Abstract

A packaging box includes a box body and at least one side cover. The box body includes a first sheet, a second sheet, a first opening, a second opening, and a first side portion. The second sheet is arranged opposite to the first sheet. The first sheet, the second sheet, and the first portion have a detachable sheet. The side cover covers the first opening and includes a first body sheet covering the first opening and a second body sheet fixed to the first opening with a protruding sheet. When the detachable sheet is detached, the box body is folded in half and the protruding sheet is bent and inserted into the second opening to fix the folded box body. A part of the box body where the detachable sheet is detached is used as a fixing portion. The packaging box serves packaging and supporting by changing shape.

Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a container in which objects or materials are stored or transported, particularly to a packaging box whose shape can be changed to serve as a support base.

DESCRIPTION OF THE RELATED ART

When general electronic devices such as mobile phones or tablet computers are sold, packaging boxes are used to package the products in order to preserve the integrity of the products and protect the products during the process of logistics transport.
In order to improve the identification and particularity of the products, the industry will also print the information of the product on the packaging box. The printing of the information can also achieve the effect of product promotion. Therefore, in addition to simply protecting the product, the packaging box of the product also improves the effect of product promotion. Thus, the packaging design becomes more and more diverse.
After consumers buy commodities and take out commodities, they usually directly discard the packaging boxes of the packaging commodities. However, the behavior does have environmental protection benefits. If the shape of the packaging box can be changed so that the packaging box can be reused, the use value of the packaging box can be improved and the effect of protecting the environment can also be achieved.
To overcome the abovementioned problems, the present invention provides a packaging box, so as to solve the afore-mentioned problems of the prior art.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention provides a packaging box, which is a dual-purpose structure. In addition to packaging objects, the shape of the packaging box can be changed to serve as a support base for objects.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a packaging box includes a box body and at least one side cover. The box body includes a first sheet, a second sheet, a first opening, a second opening, and a first side portion.
The second sheet is arranged opposite to the first sheet. The second opening is opposite to the first opening. The first opening and the second opening are adjacent and vertical to the first sheet and the second sheet. The first side portion is connected between the first sheet and the second sheet. The first side portion is vertical to the first sheet and the second sheet. The first sheet, the second sheet, and the first portion have a detachable sheet. When the detachable sheet is detached, the box body is folded in half with a position where the detachable sheet is detached. The side cover, connected with the box body, covers the first opening and includes a first body sheet and a second body sheet. One side of the first body sheet is connected with the box body, and another side of the first body sheet is provided with an inserting sheet. When the first body sheet covers the first opening, the inserting sheet vertical to the first body sheet is inserted into the first opening to fix the first body sheet. The second body sheet is adjacent to the first body sheet. One side of the second body sheet is connected with the box body, and another side of the second body sheet is provided with a protruding sheet. When the second body sheet covers the first opening, the protruding sheet vertical to the second body sheet is inserted into the first opening to fix the second body sheet. The protruding sheet is divided into a first portion and a second portion with a crease. When the box body is folded in half, the first portion vertical to the second portion is inserted into the second opening to fix the folded box body. A part of the box body where the detachable sheet is detached is used as a fixing portion.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the packaging box further includes a second side portion adjacent and vertical to the first sheet, the second sheet, the first opening, and the second opening. The second side portion is opposite to the first side portion.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the detachable sheet includes two diamond-shaped portions and a tearing portion. The planar ends of the diamond-shaped portions are connected with each other. The diamond-shaped portions are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the first side portion. One end of the tearing portion is provided with a tearing head. The tearing head is arranged on the second side portion, and another end of the tearing portion is connected with a pointed end of the diamond-shaped portion close to the second side portion.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the at least one side cover comprises two side covers that respectively cover the first opening and the second opening.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the box body is a carton body.
Below, the embodiments are described in detail in cooperation with the drawings to make easily understood the technical contents, characteristics and accomplishments of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention provides a packaging box. In addition to packaging goods and providing anti-collision protection for goods, the shape of the packaging box can be changed to serve as a support base for objects.
Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , a packaging box 1 includes a box body and at least one side cover 20. In the embodiment, the box body 10 is made of a material that is easy to bend, such as a carton body or a kraft carton. The box body 10 includes a first sheet 11, a second sheet 12, a first side portion 13, a second side portion 14, a first opening 16, and a second opening 17. The first sheet 11, the second sheet 12, and the first side portion 13 have a detachable sheet 15. The second sheet 12 is arranged opposite to the first sheet 11, The first opening 16 is opposite to the second opening 17. The first opening 16 and the second opening 17 are adjacent and vertical to the first sheet 11 and the second sheet 12. The first side portion 13 is opposite to the second side portion 14. The first side portion 13 and the second side portion 14 are adjacent and vertical to the first sheet 11, the second sheet 12, the first opening 16, and the second opening 17. The first side portion 13 is connected between the first sheet 11 and the second sheet 12. The first side portion 13 is vertical to the first sheet 11 and the second sheet 12.
The first sheet 11, the second sheet 12, and the first portion 13 have a detachable sheet 15. In the embodiment, the detachable sheet 15 is a part of the box body 10 and divided by a dicing line. As a result, when the detachable sheet 15 is detached, the box body 10 is folded in half with a position where the detachable sheet 15 is detached.
In the embodiment, the detachable sheet 15 includes two diamond- shaped portions 150 and 150′ and a tearing portion 152. The planar ends of the diamond-shaped portions 150 and 150′ are connected with each other. The diamond-shaped portions 150 and 150′ are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the first side portion 13. One end of the tearing portion 152 is provided with a tearing head 156, which is arranged on the second side portion, and another end of the tearing portion 152 is connected with a pointed end 158 of the diamond-shaped portion 150 close to the second side portion 14.
Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , there are two side covers 20 and 20′ in the embodiment. The side covers 20 and 20′, connected with the box body 10, respectively cover the first opening 16 and the second opening 17. Since the structures of the side covers 20 and 20′ are identical, the present invention only exemplifies the side cover 20 covering the first opening 16. The side cover 20 includes a first body sheet 22 and a second body sheet 24. One side of the first body sheet 22 is connected with the box body 10, and another side of the first body sheet 22 is provided with an inserting sheet 26. When the first body sheet 22 covers the first opening 16, the inserting sheet 26 vertical to the first body sheet 22 is inserted into the first opening 16 to fix the first body sheet 22.
The second body sheet 24 is adjacent to the first body sheet 22. One side of the second body sheet 24 is connected with the box body, and another side of the second body sheet 24 is provided with a protruding sheet 28. When the second body sheet 24 covers the first opening 16, the protruding sheet 28 vertical to the second body sheet 24 is inserted into the first opening 16 to fix the second body sheet 24. Besides, the protruding sheet 28 is divided into a first portion 282 and a second portion 284 with a crease 280. The crease 280 helps to fold the box body when the box body 10 is folded. The first portion 282 vertical to the second portion 284 can be inserted into the second opening 17 to combine the folded box body 10.
Then, how to change the shape of the packaging box 1 to serve as a support base for objects is described as follows. Referring to FIG. 3 , the tearing head 156 is pulled to tear the tearing portion 152. Then, the diamond-shaped portions 150 and 150′ are teared to detach the detachable sheet 15. As illustrated in FIG. 4 , The center of the box body 10 is in an empty state to divide the box body 10 into two halves after detaching the detachable sheet 15. In addition, the side cover 20 is pulled out from the first opening 16.
Referring to FIG. 5 , a user folds the box body 10 in half such that the first opening 16 and the second opening 17 of the box body 10 are arranged side by side. Then, the protruding sheet 28 of the pulled second body sheet 24 is bent with the crease 280 so that the first portion 282 is vertical to the second portion 284. The first portion 282 is inserted into the second opening 17 to fix the folded box body 10. A part of the box body 10 where the detachable sheet 15 is detached is used as a fixing portion 30.
Referring to FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 , the first opening 16 and the second opening 17 face downwards. Thus, the folded box body 10 is placed on a plane to serve as a support base for supporting objects. As illustrated in FIG. 7 , an electrical device 2 is arranged on the deformed packaging box 1.
In conclusion, the packaging box is a dual-purpose structure. In addition to packaging objects, the shape of the packaging box can be changed to serve as a support base for objects, thereby improving the use value of the packaging box and achieving the effect of protecting the environment.
The embodiments described above are only to exemplify the present invention but not to limit the scope of the present invention. Therefore, any equivalent modification or variation according to the shapes, structures, features, or spirit disclosed by the present invention is to be also included within the scope of the present invention.

Claims

What is claimed is:

1. A packaging box comprising:

a box body comprising:

a first sheet;

a second sheet arranged opposite to the first sheet;

a first opening and a second opening opposite to the first opening, wherein the first opening and the second opening are adjacent and vertical to the first sheet and the second sheet; and

a first side portion connected between the first sheet and the second sheet, wherein the first side portion is vertical to the first sheet and the second sheet, the first sheet, the second sheet, and the first portion have a detachable sheet, and when the detachable sheet is detached, the box body is folded in half with a position where the detachable sheet is detached; and

at least one side cover, connected with the box body, covering the first opening and comprising:

a first body sheet with one side thereof connected with the box body, and another side of the first body sheet is provided with an inserting sheet, wherein when the first body sheet covers the first opening, the inserting sheet vertical to the first body sheet is inserted into the first opening to fix the first body sheet; and

a second body sheet adjacent to the first body sheet, wherein one side of the second body sheet is connected with the box body, another side of the second body sheet is provided with a protruding sheet, when the second body sheet covers the first opening, the protruding sheet vertical to the second body sheet is inserted into the first opening to fix the second body sheet, the protruding sheet is divided into a first portion and a second portion with a crease, and when the box body is folded in half, the first portion vertical to the second portion is inserted into the second opening to fix the folded box body, and a part of the box body where the detachable sheet is detached is used as a fixing portion.

2. The packaging box according to claim 1, wherein the box body further comprises a second side portion adjacent and vertical to the first sheet, the second sheet, the first opening, and the second opening, and the second side portion is opposite to the first side portion.

The packaging box according to claim 2, wherein the detachable sheet comprises: two diamond-shaped portions with planar ends thereof connected with each other, wherein the diamond-shaped portions are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the first side portion; and a tearing portion with one end thereof provided with a tearing head, wherein the tearing head is arranged on the second side portion, and another end of the tearing portion is connected with a pointed end of the diamond-shaped portion close to the second side portion.

4. The packaging box according to claim 1, wherein the at least one side cover comprises two side covers that respectively cover the first opening and the second opening.

5. The packaging box according to claim 1, wherein the box body is a carton body.
