Abstract
The utility model relates to solid-fuel heating devices for heating mobile structures, with the option of preparing hot food. The technical result consists in extending the field of use of a stove while simultaneously maintaining the volume of the stove in its transport form. A heating stove with a surface for cooking comprises a housing with an opening for a flue and with supports, in which housing a combustion chamber with a door, a fire grate, an ash pan and a flue are arranged. In contrast to the closest prior art, the housing of the stove is provided with side screens. The front wall and the rear wall of the housing are provided with diagonal grooves for changing the position of the screens, wherein the screens are provided with rods for moving in the grooves.
Description
- The invention relates to solid fuel heating devices for heating mobile structures with the option of cooking hot food.
- The prior art teaches a furnace for mobile structures with a movable shutter and a spark arrestor, containing a housing containing a combustion chamber with a door, a fire grate, an ash pan with an ash drawer, a chimney, a protective casing convector and supports, wherein the combustion chamber contains a damper with the option of moving it, further comprising a spark arrestor adjacent to the combustion chamber, the spark arrestor consisting of a cavity and a chimney pipe immersed in it. See RU145329, publication date Sep. 20, 2014.
- The closest analogue of the claimed invention is a mobile furnace with a transformable convector shell. The furnace contains a housing in the form of a hexagonal prism, with the side screens made with a possibility of changing the position relative to the side walls of the housing by turning on hinges in the lower part. See RU 98663, publication date Jun. 16, 2016.
- The main disadvantage of the known technical solutions is they do not have a cooking surface at the same furnace.
- The technical problem, to be solved in this invention, is to provide the stove operation combined with the use of the masonry as a cooking surface.
- The technical result is to expand the field of application of the furnace while maintaining the volume of the furnace in the transportable form.
- The essence of the claimed device is as follows.
- The heating furnace with the cooking surface contains a housing with an opening for a chimney and supports, in which there is a combustion chamber with a door, a fire grate, an ash pan and the chimney. Unlike its closest prior art, the furnace housing is equipped with side screens. The front and rear walls of the housing are equipped with diagonal grooves for changing the position of the screens, while the screens are provided with rods for movement in the grooves.
- In one embodiment, the ash pan is equipped with a drawer and the furnace is equipped with a built-in spark arrester to prevent sparks from escaping out of the housing. Optionally, the spark arrester is made in the form of a vertical partition inside the furnace housing, separating the space between the chimney opening and a slot for air circulation.
- In one embodiment, the chimney is made in one piece or, in the other embodiment, it is modular in the form of several segments. The modular chimney provides a reduction in the furnace volume during transportation, wherein the segments assembly is based on a condensed matter that is created inside the chimney in a such a way that the condensed matter flows down without penetration through the joints between the segments.
- Optionally, the screens are equipped with the openings for additional air circulation. The screens have a protective function, creating convection currents along the housing of the furnace, accelerating the heating process of the mobile home or other structure.
- In one embodiment, the grooves for changing the position of the screens are made straight with an opening at the end to fix the position, or, alternatively, they are made arc-shaped. This design ensures that the position of the screens can be changed in the direction from the furnace housing upwards. When the screens' are extended, the side walls are formed, projecting above the upper (top) surface of the furnace housing. In this embodiment, the masonry is used. If the oven is operated in the folded position of the screens, it is possible to use the upper surface as a cooking surface with any size cookware. In addition, in order to adjust the intensity of the heating process, the furnace can be used in a mode where only one of the screens is extended.
- The transportation of the furnace is carried out in the folded position of the screens, which provides a significant reduction in its volume, while in the extended position of the screens it is possible to use the furnace with masonry for heating mobile homes and other structures, such as tents and mobile baths as well as using the cooking surface. The above-described essential features are new and ensure the achievement of the claimed technical result, which allows us to conclude that the claimed invention meets the novelty patentability criterion.
- The essence of the claimed utility model is explained by the following drawings:
-
FIG. 1 is the front view of the furnace with the screens in the extended position. -
FIG. 2 is the front view of the furnace with the screens in the folded position. -
FIG. 3 is the front view of the furnace with one screen in an extended position. -
FIG. 4 is the ¾ view of the furnace with the screens in the extended position. -
FIG. 5 is the ¾ view of the furnace with the screens in the folded position. -
FIG. 6 is the cross-sectional view of the furnace. - The heating furnace with a hob has the
housing 1 with the chimney opening 14, supports 2 andside screens 3, in which thecombustion chamber 4 with thedoor 5, thefire grate 6, theash pan 7 with thedrawer 8, themodular chimney 9 and a partition of thespark arrester 10. Thefront 11 and rear (not shown in the figures) walls of thehousing 1 are provided with thediagonal grooves 12 for changing the position of thescreens 3, with thescreens 3 provided with the rods (not shown in the figures) for movement in thegrooves 12 and the openings forair circulation 13. - The operating principle of the claimed invention is as follows.
- The furnace is installed on the
supports 2 and has themodular chimney 9, the fuel is loaded into thecombustion chamber 4 through thedoor 5 on thefire grate 6. When the furnace is used for heating thescreens 3 are extended by moving along thegrooves 13, thus creating convection flows along the housing of the furnace, and on the upper surface of the housing the masonry is located, wherein the bricks or stones are fixed in place by the protruding parts of thescreens 3. When the furnace is used for cooking, the screens are moved to form a flat surface on the top surface for placing the cooking utensils. If it is necessary to reduce the intensity of the heating process, only one of thescreens 3 is used.
