Abstract

A wall-mounted and table-type dual-purpose fan includes a fan body and a fixing support connected with the fan body and comprising a base, fixing legs fixed to the base and directly placed on an installation surface, a hook and a fixing screw; when the fan needs to be fixed to the installation surface, the hook penetrates through the base and is fixed to the base and the installation surface through the fixing screw. The structure used for fixing and supporting is light and compact, and the fan can be fixed to wall surfaces through only one screw and is easy and convenient to install; furthermore, the fixing legs can adapt to various installation surface conditions and provide good fixing and supporting effects; furthermore, the fan body has an adjustable degree of rotating freedom in two directions, and large adjustable angles and flexible air supply direction selection are achieved.

  • This application claims priority to CN 201610552450.0, having a filing date of Jul. 12, 2016, the entire contents of which are hereby incorporated by reference.
  • FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY
  • The following relates to a fan, in particular to a wall-mounted and table-type dual-purpose fan.
  • BACKGROUND
  • An electric fan is a domestic appliance according to which air circulation is accelerated by driving fan blades to rotate by a motor, and electric fans are mainly used for summer heat relieving and air circulation, and widely applied to places such as families, offices, stores, hospitals, hotels, etc. A wall-mounted fan refers to an electric fan installed on a wall and has the advantages of being capable of saving space and is wide in air blowing range, however, a wall-mounted fan cannot be moved freely, and consequentially the application range of the wall-mounted fan is limited. A table-type fan refers to an electric fan placed on a table surface for use and has the advantage of being convenient to move and carry by a user, however, most table-type fans can only be placed on table surfaces for use, indoor space is occupied, and daily activities of people are often affected.
  • A wall-mounted and table-type dual-purpose fan in the known art generally has the disadvantages that firstly, the fan base is large in size and weight and poor in fixing effect; secondly, the fan base is installed on a wall surface usually through two or more screws, in the installation process, the two screws need to be drilled into the wall surface independently, the effect that the two screws are located on the same horizontal line needs to be guaranteed, and the wall surface is severely damaged; thirdly, a fan rotating mechanism is complex, the degree of rotating freedom and the rotating angle are limited, and the air supply direction cannot be selected flexibly.
  • SUMMARY
  • An aspect relates to a wall-mounted and table-type dual-purpose fan which is light and compact in structure, easy to install, good in fixing effect and large in degree of rotating freedom and rotating angle.
  • This aspect is achieved by the following technical solution. The wall-mounted and table-type dual-purpose fan includes a fan body and a fixing support connected with the fan body; the fixing support includes a base, fixing legs, a hook and a fixing screw; the fixing legs are fixed to the base; the fixing legs can be directly placed on an installation surface; when the fan needs to be fixed to the installation surface, the hook penetrates through the base and is fixed to the base, and the hook is fixed to the installation surface through the fixing screw.
  • Further, the fixing legs are each in a long strip shape, and when the fan is fixed to the installation surface, the ends of the fixing legs make contact with the installation surface to form at least two supporting points.
  • Further, the base is of a symmetrical structure, and the supporting points are bilaterally symmetrical with the central axis of the base as the datum or are located on the central axis.
  • Further, the fixing legs are two U-shaped legs which are fixed in parallel, and the two ends of each U-shaped leg both make contact with the installation surface, so that four supporting points are formed.
  • Further, the hook includes a connection part and two side parts, and the two side parts are fixed to the two sides of the connection part correspondingly; the hook further includes a fixing bolt and a fixing nut; the fixing bolt penetrates through the two side parts correspondingly and is screwed through the fixing nut, so that the hook and the base are fixedly connected; the fixing screw penetrates through one side part to fix the hook to the installation surface.

    • 1. The structure used for fixing and supporting is light and compact, the fan can be fixed to the wall surface through only one screw, and installation is easy and convenient;
    • 2. The fixing legs can adapt to various installation surface conditions, and good fixing and supporting effects are provided;
    • 3. The fan body has the adjustable degree of rotating freedom in two directions, the adjustable angle is large, and the air supply direction can be selected flexibly.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
  • Please refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 for the solid diagram and the side view of the fan of embodiments of the present invention. The wall-mounted and table-type dual-purpose fan includes a fan body 1, a rotary adjustment support 2 and a fixing support 3, wherein the fan body 1 is connected with the fixing support 3 through the rotary adjustment support 2, and the fixing support 3 can be arranged on an installation surface such as a table surface or a wall surface. In embodiments of the present invention, the table surface refers to a horizontal or approximately-horizontal surface such as the ground or a tabletop, the wall surface refers to the vertical or oblique surface of a wall or a stone wall and the like, and the wall-mounted and table-type dual-purpose fan of embodiments of the present invention can also be placed on a lumpy surface or a curved surface for use.
  • The fan body 1 includes a first net cover 11, a second net cover 12, blades 13, a blade fixing frame 14, a motor 15, a motor fixing frame 16, a switch 17, an electric wire connecting end 18 and a capacitor. The blade fixing frame 14 is in a five-pointed star shape, and the five blades 13 are all fixed to the blade fixing frame 14. A rotary shaft 21 of the motor 15 is connected with the center of the blade fixing frame 14 and drives the blade fixing frame 14 to rotate. The motor fixing frame 16 is a sheet support which is approximately round, one end of the motor 15 is fixed to the motor fixing frame 16, and the switch 17 and the electric wire connecting end 18 are also fixed to the motor fixing frame 16. The switch 17 is electrically connected with the motor 15 and can adjust the rotating speed of the motor 15 and accordingly adjust the rotating speed of the blades 13. The capacitor (not shown in FIGS) is electrically connected with the motor 15. The electric wire connecting end 18 is electrically connected with the motor 15, the electric wire connecting end 18 is also connected with an electric wire (not shown in FIGs), the electric wire can be connected with an external power source, and accordingly the motor 15 is connected with the power source. Through the motor fixing frame 16, the fan is easy to assemble and compact in structure and electrical connection is achieved. The motor fixing frame 16 is fixed to the center of the second net cover 12, and the first net cover 11 covers the second net cover 12 and is fixedly connected with the second net cover 12.
  • The adjustable adjustment support 2 includes two rotary shafts 21 and a rotary underframe 22. Please refer to FIG. 3 which is the enlarged view of the A portion in FIG. 1. The two rotary shafts 21 are short shafts and are located on the same axis, and the shared axis penetrates through the center of the fan body 1. The rotary underframe 22 is a U-shaped frame and is specifically formed by bending a long metal piece, and round through holes 221 are formed in the two ends of the rotary underframe 22. One end of the rotary shafts 21 is fixedly connected with the first net cover 11 and/or the second net cover 12 of the fan body 1, the other end of the rotary shafts 21 stretches into the round through holes 221 in the ends of the rotary underframe 22, and the end portions 211 of the other ends of the rotary shafts 21 protrude out of the rotary underframe 22. The rotary shafts 21 can rotate relative to the rotary underframe 22 when not fixed, and the free rotating angle of the rotary shafts 21 can reach 360 degrees. When needing to be fixed, the rotary shafts 21 and the rotary underframe 22 can be fixed through threads, for example, the end portions 211, protruding out of the rotary underframe 22, of the rotary shafts 21 are provided with external threads, and the rotary shafts 21 are fixed to the rotary underframe 22 in a screwed mode through nuts; when the angle of the fan body 1 relative to the rotary underframe 22 needs to be adjusted, the nuts are unscrewed, the fan body 1 is adjusted to the required angle, and then the nuts are screwed. The rotary underframe 22 and a base 32 can also be connected in another way, for example, a clamping mechanism is arranged between each rotary shaft 21 and the rotary underframe 22, concave parts and convex teeth which can be clamped with the concave parts are arranged on the clamping mechanism, and when a user rotates the rotary shafts 21 relative to the rotary underframe 22 by certain angles by overcoming the friction force between the concave parts and the convex teeth, the rotary shafts 21 can be fixed to each clamping position to a certain extent without becoming loose.
  • The fixing support 3 includes the base 32, an anti-sliding piece 31, a hook 33, fixing legs 34, a fixing bolt 35, a fixing nut and a fixing screw 36. Please refer to FIG. 4 which is the solid diagram of the base of embodiments of the present invention. The base 32 is rectangular and can also be round, oval, square or trapezoidal or in other shapes in other embodiments. Please refer to FIG. 5 which is the solid diagram of the rotary underframe and the fixing support of embodiments of the invention. The bottom of the rotary underframe 22 is connected with the base 32, specifically, the rotary underframe 22 can be connected with the base 32 in the rotatably adjustable mode around the central axis of the rotary underframe 22, and the central axis of the rotary underframe 22 penetrates through the center of the fan body 1 and is perpendicular to the shared axis of the rotary shafts 21. The rotary underframe 22 and the base 32 can be connected through the threads, for example, the screws are made to penetrate through the rotary underframe 22 and the base 32 at the same time and are screwed through the nuts. When the angle of the rotary underframe 22 relative to the base 32 needs to be adjusted, the nuts are unscrewed, the rotary underframe 22 is adjusted to the required angle, and then the nuts are screwed. The free adjustment angle can reach 360 degrees. The anti-sliding piece 31 is clamped between the rotary underframe 22 and the base 32 and used for preventing sliding and paint falling or damage caused by friction between the rotary underframe 22 and the base 32, so that the abrasion resistance is improved. The rotary underframe 22 and the base 32 can also be connected in another way, that is, a clamping mechanism is arranged between the rotary underframe 22 and the base 32, and concave parts and convex teeth clamped with the concave parts are arranged on the clamping mechanism. When the user rotates the rotary underframe 22 relative to the base 32 by a certain angle by overcoming the friction force between the concave parts and the convex teeth, the rotary underframe 22 can be fixed to each clamping position to a certain extent without becoming loose.
  • Please refer to FIGS. 6(a) and 6(b) which are the schematic diagram of the hook of embodiments of the invention, wherein FIG. 6 (a) is the front view of the hook, and FIG. 6 (b) is the section view of the hook. The hook 33 is approximately in a U shape and is specifically formed by bending a long metal piece. The hook 33 includes a connection part 331 and two side parts 332, and the two side parts 332 are fixed to the two sides of the connection part 331 correspondingly. The side parts 332 and the connection part 331 can be connected in a right-angled mode or in an arc-shaped mode. A square through hole 321 is formed in the base 32, and when the hook 33 penetrates through the square through hole 321 in the base 32, the connection part 331 is attached to the base 32 and hooks to the base 32. Two horizontal corresponding bolt fixing holes 333 are formed in the two side parts 332 correspondingly, and the fixing bolt 35 horizontally penetrates through the two bolt fixing holes 333 and is screwed through the fixing nut (not shown in FIGs), so that the two side parts 332 are fixed to the base 32, and the hook 33 is fixedly connected with the base 32. One of the two side parts 332 is long, and the other side part 332 is short; a screw fixing hole 334 is formed in the long side part 332, and the screw fixing hole 334 is located above the bolt fixing holes 333 and is approximately shaped like the Arabic number “8”; the diameter of the upper portion of the screw fixing hole 334 is smaller than that of the head of the fixing screw 36, and the screw fixing hole 334 is used for allowing the fixing screw 36 to be screwed therein, so that the hook 33 is fixed to the wall surface; the diameter of the lower portion of the screw fixing hole 334 is larger than that of the head of the fixing screw 36, and when the fan needs to be dismounted from the wall, the hook 33 is integrally pushed upwards, and the head of the fixing screw 36 penetrates through the lower portion of the screw fixing hole 334, so that the hook 33 is disengaged from the fixing screw 36, and the fan can be dismounted from the wall accordingly.
  • The fixing legs 34 are two U-shaped legs which are consistent in shape and size, and the two fixing legs 34 are arranged on the upper edge and the lower edge of the base 32 in parallel and fixed through screws. Each U-shaped leg includes a straight connection part 341 and curved parts 342 fixed to the two ends of the straight connection part 341, wherein the straight connection part 341 is fixed to the base 32, the ends of the curved parts 342 make contact with the installation surface such as the wall surface or the table surface to form two supporting points, and the two supporting points are bilaterally symmetrical with the central axis of the base 32 as the datum; four bilaterally-symmetrical supporting points are formed by the two U-shaped legs. Especially when the fan is fixed to the wall for use, after the hook 33 is fixed to the wall surface through the fixing screw 36, the base 32 is supported by the U-shaped legs, and the fan is stably supported on the wall surface. The end faces of the curved parts 342 can be curved surfaces, and the ends of the curved parts 342 are in point contact with the installation surface at the moment; the end faces of the curved parts 342 can also be planes, and the ends of the curved parts 342 are in surface contact with the installation surface at the moment; preferably, the end faces of the curved parts 342 are planes in the embodiment. Meanwhile, the anti-sliding piece 31 or a concave-convex coarse structure can be arranged on the ends, making contact with the wall surface or the table surface, of the U-shaped legs, so that the friction force is increased; or a certain bonding structure is additionally arranged, and the bonding structure and the installation surface are bonded when needed, so that a better fixing effect is achieved. The fixing legs are not limited to be in the U shape and can also be in an M shape or a V shape or an E shape and the like, or be of the structure of half of the M shape or the V shape or the E shape and the like, or the structure which has a radian and is changed from the M shape or the V shape or the E shape and the like, and the fixing legs can be in any shape provided with the ends which can make contact with the wall surface or the table surface to form the supporting points. When the fan of embodiments of the present invention is fixed to a lumpy surface or a curved surface for use, the shape of the fixing legs can be changed accordingly, for example, the straight connection parts are changed into curved connection parts, and the inclination angles of the ends of the curved parts are changed, so that the fixing legs adapt to the lumpy surface or the curved surface; meanwhile, the shape and length of the hook can also be changed accordingly. The number of the fixing legs is not limited to two and can be one or three or more. The shapes and sizes of the two fixing legs can also be inconsistent. The number and positions of the ends forming the supporting points can also be changed accordingly; in the above embodiment, the four supporting points are located on the four vertexes of a rectangle, the supporting points can also be the four vertexes of an isosceles trapezoid or the three vertexes of an isosceles triangle, and at the moment, a supporting point located on the central axis of the base also exists besides two bilaterally-symmetrical supporting points.
  • According to the wall-mounted and table-type dual-purpose fan of embodiments of the present invention, the structure used for fixing and supporting is light and compact, the fan can be fixed to the wall surface through only one screw, and installation is easy and convenient; furthermore, the fixing legs of embodiments of the present invention can adapt to various installation surface conditions, and good fixing and supporting effects are provided; furthermore, the fan body has the adjustable degree of rotating freedom in two directions, the adjustable angle is large, and the air supply direction can be selected freely.
  • Although the present invention has been disclosed in the form of preferred embodiments and variations thereon, it will be understood that numerous additional modifications and variations could be made thereto without departing from the scope of the invention.
  • For the sake of clarity, it is to be understood that the use of ‘a’ or ‘an’ throughout this application does not exclude a plurality, and ‘comprising’ does not exclude other steps or elements.

11. A wall-mounted and table-type dual-purpose fan, wherein the fan includes a fan body and a fixing support connected with the fan body; the fixing support includes a base, fixing legs, a hook and a fixing screw; the fixing legs are fixed to the base; the fixing legs can be directly placed on an installation surface; when the fan needs to be fixed to the installation surface, the hook penetrates through the base and is fixed to the base, and the hook is fixed to the installation surface through the fixing screw.
12. The wall-mounted and table-type dual-purpose fan according to claim 11, wherein the fixing legs are each in a long strip shape, and when the fan is fixed to the installation surface, the ends of the fixing legs make contact with the installation surface to form at least two supporting points.
13. The wall-mounted and table-type dual-purpose fan according to claim 12, wherein the base is of a symmetrical structure, and the supporting points are bilaterally symmetrical with the central axis of the base as the datum or are located on the central axis.
14. The wall-mounted and table-type dual-purpose fan according to claim 13, wherein the fixing legs are two U-shaped legs which are fixed in parallel, and the two ends of each U-shaped leg both make contact with the installation surface, so that four supporting points are formed.
15. The wall-mounted and table-type dual-purpose fan according to claim 11, wherein the hook includes a connection part and two side parts, and the two side parts are fixed to the two sides of the connection part correspondingly; the hook further includes a fixing bolt and a fixing nut; the fixing bolt penetrates through the two side parts correspondingly and is screwed through the fixing nut, so that the hook and the base are fixedly connected; the fixing screw penetrates through one side part to fix the hook to the installation surface.
16. The wall-mounted and table-type dual-purpose fan according to claim 11, wherein the wall-mounted and table-type dual-purpose fan further includes a rotary adjustment support; the fan body is connected with the fixing support through the rotary adjustment support; the rotary adjustment support includes two rotary shafts and a rotary underframe; the two sides of the fan body are fixedly connected with the rotary shafts correspondingly; the rotary shafts are connected with the two ends of the rotary underframe in a rotatably adjustable mode; the rotary underframe is connected with the base in a rotatably adjustable mode.
17. The wall-mounted and table-type dual-purpose fan according to claim 12, wherein the wall-mounted and table-type dual-purpose fan further includes a rotary adjustment support; the fan body is connected with the fixing support through the rotary adjustment support; the rotary adjustment support includes two rotary shafts and a rotary underframe; the two sides of the fan body are fixedly connected with the rotary shafts correspondingly; the rotary shafts are connected with the two ends of the rotary underframe in a rotatably adjustable mode; the rotary underframe is connected with the base in a rotatably adjustable mode.
18. The wall-mounted and table-type dual-purpose fan according to claim 13, wherein the wall-mounted and table-type dual-purpose fan further includes a rotary adjustment support; the fan body is connected with the fixing support through the rotary adjustment support; the rotary adjustment support includes two rotary shafts and a rotary underframe; the two sides of the fan body are fixedly connected with the rotary shafts correspondingly; the rotary shafts are connected with the two ends of the rotary underframe in a rotatably adjustable mode; the rotary underframe is connected with the base in a rotatably adjustable mode.

The wall-mounted and table-type dual-purpose fan according to claim 14, wherein the wall-mounted and table-type dual-purpose fan further includes a rotary adjustment support; the fan body is connected with the fixing support through the rotary adjustment support; the rotary adjustment support includes two rotary shafts and a rotary underframe; the two sides of the fan body are fixedly connected with the rotary shafts correspondingly; the rotary shafts are connected with the two ends of the rotary underframe in a rotatably adjustable mode; the rotary underframe is connected with the base in a rotatably adjustable mode.

The wall-mounted and table-type dual-purpose fan according to claim 15, wherein the wall-mounted and table-type dual-purpose fan further includes a rotary adjustment support; the fan body is connected with the fixing support through the rotary adjustment support; the rotary adjustment support includes two rotary shafts and a rotary underframe; the two sides of the fan body are fixedly connected with the rotary shafts correspondingly; the rotary shafts are connected with the two ends of the rotary underframe in a rotatably adjustable mode; the rotary underframe is connected with the base in a rotatably adjustable mode.
21. The wall-mounted and table-type dual-purpose fan according to claim 16, wherein the rotary shafts are located on the same axis, and the shared axis of the rotary shafts penetrates through the center of the fan body.

The wall-mounted and table-type dual-purpose fan according to claim 11, wherein the rotary underframe is connected with the base in a rotatably adjustable mode, and the rotary underframe can rotate around its central axis; the central axis of the rotary underframe penetrates through the center of the fan body and is perpendicular to the shared axis of the rotary shafts.
23. The wall-mounted and table-type dual-purpose fan according to claim 16, wherein the rotary underframe is a U-shaped frame.

The wall-mounted and table-type dual-purpose fan according to claim 11, wherein the fan body includes a first net cover, a second net cover, blades, a blade fixing frame, a motor, a motor fixing frame, a switch and an electric wire connecting end; the blades are all fixed to the blade fixing frame, and the motor is connected with the blade fixing frame and drives the blade fixing frame to rotate; the switch and the electric wire connecting end are both electrically connected with the motor; the motor, the switch and the electric wire connecting end are all fixed to the motor fixing frame, the motor fixing frame is fixed to the center of the second net cover, and the first net cover covers the second net cover and is fixedly connected with the second net cover.
