FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a refrigeration appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention. - The technical solutions in this application are clearly and completely described below using specific embodiments. Apparently, the described embodiments are some rather than all of the embodiments of this application. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments of this application without creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of this application.
- Referring now to the figures of the drawings in detail and first, particularly to
FIG. 1 thereof, there is shown asupport component 100. Thesupport component 100 may be applied to a household appliance. Exemplarily, thesupport component 100 may be applied to atray component 200 of arefrigeration appliance 300, seeFIG. 5 . - In an existing refrigeration appliance, in order to improve the utilization efficiency of an
internal storage cavity 18, thetray component 200 mounted in thestorage cavity 18 is usually used to divide thestorage cavity 18 into a plurality of small spaces in a horizontal or vertical direction. In some related art, aseparation plate 17 in thetray component 200 is made of a difficult-to-shape material such as glass. It is difficult for theseparation plate 17 to directly connect to a wall of thestorage cavity 18, and therefore thesupport component 100 is needed. For example, theseparation plate 17 is connected to a support, and the support is connected to the wall of thestorage cavity 18. - The
tray component 200 needs to bear certain weight and include some shape structures that can be connected to theseparation plate 17. Therefore, thesupport component 100 needs to have both certain intensity and certain shapeability. - The
support component 100 provided in this embodiment of the present invention includes a reinforcingmember 3 and frames, seeFIG. 2 . Exemplarily, the reinforcingmember 3 may be made of a material with relatively high intensity, such as metal, to provide adequate intensity for thesupport component 100. The frames may be made of a material with relatively good shapeability, such as plastic, to be easily set in a shape capable of fitting in well with theseparation plate 17. - Referring to
FIG. 1 toFIG. 4 , thesupport component 100 may include anouter frame 1, aninner frame 2, and a reinforcingmember 3.FIG. 1 is an overall schematic structural diagram of thesupport component 100.FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view along a line II.FIG. 3 andFIG. 4 are schematic structural exploded views of thesupport component 100. - In a possible implementation, the
outer frame 1 has a first open end 4, and at least one part of the reinforcingmember 3 may be inserted into theouter frame 1 from the first open end 4. Theouter frame 1 is connected to theinner frame 2, and the one part of the reinforcingmember 3 inserted into theouter frame 1 is located between theinner frame 2 and theouter frame 1. Compared with the related art in which the reinforcingmember 3 crosses over a frame connection structure to enter anouter frame 1, this implementation in which the reinforcing member is inserted into theouter frame 1 from the open end reduces the probability of damaging a frame connection structure and improves the product yield. - In a possible implementation, the frame connection structure includes a
clamping portion 5 and a clamp-fitting portion 6, theclamping portion 5 is located on theouter frame 1, the clamp-fitting portion 6 is located on theinner frame 2, and theclamping portion 5 and the clamp-fitting portion 6 are adapted to each other to engage theinner frame 2 with theouter frame 1. - Referring to
FIG. 2 andFIG. 3 , after being inserted into theouter frame 1, the reinforcingmember 3 is located between the clampingportion 5 and a first side wall 7. In this way, the probability that the reinforcingmember 3 touches or compresses the clampingportion 5 can be reduced, thereby reducing the probability of damaging the clampingportion 5. - In a preferable manner, the reinforcing
member 3 is inserted between the first side wall 7 and the clampingportion 5 from the first open end 4, further reducing the probability that the reinforcingmember 3 touches or compresses the clampingportion 5. - As shown in
FIG. 2 andFIG. 3 , theouter frame 1 includes a firstbottom wall 8, a first top wall 9, and the first side wall 7 connected to an outer edge between the firstbottom wall 8 and the first top wall. An end of theouter frame 1 in a length direction has an open region, and the first open end 4 includes the open region. A side on theouter frame 1 opposite to the first side wall 7 also has another open region, and a secondopen end 16 includes the open region. - In a possible implementation, as shown in
FIG. 2 , the clampingportion 5 includes aprotrusion 10 located on the first bottom wall and protruding from the firstbottom wall 8. - The clamp-fitting portion 6 includes a
flange 11 located on theinner frame 2 and extending upward. Theinner frame 2 and/or theouter frame 1 may partially deform under the action of a force to allow theflange 11 to cross over theprotrusion 10, and return to an original shape due to loss of the force after theflange 11 crosses over theprotrusion 10, so that theflange 11 can be located between theprotrusion 10 and the reinforcingmember 3. Such a clamping structure is very simple and easy-to-implement. Since the probability that the reinforcingmember 3 touches or compresses the connection structure is reduced, the intensity requirements for the clampingportion 5 and/or the clamp-fitting portion 6 may be appropriately reduced. Therefore, the costs and manufacture difficulty are reduced. - In a possible implementation, as shown in
FIG. 3 , the clampingportion 5 includes aprotrusion 10 located on the firstbottom wall 8 and protruding from the firstbottom wall 8. - The clamp-fitting portion 6 includes a
flange 11 located on theinner frame 2 and extending downward. - Understandably, the
inner frame 2 and/or theouter frame 1 may be made of a material with certain deformability to enable theinner frame 2 and/or theouter frame 1 to partially deform. For example, the material may be plastic. Theinner frame 2 and/or theouter frame 1 may be completely made of a deformable material, or may be partially made of the deformable material. As long as the foregoing process can be implemented, the objective of this embodiment can be achieved. - In a possible implementation, as shown in
FIG. 3 andFIG. 4 , theinner frame 2 has asecond side wall 12 facing the reinforcingmember 3. After theinner frame 2 and theouter frame 1 are connected, the reinforcingmember 3 is located between thesecond side wall 12 and the first side wall 7. With such configuration, the contact area between the reinforcingmember 3 and theouter frame 1 as well as theinner frame 2 is increased, which helps to reduce the relative wobbling between the reinforcingmember 3 and the frames, and makes such a product as thetray component 200 or therefrigeration appliance 300 using thesupport component 100 more stable. - In a possible implementation, the
flange 11 may extend upward from an upper edge of thesecond side wall 12 and/or extend downward from a lower edge of thesecond side wall 12. Alternatively, theflange 11 may be a part of thesecond side wall 12. - In a possible implementation, a side of the
second side wall 12 facing the reinforcingmember 3 is provided with a first reinforcing rib. After thesupport component 100 is assembled, the first reinforcing rib at least partially abuts against the reinforcingmember 3. In an aspect, contact between theinner frame 2 and the reinforcingmember 3 is ensured, thereby reducing the probability of wobbling of the reinforcingmember 3. In another aspect, surface contact between theinner frame 2 and the reinforcingmember 3 is replaced with line contact, which avoids partial hollowing between thesecond side wall 12 and the reinforcingmember 3 after extensive contact. - In a possible implementation, the
inner frame 2 further includes a second bottom wall connected to thesecond side wall 12. After thesupport component 100 is assembled, the second bottom wall is at least partially in contact with the firstbottom wall 8. - In a possible implementation, a side of the first
bottom wall 8 facing the first top wall 9 is provided with a second protrudingrib 15, and the second protrudingrib 15 at least partially abuts against the firstbottom wall 8. With such configuration, partial hollowing between the second bottom wall and the firstbottom wall 8 after extensive contact is avoided. - In a possible implementation, an extension direction of the second protruding
rib 15 is consistent with a direction in which theinner frame 2 is connected to theouter frame 1. With such configuration, resistance of inserting theinner frame 2 into theouter frame 1 can be reduced, thereby better facilitating mounting. - In a possible implementation, the
outer frame 1 at least partially enters theinner frame 2 from the secondopen end 16, and after crossing over theprotrusion 10, theflange 11 clamps theinner frame 2 onto theouter frame 1. - A connecting
portion 19 is further disposed on the reinforcingmember 3. As shown in the figure, the connectingportion 19 is located out of theouter frame 1 and theinner frame 2 for ease of connection to another component. - The concept of the present utility model is illustrated with reference to
FIG. 1 toFIG. 4 : - An end portion of the reinforcing
member 3 is inserted into theouter frame 1 from the first open end 4 at an end portion of theouter frame 1 in an x direction. After the reinforcing member reaches a predetermined position, theinner frame 2 is inserted into theouter frame 1 from the secondopen end 16 in a y direction, and at least one part of the reinforcingmember 3 is located between theinner frame 2 and theouter frame 1. Since the reinforcingmember 3 is inserted from the end portion, the probability of touching or compressing the connection structure between theinner frame 2 and theouter frame 1 is reduced. Therefore, theinner frame 2 and theouter frame 1 can fit in well with each other, thereby reducing the probability that the support falls apart. - An embodiment of the present utility model further provides a
tray component 200. As shown inFIG. 5 , thetray component 200 may include two of any one or two types of the foregoingsupport components 100 disposed opposite to each other. Aninner frame 2 is located on an inner side, and anouter frame 1 is located on an outer side. - The
tray component 200 further includes aseparation plate 17, and two ends of theseparation plate 17 are each connected to onesupport component 100. It may be understood that theseparation plate 17 may be connected to theinner frame 2, or may be connected to theouter frame 1. - The
tray component 200 provided in this embodiment of the present invention has a high production yield and a low probability of falling apart. An embodiment of the present invention further provides arefrigeration appliance 300. As shown inFIG. 6 , therefrigeration appliance 300 includes astorage cavity 18 and any one or more types of the foregoingtray components 200 mounted in thestorage cavity 18. Exemplarily, a connectingportion 19 of asupport component 100 located out of aninner frame 2 and anouter frame 1 is connected to a box body of therefrigeration appliance 300. - The
refrigeration appliance 300 provided in this embodiment of the present invention has a high production yield and a low probability that the internal structure falls apart. - Although specific implementations have been described above, these implementations are not intended to limit the scope disclosed in this application, even if only one implementation is described with respect to a specific feature.
