Description

    CROSS REFERENCE TO OTHER APPLICATIONS
  • This application claims priority to U.S. Provisional Application Ser. No. 62/409,563 filed on Oct. 18, 2016.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of Invention
  • The present invention relates to a cleaner used to clean cloth towels.
  • Description of Related Art
  • Domestic cleaning occasionally involves the use of rags or a cloth. Many times the cloth is used in the kitchen for dishwashing, wiping stoves and cabinets. Typically, these type of hand dishcloths and wash rags are normally placed in a hanging position to dry after use. Such a cloth or rag could accumulate germs and bacteria over time due to repeated use. Presently little solutions have been developed to address the use of such household rags or cloths. Many times users must simply wash these rags and towels in the washer. It would be optimal to have a particular device designed to provide a cleaning process for a set rags or cloths.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to a cloth cleaning apparatus for cleaning cloths and rags that includes: a series of high-powered sprayers; a cleaning solution through a first slot on a first side of the high-powered sprayers; a stream of water through a second slot on a second side of the high-powered sprayers; an insert adapted to receive a cloth or rag; and rollers within the insert. The cleaning apparatus also includes high-speed sprayers adapted to spray within the insert and a heater, where the heater includes fans for drying cloths after cleaning. A wastewater receptacle is provided to receive water from the cleaning process. A compartment is adapted to receive clean clothes after exiting the insert with an access door above the compartment.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 depicts a front view of a cloth cleaning apparatus in accordance with the present invention.
  • FIG. 2 depicts a side view of the cloth cleaning apparatus according to the present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION
  • The present invention relates to a cloth cleaning apparatus that utilizes high power sprayers and a spraying cleaning solution to quickly clean a cloth or rag for sanitizing purposes. The apparatus includes slots to receive cleaning cloths that are maneuvered through a high-power sprayer into a dryer and then released in a clean and dry condition. A heater includes fans to quickly dry the cloths after the cleaning process.
  • In reference to FIG. 1, a front view of a cloth cleaning apparatus 100 in accordance with the present invention is depicted. The cloth cleaning apparatus 100 includes a series of high-powered sprayers 40. The high-powered sprayers 40 receive cleaning solution through Slot 44 and water through Opening 42. As a result, the spraying system induces both cleaning solution and water at high speeds for application onto a cloth, which is inserted through Insert 47 shown in FIG. 2. Rollers 45 are provided to maneuver the cloths through the cloth Insert 47 into the high-speed sprayers 40 that provide the cleaning solution and water to clean clothes as it maneuvers through the cloth Insert 47. Below the cleaning area is a Heater 30. The Heater 30 includes Fans 32 as shown in FIG. 1. The Heater 30 dries the cloth after the cleaning process has been complete. Wastewater from the cleaning process is stored at the bottom of the cleaning apparatus 100 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, Wastewater 37. This Wastewater 37 is drained through a Drain 39 and is received through a series of Drip Holes 38 shown in FIG. 2. Once drying's complete an Access Door 34 is provided to access the clean cloth Area 35. Clothes once dry are stacked within the clean cloth area and may be accessed by a user. The Access Door 34 provides access to the clean cloths. Overall the Cleaning Apparatus 100 provides a convenient and effective solution for cleaning washcloths and rags that are normally left dirty to dry.
  • The foregoing descriptions of specific embodiments of the present invention have been presented for purposes of illustration and description. They are not intended to be exhaustive or to limit the invention to the precise forms disclosed, and obviously many modifications and variations are possible in light of the above teaching. The exemplary embodiment was chosen and described in order to best explain the principles of the invention and its practical application, to thereby enable others skilled in the art to best utilize the invention and various embodiments with various modifications as are suited to the particular use contemplated.
