  • The present invention relates to a lid of a fermented beverage container, and more particularly, to a lid of a fermented beverage container, which is configured to discharge carbonic-acid gas generated from fermented beverage to the outside of the container.
  • 2. Description of the Related Art
  • Since carbonic-acid gas is generated from fermented beverage as time elapsed, when the fermented beverage is kept in a sealed container for a long time, internal pressure of the container rises, and as a result, a joining state of the container and a lid may be released or the container may be broken and in this case, contents leak or foreign materials or external air penetrates the inside of the container, and as a result, there is a concern that the quality of the fermented beverage will deteriorate.
  • Therefore, when the fermented beverage is kept in the container, the carbonic-acid gas generated from the fermented beverage needs to be periodically discharged to the outside of the container. A container cap for ferment food as Korean Utility Model Registration No. 20-0259302 is proposed by the necessity and the related art is configured in such a manner that a gas outlet is formed on the lid and a ball elastically supported by a spring is installed inside the gas outlet.
  • However, in the related art, when the gas outlet is opened while the ball presses the spring by pressure of the gas generated inside the container during circulation, the gas is discharged, but a structure and an assembling process are complicated and a man-hour is thus required, and as a result, manufacturing cost increases and an action to discharge the gas is not also smoothly made.

  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a lid of a fermented beverage container and the fermented beverage container according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
  • FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating components included in the lid of a fermented beverage container according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
  • FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating a state in which carbonic-acid formed in the fermented beverage container is discharged through the lid of the fermented beverage container according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • Hereinafter, a preferable exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
  • FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a lid of a fermented beverage container and the fermented beverage container according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating components included in the lid of a fermented beverage container according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating a state in which carbonic-acid formed in the fermented beverage container is discharged through the lid of the fermented beverage container according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
  • When described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3, a lid of a fermented beverage container 1 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes a lid body 100, a transformation member 200, and a cover member 300.
  • The lid body 100 has a thread for screw-joining with an opening of the beverage container therein similarly to a general beverage container lid, but is distinguished from a beverage container lid in the related art in terms of a detailed shape.
  • That is, the lid body 100 includes a joining space part E1 incorporated in the bottom thereof and into which the opening of the fermented beverage container 1, a gas discharge space part E2 incorporated in the top thereof, and multiple through-holes 110 penetrating the joining space part E1 and the gas discharge space part E2. Herein, the through-holes 110 are radially formed in the lid body 100 as illustrated in FIG. 1.
  • Meanwhile, a top edge 100 a of the lid body 100 is preferably formed to be inclined at a predetermined angle and as such, when the top edge 100 a of the lid body 100 is formed to be inclined, impurities including foreign materials, and the like may be prevented from entering between the lid body 100 and the cover member 300.
  • Meanwhile, high-pressure gas may be generated inside the fermented beverage container 1. Therefore, when the lid 10 is opened at a time, the lid 10 may bounce by the pressure, and as a result, a user may be injured.
  • Accordingly, a lower side of the lid body 100 further includes a ring-shaped auxiliary lid body 500 and a flexible connection member 400 having a predetermined length is preferably radically connected between the lid body 100 and the auxiliary lid body 500.
  • When the auxiliary lid body 500 and the connection member 400 are further configured as described above, even though the gas strongly leaks out between the lid body 100 and the auxiliary lid body 500 at the moment of twist-opening the lid body 100, the lid body 100 and the auxiliary lid body 500 are connected to each other by the connection member 400, and as a result, the lid body 100 may not abruptly bounce.
  • The transformation member 200 is inserted into the gas discharge space part E2 to be transformed by receiving the internal pressure of the fermented beverage container 1 through the through-hole 110 and may be made of various transformable materials, but the transformation member 200 is preferably made of a material which is excellent in adhesion, transformability, and durability, such as silicon. Further, the transformation member 200 preferably has a hollow shape in which the transformation space part E3 is formed in order to normally transform the transformation member 200 and as the thickness of the transformation member 200, an optimal value may be determined through an experiment so as to smoothly discharge the carbonic-acid gas which may be permitted.
  • When a generation amount of the carbonic-acid gas is small and the internal pressure of the fermented beverage container 1 is not high, the transformation member 200 is in close contact toward the through-hole 110 to seal the fermented beverage container 1.
  • The cover member 300 as a component that pushes the transformation member 200 up to the bottom of the gas discharge space part E2 and covers the opening of the gas discharge space part E2 includes a cover part 310 and a support part 330.
  • The cover part 310 has substantially a disk shape and an exterior of the cover part 310 has a convex curve shape so that foreign materials including dust, and the like, flows down and an interior has a plane shape, but may have even a concave curve shape.
  • The support part 330 is connected to a concave inside of the cover part 310 and is formed in a transformable stick shape to push the transformation member 200 up to the bottom of the gas discharge space part E2.
  • Herein, a disk-shaped press plate 331 is installed at the end of the support part 330 in order to effectively push the transformation member 200 up to the bottom of the gas discharge space part E2.
  • Meanwhile, the gas discharge space part E2 preferably has a hemispherical shape so as to uniformly transfer the pressure through the through-hole 110 and the transformation member 200 preferably has a hollow hemispherical shape to correspond thereto.
  • In this case, when the internal pressure of the fermented beverage container 1 is low, a maximum diameter d2 of the transformation member is preferably formed to be larger than a maximum diameter d1 of the gas discharge space part E2 in order to seal the fermented beverage container 1 by making the transformation member 200 come in close contact with the inner surface of the gas discharge space part E2.
  • Meanwhile, a suspension protrusion 120 for fixing the cover member 300 is formed at an upper side of the inner surface of the gas discharge space part E2, a suspension hook 320 suspended on the suspension protrusion 120 is formed inside the cover part 310 of the cover member 300, and the end 321 of the suspension hook 320 is formed to be inclined for easy joining.
  • Only two suspension protrusions 120 and two suspension hooks 320 corresponding thereto are illustrated in the exemplary embodiment illustrated in the drawing, but 6 to 8 suspension protrusions and suspension hooks are preferably formed for positive joining.
  • Meanwhile, an outlet 340 which allows the carbonic-acid gas discharged to the gas discharge space part E2 to be discharged to the outside again is formed at a portion of the top of the lid body 100, at which the suspension protrusion 120 is formed.
  • When the fermented beverage is kept by joining the lid of the fermented beverage container according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, which is configured as above to the fermented beverage container 1, the carbonic-acid gas is continuously accumulated in the fermented beverage container 1 as a predetermined time elapsed, and as a result, the internal pressure of the fermented beverage container 1 increases.
  • Then, as illustrated in FIG. 3, the carbonic-acid gas accumulated in the fermented beverage container 1 moves toward the opening of the fermented beverage container 1 along an arrow A and moves to the gas discharge space part E2 through the through-hole 110 along an arrow B again. In this case, the transformation member 200 positioned in the gas discharge space part E2 is transformed by the pressure of the carbonic-acid gas, and the carbonic-acid gas moves to a gap between the suspension hook 320 and the suspension protrusion 120 along an arrow C along the transformed gap and finally discharged to the outside through the outlet 340 formed in the cover member 300 along an arrow D.
  • According to the present invention, the lid of a fermented beverage container has the gas discharge space part into which the transformation member transformed depending on a change in internal pressure of the fermented beverage container and has the through-hole so as to transfer the internal pressure of the fermented beverage container to the gas discharge space part to maintain airtightness while discharging the carbonic-acid gas continuously generated from the fermented beverage included in the fermented beverage container to the outside of the container.
  • While a specific exemplary embodiment of the present invention has been illustrated and described, it needs to be understood that various modifications and changes of the present invention can be made within the range without departing from the spirit and scope of the appended claims.
