Abstract
A compact type liquid foundation storing container structure provides a movable disk having the same cone design as the bottom of an inner case inserted in a main body for the insertion thereof in an opening on the top of the inner case and thereby covering it. The internal pressure in the inner case is increased when the movable disk is pressed down to push a central piston at the center of the movable upward, and liquid material stored in the inner case is guided by guide slots of the plug to flow out at the same time, thereby allowing a user to take the liquid material. After make-up, the plug is simply pressed down to close the through hole. Thereafter, the cover is covered on the main body; the internal space of the package can then be sealed in an airtight way.
Description
- The present invention relates to a cosmetic liquid packing container structure, and more particularly to a compact type liquid foundation packing container structure.
- General containers for packing liquid cosmetic material mostly are press-type packing containers because of the better liquidity of liquid cosmetic material itself. For example, bath lotion, make-up liquid foundation, shampoo, common lotion, and etc are always filled in bottles, and the bottles are then assembled with pressing discharge devices, thereby pressing out the material stored therein for use. Furthermore, the bottles are locked and sealed with covers so as to prevent the liquid stored therein from overflowing, thereby assuring of the safe storage of the liquid. In addition, the bottles are always placed at fixed positions and used at fixed places such that such kinds of packages of liquid cosmetic material cause no much embarrassment in use or portability thereof. However, cosmetic objects such as liquid foundations must always be carried with oneself based on the use needs of makeup or freshen-up, thereby using them conveniently upon going-out. But, such kinds of conventional packing containers are not convenient to be carried outside and used anywhere. Especially, liquid foundations are popular and essential in cosmetic use, being difficult to be replaced, but the current packing containers make them difficult in portability.
- To allow liquid foundation to be carried conveniently, pack it safely, conveniently and practically, and make material discharge hygienic, the present invention is proposed.
- The main object of the present invention is to provide a compact type liquid foundation storing container structure, providing a movable disk having the same cone design as the bottom of an inner case inserted in a main body for the insertion thereof in an opening on the top of the inner case and thereby covering it. The internal pressure in the inner case is increased when the movable disk is pressed down to push a central plug at the center of the movable upward, and liquid material stored in the inner case is guided by guide slots configured on the periphery of the plug to flow out at the same time, thereby allowing a user to take the liquid material. After the make-up, the plug is simply pressed down to touch the disk surface, and the through hole can then be sealed. Thereafter, the cover is covered on the main body, the internal space of the package can then be sealed in an airtight way, thereby ensuring that the storage of liquid foundation is simple, safe and hygienic so that the liquid foundation can be used conveniently and carried safely and practically.
- To achieve the object mentioned above, the present invention proposes a compact type liquid foundation packing container structure, including: a compact type main body and cover, pivoted to each other and locked together with a buckling element; an inner cover, inserted in the main body and adapted to store cosmetic liquid material; a material discharge through hole, configured on a top of the inner case; and a plug, adapted to close the through hole, wherein a plurality of ribs spaced equidistantly are configured on an inner peripheral surface of the inner case, allowing the inner case to be fixed after inserted in the main body, a bottom of the inner case is formed into a cone protruded inward, a movable disk having a similar cone shape is inserted in an opening at the top of the inner case to shield the top of the inner case, a material discharge through hole is configured on a center of the movable disk, a softly elastic sliding plug is inserted in the through hole, and an end piece extended radially are respectively configured on top and bottom of the plug, allowing the plug to be slid up and down along the through hole without falling off; upon make-up, the movable disk is pressed down to cause internal pressure in the inner case to be increased and relieved through the material discharge guide slots configured on an annular face of a shaft rod of the plug to push the plug upward to form a material discharge channel so that the liquid material discharge is carried out automatically; the plug is pressed down to seal the through hole after the make-up to seal the inner case and maintain the internal pressure at a definite value.

FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of the insertion part of a movable disk. - A compact type liquid foundation packing container structure mainly uses a general cosmetic compact as a container main body for accommodation of liquid foundation, the outlook thereof being approximately similar to the ones of conventional compacts. Referring to
FIGS. 1 to 5 , the container includes a packet typemain body 10 defining a storage space, one side of which is configured with apivoting element 11 for the locking of acover 12 so that thecover 12 can be flipped simply and easily. Furthermore, abuckling element 13 is configured on the edge of the case body opposite to the position where thepivoting element 11 is configured, and used to be in engagement with thecover 12. In addition, a plurality ofribs 14 are configured evenly on the inner peripheral surface of themain body 10 to accept aninner case 20 for the storage of liquid foundation, theribs 14 being in tight fit with theinner case 20, thereby allowing theinner case 20 to be fixed and positioned inside themain body 10, where anannular flange 21 extended from the top edge of theinner case 20 is just placed flat on the concave end edge of themain body 10, forming a smooth top end edge; the entireinner case 20 is fixed equally by theribs 14 and theflange 21 thereof is attached to themain body 10, forming one-body type insertion with themain body 10. Therefore, theinner case 20 will not be slid or moved arbitrarily after thecover 12 is covered on themain body 10. To obtain the stability of the center insertion assembly, the bottom of theinner case 20 is projected inward theinner case 20 to form a convex cone shape body. The inner space of theinner case 20 allows cosmetic liquid to be filled in. Furthermore, amovable disk 22 having a diameter equal to the one of the opening at the top ofmain body 10 is inserted in the top opening thereof to seal it, where the entire face of themovable disk 22 is formed into a convex cone shape body similar to the one of the bottom of theinner case 20, and the peripheral rim of the face of themovable disk 22 is extended upward with a slightlycurved disk edge 221 from the bottom of the cone, the topmost rim thereof being flat. The end of the slightlycurved disk edge 221 is naturally thinned into a blade-like end rim 222 adapted to attach to and seal the inner face of theinner case 20 accurately, thereby allowing the blade-like end rim 222 to achieve a sealing slip effect, allowing the entiremovable disk 22 to be attached to and seal theinner case 20 after inserted into theinner case 20 and touch the top edge thereof so that the storage space can be sealed. The configuration of the slightlycurved disk edge 221 allows the peripheral face of themovable disk 22 to be deformed naturally to be relatively straight to cause the upper endlower edges 222 of themovable disk 22 to form a blade-like faces to attach to the inner face of theinner case 20 so that themovable disk 22, asFIG. 5 shows, will be slid closely to the inner face of theinner case 20 like a piston when moved forward, increasing or decreasing the pressure inside theinner case 20. Furthermore, athrough hole 23 for material discharge is configured on the top of the cone portion of themovable disk 22, the rim of the outlet of which is an enlarged current conduction bulge, forming a through material guiding space, which allows an elastic I-shaped plug 24 to be passed through conveniently; theplug 24 are respectively extended with 241, 242 on the upper and lower ends thereof according to the I-shaped outlook thereof, capable of being pressed exactly against the inner and outer sides of the throughend pieces hole 23, thereby preventing theplug 24 from falling off or missing. It is worth mentioned that ashaft rod 25 adapted to connect the two 241 and 242 of theend pieces plug 24 to each other has a diameter exactly the same as the one of the throughhole 23, where theshaft rod 25 is configured with one ormore guide slots 26 on the annular face thereof, which are preferably arranged symmetrically. Upon the discharge of liquid material, the pressure insideinner case 20 will be relieved outward naturally through theguide slots 26 because of the need to release internal pressure to push theplug 24 upward when themovable disk 22 is pressed down, allowing theupper end piece 241 to be moved upward so that the cosmetic liquid will then be pressed to flow to the outside of thedisk 22 throughguide slots 26; the overflow liquid material will be blocked by the upper end piece to discharge laterally to stay on the outer surface of thedisk 22 so that a user can take it directly for use, and theplug 24 is pressed down vertically until theupper end piece 241 is attached to the outer surface of thedisk 22 after the make-up, and the throughhole 23 can then be sealed completely, achieving the fixed internal pressure so that the liquid material stored inside can be prevented from leaking. In addition, with the buckling-together of themain body 10 andcover 12, liquid cosmetic material such as liquid foundation can be stored safely. The compact type storage structure of the present invention allows convenient portability for cosmetic material, especially, for liquid cosmetic material. - The compact type liquid foundation packing container structure of the present invention is characterized in that the conveniently and easily coverable compact type
main body 10 and cover 12 pivoted to each other can house theinner case 20 for the storage of cosmetic liquid completely, and themovable disk 22 having an inner diameter equal to the one of the opening at the top edge of theinner case 20 is used to insert in and seal theinner case 20, forming a cover-like body which can be moved with the level of the cosmetic liquid, thereby maintaining the inner liquid in a state as it is full. Furthermore, the cone-shaped designs of the bottom of theinner case 20 and the cone-shaped design of the face of themovable disk 22 similar thereto allow themovable disk 22 to be in complete touch with the bottom of theinner case 20 while moved down thereto, ensuring that the internal liquid material can discharged out completely through the throughhole 23 configured on the center of themovable disk 22. In addition, thethrough hole 23 is opened or closed with the softly elastic I-shaped plug 24, and the liquid material is discharged through theguide slots 26 configured on the annular face of thecentral shaft rod 25 of theplug 24, providing the lateral material discharge. Upon make-up, the liquid material can be squeezed out through the internal pressure in theinner case 20 only by pressing themovable disk 22 down, while the pressure is relieved through the cone andguide slots 26 upon the squeezing-out to push the closedupper end piece 241 and then theplug 24 upward so as to force the material discharge through hole open, and the liquid material is released throughguide slots 26 to flow to the upper face of themovable disk 22. At this time, cosmetic cotton or finger can be used to soak the liquid material for subsequent make-up use, achieving a convenient make-up operation. Furthermore, theplug 24 may be pressed down directly simultaneously to attach theupper end piece 24 to the disk surface to close the throughhole 23 so that the throughhole 23 can be closed completely and the material discharge can be stopped immediately. Thereupon, the liquid material stored inside theinner case 20 is thereafter not in contact with the outside until a next use, ensuring the safety and use hygiene of the stored liquid material. The simple and easy buckling, covering and positioning of themain body 10 andcover 12 can achieve safe and complete liquid material packing; the simple and easy pressing and sealing of theplug 24 keep the liquid pressured inside theinner case 20 stable balance to allow the present invention to have an airtight effect without the leakage of the stored liquid material to the outside, achieving a safe packing effect. In short, the present invention is safe and hygienic in packing and storage of liquid material and convenient to carry and use.
