Abstract
Provided is a running shoe capable of representing various designs, in which a representation member on which various colors and designs are represented is detachably inserted into an upper, and provides a running shoe capable of representing various designs, wherein a representation member is inserted into an upper of the running shoe to represent various designs, and the running shoe comprises a transparent outer cover that is connected to the upper and is formed of a transparent material, a zipper or zipper lock that is formed on a circumference of the transparent outer cover to be opened/closed, and an insertion space which is formed inside the transparent outer cover and into which the representation member is inserted. According to the present invention, the representation member is inserted into the transparent outer cover so that various colors and designs may be repeatedly represented in one kind of running shoes, the running shoe may be freely decorated in accordance with user's tastes, and purchase of various kinds of running shoes is not required so that the running shoe may be used very economically.
Description
- This application claims priority of Korean Patent Application No. 20-2016-0006019, filed on Oct. 19, 2016, in the Korean Intellectual Property Office, which is hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety.
- The present invention relates to a running shoe and, more particularly, to a running shoe capable of representing various designs, in which a representation member on which various colors and designs are represented may be detachably inserted into an upper thereof.
- In general, running shoes refer to light and convenient shoes that are formed of materials such as rubber, leather and cloth and are worn during exercises or daily lives, has different shapes depending on kinds of exercises, and may be classified into sneakers, jogging shoes, running shoes, soccer shoes, tennis shoes, and the like.
- In recent years, running shoes having various colors and designs are released and are fashioned, some running shoes have various accessories, and a consumer selects and purchases running shoes having a design desired by himself/herself.

Patent literature 1 as the conventional art related thereto discloses running shoes having a form in which an accessory and running shoe strings are integrally formed, wherein fixing grooves matched with the size of running shoe strings are provided and located on opposite sides of the accessory, the running shoe strings pass through between the fixing grooves, various angles are freely represented, and the accessory is prevented from being shaken and separated. - However, because most of running shoes as well as the above-described conventional art are sold as standardized ready-made products, the running shoes have no choice but to represent only one color and one design, and thus, it is difficult to direct various fashions and atmospheres.
- The present invention is conceived to solve all the above-described problems, and an aspect of the present invention is to provide running shoes capable of representing various designs, in which a representation member is inserted into a transparent outer cover so that various colors and designs may be repeatedly represented in one kind of running shoes, the running shoes may be freely decorated in accordance with user's tastes, and purchase of various kinds of running shoes is not required, so that the running shoes may be used very economically.
- To solve the above problems, the present invention provides a running shoe capable of representing various designs, wherein a representation member is inserted into an upper of the running shoe to represent various designs, and the running shoe comprises a transparent outer cover that is connected to the upper and is formed of a transparent material, a zipper or zipper lock that is formed on a circumference of the transparent outer cover to be opened/closed, and an insertion space which is formed inside the transparent outer cover and into which the representation member is inserted.
- Further, in the present invention, the upper into which the representation member is inserted is one or more selected from a vamp, a toe cap, a back counter and a side.
- Further, in the present invention, the representation member is one or more selected from a letter, a number, a symbol, a figure, a picture and a color.
- Further, in the present invention, the representation member is one or more selected from soft plastic, cloth, rubber and paper.
- Further, in the present invention, the transparent outer cover is formed of vinyl.
- According to the present invention, a representation member is inserted into a transparent outer cover so that various colors and designs may be repeatedly represented in one kind of running shoes, a running shoe may be freely decorated in accordance with user's tastes, and purchase of various kinds of running shoes is not required so that the running shoes may be used very economically.
- The above and other aspects, features and advantages of certain exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be more apparent from the following description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which:

FIGS. 2 to 5 are views illustrating the running shoe into which various representation members are inserted according to the embodiment of the present invention; and -
FIG. 6 is a view illustrating the running shoe according to the embodiment of the present invention. - Hereinafter, detailed descriptions for implementing a running shoe capable of representing various designs according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings based on embodiments.
- A running
shoe 1 according to the present invention are provided such that a representation member in which various colors and designs are represented is detachably inserted into an upper thereof, various colors and designs may be repeatedly represented in one kind of running shoes, and therunning shoe 1 may be freely decorated in accordance with user's tastes. - Referring to
FIG. 1 , therunning shoe 1 according to the present invention includes a sole 10 that is a lower portion of the shoe and an upper 20 that is an upper portion of the shoe, wherein the sole 10 is formed of materials, such as natural rubber, synthetic rubber, polyurethane and synthetic resin, to have a flat shape having a predetermined thickness, and the upper 20 includes a vamp A that is a front portion thereof to cover toes of a foot, a toe cap B that is an extra portion obtained by adding a length and an area, which are larger than the original measurements, to a toe portion, a back counter C that is formed of a hard material for protection of a heel and stability, a side D which occupies opposite side surfaces of the shoe and on which a brand is represented, and a tongue E that serves to protect a top of the foot. - The
running shoe 1 according to the present invention is provided such that arepresentation member 30 is inserted into such an upper 20, making it possible to represent various designs. - To achieve this, an
outer cover 21 that is formed of a transparent material such as vinyl is connected to the upper 20 through schemes such as sewing and adhesion, azipper 22 is formed on a portion of a circumference of the transparentouter cover 21 to be opened/closed, and when thezipper 22 is opened, therepresentation member 30 is inserted into aninsertion space 23 inside the transparentouter cover 21, so that a design that is printed on therepresentation member 30 may be represented to the outside through the transparentouter cover 21. Here, as illustrated inFIG. 6 , azipper lock 23 may be formed instead of thezipper 22. Thezipper lock 23, which is frequently used in a vinyl bag, may be sealed as an internal male protrusion and a female protrusion that corresponds to and accommodates the male protrusion are coupled to each other. - The
representation member 30 may be formed of any one selected from soft plastic, cloth, rubber and paper and may be designed by printing one or more selected from a letter, a number, a symbol, a figure, a picture and a color. Because of this, a user may always have a non-monotonous feeling of wearing new shoes, using therepresentation member 30 having various designs. In particular, theshoe 1 is suitable for a kid shoe. - Thus, the
representation member 30 may be conveniently inserted and separated and a design of the representation member may be represented to the outside through the transparent outer cover as it is. Because of this, various colors and designs may be repeatedly represented in one kind of running shoes and purchase of various kinds of running shoes is not required so that the running shoe may be used very economically. - Here, it is preferred that the upper into which the
representation member 30 is inserted is one or more selected from the vamp A, the toe cap B, the back counter C, the side D and the tongue E. - As an example, referring to
FIG. 2A , when the transparentouter cover 21 is connected to an outer surface of the vamp A, thezipper 22 is formed at a boundary between the vamp A and the tongue E, therepresentation member 30 on which a color is printed is inserted into theinsertion space 23 after thezipper 22 is opened, and thezipper 22 is then closed, the design of therepresentation member 30 may be represented to the outside, as illustrated inFIG. 2B . - Further, referring to
FIG. 3A , when the transparentouter cover 21 is connected to an outer surface of the toe cap B, thezipper 22 is formed at a boundary between the vamp A and the toe cap B, therepresentation member 30 on which a color is printed is inserted into theinsertion space 23 after thezipper 22 is opened, and thezipper 22 is then closed, the design of therepresentation member 30 may be represented to the outside, as illustrated inFIG. 3B . - Further, referring to
FIG. 3A , when the transparentouter cover 21 is connected to an outer surface of the back counter C, thezipper 22 is formed on the transparentouter cover 21, therepresentation member 30 on which a color is printed is inserted into theinsertion space 23 after thezipper 22 is opened, and thezipper 22 is then closed, the design of therepresentation member 30 may be represented to the outside, as illustrated inFIG. 4B . - Further, referring to
FIG. 5A , when the transparentouter cover 21 is connected to an outer surface of the side D, thezipper 22 is formed on one side of the transparent outer cover, therepresentation member 30 on which a color and a symbol are printed is inserted into theinsertion space 23 after thezipper 22 is opened, and thezipper 22 is then closed, the design of therepresentation member 30 may be represented to the outside, as illustrated inFIG. 5B . - In addition, referring to
FIG. 6 , a plurality ofrepresentation members 30 are simultaneously inserted into the upper of the runningshoe 1 so that the user may have a feeling like wearing new shoes. - As a result, in the
running shoe 1 capable of representing various designs according to the present invention, the representation member is inserted into the transparent outer cover so that various colors and designs may be repeatedly represented in one kind of running shoes, the runningshoe 1 may be freely decorated in accordance with user's tastes, and purchase of various kinds of running shoes is not required, so that the running shoes may be used very economically. - The embodiment of the present invention is merely one example, and the present invention is not limited thereto. Any one that has substantially the same configuration and effect as those of the technical spirit described in the appended claims of the present invention may be included in the technical scope of the present invention.
Claims (5)
1. A running shoe capable of representing various designs, wherein a representation member is inserted into an upper of the running shoe to represent various designs, and
wherein the running shoe comprises a transparent outer cover that is connected to the upper and is formed of a transparent material, a zipper or zipper lock that is formed on a circumference of the transparent outer cover to be opened/closed, and an insertion space which is formed inside the transparent outer cover and into which the representation member is inserted.
2. The running shoe of claim 1 , wherein the upper into which the representation member is inserted is one or more selected from a vamp, a toe cap, a back counter and a side.
3. The running shoe of claim 1 , wherein the representation member is one or more selected from a letter, a number, a symbol, a figure, a picture and a color.
4. The running shoe of claim 1 , wherein the representation member is one or more selected from soft plastic, cloth, rubber and paper.
5. The running shoe of claim 1 , wherein the transparent outer cover is formed of vinyl.
