Abstract

The present invention is a clear plastic tube with a tube topper. It has sayings on it, for different kinds of occasions. Some occasions are “Happy Birthday”, Get Well Soon!, Congratulation on your baby,” and so on. The core components of invention is a clear plastic container, of various sizes inside diameter and length with a messaged tube topper, which, generally speaking, are configured as follows: they're similar to the Christmas candy canes with candy during the holiday season; except this is for several everyday occasions. Furthermore, it should be noted that the Candy Tube and Topper can be filled with many different items depending on the company providing the tube; such as M&M's, Reese's Pieces, nuts, small cars such as Match box cars, or even bird seeds, and confetti.

2. Background

Currently there are not a number of solutions for a candy tube topper for special occasions. Some of these solutions attempt to on the current market for candy tube toppers are limited to a seasonal time period. These solutions fail to meet the everyday needs of the industry because currently there are no such items on the market for everyday needs. Other solutions on the market are limited due to seasonal use, but these solutions are similarly unable to meet the needs of the industry because currently there are no everyday kind of uses for Candy tube toppers.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

It is desirable to have a Candy tube topper for that special occasion such as a Happy Birthday, or a simple Thank You tube topper filled with candy in the clear plastic tube. Furthermore, it is desirable to have other simple occasion's mentioned on the candy tube topper for people with Happy Anniversaries, New Born baby's or even a simple Thank You.
Still further, it is desirable to have various and sometimes funny saying on the candy tube topper that would brighten someone's day. The disclosed device advantageously fills these needs and addresses the aforementioned deficiencies by providing a smile on someone's face and could lift someone's spirit by giving them a tube filled with some sort of chocolate candy and an appropriate saying for that special occasion. Also it is a convenient way for the last minute shopper to send a message for that special someone. Disclosed is a Candy Tube Topper, which is made of the following components a clear plastic tube, with a colored plastic tube topper. These components; the plastic tube toppers are the main component to the invention with many different kinds of sayings for many different kinds of occasions. The candy tube could be of other see through colors depending on the occasion, but the saying on the candy tube toppers are the main idea. The device may also have one or more of the following: the tube topper can be used for children to put on the end of a pencil, or the tube and topper could be used for other small items to store change or paper money in and may other small craft ideas. The tube topper could be used for many different things. Depending on what the manufacture is going to use it for, most anything could be stored in the tube from candy, toys, and bird seed etc. The disclosed candy tube topper is unique due to it can be used in everyday special event's/occasion's: such as Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary, Get Well Soon!, Thank You! Etc. it is NOT a seasonal type candy tube topper. The disclosed statements on the tube topper is unique in that it is different from other known tube toppers. More specifically, it: the tube toppers have a message for everyday uses and not just for seasonal uses making it more useful throughout the year including on seasonal holidays; say for example on someone's birthday, or anniversary, or if someone was in the hospital. These are everyday kind of events/occasions. This disclosure will now provide a more detailed and specific description that will refer to the accompanying drawings. The drawings and specific descriptions of the drawings, as well as any specific or alternative embodiment's discussed, are intended to be read in conjunction with the entirety of this disclosure. The Food container with applied messages . . . may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as being limited to the embodiment's set forth herein; rather, these embodiment's are provided by way of illustration only and so that this disclosure will be thorough, complete and fully convey understanding to those skilled in the art. DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The present invention is directed to food container with applied messages. In its most complete version the device is made up of the following components a clear plastic tube with various diameters and lengths. The present invention is still further directed as a novelty flexible topper comprising a flexible housing forming a chamber for containing a novelty toy, or some sort of candy and a connector for engaging a dispensing device, the connector attaching to the flexible housing and Sealing the chamber. It should further be noted that materials for this should be made of plastic suitable for food. Referring now to FIG. 1, a preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated as a Candy Tube Topper 40. Candy Tube Topper 40 is a flexible topper that includes a clear cylindrical body 10 having a longitudinal bore 20 and a permanent type sealed end region 30. The clear cylindrical body 10 could contain various types of candy from hard candy to soft chew-able candy located within longitudinal bore 20. The tip of the cylindrical tube 10 permits various types of candy to act as a dispenser, and can dispense various materials other than candy, including, but not limited to toys, bird seed, or other items per manufacture. On the Candy Tube Topper 40 is a message “Happy Birthday” 60 which is or could be embossed having raised material of a certain height determined by the manufacture or could be a painted on type message. The stars 80 are also embossed or painted on to be determined by the manufacture. Cylindrical body 10 also includes a open region at the end of the clear tube. The open end region accommodates candy tube topper securement 50, thereby permitting the candy tube topper 40 releasable attachment to cylindrical body 10. Candy Tube Topper securement 50 is sized to the required inside diameter of the clear candy tube 10. In one arrangement, internal protrusions, the ridges 90 are provided to grip the inside wall of the clear candy tube 10 so to secure the inside product of the clear candy tube. 10. Referring now to FIG. 2, a preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated as a Candy. Tube Topper 40 from the side view. Message “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” 60 is raised material (or embossed or painted on smooth front). Candy Tube Topper 40 is attached to clear cylindrical body 10 having a longitudinal bore 20 and a permanent type sealed end region 30. Different features, variations and multiple different embodiment's have been shown and described with various details. Claims

1. A novelty messaged formed tube topper, comprising:

a formed casing a compartment for encompassing food products, toys, or confetti; and

a formed tube topper with messaged to secured compartment to Said formed casing.

2. The pliable formed messaged tube topper conferring to claim 1 wherein Said message tube topper is affixed and positioned on open end of a formed tube-like or other formed shapely body having Said longitudinal opening.

3. The formed tube topper conferring to claim 1 wherein said tube topper has different sayings of messages for said special occasions.

a message on formed tube topper could be Happy Birthday, a Happy Anniversary, a Get Well Soon, Congratulations, Thank You Said example and so on.

4. A combination of food, toys, or confetti, with novelty message tube topper, comprising:

a formed pliable tube-shaped compartment having elongated body and an open end area;

a formed messaged tube topper including food, toys, and confetti in Said elongated body;

a formed pliable casing forming a compartment for comprising foods, toys or confetti, Said formed pliable casing operatively engaged to a formed messaged tube topper affixed, Said messaged tube topper is secured and situated on Said open end area; and wherein said chamber is filled with said various types of food products, toys or confetti.

6. A formed messaged tube topper to claim 5 wherein said formed messaged tube topper is affixed to compartment is filled with edible food products, or Said confetti.
