Abstract
The invention discloses a kind of toy train comprises a locomotive and a train body; the locomotive is provided with a spray device, a battery for supplying power for the spray device, and a control unit for controlling spray; the spray device comprises a water storage bin, an atomizing generator, three spray ports and a water filling port; the atomizing generator is electrically connected with the control unit; the spray ports are respectively arranged at the top and both sides of the water storage bin; and during use, the spray ports spray toward an upper part and both sides at the same time, with three-dimensional spray effect. The invention breaks the traditional spray device modeling, and improves the arrangement positions of the spray ports to change the spray direction so that the spray is more three-dimensional and the structural form of the toy train that can spray is enriched.
Description
- The invention relates to the technical field of toys, and particularly relates to a toy train.
- For the existing toy trains that can spray, the spray structures of the toy trains are almost designed by imitating the spray chimneys of real trains. For example, Chinese patent for utility model CN 213643107 U discloses a steam train toy having the spray structure that sprays only upwards, so that the structural form is relatively simple.
- Therefore, the invention provides a toy train which can spray in three-dimensional way towards the upper part and both sides by changing the arrangement positions of spray ports of a water storage bin.
- To achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the following specific technical solution:
- The toy train of the invention comprises a locomotive and a train body; the locomotive is provided with a spray device, a battery for supplying power for the spray device, and a control unit for controlling spray; the spray device comprises a water storage bin, an atomizing generator, three spray ports and a water filling port; the atomizing generator is electrically connected with the control unit; the spray ports are respectively arranged at the top and both sides of the water storage bin; and during use, the spray ports spray toward an upper part and both sides at the same time, with three-dimensional spray effect.
- Preferably, the toy train further comprises a blocking plug for blocking the water filling port; and the blocking plug is configured as the chimney shape of a copying real locomotive.
- Preferably, the locomotive is provided with a battery compartment for loading the battery; and the battery compartment is arranged in the locomotive near a tail.
- Preferably, the spray ports are configured as a protruding annular shape.
- Preferably, the bottom of the battery compartment is provided with a sealing plate in an openable mode; and the sealing plate is connected with a port of the battery compartment through a buckle.
- Preferably, the toy train further comprises a light-emitting device; the light-emitting device is arranged on the front end of the locomotive; and the light-emitting device is electrically connected with the control unit.
- Preferably, the toy train further comprises a sounding device; the sounding device is arranged in the locomotive; and the sounding device is electrically connected with the control unit.
- Preferably, the tail of the locomotive is provided with a buckle; the train body is provided with a hook; and the hook and the buckle are in hooking fit to connect the train body and the locomotive in an assembling mode.
- Preferably, the train body comprises a plurality of carriages; each carriage is provided with a hook at the front end and a buckle at the tail; and the hook is hooked into the buckle to connect the plurality of carriages in an assembling mode.
- Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
- The invention breaks the traditional modeling, and improves the arrangement positions of the spray ports to change the spray direction so that the spray is more three-dimensional and the structural form of the toy train that can spray is enriched.
- The invention is further described below in combination with the drawings.

- The invention is further explained and described below through specific embodiments. It should be understood that the purpose of the following embodiments is to make the technical solution of the invention more clear and easier to understand, not to limit the protection scope of the claims.
- The toy train of the invention, as shown in
FIGS. 1-2 , comprises alocomotive 10 and atrain body 20; thelocomotive 10 is provided with aspray device 11, abattery 12 for supplying power for thespray device 11, and acontrol unit 13 for controlling spray; thespray device 11 comprises awater storage bin 121, an atomizing generator, threespray ports 122 and awater filling port 123; the atomizing generator is electrically connected with thecontrol unit 13; thespray ports 122 are respectively arranged at the top and both sides of thewater storage bin 121; and during use, thespray ports 122 spray toward an upper part and both sides at the same time, with three-dimensional spray effect. - The atomizing generator is a conventional commercially available product. The invention does not improve the internal structure, but only applies the atomization function of the atomizing generator.
- In a preferred embodiment, the toy train further comprises a
blocking plug 124 for blocking thewater filling port 123; and theblocking plug 124 is configured as the chimney shape of a copyingreal locomotive 10. - In a preferred embodiment, the
locomotive 10 is provided with abattery compartment 14 for loading thebattery 12; and thebattery compartment 14 is arranged in thelocomotive 10 near a tail. - In a preferred embodiment, the
spray ports 122 are configured as a protruding annular shape. - In a preferred embodiment, as shown in
FIG. 3 , the bottom of thebattery compartment 14 is provided with asealing plate 15 in an openable mode; and thesealing plate 15 is connected with a port of thebattery compartment 14 through a buckle. - In a preferred embodiment, the toy train further comprises a light-
emitting device 16; the light-emitting device 16 is arranged on the front end of thelocomotive 10; and the light-emitting device 16 is electrically connected with thecontrol unit 13. - In a preferred embodiment, the toy train further comprises a sounding
device 17; the soundingdevice 17 is arranged in thelocomotive 10; and the soundingdevice 17 is electrically connected with thecontrol unit 13. - In a preferred embodiment, as shown in
FIG. 4 , the tail of thelocomotive 10 is provided with abuckle 18; thetrain body 20 is provided with ahook 21; and thehook 21 and thebuckle 18 are in hooking fit to connect thetrain body 20 and thelocomotive 10 in an assembling mode. - In a preferred embodiment, the
train body 20 comprises a plurality of carriages 22; each carriage 22 is provided with ahook 21 at the front end and abuckle 18 at the tail; and thehook 21 is hooked into thebuckle 18 to connect the plurality of carriages 22 in an assembling mode. - The invention is further described below through specific embodiments.
- The present embodiment provides a toy train, comprising a
locomotive 10 and atrain body 20; thelocomotive 10 is provided with aspray device 11, a light-emitting device 16, asounding device 17, abattery 12 and acontrol unit 13; thespray device 11 comprises awater storage bin 121, an atomizing generator, threespray ports 122 and awater filling port 123; thewater storage bin 121 is fixedly arranged in thelocomotive 10; the threespray ports 122 are respectively arranged at the top and both sides of thewater storage bin 121; thespray ports 122 are exposed outside thelocomotive 10; and the atomizing generator is electrically connected with thecontrol unit 13. - The specific implementation mode of spray is as follows:
- The
blocking plug 124 is unplugged; water is filled into thewater storage bin 121 through thewater filling port 123; then theblocking plug 124 is inserted into thewater filling port 123 to block thewater filling port 123 to ensure that the water in thewater storage bin 121 does not leak; thecontrol unit 13 is started through an external button; thecontrol unit 13 starts the atomizing generator; and the generated water mist is sprayed by thespray ports 122 towards the upper part and both sides. - Compared with the prior art, the invention can spray in three-dimensional way towards the upper part and both sides by changing the arrangement positions of the
spray ports 122 of thewater storage bin 121. The existing toy trains that can spray imitate thespray device 11 of the real train, i.e., spray towards the upper part only, so that the structural form is relatively simple. The invention breaks the traditional modeling, and improves the arrangement positions of the spray to change the spray direction so that the spray is more three-dimensional and the structural form of the toy train that can spray is enriched. - In addition, the
blocking plug 124 is configured as the shape of a chimney component of acopying locomotive 10. - In addition, the light-
emitting device 16 is arranged on the front end of thelocomotive 10; the light-emitting device 16 is electrically connected with thecontrol unit 13; and the toy function of thelocomotive 10 is enriched through light emission. - In addition, the sounding
device 17 is arranged in thelocomotive 10; thesounding device 17 is electrically connected with thecontrol unit 13; and the toy function of thelocomotive 10 is enriched through sounding. - Specifically, the
control unit 13 is electrically connected with thebattery 12; and thecontrol unit 13 controls thebattery 12 to supply power for thespray device 11, the light-emitting device 16 and thesounding device 17. - In addition, the
locomotive 10 is provided with abattery compartment 14, and thebattery 12 is arranged in thebattery compartment 14. - Specifically, the bottom of the
battery compartment 14 is provided with asealing plate 15 in an openable mode. - Specifically, the
sealing plate 15 is connected with a port of thebattery compartment 14 through a buckle. - Specifically, the tail of the
locomotive 10 is provided with abuckle 18; thetrain body 20 is provided with ahook 21; and thehook 21 and thebuckle 18 are in hooking fit to connect thetrain body 20 and thelocomotive 10 in an assembling mode. - Specifically, the
train body 20 comprises a plurality of carriages 22; each carriage 22 is provided with ahook 21 at the front end and abuckle 18 at the tail; and thehook 21 is hooked into thebuckle 18 to connect the plurality of carriages 22 in an assembling mode. - The invention is described through embodiments, but the embodiments do not limit the invention. Other changes in the disclosed embodiments by referring to the description of the invention, if easily contemplated by those skilled in the art, shall belong to the scope defined by the claims of the invention.
Claims (9)
1. A toy train, comprising:
a locomotive (10) and a train body (20), wherein
the locomotive (10) is provided with a spray device (11), a battery (12) for supplying power for the spray device (11), and a control unit (13) for controlling spray;
the spray device (11) comprises a water storage bin (121), an atomizing generator, three spray ports (122) and a water filling port (123);
the atomizing generator is electrically connected with the control unit (13);
the spray ports (122) are respectively arranged at the top and both sides of the water storage bin (121);
during use, the spray ports (122) spray toward an upper part and both sides at the same time, with three-dimensional spray effect.
2. The toy train according to claim 1 , wherein
the toy train further comprises a blocking plug (124) for blocking the water filling port (123); and the blocking plug (124) is configured as the chimney shape of a copying real locomotive (10).
3. The toy train according to claim 1 , wherein
the locomotive (10) is provided with a battery compartment (14) for loading the battery (12); and the battery compartment (14) is arranged in the locomotive (10) near a tail.
4. The toy train according to claim 3 , wherein
the bottom of the battery compartment (14) is provided with a sealing plate (15) in an openable mode; and the sealing plate (15) is connected with a port of the battery compartment (14) through a buckle.
5. The toy train according to claim 1 , wherein
the spray ports (122) are configured as a protruding annular shape.
6. The toy train according to claim 1 , wherein
the toy train further comprises a light-emitting device (16); the light-emitting device (16) is arranged on the front end of the locomotive (10); and the light-emitting device (16) is electrically connected with the control unit (13).
7. The toy train according to claim 1 , wherein
the toy train further comprises a sounding device (17); the sounding device (17) is arranged in the locomotive (10); and the sounding device (17) is electrically connected with the control unit (13).
8. The toy train according to claim 1 , wherein
the tail of the locomotive (10) is provided with a buckle (18); the train body (20) is provided with a hook (21); and the hook (21) and the buckle (18) are in hooking fit to connect the train body (20) and the locomotive (10) in an assembling mode.
9. The toy train according to claim 1 , wherein
the train body (20) comprises a plurality of carriages (22); each carriage (22) is provided with a hook (21) at the front end and a buckle (18) at the tail; and the hook (21) is hooked into the buckle (18) to connect the plurality of carriages (22) in an assembling mode.
