Description
- The present invention relates to a sanitary device, and more particularly to a mounting structure of a bidet.
- A bidet is gradually popular because it provides better cleaning to the human body and reduces environmental pollution. The main cleaning function of the bidet is to clean the human body through a water spray device after the user takes a dump. The bidet is usually installed on a pedestal toilet and fixed at the rear of the pedestal toilet. The bidet is provided with a switch and a control valve to control water flow. The water passes through a water hose to a flushing nozzle to complete the flushing.
- As shown in
FIG. 1 , aconventional bidet 10 is detachably mounted on a pedestal toilet. Amounting structure 20 of thebidet 10 includes twopositioning troughs 30 disposed on thebidet 10 and twomounting discs 40 installed in thepositioning troughs 30. Themounting discs 40 each have amounting hole 50. When theconventional bidet 10 is to be assembled, the toilet seat cover is first removed from the pedestal toilet. Themounting holes 50 of themounting discs 40 are aligned with the coupling holes of the toilet seat cover, and then the toilet seat cover is placed on thebidet 10. Afterward, the toilet seat cover and the bidet are fixed with connecting members, so that thebidet 10 is positioned on the pedestal toilet. Thepositioning troughs 30 are located at the connecting position of the toilet seat cover, such that thebidet 10 can be fitted on the pedestal toilet better. - However, the mounting structure of the conventional bidet has the following disadvantages:
-
- 1. For the installation of the conventional bidet, the toilet seat cover must be completely disassembled first, and then the bidet is installed on the pedestal toilet. This installation structure is inconvenient for assembly, disassembly and maintenance.
- 2. The conventional bidet is installed on the pedestal toilet. After long-term use, the gap between the pedestal toilet, the bidet and the toilet seat cover may have dirt because the mounting discs and the bidet are connected as a whole. It is not easy to remove the bidet from the pedestal toilet, so it is inconvenient for cleaning.
- 3. The conventional bidet is a device that must be fixed above the pedestal toilet. Because the two coupling holes of different pedestal toils are greatly different, the mounting structure of the bidet is mostly fixed, and the spacing cannot be adjusted. The conventional bidet is a device that must be fixed above the pedestal toilet. The spacing between the two fixing holes of different pedestal toilets is about 100 mm to 300 mm Whether the fixing structure of each bidet can be adapted to various types of pedestal toilets is an important factor in the sale volume of bidets. Currently, the fixing structures of various bidets on the market do not meet the requirements of high adaptability. As a result, the bidets don't have good versatility.
- Accordingly, the inventor of the present invention has devoted himself based on his many years of practical experiences to solve these problems.
- In view of the shortcomings of the conventional bidet, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a mounting structure of a bidet which has a simple structure and is more convenient for assembly, disassembly and maintenance and is applicable to different sizes of pedestal toilets.
- In order to achieve the aforesaid object, the mounting structure is used for mounting the bidet to a pedestal toilet. The bidet includes two engaging portions spaced apart in a transverse direction and two mounting portions arranged corresponding to the engaging portions, respectively. The mounting portions are circular fixing members each having an elongated open slot. The two circular fixing members are rotationally engaged with the engaging portions of the bidet.
- Preferably, the two engaging portions of the bidet are two openings corresponding to the two circular fixing members. An inner wall of each of the openings is provided with an annular engaging groove. An outer wall of each of the circular fixing members is formed with a flange to mate with the annular engaging groove. The circular fixing members are rotatably engaged in the openings of the bidet through the flange to mate with the annular engaging groove.
- Preferably, each of the openings is a C-shaped configuration greater than a semicircle thereof. The annular engaging groove passes through two ends of the C-shaped opening.
- According to the aforesaid structure, the mounting structure of the bidet of the present invention has the following advantages:
-
- 1. When the mounting structure of the bidet of the present invention is to be assembled, the nut on the pedestal toilet for locking the toilet seat cover is first loosened, and the bidet with the circular fixing members is inserted between the pedestal toilet and the toilet seat cover, and then the nut is tightened, so that the bidet is locked. When it is necessary to remove the bidet, the nut of the toilet seat cover is loosened, and then the circular fixing members are pulled out. There is no need to disassemble the toilet seat cover during assembly and disassembly. It is more convenient for assembly, disassembly and maintenance.
- 2. The mounting portions of the mounting structure of the bidet of the present invention employ the circular fixing members, which can be rotatably connected to the engaging portions. By rotating the two circular fixing members, the spacing between the elongated open grooves of the two circular fixing members is adjustable. Therefore, the bidet is applicable to different sizes of pedestal toilets.
- 3. The mounting structure of the bidet of the present invention can be quickly combined with the pedestal toilet through the circular fixing members. When there is dirt in the gap between the pedestal toilet, the bidet and the toilet seat cover, the bidet is easily removed in a quick manner so as to clean the pedestal toilet, the bidet and the toilet seat cover. It is more convenient for use.
