  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • With reference now to the drawings, and in particular to FIGS. 1 through 5 thereof, a new clothing assembly embodying the principles and concepts of an embodiment of the disclosure and generally designated by the reference numeral 10 will be described.
  • As best illustrated in FIGS. 1 through 5, the modular clothing assembly 10 generally comprises trousers 12 that are configured to couple to a user. The trousers 12 cover a portion of a body of the user from a waist to proximate to ankles of the user. An opening 14 is positioned in the trousers 12. The opening 14 is configured to perform actions, such as urinating, defecating and personal hygiene maneuvers, whilst the trousers 12 are coupled to the user. The opening 14 has a first end 16 that is positioned on a front 18 of the trousers 12 proximate to a waistband 20 of the trousers 12. The opening 14 has a second end 22 that is positioned on a back 24 of the trousers 12 proximate to the waistband 20. In one embodiment, the opening 14 is substantially hourglass shaped.
  • The assembly 10 comprises a first panel 26 that is complementary to the opening 14. The first panel 26 is coupled to the trousers 12 proximate to the second end 22 of the opening 14. The first panel 26 also is reversibly couplable to the trousers 12 to selectively close the opening 14.
  • A first fastener 28 is coupled to the first panel 26 adjacent to a perimeter 30 of the first panel 26. A second fastener 32 is coupled to the trousers 12 adjacent to a circumference 34 of the opening 14. The second fastener 32 is complementary to the first fastener 28. The second fastener 32 is positioned to reversibly couple to the first fastener 28 to selectively couple the first panel 26 to the trousers 12 to close the opening 14. In one embodiment, the first fastener 28 and the second fastener 32 comprise a plurality of zippers 36. In another embodiment, the plurality of zippers 36 comprises two zippers 36. In yet another embodiment, the zippers 36 open from the first end 16 to the second end 22 of the first panel 26.
  • In one embodiment, the assembly 10 comprises a second panel 38. The second panel 38 is reversibly couplable to an inner face 40 of the first panel 26. The second panel 38 is configured to line the first panel 26 so that the second panel 38 is positioned between the first panel 26 and the body of the user. In another embodiment, the second panel 38 is shaped complementarily to the first panel 26. In yet another embodiment, the second panel 38 is dimensionally smaller that the first panel 26. In still yet another embodiment, the second panel 38 comprises cloth.
  • A plurality of first couplers 42 is coupled to the first panel 26. A plurality of second couplers 44 is coupled to the second panel 38. The second couplers 44 are complementary to the first couplers 42. The second couplers 44 are positioned to couple to the first couplers 42 to selectively couple the second panel 38 to the first panel 26. In one embodiment, each first coupler 42 and a respective second coupler 44 comprise a hook and loop fastener 46. In another embodiment, the plurality of first couplers 42 comprises four first couplers 42 that are positioned singly proximate to each corner 48 of the first panel 26.
  • In one embodiment, the assembly 10 comprises a shirt 50 that is configured to couple to the user. The shirt 50 covers a portion of the body of the user from the waist to proximate a neck of the user. The shirt 50 comprises an upper section 52 and a lower section 54. The lower section 54 is permeable to air and moisture so that the lower section 54 is breathable. A brazier 56 is coupled to an interior 58 of the shirt 50. The brazier 56 is configured to support breasts of the user when the shirt 50 is coupled to the body of the user.
  • In use, the opening 14 is configured to perform actions, such as urinating, defecating and personal hygiene maneuvers, whilst the trousers 12 are coupled to the user. The second couplers 44 are positioned to couple to the first couplers 42 to selectively couple the second panel 38 to the first panel 26. The second panel 38 is configured to line the first panel 26 and is positioned between the first panel 26 and the body of the user. The second fastener 32 is positioned to reversibly couple to the first fastener 28 to selectively couple the first panel 26 to the trousers 12 to close the opening 14. The brazier 56 is configured to support the breasts of the user when the shirt 50 is coupled to the body of the user.
  • With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of an embodiment enabled by the disclosure, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by an embodiment of the disclosure.
  • Therefore, the foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the disclosure. Further, since numerous modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the disclosure to the exact construction and operation shown and described, and accordingly, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the disclosure. In this patent document, the word “comprising” is used in its non-limiting sense to mean that items following the word are included, but items not specifically mentioned are not excluded. A reference to an element by the indefinite article “a” does not exclude the possibility that more than one of the element is present, unless the context clearly requires that there be only one of the elements.
