Abstract

This invention relates to a ponytail holder with replaceable elastic annular rope, which include a ponytail holder provided with an elastic annular rope and a decorative member. There is a through hole inside said decorative member for containing said elastic annular rope, and one side of the decorative member set with a slot connected with said through hole, so that the elastic annular rope can be pressed into the through hole from the slot and to prevent the elastic annular rope escaped from the slot. Therefore, the ponytail holder can be conveniently installed or replaced the elastic annular rope, and to make the decorative member can be reused.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention
This invention relates to a ponytail holder with replaceable elastic annular rope, particularly referring to a ponytail holder with a decorative member provided with a through hole and a slot connected to said through hole for pressing an elastic annular rope into the through hole from the slot, and to prevent the elastic annular rope escaped from the slot easily. Therefore, the ponytail holder can be conveniently installed or replaced the elastic annular rope, and to make the decorative member can be reused.
2. Description of the Prior Art
As shown in FIGS. 1, as the first currently marketed ponytail holder (hair bundle) 1, which is composed of a rope 10, a decorative member 11 and a clip 12. The first step of the assembly method of the ponytail holder 1 is to pass one end of the rope 10 through the through hole of the decorative member 11, then to connect the both ends of the rope 10 by the clip 12 to make the rope 10 formed an annular rope structure.
As shown in FIGS. 2, as the second currently marketed ponytail holder 2, which is composed of a rope 20 and a decorative member 21. The first step of the assembly method of the ponytail holder 2 is to insert two ends of the rope 20 inside the through hole of the decorative member 21, then to stick the both ends of the rope 20 inside the through hole of the decorative member 21 to make the rope 20 formed an annular rope structure.
As shown in FIGS. 3, as the third currently marketed ponytail holder 3, which is composed of a rope 30, a decorative member 31 and a combining member 32. The first step of the assembly method of the ponytail holder 3 is to clip or stick two ends of the rope 30 by the combining member 32 to make the rope 30 formed an annular rope structure, then to fix the decorative member 31 on the combining member 32 to complete the assembly of the ponytail holder 3.
As shown in FIGS. 4, as the forth currently marketed ponytail holder 4, which is composed of a rope 40 and a decorative member 41. The first step of the assembly method of the ponytail holder 4 is to pass one end of the rope 40 through the through hole of the decorative member 41, then to stick or tie the both ends of the rope 40 to make the rope 40 formed an annular rope structure.
However, the defects of the foregoing four prior ponytail holder 1,2,3 and 4 is that the rope must be combined into a ring structure with the clip, decorative member or combining member, or the rope must be stick or tie to form a ring structure, so that the user is difficultly to adjust the position of the decorative member on the ponytail when she (he) is tying her (his) hair by the prior ponytail holder 1,2,3 and 4, and the user can not change the rope by herself (himself) when the rope is broken or elastic fatigue, so that the more special or expensive decorative member can not be used as the ponytail holder and to be discarded, it reduces the utility of the ponytail holder and not environmental protection. Moreover, it needs at least two processing procedures and the processing method of clipping, sticking or tying are more precision when assembling said four prior ponytail holder 1,2,3 and 4, therefore, the assembly cost of the ponytail holder is improved, which makes the ponytail holder is not economical.
To this end, the present inventor with many years of experience in the design and manufacture of related hair ornaments, studied the structure problem especially for the foregoing prior art to carry out this invention.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The purpose of this invention is to provide a decorative member with a through hole and a slot connected with said through hole for directly pressing the elastic annular rope into the through hole from the slot and to make the decorative member can move freely on the elastic annular rope and does not come off thereon, to complete the assembly or replacement of the elastic annular rope. So that the assembly cost of the ponytail holder can be reduced, and the decorative member of the ponytail holder can be reused or all kinds of the elastic annular rope can be change according to the requirements of user, to enhance the utility, environmental protection and economic benefits of the ponytail holder.
To achieve the foregoing object, the ponytail holder with replaceable elastic annular rope of this invention includes a ponytail holder is provided with an elastic annular rope and a decorative member, a through hole is bored inside said decorative member for containing said elastic annular rope, and a slot is provided at one side of the decorative member for connecting said through hole, so that the elastic annular rope can be easily pressed into the through hole from the slot and to prevent the elastic annular rope escaped from the slot.
The ponytail holder with replaceable elastic annular rope of present invention, among which said elastic annular rope can be made integral or stuck to form a annular rope.
The ponytail holder with replaceable elastic annular rope of present invention, among which said through hole can be a linear shape or a curved shape.
The ponytail holder with replaceable elastic annular rope of present invention, among which the shape of the inner diameter of said slot can be an outer width inner narrow shape, a middle narrower shape, an equal width shape or other shapes; and the shape of said slot can be a straight line shape, an oblique line shape, a curve line shape or an irregular line shape to prevent the elastic annular rope escaped from the slot.
The ponytail holder with replaceable elastic annular rope of present invention, among which an detachable and replaceable extended member is set on said decorative member for increasing the decorative member style changes of extensibility.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Herein below preferred the ponytail holder with replaceable elastic annular rope of this invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in FIGS. 5-20, the ponytail holder 5 of this invention includes at least an elastic annular rope 50 and a decorative member 51. Said elastic annular rope 50 can be made integral (such as rubber ring or plastic ring) or stuck to form a annular rope (for example, a style elastic annular rope is woven by a variety of colors of elastic lines), to increase the visual beauty of the elastic annular rope 50. As shown in 13-18, the decorative member 51 can be various shapes, a through hole 510 is bored inside the decorative member 51 for containing the foregoing elastic annular rope 50, and the through hole 510 can be a linear shape or a curved shape. A slot 511 is provided at one side of the decorative member 51 for connecting the foregoing through hole 510, the shape of the inner diameter of the slot 511 can be an outer width inner narrow shape (as FIGS. 8, 10 and 11), a middle narrower shape (as FIG. 12), an equal width shape (not shown in the drawings) or other shapes, so that the elastic annular rope 50 can be easily pressed into the through hole from the slot and to prevent the elastic annular rope escaped from the slot (as FIGS. 8 and 10). The shape of the slot 511 can be a straight line shape, an oblique line shape, a curve line shape or other irregular line shape to prevent the elastic annular rope 50 escaped from the slot 511.
As shown in FIGS. 5-20, an extended member 512 can be set on the foregoing decorative member 51, the extended member 512 is a detachable and replaceable structure (such as a buckled structure or a inserted structure) for increasing the decorative member 51 style changes of extensibility, to allow user to freely replace the required extended member 512. Said extended member 512 can be a plastic ornament, a metal ornament, a ceramic ornament, a cloth ornament, or the ornament inlaid with gem, etc.
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 8, the assembly method of the ponytail holder 5 of this invention just need to press the elastic annular rope 50 into the through hole 510 from the slot 511 to complete the assembly of the ponytail holder with replaceable elastic annular rope. The user can directly cut the elastic annular rope 50 or pull it out of the decorative member 51 to replace the elastic annular rope 50 if the user accidentally broken the elastic annular rope 50, used for a long time caused the elastic annular rope 50 deformation or wanted to change the elastic annular rope 50 in different colors, texture or style. So that the users can not only save the costs for buying ponytail holder, and can continue to use their favorite decorative member 51 and to choose various elastic annular rope 50 to suit the decorative member 51. Therefore, Manufacturers can put more cost to develop a high economic value of the decoration member 51, to improve the economic value of the ponytail holder, for instance, the famous brand decoration member, the decorative member designed by famous designers, the customized decoration member with uniqueness, or the decorative member made of high economic value material such as gold, platinum, diamond, or precious stones.
As shown in FIGS. 19 and 20, when the user is using the ponytail holder 5 of present invention, the user can easily adjust the position of the decorative member 51 on the elastic annular rope 50 because of the decorative member 51 can freely move on the elastic annular rope 50, so that it allow users to use the ponytail holder more convenient.
While the preferred embodiments of this invention have been described above, it will be recognized and understood that various modifications may be made therein and appended claims are intended to cover all such modifications that may fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims

What is claimed is:

1. A ponytail holder with replaceable elastic annular rope at least comprising:

a ponytail holder is provided with an elastic annular rope and a decorative member, a through hole is bored inside said decorative member for containing said elastic annular rope, and a slot is provided at one side of the decorative member for connecting said through hole, so that the elastic annular rope can be easily pressed into the through hole from the slot and to prevent the elastic annular rope escaped from the slot.

2. The ponytail holder with replaceable elastic annular rope as claimed in claim 1, wherein said elastic annular rope is made integral.

3. The ponytail holder with replaceable elastic annular rope as claimed in claim 1, wherein said elastic annular rope is stuck to form a annular rope.

4. The ponytail holder with replaceable elastic annular rope as claimed in claim 1, wherein said elastic annular rope is woven by the elastic lines.

5. The ponytail holder with replaceable elastic annular rope as claimed in claim 1, wherein said through hole can be a linear shape or a curved shape.

6. The ponytail holder with replaceable elastic annular rope as claimed in claim 1, wherein the shape of the inner diameter of said slot is an outer width inner narrow shape.

7. The ponytail holder with replaceable elastic annular rope as claimed in claim 1, wherein the shape of the inner diameter of said slot is a middle narrower shape.

8. The ponytail holder with replaceable elastic annular rope as claimed in claim 1, wherein the shape of the inner diameter of said slot is an equal width shape.

9. The ponytail holder with replaceable elastic annular rope as claimed in claim 1, wherein the shape of said slot can be a straight line shape, an oblique line shape, a curve line shape or an irregular line shape to prevent the elastic annular rope escaped from the slot.

10. The ponytail holder with replaceable elastic annular rope as claimed in claim 1, wherein an detachable and replaceable extended member is set on said decorative member.

11. The ponytail holder with replaceable elastic annular rope as claimed in claim 10, wherein said extended member can be a plastic ornament, a metal ornament, a ceramic ornament, a cloth ornament, or the ornament inlaid with gem.
