The invention uses the making structure for the quick preliminary shaping on the down, the shaping structure for the bonding, the trimming structure for the trimming on eyelashes, and the combined shaping tube and drying structure for the drying and shaping on eyelashes.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The invention belongs to the eye ornament field, more specifically, relating to down false eyelashes.

2. Description of the Related Art

People's eyelashes decorate the “window of the soul” of people, and eyes with beautiful eyelashes are a reflection of the beautiful feature of people. The technology of artificial eyelashes can help people to realize the requirement of long and thick eyelashes, and for the current false eyelashes, it is usually to take the eyelashes from the box of the corresponding length specification according to the requirement, and then bond and graft them onto people's real eyelashes with glue one by one. Eyelashes for grafting are not shaped before grafting, so users can't see the real and three-dimensional grafting effects in advance, and it takes a longer time, which is easy to make mistakes during the grafting process, with bad effects.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

For the shortcomings of the current technology, the invention is aimed to provide down false eyelashes, and for eyelashes thus produced, the shaping effect is good, which is not easy to deform, and meanwhile the effect of eyelashes is more real and three-dimensional, which is easy to wear later.
To realize the above purposes, the invention provides the following technical schemes: down false eyelashes, comprising down; a making structure for the preliminary shaping on the down; a shaping structure; a trimming structure; a shaping tube for the shaping on the down; a drying structure; the making structure comprises a bottom board, a guiding plate and a sticky tape, the guiding plate and the sticky tape are both provided on the top of the bottom board, and the down is provided on the top of the bottom board, one end of the down is in contact with the bottom board, and the middle and lower part of the down is in contact with the guiding plate; the shaping structure comprises a line closing frame and a double line clamp, the line closing frame is used for the positioning on the down, and the inner side of the double line clamp is provided with glue; the trimming structure comprises a tool post and a hammer, the top of the tool post is provided with a blade, and the hammer is used for the beating and trimming on the blade; the drying structure comprises an oven and a placement frame, the oven is used for the drying and shaping on the down, and the placement frame is provided in the oven.

it uses the making structure for the quick preliminary shaping on the down, the shaping structure for the bonding, the trimming structure for the trimming on eyelashes to improve the beauty of eyelashes, and the combined shaping tube and drying structure for the drying and shaping on eyelashes. The shaping effect is good, which is not easy to deform, and meanwhile the effect of eyelashes is more real and three-dimensional, which is easy to wear later.

Down false eyelashes, comprising down 1; a making structure 2 for the preliminary shaping on the down 1; a shaping structure 3; a trimming structure 4; a shaping tube 5 for the shaping on the down 1; a drying structure 6; the making structure 2 comprises a bottom board 201, a guiding plate 202 and a sticky tape 203, the guiding plate 202 and the sticky tape 203 are both provided on the top of the bottom board 201, and the down 1 is provided on the top of the bottom board 201, one end of the down 1 is in contact with the bottom board 201, and the middle and lower part of the down 1 is in contact with the guiding plate 202; the shaping structure 3 comprises a line closing frame 301 and a double line clamp 302, the line closing frame 301 is used for the positioning on the down 1, and the inner side of the double line clamp 302 is provided with glue; the trimming structure 4 comprises a tool post 401 and a hammer 403, the top of the tool post 401 is provided with a blade 402, and the hammer 403 is used for the beating and trimming on the blade 402; the drying structure 6 comprises an oven 601 and a placement frame 602, the oven 601 is used for the drying and shaping on the down 1, and the placement frame 602 is provided in the oven 601. Brush tools combined with the bottom board 201 and the guiding plate 202 are used to adjust the position of the down 1, which can accomplish the preliminary arrangement of the down 1, relatively saving time, and under function of the guiding slots 204, the arrangement of the down 1 is more reasonable, reducing the later trimming work, and the sticky tape 203 can preliminarily fix the arranged down 1, easy to take the down 1 and easy for the subsequent processing steps, and after the shaping structure 3 accomplishes the bonding on eyelashes, the tool post 401 plays a fixing role and the hammer 403 plays an auxiliary role, avoiding the situation where the trimming does not reach the designated position to happen, and the shaping tube 5 and the drying structure 6 are used to accomplish the final shaping of eyelashes.
Further, the top of the bottom board 201 is provided with a wet towel, to increase the humidity of the operation space, avoiding the down 1 to generate static electricity.
Further, the top of the guiding plate 202 is provided with several guiding slots 204, to make the down 1 play a guiding role, enhancing the eyelashes effect.
Further, the surface of the shaping tube 5 is provided with release paper 501, and the release paper 501 is in contact with the down 1, easy to separate eyelashes from the shaping tube 5 later.
Further, the placement frame 602 is H-shaped, and the top of the placement frame 602 is provided with placement slots 603, easy to place the shaping tube 5, with a good shaping effect on eyelashes in the meantime.
Working principles: the down 1 (the down 1 can be the down 1 or the mixed products of the down 1 and the chemical fiber) is first placed on the top of the bottom board 201, and brush tools cooperating with the guiding slots 204 are used to guide the down 1, then after guiding it to the suitable angle, the down 1 is pressed, to make the surface of the down 1 fit the sticky tape 203, and the sticky tape 203 is used to move the down 1 into the line closing frame 301, then the inner side of the double line clamp 302 is smeared with the glue and the down 1 is clamped and bonded using the double line clamp 302 after smearing, and after setting until the glue is dry, the down 1 is put into the tool post 401, then the hammer 403 is used to beat the blade 402, to accomplish the trimming of eyelashes, and after the trimming, the eyelashes are curled around the surface of the shaping tube 5 and two ends of the eyelashes are fastened using rubber bands, then the eyelashes are placed on the top of the placement frame 602 using the placement slots 603, dried and shaped by the oven 601, with the drying temperature of more than 100 degrees and the drying time of 15 minutes to 60 minutes, and after the drying, pull out the shaping tube 5 to get this kind of down false eyelashes.

Claims

1. Down false eyelashes, comprising:

down;

a making structure for the preliminary shaping on the down;

a shaping structure;

a trimming structure;

a shaping tube for the shaping on the down;

a drying structure;

the making structure comprises a bottom board, a guiding plate and a sticky tape, the guiding plate and the sticky tape are both provided on the top of the bottom board, and the down is provided on the top of the bottom board, one end of the down is in contact with the bottom board, and the middle and lower part of the down is in contact with the guiding plate;

the shaping structure comprises a line closing frame and a double line clamp, the line closing frame is used for the positioning on the down, and the inner side of the double line clamp is provided with glue;

the trimming structure comprises a tool post and a hammer, the top of the tool post is provided with a blade, and the hammer is used for the beating and trimming on the blade;

the drying structure comprises an oven and a placement frame, the oven is used for the drying and shaping on the down, and the placement frame is provided in the oven.

2. The down false eyelashes according to claim 1, wherein the top of the bottom board is provided with a wet towel.

3. The down false eyelashes according to claim 1, wherein the top of the guiding plate is provided with several guiding slots.

4. The down false eyelashes according to claim 1, wherein the surface of the shaping tube is provided with release paper, and the release paper is in contact with the down.

5. The down false eyelashes according to claim 1, wherein the placement frame is H-shaped, and the top of the placement frame is provided with placement slots.
