The two combining sides (10) of the two posts are arranged at an interval and face each other. Each combining side (10) is formed with an inward trough. The heighteners (2) are separately embedded in the troughs (11). The rail (3) is connected between the two combining sides (10) of the two posts (1). Two ends of each rail (3) are separately embedded in the two troughs (11) of the two posts (1) and superposed on at least one of the heighteners (2). Thereby, a fence can be constructed depending on actual requirements.
Description
- The invention relates to fences, particularly to a combinative fence assembly.
- Due to development of human civilization, architecture is used to construct a living space, such as houses, roads and various buildings. They build everyone's individual living field between people. Fences are also used to construct boundaries between people and animals.
- Conventional fences are modularized to satisfy users' various requirements, but their structures are too complicated to be easily assembled. Also, such a complicated structure cannot satisfy some specific requirements such as fences in a ranch because it is difficult to match natural environment.
- A primary object of the invention is to provide a combinative fence assembly, which has a relatively simple structure to be simply assembled depending on actual requirements.
- Another object of the invention is to provide a combinative fence assembly, which can be made of a wood-like material. This can offer sufficient strength of protection to meet a requirement of ranch such as preventing the fence from being broken by collision of animals.
- Still another object of the invention is to provide a combinative fence assembly, which is made of plastic to be simply manufactured, transported and assembled.
- To achieve the above objects, the combinative fence assembly of the invention includes two posts, a plurality of heighteners and a rail. Each of the posts has a combining side. The two combining sides are arranged at an interval face each other. Each combining side is formed with an inward trough. The heighteners are separately embedded in the troughs. The rail is connected between the two combining sides of the two posts. Two ends of each rail are separately embedded in the two troughs of the two posts and superposed on at least one of the heighteners. Thereby, a fence can be constructed depending on actual requirements.

FIG. 9 is a schematic view of using status of yet another embodiment of the invention. - Please refer to
FIGS. 1 and 2 . The invention provides a combinative fence assembly and includes twoposts 1, a plurality ofheighteners 2 and arail 3. - The two
posts 1 are arranged to face each other at an interval required or corresponding to length of therail 3. Each of theposts 1 is an upright rod and has a combiningside 10 for being embedded by therail 3. The two combiningsides 10 are arranged at an interval face each other. The combiningside 10 is formed with aninward trough 11 for being embedded by theheighteners 2 and therail 3 to form a fence structure. The number of theposts 1,heighteners 2 orrail 3 may be increased depending on actual requirements. - The
heighteners 2 are bar-like and separately embedded in thetrough 11 for supporting therail 3 between twoposts 1 to a desired height position or spacing twoadjacent rails 3. - The
rail 3 is a rod-like body and is connected between the twoposts 1. Therail 3 can be supported by theheighteners 2 to a certain height between twoposts 1. Therails 3 can be interlaced with theheighteners 2 in the twotroughs 11 of the twoposts 1. As a result, the number of therails 3 can be increased to enhance a protective effect. - Please refer to
FIG. 3 . Two ends of therail 3 are separately embedded in the twotroughs 11 of the twoposts 1 and abut against an inner side of thetrough 11. Therail 3 is made of flexible plastic. Therail 3 can be prevented from escaping thetrough 11 by two ends of therail 3 abutting against an inner side of thetrough 11. In detail, each of two lateral sides of thetrough 11 is formed with aslot 110 and each of two ends of therail 3 is formed with aninsert 30. Theinsert 30 may be formed by one or more inserting elements penetrating therail 3 and separately protruding from two surfaces thereof. The inserting element may be a bar. When the two ends of therail 3 are embedded into thetrough 11, theinsert 30 is also embedded into theslots 110 to form a cross connection to enhance connecting strength. Also, theheightener 2 may be further formed withwings 20 corresponding to theslots 110 to secure therail 3. - In order to be convenient to be made of plastic and to reinforce structural strength of plastic materials, the inside of the
post 1 is formed with a longitudinalhollow portion 12. Thehollow portion 12 is filled with afiller 120. Thefiller 120 may be a material with high density or strength such as metal and may be a hollow rod-like frame. The frame may be filled with concrete to increase weight. As shown inFIGS. 4 and 5 , when all requiredrails 3 have been disposed betweenposts 1, the top end of thepost 1 may be provided with anend cap 4 to cover the top end. The bottom end of thepost 1 may be provided with aseat 5. Theseat 5 has aflange 50 encompassing the bottom end of thepost 1. As a result, a required fence can be obtained as shown inFIG. 6 . - As shown in
FIG. 7 , in another embodiment of the invention, theposts 1 are erected on the ground by theseats 5. As shown inFIG. 8 , in still another embodiment of the invention, theposts 1 are erected by inserting thefiller 120 into the ground. - As shown in
FIG. 9 , in yet another embodiment of the invention, acover roof 6 is added over theposts 1. Thecover roof 6 includespoles 60 corresponding to and separately connected to theposts 1 and acover 61 supported by thepoles 60. Thecover 61 may be canvas or sun visor. - It will be appreciated by persons skilled in the art that the above embodiments have been described by way of example only and not in any limitative sense, and that various alterations and modifications are possible without departure from the scope of the disclosed example as defined by the appended claims.
