Abstract
The present disclosure discloses an automatic hair-curling wand, which includes a handle part and a hair-curling part, the hair-curling part includes a heat-conducting body having radially radiating heat-conducting fins, a heat generating component, a heat-conducting tube sleeved on an outer wall of the heat-conducting body, and a bristle-planting strip fixed on the heat-conducting fins, the bristle-planting strip is provided with bristle-planting comb-teeth, and the heat-conducting tube has comb-tooth holes for the bristle-planting comb-teeth to pass through and an air outlet; the handle part includes a housing, a fan assembly and an air inlet are arranged in the housing, and the handle part has an air outlet communicating with a gap space between the adjacent heat-conducting fins, and a driving motor that drives the hair-curling part to rotate around an axis.
Description
- This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. CN 202121630179.0 filed on Jul. 16, 2021, which is hereby incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
- The present disclosure relates to the technical field of hairdressing equipment, and more particularly, to an automatic hair-curling wand.
- The hair-curling wand is a handheld electronic product used to curl hair, the structure thereof is mainly composed of a handle and a heat generating rod. When in use, the hair is wound on the heat generating rod, and the hair is curled by the heat of the surface of the heat generating rod. In order to facilitate the use, there has been an automatic hair-curling wand in which the heat generating rod can be rotated around an axis, when the hair is wound on the surface of the heat generating rod, the heat generating rod automatically rotates without the need for hand-held rotation. However, the existing hair-curling wands still have areas worthy of improvement. On the one hand, when curling hair, the user needs to hold the handle of the hair-curling wand with one hand and use the other hand to help fix the hair on the heat generating rod, which makes single-person operation more difficult; on the other hand, when the hair is wrapped around the heat generating rod and heated, the hair that is in contact with the surface of the heat generating rod heats up faster, while the hair that is not in contact with the heating plate heats up more slowly, which leads to uneven heating, thus not only requires a longer curling time, but a uniformly-curling effect cannot be achieved.
- The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide an automatic hair-curling wand which is more convenient to use, fast in hair curling and better in effect.
- In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the technical solutions adopted by the present disclosure are as follows:
- An automatic hair-curling wand, which includes a handle part and a hair-curling part, the hair-curling part comprises a cylindrical heat-conducting body having radially radiating heat-conducting fins, a heat generating component fixed on the heat-conducting body, and a heat-conducting tube sleeved on an outer wall of the heat-conducting body, and a bristle-planting strip fixed on the heat-conducting fins, the bristle-planting strip has bristle-planting comb-teeth, the heat-conducting tube has comb-tooth holes for the bristle-planting comb-teeth to pass through and an air outlet hole; the handle part comprises a housing, and a fan assembly and an air inlet are arranged in the housing, and the handle part has an air outlet communicating with a gap space between the adjacent heat-conducting fins, and a driving motor configured to drive the hair-curling part to rotate around an axis is arranged in the housing.
- The beneficial effects of the above solution are: bristle-planting comb-teeth are provided, the planted bristles can wind and fix the hair on the surface of the heat-conducting tube, and the hair-curling part can automatically rotate without manual assistance, which is very suitable for single-person operation. In addition, the planted bristles can rub the hair, so that the hair can be treated and become more supple during the process of rotating around the hair-curling part; after the fan assembly blows the wind into the gap space of the heat-conducting fins, it is heated by the heat-conducting fins, make the hot air blow out from the air outlet holes on the surface of the heat-conducting tube, and the hot air can evenly heat the hair; the hair that is not in contact with the surface of the heat-conducting tube can be heated and curled quickly, which not only reduces the heating time of the curling of hair, but also achieves a better uniformly-curling effect.
- According to a preferred solution, the bristle-planting comb-teeth are helically distributed on an outer wall of the hair-curling part along an axial direction.
- In this solution, the bristle-planting comb-teeth are helically distributed, and the hair-curling part can automatically rotate, and the effect of densely and evenly winding hair can be achieved through a limited number of bristle-planting comb-teeth. At the same time, the remaining space on the surface of the heat-conducting tube not only enables more hair to be contacted and heated, but also facilitates even and dense setting of air outlet holes.
- According to a preferred solution, the heat-conducting body is a metal extruded profile, and the axis thereof has an installation cavity for installing the heat generating component; a fixing groove for sandwiching and fixing the bristle-planting strip is arranged between two adjacent heat-conducting fins.
- In this solution, the installation cavity can not only be used to install and fix the heat generating component, but also the heat can be more evenly conducted radially to the heat-conducting tube through the heat-conducting fins; the fixing groove is convenient for installing and fixing the bristle-planting strip; this structure of the heat-conducting body is suitable for extrusion molding, thereby greatly reducing the production cost thereof.
- According to a preferred solution, the bristle-planting strip has a via hole corresponding to the air outlet hole, and a hole diameter of the via hole is larger than that of the air outlet hole.
- In this solution, the hot air in the gap space between adjacent heat-conducting fins can pass through the via hole and then be blew out from the air outlet hole. When the hole diameter of the via hole is larger than that of the air outlet hole, the airflow can be pressurized and the blowing effect of hot air can be enhanced.
- According to a preferred solution, the comb-tooth hole is large enough to accommodate the bristle-planting comb-teeth.
- In this solution, when the comb-tooth hole is large enough to accommodate the bristle-planting comb-teeth, the problem of the bristle-planting comb-teeth contacting the heat-conducting tube and being damaged can be avoided.
- According to a preferred solution, the heat generating component comprises a PTC heat generating element arranged in the installation cavity, and an NTC temperature controller for detecting the temperature of the heat-conducting body.
- In this solution, the PTC heat generating element is small in size and easy to install, while the NTC temperature controller can ensure temperature stability and improve the safety of use.
- According to a preferred solution, the fan assembly comprises a fan blade and a motor for driving the fan blade, and the air inlet is a plurality of air inlet holes arranged at a rear end of the handle part and distributed around the circumference.
- According to a preferred solution, the housing is provided with a control circuit board, and an outer wall of the housing is provided with control buttons.
- The present disclosure will be further described in detail with reference to the drawings and specific embodiments.

- Referring to
FIG. 1 toFIG. 3 , an automatic hair-curling wand includes a handle part 1 and a hair-curling part 2 which are coaxially arranged, and the hair-curling part 2 can rotate around an axis. - The hair-curling part 2 includes a cylindrical heat-conducting
body 21 having radially radiating heat-conductingfins 211, a heat generatingcomponent 22 fixed on the heat-conductingbody 21, and a heat-conductingtube 23 sleeved on the outer wall of the heat-conductingbody 21, and a bristle-planting strip 24 fixed on the heat-conductingfins 211, the bristle-planting strip 24 has bristle-planting comb-teeth 241, and theheat conducting tube 23 has comb-tooth holes 231 for the bristle-planting comb-teeth 241 to pass through and anair outlet hole 232. The handle part 1 includes ahousing 11, thehousing 11 is provided with afan assembly 12 and anair inlet 13, and the handle part 1 has an air outlet communicating with a gap space between the adjacent heat-conductingfins 211, thehousing 11 is further provided with a drivingmotor 14 for driving the hair-curling part 2 to rotate around an axis. - When in use, the hair-curling part 2 is driven by the driving
motor 14 to rotate around the axis, and after the bristle-planting comb-teeth 241 contact the hair, the hair can be clamped in the bristle-planting bundle, and the hair can be wound on the surface of the heat-conductingtube 23 by the friction force of the planted bristles, thus it can be operated with one hand; the hot air is blown out from theair outlet hole 232 at the same time, so that the hair is heated evenly and quickly. Bristle-planting comb-teeth 241 are provided, the planted bristles can wind and fix the hair on the surface of the heat-conductingtube 23, and the hair-curling part 2 can automatically rotate without manual assistance, which is very suitable for single-person operation. In addition, the planted bristles can rub the hair, so that the hair can be treated and become more supple during the process of rotating around the hair-curling part 2; after thefan assembly 12 blows the wind into the gap space of the heat-conductingfins 211, it is heated by the heat-conductingfins 211, make the hot air blow out from theair outlet holes 232 on the surface of the heat-conductingtube 23, and the hot air can evenly heat the hair; the hair that is not in contact with the surface of the heat-conductingtube 23 can be heated and curled quickly, which not only reduces the heating time of the curling of hair, but also achieves a better uniformly-curling effect. - In a preferred structure, the heat-conducting
body 21 adopts a metal extruded profile, and its axis has aninstallation cavity 212 for installing theheat generating component 22; between two adjacent heat-conductingfins 211, a fixing groove for sandwiching and fixing the bristle-planting strip 24 is formed by laterally extendinghook parts 2111. The bristle-planting strip 24 has avia hole 242 corresponding to theair outlet hole 232, and the hole diameter of thevia hole 242 is larger than that of theair outlet hole 232. There is a gap between the twoopposite hook parts 2111 to facilitate the hot air to be blown radially from the inside of thevia hole 242. Theinstallation cavity 212 can not only be used to install and fix theheat generating element 22, but also the heat can be more evenly conducted radially to the heat-conductingtube 23 through the heat-conductingfins 211; the fixing groove facilitates the installation and fixation of the bristle-planting strip 24; this structure of the heat-conductingbody 21 is suitable for extrusion molding, which can greatly reduce its production cost. The hot air in the space gap between adjacent heat-conductingfins 211 can pass through thevia hole 242 and then blow out from theair outlet hole 232. When the hole diameter of thevia 242 is larger than that of theair outlet hole 232, the airflow can be pressurized and the blowing effect of hot air can be enhanced. Certainly, the heat-conductingbody 21 can also be processed and shaped in other ways, such as turning and milling or die-casting, but the cost is relatively high; it is also possible to fix the bristle-planting strip 24 on the heat-conductingfin 211 on one side by locking or other methods, with the hot air blowing channel on the other side, but this method is more complicated for installation and fixation, and will take up a lot of space. - In a preferred structure, the bristle-planting comb-
teeth 241 are helically distributed on the outer wall of the hair-curling part 2 along the axial direction. In addition, the the comb-tooth hole 231 is large enough to accommodate the bristle-planting comb-tooth 241. - The bristle-planting comb-
teeth 241 are helically distributed, and the hair-curling part 2 can automatically rotate, a limited number of bristle-planting comb-teeth 241 can achieve the effect of densely and evenly winding the hair, and the remaining space on the surface of the heat-conductingtube 23 not only enables more hair to be heated, but also facilitates the even and dense arrangement of theair outlets 232. When the comb-tooth holes 231 are large enough to accommodate the bristle-planting comb-teeth 241, it can prevent the bristle-planting comb-teeth 241 from contacting the heat-conductingtube 23 and being damaged. - In a preferred structure, the
heat generating component 22 includes a PTCheat generating element 221 arranged in theinstallation cavity 212 and anNTC temperature controller 222 for detecting the temperature of the heat-conductingbody 21. The PTCheat generating element 221 is small in size and easy to install, while theNTC temperature controller 222 can ensure temperature stability and improve the safety of use. - In a preferred structure, the
fan assembly 12 includes afan blade 121 and amotor 122 that drives thefan blade 121. Theair inlet 13 is a plurality of air inlet holes arranged at the rear end of the handle part 1 and distributed around the circumference. Thehousing 11 is further provided with a control circuit board, and the outer wall of thehousing 11 is provided withcontrol buttons 151. The electrical connection between the handle part 1 and the hair-curling part 2 may adopt a contact-type rotating electrical connection structure, so that the electrical connection can be maintained during relative rotation. - The above description does not impose any limitation on the technical scope of the present disclosure, any amendments, equivalent changes and modifications made to the above embodiments based on the technical essence of the present disclosure still fall within the scope of the technical solution of the present disclosure.
Claims (8)
1. An automatic hair-curling wand, comprising a handle part and a hair-curling part, wherein the hair-curling part comprises a cylindrical heat-conducting body having radially radiating heat-conducting fins, a heat generating component fixed on the heat-conducting body, and a heat-conducting tube sleeved on an outer wall of the heat-conducting body, and a bristle-planting strip fixed on the heat-conducting fins, wherein the bristle-planting strip has bristle-planting comb-teeth, the heat-conducting tube has comb-tooth holes for the bristle-planting comb-teeth to pass through and an air outlet hole; wherein the handle part comprises a housing, and a fan assembly and an air inlet are arranged in the housing, and the handle part has an air outlet communicating with a gap space between adjacent heat-conducting fins, and wherein a driving motor configured to drive the hair-curling part to rotate around an axis is arranged in the housing.
2. The automatic hair-curling wand of claim 1 , wherein the bristle-planting comb-teeth are helically distributed on an outer wall of the hair-curling part along the axial direction.
3. The automatic hair-curling wand of claim 1 , wherein the heat-conducting body is a metal extruded profile, and the axis thereof has an installation cavity for installing the heat generating component; and a fixing groove for sandwiching and fixing the bristle-planting strip is arranged between two adjacent heat-conducting fins.
4. The automatic hair-curling wand of claim 3 , wherein the bristle-planting strip has a via hole corresponding to the air outlet hole, and a hole diameter of the via hole is larger than that of the air outlet hole.
5. The automatic hair-curling wand of claim 3 , wherein the comb-tooth hole is large enough to accommodate the bristle-planting comb-teeth.
6. The automatic hair-curling wand of claim 3 , wherein the heat generating component comprises a PTC heat generating element arranged in the installation cavity, and an NTC temperature controller for detecting the temperature of the heat-conducting body.
7. The automatic hair-curling wand of claim 1 , wherein the fan assembly comprises a fan blade and a motor for driving the fan blade, and the air inlet is a plurality of air inlet holes arranged at a rear end of the handle part and distributed around the circumference.
8. The automatic hair-curling wand of claim 1 , wherein the housing is provided with a control circuit board, and an outer wall of the housing is provided with control buttons.
