Description
- The present invention relates to a system for action figure entertainment that enables a user to assemble customized action figure layouts.
- Interactive games and toys are very popular among school-age children. Many times these games or toys relate to action figures that are used to simulate humans. Kids have opportunity to normally play with these action figures in a conventional manner. However, many of the action figures are preassembled in a set configuration. It would be advantageous to have an action figure and a game that could be customized by the user. This game could encourage imagination and creativity from the user, where each user creates customized action figures.
- The present invention relates to a system for action figure entertainment system that includes: a box, where the box includes an inner attachment surface and said box is adapted to release to a flat surface; attachment pegs over the flat surface; at least one attachable action figure for placement on the inner attachment surface; and at least one decorative attachment for placement on the inner attachment surface.
-
FIG. 1 depicts an action figure system in a closed position in accordance with the present invention; -
FIG. 2 depicts an open position of the action figure system in accordance with the present invention. - The present invention relates to a system for action figure entertainment. The system for action figure entertainment according to the present invention includes a flat attachment surface that is available for a user. The attachment surface is created by the conversion of a box into a flat surface. The box includes hinges that allow for the conversion of the box into a flat surface. Over the flat surface is a series of attachment pegs. These attachments pegs receive action figures that are included with the system. In addition, decorative attachments may be included to create a scene associated with the system according to the present invention. Preferably each action figure is created by the assembly of limbs that are available within the system. The limbs are attached to a ball and a socket attachment and once assembled, the figures are attached to the pegs of the flat surface created by the user. Each decorative attachment may also include a means to attach to the pegs of the flat surface.
- In reference to
FIG. 1 , abox enclosure 100 according to present invention is depicted in a closed position. Thisbox enclosure 100 includes a handle 24 and alatch closure 27. Thebox enclosure 100 includes afirst side 20 a and asecond side 20 b. Each 20 a, 20 b opens to expose the inside thereof viaside 22 a, 22 b. Ahinges base portion 28 is remains on a flat surface underlying thebox enclosure 100 in either position. -
FIG. 2 shows thebox enclosure 100 in an open position. The open position exposes the inner surface of thebox enclosure 100. The inner surface includes amiddle portion 31, aforward section 32 and arear section 30. The components comprise the entertainment surface to receive action figures or other components. Aninside wall 21 a is provided on each side, where the sides include afirst side extension 33 and asecond side extension 34. Once in this position an action figure entertainment scene may be created by the user. - In addition to the action figures, decorative figures may be provided for placement onto the flat surface shown in
FIG. 2 . Both the action figures and decorative pieces include attachment means to engage the inner surface of thebox enclosure 100. Overall, the system provides a complete action figure entertainment system that is customized by the user using various figures and decorative pieces provided within the system. - The foregoing descriptions of specific embodiments of the present invention have been presented for purposes of illustration and description. They are not intended to be exhaustive or to limit the invention to the precise forms disclosed, and obviously many modifications and variations are possible in light of the above teaching. The exemplary embodiment was chosen and described in order to best explain the principles of the invention and its practical application, to thereby enable others skilled in the art to best utilize the invention and various embodiments with various modifications as are suited to the particular use contemplated.
