove 2113 a extends in the length direction of the car body 1, and the strip-shapedguide groove 2113 a can restrict the connecting part a to moving only in the length direction of the strip-shaped groove, thereby locking or unlocking the second locking fitting frame 12. - As shown in
FIG. 7 , abaffle plate 33 may be arranged on theupper slider 311 in a sleeving manner, and thebaffle plate 33 includes aplate body 331 and asleeve part 332. Thesleeve part 332 is arranged on a connectingcolumn 3111 of theupper slider 311 in a sleeving manner, and the connectingcolumn 3111 passes through thesleeve part 332. When theupper slider 311 moves, thebaffle plate 33 may move synchronously with the slider and cover the strip-shapedguide groove 2113 a. The length of thebaffle plate 33 is greater than that of the slider. As theupper slider 311 slides and moves, the strip-shapedguide groove 2113 a may be exposed, which is not conducive to the beauty of the appearance of the model car. The use of thebaffle plate 33 may be to cover the strip-shapedguide groove 2113 a, which is beneficial to the beauty of the appearance of the applied model car. - As shown in
FIGS. 7 and 8 , a connectingcolumn 3111 is arranged on theupper slider 311, and the connectingcolumn 3111 is provided with aslot 3111 a; aninsert shaft 321 is arranged on theouter slider 32; the car shell 22 is provided with anavoidance strip groove 222; and theinsert shaft 321 passes through theavoidance strip groove 222 and is inserted into theslot 3111 a. The connecting structure of theinsert shaft 321 inserted into theslot 3111 a is simple and easy to operate, which facilitates the installation of the slider. A pushingpart 322 may be arranged on theupper slider 311, the pushingpart 322 is vertically connected to theinsert shaft 321, and the pushingpart 322 may be provided with a bump extending away from theinsert shaft 321, which facilitates the fingers to force the bump to push the slider to move. The length of theupper slider 311 may be greater than that of the lower slider, and theupper slider 311 may be plugged into thesecond bayonet 121 on the second locking fitting frame 12. - When the car body 1 and
car shell assembly 2 of the model car in the present application are installed, the plug-inconnector 2121 of the limitingpart 212 is first plugged into thefirst bayonet 1111 on the first locking fitting frame 11, and then theouter slider 32 is pushed to slide in the length direction of the tail of the car body 1, so as to drive theinner slider 31 to be clamped at thesecond bayonet 121 of the second locking fitting frame 12. When thecar shell assembly 2 is disassembled, theouter slider 32 is first pushed to slide in the length direction of the head of the car body 1, so as to drive theinner slider 31 to disengage from thesecond bayonet 121 of the second locking fitting frame 12, then one end of thesecond holder part 2113 is slightly lifted, and thecar shell assembly 2 is slightly pulled towards one side of the tail of the car body 1, to cause the plug-inconnector 2121 to disengage from thefirst bayonet 1111 of the first locking fitting frame 11. Thus, thecar shell assembly 2 is disengaged from the car body 1. - The preferred embodiments of the present application disclosed above are used only to help explain the present application. The preferred embodiments do not elaborate all the details, and do not limit the present application only to the specific embodiments. It is apparent that many modifications and changes can be made according to the contents of the specification. These embodiments are selected and described in detail in the specification, in order to better explain the principle and practical application of the present application, so that those skilled in the art can better understand and utilize the present application. The present application is limited only by the claims and full scope and equivalents thereof.
