Abstract

The present invention discloses a handheld structure of a thermos cup, including a handle integrally connected with a body of the thermos cup, and a belt part. A groove is arranged on a surface of the handle. The belt part movably cooperates with the groove and is operable between a first position where the belt part is completely fitted in the groove to flush with the surface of the handle and a second position where the belt part is partially detached from the groove to serve as a hand strap. The thermos cup of the present invention has the stability of handles and the portability of hand straps.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to the technical field of thermos cups and more particularly pertains to a handheld structure of a thermos cup.
  • Thermos cups generally consist of an inner layer and an outer layer with a vacuum layer therebetween. The temperature of the liquid in the cup can be kept basically unchanged for a long time as the vacuum cannot transfer heat.
  • In the related prior art, thermos cups are generally equipped with either a handle or a hand strap. The two are structurally designed to facilitate holding of the thermos cup, such that certain overlap in functionality exists. However, the two also have drawbacks. Particularly, the handle and the outer wall of the body of the thermos cup are structurally integrated, and a user can hold the handle in one hand to lift and tilt the thermos cup by a certain angle for drinking. However, the handle cannot be used for hanging the thermos cup, leading to compromised portability outdoors. The hand strap is generally an enclosed loop, and is fixed at the lid or the outer wall of the body of the thermos cup. The user can hold the hand strap to carry the thermos cup, and the hand strap can be fastened to a position such as the hook of a backpack for hanging. However, due to reasons such as the assembly position and the material of the hand strap, it is impossible to operate the hand strap with one hand for drinking (for example, a teenager with small hand size may not be able to hold the body of the thermos cup in one hand), resulting in poor drinking experience as compared with the handle.
  • For this reason, a handheld structure of a thermos cup that combines the stability of handles with the portability of hand straps is desired, and how to combine the two while ensuring a simple structure and a concise appearance is a problem that needs to be solved in the industry.
  • BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • To address the problems in the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a handheld structure of a thermos cup which combines the stability of handles with the portability of hand straps.
  • To attain this, the handheld structure of a thermos cup in the present invention comprises a handle integrally connected with a body of the thermos cup, a groove arranged on a surface of the handle, and a belt part movably cooperates with the groove and operable between a first position where the belt part is completely fitted in the groove to flush with the surface of the handle and a second position where the belt part is partially detached from the groove to serve as a hand strap.
  • The handheld structure further comprises a slider; the belt part is made of silica gel with a first end thereof fixedly connected with a first end of the groove and a second end thereof fixedly connected with the slider; the slider is slidably connected with the groove and movably abuts against a second end of the groove.
  • Preferably, a first slot is arranged at the first end of the groove; a first inserting connector is arranged at the first end of the belt part; the first inserting connector is embedded in the first slot.
  • Preferably, a limiting block is arranged at an opening of the first slot; the limiting block abuts against an end surface of the first inserting connector.
  • Preferably, a second inserting connector is arranged at the second end of the belt part; a second slot is arranged on the slider; the second inserting connector is embedded in the second slot.
  • Preferably, a guiding protrusion is arranged on each of two side walls of the groove; a guiding groove is arranged on each of two side walls of the slider; the guiding protrusions are respectively received in the corresponding guiding grooves.
  • Preferably, each of the guiding protrusions has a first end which is provided with an anti-slip protrusion and a second end which extends to the second end of the groove; each of the anti-slip protrusions has a width which is greater than that of the corresponding guiding groove; the slider movably abuts against the anti-slip protrusions.
  • Preferably, a plurality of anti-slip ridges are formed on a surface of the slider.
  • With the above technical solutions, the present invention has the following technical effects:
  • The present invention integrates the belt part with the handle of the thermos cup by providing the groove on the handle and assembling the belt part in the groove. The belt part is completely fitted in the groove to flush with the surface of the handle when not in use, such that the thermos cup has the stability of handles and the portability of hand straps. Meanwhile, the two structures of the handle and the hand strap will not co-exist in appearance. The present invention eventually achieves diversified functionality and a simple and concise overall structure.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • In order to further explain the technical solutions of the present invention, the present invention will be explained in detail by an embodiment.
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4 , the present invention discloses a handheld structure of a thermos cup, comprising a handle 2 integrally connected with a body 1 of the thermos cup, and a belt part 3.
  • A groove 21 is arranged on a surface of the handle 2.
  • The belt part 3 movably cooperates with the groove 21 and is operable between a first position where the belt part 3 is completely fitted in the groove 21 to flush with the surface of the handle 2 and a second position where the belt part 3 is partially detached from the groove 21 to serve as a hand strap.
  • In this embodiment, the handheld structure further comprises a slider 4. The belt part 3 is made of silica gel with a first end thereof fixedly connected with a first end of the groove 21 and a second end thereof fixedly connected with the slider 4. The slider 4 is slidably connected with the groove 21 and movably abuts against a second end of the groove 21. Since the belt part 3 is made of silica gel with the first end thereof fixed to the first end of the groove 21, the slider 4 can be pushed to deform the belt part 3 under force, such that the middle portion of the belt part 3 is thereby pushed to pop out of the groove 21 to serve as a hand strap, with the state as shown in FIG. 4 .
  • A first slot 211 is arranged at the first end of the groove 21. A first inserting connector 31 is arranged at the first end of the belt part 3. The first inserting connector 31 is embedded in the first slot 211, thereby achieving the fixed connection of the belt part 3 with the first end of the groove 21.
  • Furthermore, a limiting block 212 is arranged at an opening of the first slot 211 for limiting the first inserting connector 31, thereby preventing the first inserting connector 31 from being detached from the first slot 211. The limiting block 212 abuts against an end surface of the first inserting connector 31.
  • A second inserting connector 32 is arranged at the second end of the belt part 3. A second slot 41 is arranged on the slider 4. The second inserting connector 32 is embedded in the second slot 41, thereby achieving the fixed connection of the belt part 3 with the slider 4.
  • A guiding protrusion 213 is arranged on each of two side walls of the groove 21. A guiding groove 42 is arranged on each of two side walls of the slider 4. The guiding protrusions 213 are respectively received in the corresponding guiding grooves 42, thereby achieving the sliding connection of the slider 4 and the groove 21.
  • Furthermore, each of the guiding protrusions 213 has a first end which is provided with an anti-slip protrusion 214 and a second end which extends to the second end of the groove 21; each of the anti-slip protrusions 214 has a width which is greater than that of the corresponding guiding groove 21; the slider 4 movably abuts against the anti-slip protrusions 214. The anti-slip protrusions 214 can limit the moving range of the slider 4. Meanwhile, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 , according to the shape of the handle 2 in this embodiment, the guiding protrusions 213 are mainly designed at the grip portion of the handle 2, and the anti-slip protrusions 214 are designed to limit the slider 4 from moving to the bending portion of the handle 2.
  • A plurality of anti-slip ridges 43 are formed on a surface of the slider 4, thereby increasing the friction when fingers contact the slider 4, and making it easier to push the slider 4 to move in the groove 21.
  • Referring to FIG. 4 , when it is necessary to use the hand strap, the user only needs to push the slider 4 to deform the belt part 3 under force, such that the middle portion of the belt part 3 is pushed to pop out of the groove 21. At this time, the belt part 3 can be used as the hand strap.
  • By the above solution, the present invention integrates the belt part 3 with the handle 2 of the thermos cup by providing the groove 21 on the handle 2 and assembling the belt part 3 in the groove 21. The belt part 3 is completely fitted in the groove 21 to flush with the surface of the handle 2 when not in use, such that the thermos cup has the stability of handles and the portability of hand straps. Meanwhile, the two structures of the handle and the hand strap will not co-exist in appearance. The present invention eventually achieves diversified functionality and a simple and concise overall structure.
  • The above embodiment and the accompanying drawings are not intended to limit the form and style of the product of the present invention, and any suitable changes or modifications made by those of ordinary skills in the art shall fall within the patent scope of the present invention.

Claims (8)

What is claimed is:
1. A handheld structure of a thermos cup, comprising:
a handle integrally connected with a body of the thermos cup;
a groove arranged on a surface of the handle; and
a belt part movably cooperates with the groove and operable between a first position where the belt part is completely fitted in the groove to flush with the surface of the handle and a second position where the belt part is partially detached from the groove to serve as a hand strap.
2. The handheld structure of a thermos cup of claim 1, wherein it further comprises a slider; the belt part is made of silica gel with a first end thereof fixedly connected with a first end of the groove and a second end thereof fixedly connected with the slider; the slider is slidably connected with the groove and movably abuts against a second end of the groove.
3. The handheld structure of a thermos cup of claim 2, wherein a first slot is arranged at the first end of the groove; a first inserting connector is arranged at the first end of the belt part; the first inserting connector is embedded in the first slot.
4. The handheld structure of a thermos cup of claim 3, wherein a limiting block is arranged at an opening of the first slot; the limiting block abuts against an end surface of the first inserting connector.
5. The handheld structure of a thermos cup of claim 2, wherein a second inserting connector is arranged at the second end of the belt part; a second slot is arranged on the slider; the second inserting connector is embedded in the second slot.
6. The handheld structure of a thermos cup of claim 2, wherein a guiding protrusion is arranged on each of two side walls of the groove; a guiding groove is arranged on each of two side walls of the slider; the guiding protrusions are respectively received in the corresponding guiding grooves.
7. The handheld structure of a thermos cup of claim 6, wherein each of the guiding protrusions has a first end which is provided with an anti-slip protrusion and a second end which extends to the second end of the groove; each of the anti-slip protrusions has a width which is greater than that of the corresponding guiding groove; the slider movably abuts against the anti-slip protrusions.
8. The handheld structure of a thermos cup of claim 2, wherein a plurality of anti-slip ridges are formed on a surface of the slider.
