- The prior art relates to padded brassiere devices. Known prior art includes a variety of padded brassiere devices having a insertion function for a variety of padding to be inserted into each brassiere. Known prior art lacks a padded brassiere device having a plurality of padding with a variety of shapes being inserted into a variety of locations to provide symmetry to the brassiere.
- An embodiment of the disclosure meets the needs presented above by generally comprising a pair of cups. Each of the cups has a top edge, an inner edge, and an outer edge. The top edge and both the inner edge and outer edge of each of the cups has a pocket. The pocket defines a space for a variety of elements to be positioned within. The pair of cups is configured for being worn on the chest of the user, thus the pair of cups is positioned on a respective one of a pair of breast of the user. A pair of lemon padding is configured for being inserted into a respective one of the pocket of the top edge of each of the cups. Furthermore, a pair of banana padding is configured for being inserted into a respective one of the pocket of the outer edge of each of the cups. Each strap of a pair of straps has a first end coupled to a respective one of the top edge of each of the cups by stitching. Additionally, a second end of each of the straps is coupled to a respective one of the outer edge of each of the cups by stitching.
- There has thus been outlined, rather broadly, the more important features of the disclosure in order that the detailed description thereof that follows may be better understood, and in order that the present contribution to the art may be better appreciated. There are additional features of the disclosure that will be described hereinafter and which will form the subject matter of the claims appended hereto.
- The objects of the disclosure, along with the various features of novelty which characterize the disclosure, are pointed out with particularity in the claims annexed to and forming a part of this disclosure.
- The disclosure will be better understood and objects other than those set forth above will become apparent when consideration is given to the following detailed description thereof. Such description makes reference to the annexed drawings wherein:
-

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of an embodiment of the disclosure. -
FIG. 3 is a front view of an embodiment of the disclosure of a lemon shaped pad. -
FIG. 4 is a front view of an embodiment of the disclosure of a banana shaped pad. -
FIG. 5 is an exploded view of an embodiment of the disclosure. - With reference now to the drawings, and in particular to
FIGS. 1 through 5 thereof, a new padded brassiere device embodying the principles and concepts of an embodiment of the disclosure and generally designated by thereference numeral 10 will be described. - As best illustrated in
FIGS. 1 through 5 , the padded balancing brassiere device generally comprises a pair ofcups 12. Each of thecups 12 has a semi-spherical shape that defines a front of a brassiere as shown inFIG. 1 . The pair ofcups 12 is asoft material 14 that defines a material being flexible and light. Thesoft material 14 can be a cotton-infused fabric or a silk fabric. Each of thecups 12 comprises atop edge 16, aninner edge 18, and anouter edge 20. Thetop edge 16 is positioned above theinner edge 18 and theouter edge 20. Theinner edge 18 of each of thecups 12 is positioned abutting each other, and astrap 22 is coupled to theinner edge 18 of each of thecups 12 by stitching. Thestrap 22 is used to conjoin each of thecups 12 to each other. Thetop edge 16 of each of thecups 12 has apocket 24, similar to apocket 26 of theouter edge 20 of each of thecups 12. Thepocket 24 of thetop edge 16 and thepocket 26 of the outer edge define a space for a variety of elements to be positioned within. - The pair of
cups 12 is configured for being worn on the chest of theuser 28, whereby the pair ofcups 12 is positioned on a respective one of a pair ofbreasts 30 of theuser 28. The padded balancingbrassiere device 10 is used for asymmetrical breasts such that when in-use, each of thebreasts 30 of theuser 28 appears symmetrical. A pair oflemon padding 32 is configured for being inserted into thepocket 24 of thetop edge 16 of the pair ofcups 12. Each of thelemon padding 32 has a lemon fruit shape as shown inFIG. 3 . Each of thelemon padding 32 is afirm material 34 being configured for providing volume to each of thecups 12 when in-use. - Similar to the pair of
lemon padding 32, a pair ofbanana padding 36 is thefirm material 34. Each of thebanana padding 36 has a banana fruit shaped as shown inFIG. 4 . Each of thebanana padding 36 is configured for being inserted into a respective one of thepocket 26 of theouter edge 20 of each of thecups 12. Both the pair of banana padding 32 and the pair oflemon padding 36 are configured for providing symmetry to each of thecups 12, whereby each of thecups 12 becoming symmetrical in size and shape relative to each other. - A
first end 40 of eachstrap 38 of a pair ofstraps 38 is coupled to a respective one of thetop edge 16 of each of thecups 12 by stitching. Each of thestraps 38 is anelastic material 44 being flexible and stretchable. Asecond end 42 of each of thestraps 38 is coupled to a respective one of theouter edge 20 of each of thecups 12. Each of thestraps 38 is configured to be enwrapped around a respective one of each of theshoulders 46 of theuser 28. Additionally, each of thestraps 38 is configured for engaging by latch and loop fastening to each other. A first strap 38A of the pair ofstraps 38 has a latch, and a second strap 38B of the pair ofstraps 38 has a loop. The latch and the loop are complementary to each other where the latch can secure to the loop. The loop and latch of the pair ofstraps 38 is positioned on the back of theuser 28. The latch and the loop of the pair ofstraps 38 are configured for providing support to the pair ofcups 12 and assisting in securing the paddedbalancing brassiere device 10 to theuser 28. - In use, the pair of
cups 12 is positioned on a respective one of the pair of breasts of theuser 28. Theuser 28 positions each of thestraps 38 around a respective one of each of theshoulders 46 of theuser 28. Additionally, theuser 28 can secure each of thestraps 38 to each other using the latch and the loop of the pair ofstraps 38. Theuser 28 can insert the pair oflemon padding 32 or the pair ofbanana padding 36 into eitherpocket 24 of thetop edge 16 of each of thecups 12 or thepocket 26 of theouter edge 20 of each of thecups 12 to adjust the volume of each of thecups 12. By adjusting the volume of each of thecups 12, theuser 28 can create symmetry between each of thecups 28. The paddedbalancing brassiere device 10 is designed to provide symmetry to theuser 28 with asymmetrical breasts. - With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of an embodiment enabled by the disclosure, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by an embodiment of the disclosure.
- Therefore, the foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the disclosure. Further, since numerous modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the disclosure to the exact construction and operation shown and described, and accordingly, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the disclosure. In this patent document, the word “comprising” is used in its non-limiting sense to mean that items following the word are included, but items not specifically mentioned are not excluded. A reference to an element by the indefinite article “a” does not exclude the possibility that more than one of the element is present, unless the context clearly requires that there be only one of the elements.
