Description
- The present invention relates to fitness equipment technology, in particular to a rally fitness equipment that combines multiple fitness methods.
- Generally, the pull rope provides resistance training to the arms and chest muscles by the elasticity generated after pulling the rope pedal body, thereby achieving the effect of muscle training, and strengthening the training effect by stepping on the foot or fixing the elastic rope on a flat surface such as a wall. However, these fixing methods have the risk of instability, which may cause sports injuries or accidents. The stepped pedal is an auxiliary equipment used for aerobic exercise. It has a board member and two supports respectively connected to both sides of the bottom of the board member. The supports make a distance between the board member and the ground for users to go up and down. The effect of stepping on is like going up and down stairs.
- The aforementioned two fitness equipment each provide a single fitness function, which is limited to a single part of the pedal body, such as the upper pedal body or the lower pedal body. The power supply in the preferred embodiment of the present invention is a commercial power supply as an example. Thetransmission unit 22 comprises afirst mandrel 23 and aflywheel 24. Theflywheel 24 is an aluminum flywheel, and theflywheel 24 comprises afirst retaining slot 241. Thefirst mandrel 23 comprises asecond retaining slot 231 corresponding to thefirst retaining slot 241. Position it by inserting apin 25 between thefirst retaining slot 241 and thesecond retaining slot 231. Theflywheel 24 of this preferred embodiment is arranged adjacent to the electromagnet. When the power supply provides current to the electromagnet, the magnetic field around the electromagnet changes, causing theflywheel 24 to experience hysteresis, thereby providing resistance to the windingunit 30. The stronger the magnetic field, the greater the resistance applied to the windingunit 30. - On the other hand, the
transmission unit 22 further comprises a pulley set 27. The pulley set 27 of the preferred embodiment comprises afirst pulley 271, asecond pulley 272 and abelt 29, and thebelt 29 connects thefirst pulley 271 and thesecond pulley 272. - The winding
unit 30 comprises asecond mandrel 32, afirst belt wheel 34, asecond belt wheel 36, a first guide wheel set 37 and a second guide wheel set 38. Thesecond mandrel 32 is adjacent to thetransmission unit 22. Thesecond mandrel 32 is the shaft of thefirst belt wheel 34 and thesecond belt wheel 36 at the same time, and is fixed in theaccommodating space 13 by acover plate 31. - In other words, the
first belt wheel 34 and thesecond belt wheel 36 are coaxially and rotatably arranged on thesecond mandrel 32 at a distance from each other. Both the top surface of thefirst belt wheel 34 and the top surface of thesecond belt wheel 36 have aperforation 35. The windingunit 30 of the preferred embodiment is made of aluminum as an example, and it can also be any metal material. - In detail, the
first pulley 271 is set in thefirst mandrel 23, and thesecond pulley 272 is set in thesecond mandrel 32. The rotation of thesecond pulley 272 is transmitted to thefirst pulley 271 through thebelt 29, so that thefirst mandrel 23 will act together with thesecond mandrel 32. In addition, first mandrel 23 contains a one-way ratchet 232 and abearing 233. Thebearing 233 is adjacent to the one-way ratchet 232 to maintain the axis center position of thefirst mandrel 23. The one-way ratchet 232 and thebearing 233 are co-located between thefirst mandrel 23 and thefirst pulley 271, so that the power can only be transmitted from thesecond mandrel 32 to thefirst mandrel 23 in one direction, causing theflywheel 24 to rotate in a single direction. - The first guide wheel set 37 comprises a
rotating shaft 371, aguide shaft 372 and twoguide wheels 39 as an example. Therotating shaft 371 and theguide shaft 372 are adjacent to each other and are located in thesecond mandrel 32 near thefirst opening 125. One of theguide wheels 39 is located on therotating shaft 371, and theother guide wheel 39 is located on theguide shaft 372. The second guide wheel set 38 comprises a firstrotating shaft 381, a secondrotating shaft 382, a thirdrotating shaft 383, a fourthrotating shaft 384, a fifthrotating shaft 385 and a plurality ofguide wheels 39. The second to fifth rotating shafts 382-385 are arranged in order and spaced apart around theresistance device 20 and the windingunit 30. The firstrotating shaft 381 is located between the secondrotating shaft 382 and the fifthrotating shaft 385, which is closer to thesecond mandrel 32. The length of the fifthrotating shaft 385 is shorter than the length of the first to fourth rotating shafts 381-384. The firstrotating shaft 381 is mounted with oneguide wheel 39. The second and third 382,383 are each mounted with tworotating shafts guide wheels 39 as an example. The fourth and fifth 384,385 are each mounted with onerotating shafts guide wheel 39 as an example. There is a gap between theguide wheels 39 on the first and fourth 381,384 and therotating shafts base 121. - The pull rope set 40 comprises a
pull rope 42 and abungee rope 44. Thepull rope 42 has one section thereof fixed to theperforation 35 of thefirst belt wheel 34 in a knotted manner and then wound around thefirst belt wheel 34, and the other section thereof bypassed theguide wheel 39 on therotating shaft 371 and theguide wheel 39 on theguide shaft 372 in sequence and then protruded out of thepedal body 12 through thefirst opening 125 of thepedal body 12. Thebungee rope 44 has one section thereof fixed to theperforation 35 of thesecond belt wheel 36 and then wound around thesecond belt wheel 36, and the other section thereof pulled out from thesecond belt wheel 36 and guided by theguide wheel 39 on the firstrotating shaft 381 and then sequentially bypassed theguide wheels 39 on the second to fifth rotating shaft 382-385 and then fixed to ahook 60. Thehook 60 of the preferred embodiment is adjacent to the position of the fourthrotating shaft 384. It should be noted that the winding direction of thepull rope 42 on thefirst belt wheel 34 and the first guide wheel set 37 is opposite to the winding direction of thebungee rope 44 on thesecond belt wheel 36 and the second guide wheel set 38, and the elasticity of thebungee rope 44 is higher than that of thepull rope 42. - Through the above components, in actual application, the user steps or sits or lies on the
pedal 10, holding the ring handles 50 of thepull ropes 42 with both hands, and adjusts the resistance of theresistance devices 20 by the control button set 17 to control the ease of rotation of the windingunits 30. In detail, when the user pulls thepull rope 42 out of the pedal 10, thepull rope 42 drives the first guide wheel set 37 and thefirst belt wheel 34 to rotate in the first direction, and then rotates thesecond mandrel 32 synchronously. The rotation of thesecond mandrel 32 synchronously drives the coaxialsecond belt wheel 36 andsecond pulley 272 to rotate in the first direction. In this way, thebungee rope 44 with the opposite winding direction to thepull rope 42 is rolled back to thesecond belt wheel 36 and is in a stretched state. Thefirst pulley 271 rotates synchronously through thebelt 29 and thesecond pulley 272, so that the coaxial one-way ratchet 232 drives thefirst mandrel 23 to rotate in the first direction when the coaxial one-way ratchet 232 rotates synchronously, and then links thepin 25 to drive theflywheel 24 to rotate. - When the user removes the force applied to the
pull rope 42, the elastic force of thebungee rope 44 will drive thebungee rope 44 in the stretched state to reset, and then provide a reverse pulling force, so that thesecond belt wheel 36 is pulled along the way and rotates in the second direction, and synchronously drives thesecond mandrel 32 to rotate in the second direction. The coaxialfirst belt wheel 34 is driven by thesecond mandrel 32 to rotate synchronously, taking thepull rope 42 back to thefirst belt wheel 34, and thefirst pulley 271 is driven by thebelt 29 and thesecond pulley 272 to synchronously rotate in the second direction. At this time, the one-way movement mechanism of the one-way ratchet 232 prevents the reverse pulling force of thebungee rope 44 from being transmitted to thefirst mandrel 23 andflywheel 24, and the moment of inertia of theflywheel 24 cannot be transmitted to thesecond mandrel 32 through thefirst pulley 271, making thefirst mandrel 23 and theflywheel 24 idling. - It can be seen from the above that when the user's hands simultaneously or alternately apply a pulling force to the
pull ropes 42, therally fitness equipment 1 of the present invention induces a magnetic attraction force through the magnetic field of the electromagnet and theflywheels 24, which hinders the rotation of thefirst mandrels 23 and theflywheels 24. The user needs to apply more force to thepull ropes 42 to overcome the rotation resistance of thefirst mandrels 23 to pull thepull ropes 42 out of thepedal body 12, which can effectively enhance the training intensity of the chest muscles and arm muscles. The invention combines a stepped pedal and pull ropes, and the user can selectively exercise the upper body and lower body. In addition to exercising different parts, theadjustable resistance devices 20 such as electromagnets and aluminum flywheels can control and adjust the pulling difficulty of the pull ropes. Indeed, the invention provides users with a practical and interesting sports equipment.
