Thelimit protrusion 1011 is arranged through thefirst connection sheet 1001 so as to fixedly connect thefirst connection sheet 1001 with thefirst connection plate 1006. - When in use, the first connection portion of the
first connection member 10 is inserted into the end of thevertical joist 3, that is, the first pressing sheet is inserted into theU-shaped flanging 8 of theU-shaped groove 11 of thevertical joist 3 and clamped therein for clamping thefirst connection member 10 at the end of thevertical joist 3. Moreover, the end of theU-shaped flanging 8 of theU-shaped groove 11 of thevertical joist 3 abuts against the end of the first connection sheet for positioning thefirst connection member 10 at the end of thevertical joist 3, and then the second connection portion of thefirst connection member 10 is inserted into theU-shaped groove 11 of the top and ground joist which abuts against the end of thevertical joist 3. Thevertical joist 3 can implement a reciprocating movement along theU-shaped groove 11 of the top and ground joist via thefirst connection member 10 for adjusting its fixation location randomly. After thevertical joist 3 is positioned, the self-drillingscrews 9 are drilled into the first connection portion along the V-shapedgroove 7 of thevertical joist 3 and into the second connection portion along the V-shapedgroove 7 of the top and ground joist, that is, to form a fixation connection between thevertical joist 3 and the top and ground joist and finish the installation of the basic joists. - In a specific embodiment, the
vertical joist 4 which is transversely arranged at the position where the light partition wall should be opened is fixedly installed on the closed side of thevertical joist 3 through thesecond connection member 12 which comprises a squareconnection bottom plate 1201 provided respectively at its left and right sides with aleft connection plate 1202 and aright connection plate 1203 extended vertically, as well as respectively at its upper and lower sides with anupper connection plate 1204 and alower connection plate 1205 extended vertically. Theleft connection plate 1202, theright connection plate 1203, theupper connection plate 1204 and thelower connection plate 1205 are connected in a circle to from a square groove together with the squareconnection bottom plate 1201. The squareconnection bottom plate 1201 is further provided with a fixation through hole and at least oneoval groove 1213 projecting outwardly. In the present embodiment, twooval grooves 1213 with a size matches that of the V-shaped groove at the bottom of the vertical joist are provided, that is, theoval grooves 1213 can be embedded into the V-shaped groove at the bottom of the vertical joist for limiting the installation position of the connection members on the closed side of the vertical joist. - When installing the

Then the wholesecond connection member 12 is fixed at the preset connection position of thevertical joist 4 on the closed side of thevertical joist 3 by penetrating the self-drillingscrews 9 through the fixation through hole on the squareconnection bottom plate 1201, then thevertical joist 4 and thesecond connection member 12 are fixedly connected by the self-drillingscrews 9. In such a way, thevertical joist 4 is fixedly installed on thevertical joist 3. Preferably, the spacing between theleft connection plate 1202 and theright connection plate 1203 matches the width of theU-shaped groove 11 of thevertical joist 4; and the spacing between theupper connection plate 1204 and thelower connection plate 1205 matches the height of theU-shaped groove 11 of thevertical joist 4. When installing, thesecond connection member 12 can be inserted directly into theU-shaped groove 11 of thevertical joist 4 and abut with the bottom surface and both sides of theU-shaped groove 11. After that, thelower connection plate 1205, theleft connection plate 1202 and theright connection plate 1203 are fixedly connected to the bottom surface and both sides of theU-shaped groove 11 respectively by the self-drillingscrews 9 for guaranteeing the compact performance and stability of the connection structure of thevertical joist 4 andvertical joist 3. - Preferably, since V-
shape grooves 7 for positioning are arranged on three surfaces of thevertical joist 4 and thevertical joist 3, thelower connection plate 1205 is provided with anarc groove 1206 concaving towards theupper connection plate 1204. When thesecond connection member 12 is sleeved into theU-shaped groove 11 of thevertical joist 4, the V-shape grooves 7 of thevertical joist 4 matches with thearc groove 1206 of thelower connection plate 1205 for further limiting the installation position of thesecond connection member 12 and thevertical joist 4, which provides the installation accuracy of thevertical joist 4. - Preferably, when the
second connection member 12 is fixedly connected with thevertical joist 4 and the self-drilling screw 9 is drilled into thearc groove 1206 of thelower connection plate 1205 from the V-shape grooves 7 of thevertical joist 4, sticking often happens. Accordingly, arectangular groove 1207 can be arranged on thearc groove 1206 of thelower connection plate 1205 for limiting the fixation position of the self-drilling screw 9 for reducing the installation difficulty of thevertical joist 4. Preferably, asemi-circular notch 1208 is arranged at the abutting position between the squareconnection bottom plate 1201 and thearc groove 1206 for facilitating the pressing of thearc groove 1206. - Preferably, the installation accuracy of the
vertical joist 4 is mainly the installation accuracy in the vertical direction. In order to facilitate the fine-tuning of the installation position in the vertical direction, the fixation through hole includes an upper throughhole 1211, a lower throughhole 1212, a left throughhole 1210 and a right throughhole 1209 arranged in a cross arrangement. The upper throughhole 1211 and the lower throughhole 1212 are waist-shaped holes which is capable of realizing the fine adjustment of the installation position of thevertical joist 4, reducing the installation difficulty of thevertical joist 4, and improving the installation precision of thevertical joist 4. - The
second connection member 12 has a special usage. When the light gauge steel joist basic structure system of a light partition wall leans against the wall, one top and ground joist would be arranged on the corresponding wall. Both ends of the top and ground joist would be fixedly connected to theground joist 1 and thetop joist 2 via thesecond connection member 12, respectively, for solving the technical problems that the juncture gap between the light partition wall and the wall body would be broken easily due to the untight attachment between the vertical joist and the wall surface. - In a specific embodiment, although the light gauge steel joist basic structure system of a light partition wall has a
vertical joist 5 which is transversely arranged to strengthen the structure, however thevertical joist 5 is mainly used to strengthen the structure of thevertical joist 4 while has no structure penetrating through thevertical joist 3. For this purpose, across-core joist 6 penetrating through theU-shaped groove 11 between thevertical joists 3 is arranged between the top joist and the ground joist, while eachvertical joist 3 is provided with a convex hole matching thecross-core joist 6, wherein thecross-core joist 6 is penetrated through the convex hole and is fixedly connected therewith. Specifically, the size of thecross-core joist 6 is smaller than that of thevertical joist 3. The two sides and the bottom of theU-shaped groove 11 of thecross-core joist 6 all have a smooth and flat structure which facilitates thecross-core joist 6 to penetrate through the convex hole of thevertical joist 3, thus establishing a strengthened connection between all thevertical joists 3 for realizing the strengthening of the overall structure and ensuring the structure stability of the light gauge steel joist basic structure system of a light partition wall. - Preferably, each convex hole is provided with one
third connection member 13, which comprises a first clamping portion used to establish a fixed connection with thevertical joist 3, and a second clamping portion for clamping and fixing thecross-core joist 6. The first clamping portion comprises afirst clamping sheet 1301 extending outward vertically at both sides of thethird connection member 13 and clamping at theU-shaped groove 11 of thevertical joist 3, and asecond clamping sheet 1302 clamping into theU-shaped flanging 8 of theU-shaped groove 11 of thevertical joist 3. Thesecond clamping sheet 1302 is arranged at both sides of thefirst clamping sheet 1301, and the second clamping portion is aU-shaped notch 1303 matching with thecross-core joist 6. Specifically, the first clamping portion has an arc-shaped structure, and thefirst clamping sheet 1301 is located at the highest point of the arc-shaped structure, while the twosecond clamping sheets 1302 are located at the two low points of the arc-shaped structure, thus forming a claw structure, such that the first clamping portion is clamped at the convex hole of thevertical joist 3. TheU-shaped notch 1303 of the second clamping portion is arranged at its end for clamping and fixing thecross-core joist 6 on the second clamping portion. - In a specific embodiment, in order to reduce the difficulty of assembly and ensure the plane flatness of the joist structure of the light gauge steel joist basic structure system of a light partition wall, the top and ground joist and the
first connection member 10 are fixedly connected via self-drillingscrews 9; thevertical joist 3 and thefirst connection member 10 and/or thesecond connection member 12 are fixedly connected via self-drillingscrews 9; and thecross-core joist 4 which is transversely arranged and thefirst connection member 10 and/or thesecond connection member 12 are fixedly connected via self-drillingscrews 9. Moreover, the self-drillingscrews 9 are all drilled in from the V-shapedgrooves 7 and screw heads of the self-drillingscrews 9 are hidden in the V-shapedgrooves 7. When the V-shapedgrooves 7 are used for drilling in the self-drillingscrews 9 and hiding the position of the self-drillingscrews 9, the assembly speed of the light gauge steel joist basic structure system of a light partition wall is greatly improved. The installation method of the above joists is briefly described as follows. The installation method of the basic joist is as follows. Firstly, the top and ground joist is installed. After the top and ground joist is positioned, the gas gun nails or expansion bolts can be used to fix it. Then thevertical joist 3 is installed by connecting it with the top and ground joist through thefirst connection member 10. Thefirst connection member 10 is inserted into both ends of the vertical joist, and then the whole structure is inserted into theU-shaped groove 11 of the top and ground joist. Thevertical joist 3 can slide along theU-shaped groove 11 of the top and ground joist through thefirst connection member 10, and its position can be adjusted arbitrarily. After thevertical joist 3 is positioned, the self-drilling screws are drilled in along the V-shapedgroove 7 of the top and ground joist, that is, to form a connection between thevertical joist 3 and the top and ground joist and finish the installation of the basic joists. - The installation method of the
vertical joist 4 which is transversely arranged is as follows. Firstly, the position of the opened hole is determined according to the construction drawings, and then thesecond connection member 12 is fixed on thevertical joist 3 at both sides of the opened hole with self-drillingscrews 9. Then thevertical joist 4 on the upper end of the opened hole is installed, and the two ends of thevertical joist 4 are clamped into thesecond connection member 12, and the self-drillingscrews 9 are drilled into thesecond connection member 12 along the V-shapedgroove 7 of thevertical joist 4 on the upper end of the opened hole, that is, to form a firm connection between thevertical joist 3 and thevertical joist 4 at the opened hole, and complete the installation of thevertical joist 4. - The installation method of the
vertical joist 5 for structure strengthening is as follows. The fixation connection plate and thevertical joist 5 for structure strengthening should be added at the opened hole of the wall and the plate joints. Thevertical joist 5 can adopt the same structure as that of thevertical joist 3, that is, thevertical joist 3 can be used as thevertical joist 5 directly via connecting by thefirst connection member 10 or thesecond connection member 12. The fixing method is the same as above. - The installation method of the cross-core joist 6 (for whole strengthening). After the
vertical joist 3 has been installed, thethird connection member 13 is aligned with the convex hole (prefabricated) on thevertical joist 3 and clamped into theU-shaped groove 11 of thevertical joist 3 at both sides long the open end direction of thevertical joist 3. Then the U-shapedcross-core joist 6 is inserted into the convex hole on thevertical joist 3 for tightly matching with thethird connection member 13. In such a way, the strength of the basic joist system should be strengthened. In addition, when thecross-core joist 6 is used alone, the dimension of the opening direction of thevertical joist 3 is the same as that of the non-opening direction, which ensures the consistency of the thickness of the wall after sealing the plate. - The present embodiment has further provided a construction method for a light gauge steel joist basic structure system of a light partition wall comprising following steps:
- S1. positioning a wall position of a light partition wall, comprising determining a wall position of the light partition wall on ground surface and drawing lines according to a deepening drawing;
- S2. installing a
ground joist 1, comprising installing and fixing theground joist 1 at the designated position on the ground by gas gun nails or expansion bolts; - S3. suspending lines and installing a
top joist 2, comprising after the ground joist lis installed, determining the position of thetop joist 2 by suspending lines, after that fixing and installing thetop joist 2 at the designated position on the floor slab by gas gun nails or expansion bolts; - S4. installing vertical joists, comprising fixedly connecting a first connection portion of a
first connection member 10 with ends of thevertical joist 3, and fixedly connecting a second connection portion of thefirst connection member 10 intoU-shaped groove 11 of theground joist 1 or thetop joist 2; - S5. installing
vertical joist 4 which is transversely arranged and thevertical joist 5 for structure strengthening, comprising fixedly connecting thevertical joist 4 and thevertical joist 5 on thevertical joist 3 via thefirst connection member 10 and thesecond connection member 12; normally, thevertical joist 5 is just arranged above thevertical joist 4 and fixedly connected with thevertical joist 4; - S6. installing a
cross-core joist 6, comprising fixing and clamping athird connection member 13 in a convex hole of thevertical joist 3, and then penetrating thecross-core joist 6 through the convex hole of thevertical joist 3 and fixing and clamping the cross-core joist with thethird connection member 13. - After completing the above six steps, the light gauge steel joist basic structure system of a light partition wall can be obtained, and then a first panel can be installed on such light gauge steel joist basic structure system. After that, the pipeline and cable box can be positioned and then installed. Finally, the second panel is installed above and opened with cable box holes, then the light partition wall can be obtained.
- The present application has designed a complete a light gauge steel joist system comprising a top and ground joist, a vertical joist and a cross-core joist fixedly connected via a first connection member, a second connection member and a third connection member. The top and ground joist, the vertical joist and the cross-core joist have vertical and firm connections, and smooth surfaces. Moreover, the top and ground joist and the vertical joist are both provided with V-shaped grooves for enhancing the structural strength and for positioning and hiding screw heads of the self-drilling screws, such that a high construction precision as well as a design of comprehensively screw heads hiding are obtained, which enables the joist finish surface of the light gauge steel joist basic structure system of the light partition wall to have no protruding screw head or protruding point. In such a way, an automatic installation can be realized. Moreover, the installation surface of the cover plate of the joist structure is smooth, and the finish surface is also very smooth. The wall surface flatness of the light gauge steel joist basic structure system of the light partition wall can reach +2 mm, when it is covered by a cover plate, so the wallpaper can be directly laid, which makes the construction simple and fast.
- The above-mentioned is only a preferred embodiment of the present application, and it should be pointed out that, for one skilled in the art, without departing from the principles of the present application, a number of improvements and embellishments can be made, which should also be considered as the scope of protection of the present application.
