The Front Panel (208) is permanently connected to the Side Panel (204) along one of its vertical edges. The Interior Side Panel (206) and the Side Panel (204) are connected on edges which are opposite to each other. In a preferred embodiment of the invention the Front Panel (208) has a horizontal dimension that is equal to the horizontal dimension of the Front Panel (208).
  • The Shelf (203) comprises a Shelf Support Attachment Tab (202) and a Shelf Base (201).
  • The purpose of the Shelf Support Attachment Tab (202) is to secure the Shelf (203) when it is moved into the plane that is perpendicular to the Panels. In a use of the invention the Shelf Support Attachment Tab (202) is passed through the Shelf Support Attachment Aperture (103). When it is placed into this position it secures the Shelf (203) to the Shelf Support System (101).
  • In an embodiment of the invention prior to the use of the invention the Shelf Base (201) is folded in towards the interior of the Hutch Outer Shell (210). In this manner the Shelf Base (201) is positioned on a plane that is perpendicular to the Panels. This positioning enables the creation of a flat surface on which to set objects. In a preferred embodiment of the invention the Shelf (203) has a vertical dimension that is equal to or less than the horizontal dimensions of the Side Panels (204) horizontal dimension of either the Interior Side Panel (206) or the Side Panel (204).
  • The Interior Side Panel (206) is permanently connected on one of its vertical edges to the Back Panel (207) and on the other Vertical Edge is permanently connected to the Front Panel (208).
  • The Side Panel (204) further comprises a Side Panel Attachment Flap (205). The Side Panel (204) is permanently connected to the Front Panel (208) along one of its vertical edges.
  • The Side Panel Attachment Flap (205) is used to connect the Side Panel (204) to the Back Panel (207). The Side Panel Attachment Flap (205) is connected to the Back Panel (207) via glue or other attachment means. When this connection is made the other panels are able to form a rectangular shape.
  • Referring now to FIG. 3 , which shows Perspective view of attaching Shelf Support to Hutch Outer Shell.
  • The Minor Flaps (301) are positioned along the bottom facing vertical edge of the panels. The purpose of the Minor Flaps (301) is to provide support and structural integrity to the Hutch Outer Shell (210).
  • As can be seen from this view in a preferred embodiment of the invention the Shelf Support (206) is attached to the Hutch Outer Shell (210) and positioned on the inside of the Hutch Outer Shell (210) prior to the attachment of the Side Panel Attachment Flap (205) to the surface of Shelf Support (206). In this manner the Shelf Support (206) is positioned and attached to the inside of the Hutch Outer Shell (210).
  • Referring now to FIG. 4 , which shows Perspective of assembly of display stand.
  • In a preferred embodiment of the invention after insertion through the Shelf Support Attachment Aperture (103) the Shelf Support Attachment Flap (104) can be glued or otherwise attached to the outside surface of the Hutch Outer Shell (210).
  • Referring now to FIG. 5 , which shows Perspective of stand during assembly.
  • In a preferred embodiment of the invention the Side Panel Attachment Flap (205) is glued to the backside of the Back Panel (207). In this manner the shape of the Hutch Outer Shell (210) is formed into a box with the Shelf Support (106) remaining on the inside and attached via the Shelf Support Attachment Flap (104). In a preferred embodiment of the invention the attachment of the Shelf Support (106) is accomplished in such a manner that prior to the fully assembly and erection of the Collapsible Hutch the bottom edge of the Shelf Support (106) protrudes and is not fully located within the Hutch Outer Shell (210). The purpose of this protrusion is so that during the final erection and completion of the Collapsible Hutch the Shelf Support (106) is pushed up into the inside of the Hutch Outer Shell (210). The purpose of the Shelf Support (106) being pushed up as opposed to being pushed down and loaded from the top is so that the Shelfs (203) can be pre-attached to the Shelf Support (106) and are moved into position at the same time as the Shelf Support (106). This arrangement leads to a faster assembly and a structure in which one or more Shelfs (203) are moved into the correct position simultaneously.
  • Referring now to FIG. 6 , which shows bottom view of the assembled invention.
  • As can bee seen in this figure assembly of the Collapsible Hutch requires that the Minor Flaps (301) are folded along the perforated lines inwards towards the interior of the Collapsible Hutch. In this manner the Minor Flaps (301) provide additional structural support for the Collapsible Hutch and ensure that the Shelf Support (106) stays firmly positioned within the interior of the Hutch Outer Shell (210).
  • Referring now to FIG. 7 , which shows Bottom view during assembly of invention.
  • This Figure indicates the stage in which the Shelf Support (106) has been attached to the Hutch Outer Shell (210) but has not yet been slid into position within the interior of the Hutch Outer Shell (210).
  • Referring now to FIG. 8 , which shows Perspective of the front of the assembled display.
  • This figure shows a completed version of the erected Collapsible Hutch as described herein.
  • Referring now to FIG. 9 , which shows perspective view of assembled stand.
  • This figure shows a completed version of the erected Collapsible Hutch as described herein.
