Abstract
This disclosure relates to a cover and a water container using the cover. The cover comprises a cover body, a blocking member and a sealing assembly. The cover body is provided with a water outlet. The blocking member is slidably arranged on the cover body and provided with a blocking portion for blocking the water outlet. The sealing assembly is arranged on an inner side of the cover body and comprises a force-bearing member and a sealing sheet connected to the force-bearing member and moving with the force-bearing member. The force-bearing member is in contact with the blocking member. When the blocking member slides back and forth along the cover body, the force-bearing member moves accordingly toward the inner side of the cover body or toward an outer side of an upper end surface of the cover body, respectively. The sealing sheet widens a gap of a fluid channel communicated with the water outlet when the force-bearing member moves towards the inner side of the cover body, and the sealing sheet gradually narrows the gap of the fluid channel to a sealed state when the force-bearing member moves towards the outer side of the upper end surface of the cover body. In this way, the user can open or close the water outlet by sliding the blocking member simply.
Description
- This disclosure relates to the field of water containers, in particular to a cover and a water container using the same.
- In daily life, water containers such as drinking cups and thermos cups have become commonly used products in people’s lives. The water container includes a cover and a container body for containing water or beverages, and a water outlet is formed in the cover. Users can drink water or other beverages in the water container at any time according to their needs when they are at home, at work, or when they go out.
- However, these current water containers have some problems: the cover and the container body are mostly fastened together by means of threads. Once the user wants to drink water, the user has to hold the container body with one hand and unscrew the cover with the other hand, and then the user can open the cover to drink the water in the container body. After drinking the water, the user also has to screw the cover onto the container body with both hands. It is difficult for such a cover structure to meet the actual needs of users who want to drink water with simple operations.
- In view of the prior art, a first technical problem to be solved by this disclosure is to provide a cover with a water outlet capable of being opened or closed by users with a simple operation.
- A second technical problem to be solved by this disclosure is to provide a water container using the cover.
- A technical solution adopted in this disclosure to solve the first technical problem is: a cover, comprising:
- a cover body with a water outlet;
- a blocking member slidably arranged on the cover body and provided with a blocking portion for blocking the water outlet; and
- a sealing assembly arranged on an inner side of the cover body;
- wherein the sealing assembly comprises:
- a force-bearing member in contact with the blocking member, when the blocking member slides back and forth along the cover body, the force-bearing member moving accordingly toward the inner side of the cover body or toward an outer side of an upper end surface of the cover body, respectively; and
- a sealing sheet connected to the force-bearing member and moving with the force-bearing member, the sealing sheet widening a gap of a fluid channel communicated with the water outlet when the force-bearing member moves towards the inner side of the cover body, the sealing sheet gradually narrowing the gap of the fluid channel to a sealed state when the force-bearing member moves towards the outer side of the upper end surface of the cover body.
- As an improved implementation, in the cover, the cover body is provided with a groove that allows the blocking member to slide back and forth; or/and, the cover body is provided with a sealing ring.
- As a further improved implementation, in the cover, the sealing assembly further comprises:
- a fixed base provided with a water inlet, the sealing sheet being arranged on an inner side of the fixed base in a manner of moving up and down; and
- an elastic member located on the inner side of the fixed base and arranged under the force-bearing member, the elastic member being in contact with the force-bearing member;
- wherein a first end of the force-bearing member passes through the sealing sheet and comes into contact with the blocking member in the process that the blocking portion opens the water outlet, and a second end of the force-bearing member is arranged on the inner side of the fixed base.
- Further, in the cover, the elastic member is configured as a spring, and the spring is fitted over the outside of the second end of the force-bearing member; alternatively, the elastic member is configured as a spring, and the second end of the force-bearing member is arranged on the elastic member.
- As a further improved implementation, in the cover, the cover body is provided with an opening that allows the first end of the force-bearing member to move up and down.
- As a further improved implementation, in the cover, a lower end surface of the blocking member is provided with an open groove and an inclined surface is formed in the open groove; wherein the force-bearing member comes into contact with the inclined surface in the process that the blocking member opens the water outlet in the cover body; the force-bearing member is in contact with the blocking member at the inclined surface.
- As a further improved implementation, in the cover, a limiting structure for position limiting is arranged between the upper end surface of the cover body and the blocking member. For example,
- As a first arrangement mode of the limiting structure, at least one limiting groove is formed in the upper end surface of the cover body, and the blocking member is provided with at least one protrusion that is locked in the corresponding limiting groove.
- As a second arrangement mode of the limiting structure, at least one protrusion is formed on the upper end surface of the cover body, and the blocking member is provided with at least one limiting groove for locking the protrusion.
- As a further improved implementation, in the cover, the fixed base is mounted on the cover body.
- Preferably, the fixed base is mounted on the cover body in a detachable manner.
- Further, in the cover, the fluid channel is formed by the sealing assembly and the cover body.
- A technical solution adopted by this disclosure to solve the second technical problem is: a water container, comprising a container body using the cover described in any one of the above.
- Compared with the prior art, this disclosure has the following advantages:
- Firstly, in this disclosure, the blocking member is slidably arranged on the cover body of the cover and provided with a blocking portion for blocking the water outlet in the cover body, the cover body is also provided with a sealing assembly on the inner side, the sealing assembly is internally provided with the force-bearing member and the sealing sheet, the sealing assembly and the cover body form the fluid channel communicated with the water outlet, the upper end of the force-bearing member is in contact with the lower end surface of the blocking member, and the sealing sheet can move up and down with the force-bearing member. When the user toggles the blocking member to open the water outlet, the blocking portion opens the water outlet, the lower end surface of the blocking member applies a downward pressure to the force-bearing member, and the sealing sheet moves downwards with the downward movement of the force-bearing member until the fluid channel of the cover is completely opened, and in this case a channel by which water flows through the fluid channel to the water outlet of the cover body is completely opened. When the user conducts an opposite operation, the parts of the cover move in the opposite direction, so that the channel by which water flows through the fluid channel to the water outlet of the cover body is completely closed and the blocking portion of the blocking member also closes the water outlet. In this way, the user can simply toggle the sliding member to slide back and forth on the cover body to open or close the water outlet in the cover, which facilitates the user’s operation.
- Secondly, by detachably mounting the fixed base on the cover body, the sealing assembly can be detachably mounted on the cover, thereby facilitating disassembly and removal of the dirt on the sealing assembly.

FIGS. 1 to 3 , thecover 1 of this embodiment includes acover body 11, a blockingmember 12, asealing assembly 13 and asealing ring 14, the blockingmember 12 is slidably arranged on thecover body 11, thesealing assembly 13 is arranged on the inner side of thecover body 11, and thesealing ring 14 is configured as a silicone ring. - Specifically,
- Referring to
FIGS. 1 and 4 , thecover body 11 of this embodiment has awater outlet 110, agroove 111 and anopening 112, and the lower end of thecover body 11 is provided with a circle ofsteps 114 that cooperate with thesealing assembly 13, as shown inFIG. 7 , and there are also catches or threads on thesteps 114. - The blocking
member 12 is provided with atoggle portion 120, ablocking portion 121 for blocking thewater outlet 110, anopen groove 122 formed in the lower end surface of the blocking member, and a sliding snap-inportion 124 that can be fitted and locked in thegroove 11 to allow the blocking member to slide. Thetoggle portion 120 is located on the upper end surface of the blockingmember 12, and aninclined surface 123 is formed in theopen groove 122. An angle formed between theinclined surface 123 and the lower end surface of the blockingmember 12 is an acute angle. Theinclined surface 123 has an inclined shape extending from the lower left side of the open groove toward the upper right side of the open groove. For example, the lowest point of theinclined surface 123 is located near the lower end surface of the blocking member, and the highest point of theinclined surface 123 is located at the upper right side of theopen groove 122. The structure of the blockingmember 12 is shown inFIGS. 3 and 5 . - In order to facilitate the user to perceive the specific sliding formation of the blocking member on the cover body, two limiting
grooves 113 are formed in the upper end surface of thecover body 11 in this embodiment. One of the limitinggroove 113 is arranged at the position where the blocking member just blocks thewater outlet 110, and the other limitinggroove 113 is arranged at the position where the blocking member completely opens thewater outlet 110. The blockingmember 12 is provided with aprotrusion 125 which is locked in the corresponding limitinggroove 113. Theprotrusion 125 may be a protrusion capable of being locked in the limiting groove113 and removed from the limitinggroove 113. In this way, after the blockingmember 12 slides for a certain distance, theprotrusion 125 will be locked in the limitinggroove 113 in the upper end face of the cover body, and in this case the hand will have the feeling of “snap-in”. After the blockingmember 12 slides in the reverse direction for a certain distance, theprotrusion 125 will be locked in the other limitinggroove 113 on the upper end surface of the cover body, and in this case the hand will have the feeling of “snap-in”. In this way, it is convenient for the user to know whether the blocking member completely opens or blocks the water outlet of the cover body by hand. It should be noted that, according to actual needs, the upper end surface of thecover body 11 may be provided with at least one protrusion, and the blockingmember 12 may be provided with at least one limiting groove for locking the protrusion. -
FIGS. 2, 3 and 6 , the sealingassembly 13 of this embodiment has a force-bearingmember 131, a sealingsheet 132, a fixedbase 133 and anelastic member 134. The sealingsheet 132 is in the shape of a trumpet with a large upper end and a small lower end. The sealingsheet 132 of such a structure facilitates the formation of an effective seal with the steps on thecover body 11. A throughhole 1320 is formed in the middle of the sealingsheet 132, and thesealing sheet 132 is connected to the force-bearingmember 131 and moves with the force-bearingmember 131. The fixedbase 133 is directly or indirectly fixed on thecover body 11. The “fixed” here is preferably “detachably fixed”. For example, ahook 1331 can be formed on the fixedbase 133, and then thehook 1331 can be assembled on the circle ofsteps 114 on the inner side of thecover body 11, so as to achieve the effect of fixing the fixedbase 133 on thecover body 11. Certainly, the fixedbase 133 may also be provided with a thread, and the thread is in tight fit with the thread formed on thesteps 114 of thecover body 11, so as to form thread fit between the fixedbase 133 and the steps of thecover body 11. The fixedbase 133 is provided with awater inlet 1330, through which the external water flow can flow into the entire sealingassembly 13, and thesealing sheet 132 is arranged on the inner side of the fixedbase 133 in a manner of moving up and down. Theelastic member 134 is located on the inner side of the fixedbase 133. Theelastic member 134 is configured as a spring. Theelastic member 134 is located under the force-bearingmember 131 and is in contact with the force-bearingmember 131. In this embodiment, thefluid channel 10 that communicates with thewater outlet 110 is formed between the sealing assembly 3 and thecover body 11, and the water flow contained in the container body can flow through thefluid channel 10 to thewater outlet 110, and then flows out to the outside of the cover through thewater outlet 110. For example, thewater outlet 110 is a drinking port that is convenient for the user to drink water. - After the first end of the force-bearing
member 131 passes through the throughhole 1320 of the sealingsheet 132 and in the process that the sealingmember 12 opens thewater outlet 110 of thecover body 11, the first end of the force-bearingmember 131 comes into contact with theinclined surface 123 formed on the sealingmember 12, and theinclined surface 123 serves as a part where the force-bearingmember 131 comes into contact with the sealingmember 12. The second end 1310 of the force-bearingmember 131 is arranged on the inner side of the fixedbase 133, the second end 1310 of the force-bearingmember 131 is in the shape of a base, and steps are formed on the base. Specifically, the second end of the force-bearingmember 131 is fixed on the bottom of the inner side of the fixedbase 133, and the spring serving as theelastic member 134 is fitted over the outside of the second end of the force-bearingmember 131. The first end of the force-bearingmember 131 can move up and down at theopening 112 of thecover body 11, that is, the first end of the force-bearingmember 131 moves out to the outer side of the upper end surface of thecover body 11 through theopening 112 and moves into theopen groove 122 to come into contact with theinclined surface 123, and the first end of the force-bearingmember 131 moves out from the outer side of the upper end surface of thecover body 11 to the inner side of thecover body 11 through theopening 112. Certainly, in the actual production process, the second end of the force-bearingmember 131 can also be arranged on theelastic member 134 as required, and likewise, theelastic member 134 can not only provide an upward elastic resilience to thesealing sheet 132, but also can fix the second end of the force-bearingmember 131 on the inner side of the fixedbase 133. - In this embodiment, the force-bearing
member 131 moves toward the inner side of the cover body or toward the outer side of the upper end surface of the cover body respectively when the blockingmember 12 slides back and forth along thecover body 11. The sealingsheet 132 widens the gap of the fluid channel communicated with thewater outlet 110 when the force-bearingmember 131 moves towards the inner side of thecover body 11, and thesealing sheet 132 gradually narrows the gap of thefluid channel 10 to a sealed state when the force-bearingmember 131 moves towards the outer side of the upper end surface of the cover body. - This embodiment further provides a water container, specifically comprising a
cover 1 and a container body 2. Thecover 1 and the container body 2 are fastened and assembled together in a detachable manner. - In conjunction with
FIGS. 7 to 10 , the opening and closing process of the cover of the water container in this embodiment is described as follows: - Referring to
FIGS. 7 and 8 , if thewater outlet 110 of thecover 1 needs to be closed, the user toggles thetoggle portion 120 on the blockingmember 12 so that the blockingmember 12 on thecover body 11 slides toward thewater outlet 110 until the blockingportion 121 of the blockingmember 12 blocks thewater outlet 110. During the sliding process of the blockingmember 12, with the sliding of the blockingmember 12, under the action of the elastic resilience of theelastic member 134, since the lower end surface of the blockingmember 12 is provided with theinclined surface 123, the first end of the force-bearingmember 131 will gradually move upward to the outer side of the upper end surface of thecover body 11 through theopening 112 until the first end of the force-bearingmember 131 touches the highest point of the inclined surface 123 (i.e., the highest point of the open groove 122). In this case, the sealingsheet 132 also moves upward with the force-bearingmember 131 until the sealingsheet 132 completely closes thefluid channel 10 that is originally in the open state, and then the water in the container body 2 cannot enter the sealingassembly 13 through thefluid channel 10, and since thewater outlet 110 is also blocked by the blockingportion 121, the water in the container body 2 cannot flow out through thewater outlet 110. - Referring to
FIGS. 9 and 10 , if thewater outlet 110 of thecover 1 needs to be opened, the user toggles thetoggle portion 120 on the blockingmember 12 in the reverse direction so that the blockingmember 12 slides on thecover body 11 away from thewater outlet 110 until the blockingportion 121 on the blockingmember 12 opens thewater outlet 110. During the sliding process of the blockingmember 12, with the reverse sliding of the blockingmember 12, theinclined surface 123 provided in theopen groove 122 of the blockingmember 12 will always press down the first end of the force-bearingmember 131 until the lowest point of theinclined surface 123 comes into contact with the first end of the force-bearingmember 131, so that the first end of the force-bearingmember 131 gradually moves downward to the inner side of thecover body 11 through theopening 112. The sealingsheet 132 moves downward with the force-bearingmember 131, and theelastic member 134 is also compressed to produce elastic deformation due to the downward movement of the sealingsheet 132. Due to the downward movement of the sealingsheet 132, thefluid channel 10 originally closed by the sealingsheet 132 is gradually opened. The water in the container body 2 (the direction of the arrow inFIG. 10 is the direction of the water flow) can enter the sealingassembly 13 through thefluid channel 10, and then flow to thewater outlet 110 through the sealingassembly 13, and finally water inside the container body 2 flows out through thewater outlet 110 on thecover body 11.
