Abstract

A storage box with an easy-to-store cover, and relates to the field of articles for daily use, solving the technical problem that the cover of the existing storage box is not easy to store. The storage box with an easy-to-store cover includes a box body that has a storage space for accommodating an object and an opening for allowing the object to get in and get out, and a cover that can cover the opening. An accommodating space for the cover is also arranged in the box body, and the cover can be stored in the storage space. The present utility model is provided with the storage space for the cover, and can prevent the cover from being lost due to external installation.

Description

    CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION
  • This application takes priority from and claims the benefit of Chinese Patent Application No. 2020231040398 filed on Dec. 21, 2020, the contents of which are herein incorporated by reference.
  • TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present utility model relates to the field of articles for daily use, and in particular, a storage box with an easy-to-store cover.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • A storage box is usually also a sorting box or a storage case. After the existing folding storage box is folded, a cover is usually snapped in an outer panel of the box body. The cover of this structure is easy to fall and lose.
  • Therefore, how to solve the problem that the cover of the existing storage box is not easy to store is an important problem to be solved by a person skilled in the art.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The present utility model is directed to provide a storage box with an easy-to-store cover, solves the technical problem that the cover of the existing storage box is not easy to store.
  • The technical solution of the present utility model is as follows: a storage box with an easy-to-store cover, including a box body that has a storage space for accommodating an object and an opening for allowing the object to get in and get out, and a cover that can cover the opening. The box body includes side plates and a bottom plate connected to the bottom edges of the side plates; the side plates and the bottom plate form the storage space together; an accommodating space for the cover is also arranged in the box body; and the cover can be stored in the accommodating space.
  • Preferably, a vertical partition plate is arranged in the box body and is disposed close to one side plate; and the accommodating space is formed between the partition plate and the side plate close to the partition plate.
  • Preferably, the side plates include a rear side plate; extending portions perpendicular to the rear side plate are respectively arranged on two vertical side edges of the rear side plate; the partition plate is connected to the extending portions; and the accommodating space is formed between the partition plate and the extending portions.
  • Preferably, the cover is provided with two convex shafts symmetrically on both sides of the bottom of the cover; the rear side plate is provided with bent portions that extend towards the inside of the box body at the tops of the two extending portions; a distance between the edges of the two bent portions is shorter than a distance between the outer side surfaces of the two convex shafts; and the cover can move up and down along the accommodating space.
  • Preferably, the bent portions are connected to the rear portion of the rear side plate through arc surfaces.
  • Preferably, the partition plate is provided with vertically downward sliding chutes at the edges of both sides; the edges of both sides of the cover are inwards bent to form sliding blocks; and the sliding blocks slide in the sliding chute when the cover moves up and down in the accommodating space.
  • According to the storage box with the easy-to-store cover of the present utility model, the cover is placed in the accommodating space for storage to effectively prevent the cover from being lost due to external installation. Details of other beneficial effects of the preferable implementation modes of the present utility model refer to the following descriptions.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE SEVERAL EMBODIMENTS
  • In order to make the purposes, technical solutions and advantages of the present utility model clearer, the technical solutions of the present utility model will be described in detail below. Obviously, the described embodiments are a part of the embodiments of the present utility model only, not all the embodiments. Based on the embodiments in the present utility model, all other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without creative work shall fall within the protection scope of the present utility model.
  • Embodiment
  • As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the present embodiment provides a storage box with an easy-to-store cover, including a box body that has a storage space for accommodating an object and an opening for allowing the object to get in and get out, and a cover 1 that can cover the opening. The box body includes side plates and a bottom plate connected to the bottom edges of the side plates; the side plates and the bottom plate form the storage space together, an accommodating space for the cover 1 is also arranged in the box body; and the cover 1 can be stored in the accommodating space. The storage box of the present embodiment is applicable to a storage box that can be folded or is of a fixed shape. The accommodating space for the cover 1 is arranged in the box body. For a folding storage box, the cover 1 can be placed in the accommodating space when the storage box is free and folded for being stored away; and for a storage box of a fixed form, storing the cover 1 can also avoid the cover 1 from being lost.
  • The accommodating space is preferably arranged at a position close to one of the side plates to avoid the influence on the size of the storage space of the box body. For a cuboid storage box, the accommodating space can be alternatively close to one of the four side plates.
  • In order to facilitate the positioning of the cover 1 after it is stored, in the present embodiment, a vertical partition plate 5 is arranged in the box body and is close to one side plate; and the accommodating space is formed between the partition plate 5 and the side plate close to it. By the arrangement of the partition plate 5, it can separate the accommodating space from the storage space, and plays a role in positioning the cover 1. Certainly, the cover 1 can also be fixed through other structures, such as a positioning slot.
  • In the present embodiment, the side plates include a front side plate 4, a left side plate 3, a rear side plate 2 and a right side plate which are connected in order; extending portions 25 perpendicular to the rear side plate 2 are respectively arranged on two vertical side edges of the rear side plate 2; and the left side plate 3 and the right side plate are respectively butted with the corresponding extending portion 25.
  • The partition plate 5 is close to the rear side plate 2 and is provided with snap-in blocks 51; the extending portions 25 of the rear side plate 2 are provided with snap-in slots 23 at positions corresponding to the snap-in blocks 51 on the partition plate 5; the partition plate 5 is connected to the rear side plate 2 through snap-in connection between the snap-in blocks 51 and the snap-in slots 23; and the accommodating space is formed between the partition plate 5 and the rear side plate 2.
  • In order to facilitate covering of the cover 1, two convex shafts 12 are symmetrically arranged outside two sides of the bottom of the cover 1; the rear side plate 2 is provided with bent portions 21 that extend towards the inside of the box body respectively at the tops of the two extending portions 25; a distance between the edges of the two bent portions 21 is greater than the width of the cover 1 and less than a distance between the outer side surfaces of the two convex shafts 12; the cover 1 can move up and down along the accommodating space, and the two bent portions 21 can prevent the cover 1 from being separated from the accommodating space; the bent portions 21 are connected to the rear portion of the rear side plate 2 through arc surfaces 22; when the convex shafts 12 are in contact with the arc surfaces 22, the cover 1 can rotate relative to the rear side plate 2 to cover the opening of the box body after it is pulled out of the accommodating space; and the arc-surfaces 22 can facilitate that the cover 1 is smoother in change of the direction at the arc surfaces 22.
  • In order to facilitate the cover 1 to move up and down in the accommodating space more smoothly, the partition plate 5 is provided with vertically downward sliding chutes at the edges of both sides; the edges of both sides of the cover 1 are inwards bent to form sliding blocks 13; and the sliding blocks 13 slide in the sliding chutes when the cover 1 moves up and down in the accommodating space.
  • In order to improve the firmness of installation of the partition plate 5, there are four snap-in blocks 51 that are respectively disposed at four corners of the partition plate 5; mounting holes 52 are also formed in the edges of the partition plate 5; connecting pillars 24 are arranged on the extending portions 25; and the partition plate 5 can be connected to the rear side plate 2 in a manner of causing screws to pass through the mounting holes 52 and fixing them on the connecting pillars 24.
  • In order to facilitate the cover 1 to cover the opening of the box body, the front side plate 4 is provided with insertion slots; insertion blocks 11 perpendicular to the cover 1 are arranged at the top edge of the cover 1; and the insertion blocks 11 can be inserted into the insertion slots when the cover 1 covers the opening.
  • The above descriptions are only the specific implementation modes of the present utility model, but the scope of protection of the present utility model is not limited thereto. Any person skilled in the art can easily think of changes or replacements within the technical scope disclosed by the present utility model, which shall be covered by the scope of protection of the present utility model. Therefore, the scope of protection of the present utility model shall be subject to the scope of protection of the claims.

Claims (6)

What is claimed is:
1. A storage box with an easy-to-store cover, comprising a box body that has a storage space for accommodating an object and an opening for allowing the object to get in and get out, and a cover that can cover the opening, wherein the box body comprises side plates and a bottom plate connected to the bottom edges of the side plates; the side plates and the bottom plate form the storage space together; an accommodating space for the cover is also arranged in the box body; and the cover can be stored in the accommodating space.
2. The storage box with the easy-to-store cover according to claim 1, wherein a vertical partition plate is arranged in the box body and is disposed close to one side plate; and the accommodating space is formed between the partition plate and the side plate close to the partition plate.

The storage box with the easy-to-store cover according to claim 2, wherein the side plates comprise a rear side plate; extending portions perpendicular to the rear side plate are respectively arranged on two vertical side edges of the rear side plate; the partition plate is connected to the extending portions; and the accommodating space is formed between the partition plate and the extending portions.
4. The storage box with the easy-to-store cover according to claim 3, wherein the cover is provided with two convex shafts symmetrically on both sides of the bottom of the cover; the rear side plate is provided with bent portions that extend towards the inside of the box body at the tops of the two extending portions; a distance between the edges of the two bent portions is shorter than a distance between the outer side surfaces of the two convex shafts; and the cover can move up and down along the accommodating space.
5. The storage box with the easy-to-store cover according to claim 4, wherein the bent portions are connected to the rear portion of the rear side plate through arc surfaces.
6. The storage box with the easy-to-store cover according to claim 5, wherein the partition plate is provided with vertically downward sliding chutes at the edges of both sides; the edges of both sides of the cover are inwards bent to form sliding blocks; and the sliding blocks slide in the sliding chutes when the cover moves up and down in the accommodating space
