Abstract

A chair without combining components comprises a chair frame including two leg frames for combining a chair seat and two assembly posts; a rear transversal supporting rod installed at a back side between the two leg frames of the chair frame; each of two lateral side of the chair back having an insertion hole for receiving one of the two assembly posts and a buckling sleeve; wherein in assembly, the assembly post is inserted into the hollow portion of the buckling sleeve and then the buckling sleeve is inserted into the insertion hole of the chair back; after assembly, a top end of the buckling sleeve is between a top end of the assembly post and an inner upper wall of the insertion hole so as to suffer forces from the assembly post toward the inner upper wall of the insertion hole.

Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to chairs, and in particular to a chair without combining components, in that the chair of the present invention has no any fixing elements, while the chair has a concrete structure with less components and lowest cost. The assembly of the chair is rapid and thus is economic.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • Generally, chairs are formed by chair frames, chair seats and chair backs. It is often that chairs are classified based on the chair seats and chair backs. For example, conventional wood is used for making chair seats and chair backs of chairs; wood chair seats and wood chair backs are installed with liners of elastic layers or net cloths; metal chairs has chair seats and backs containing metal plates or non-metal plates (such as plastic material); and metal or non-metal chair seats or chair backs installed with inner elastic layer or net cloth plates.
  • In assembly of chairs, a polarity of screws are used to assembly the chair frame, seat and back of the chair. The chair seat and back are fixed to the chair frame. This conventional assembly way is not only time and labor consumed with high costs, but also exposed screws will deteriorate appearance of the chair and thus to affect the beauty and quality of the chair.
  • It is a bottleneck for making a chair with short assembly time, low cost and convenient transportation, moreover, it also requires that no assembly elements are exposed out on the outer appearance of the chair so as to promote economic effect and overall quality.
  • Inventor of the present invention has filed a patent with patent Ser. No. 13/937,221, in that retaining elements (such as screws) are used to combine the chair seat to the transversal supporting rod of the chair frame and the chair back is combined to the assembly sheets of the assembly posts of a chair frame by retaining elements so as to form a chair with easy assembly, time saved, low cost and convenience of transportation. No retaining element exposes from the appearances of the chair frame, seat, and back so as present a high quality chair.
  • The prior art is combined by very few retaining elements (screws) as combining elements, but it is also time consumed and more labors are needed.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • Accordingly, to overcome the defects abovementioned, the present invention provides a chair without combining components, in that the chair of the present invention has no any fixing elements, while the chair has a concrete structure with less components and lowest cost. The assembly of the chair is rapid and thus is economic.
  • Therefore, the chair of the present invention has no any combining components, which comprises: a chair frame including two leg frames for combining a chair seat and two assembly posts extending from a back side of the leg frames for combining with a chair back; an inner side of an upper rod body of each leg frame being installed with a supporting sheet capable of being inserted into the seat; an inner side of each assembly post being installed with an assembly sheet for engaging to the chair back; a rear transversal supporting rod installed at a back side between the two leg frames of the chair frame; a front edge of the transversal supporting rod being installed with at least one supporting sheets capable of being inserted into the chair seat; a front transversal supporting rod being installed at a front side between the two chair frames; the front transversal supporting rod being at a lower position with respect to an upper end of each chair frame; each of two lateral side of the chair back having an insertion hole for receiving one of the two assembly posts and a buckling sleeve; a lower opening of the insertion hole being formed with a buckling groove for buckling and positioning the buckling sleeve; the buckling sleeve being a hollow sleeve with an opening at one end thereof; wherein in assembly, the assembly post is inserted into the hollow portion of the buckling sleeve and then the buckling sleeve is inserted into the insertion hole of the chair back; after assembly, the top end of the buckling sleeve is between a top end of the assembly post and a top wall of the insertion hole so as to suffer forces from the assembly post toward the top wall of the insertion hole.
  • Furthermore, an extending sleeve portion extends from and integrally formed to a lower end of the buckling sleeve for receiving the assembly sheet of the assembly post; an outer side of the assembly sheet is installed with a buckling block for buckling to a buckling groove of a receiving groove of the chair back.

  • DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be provided in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims. As illustrated in FIG. 1, the chair frame 1 includes two leg frames 11 for combining a chair seat 3 and two assembly posts 12 extending from a back side of the leg frames 11 for combining with a chair back 3. An inner side of an upper rod body 111 of each leg frame 11 is installed with a supporting sheet 112 capable of being inserted into the seat 2. An inner side of each assembly post 12 is installed with an assembly sheet 121 for engaging to the chair back 3.
  • A rear transversal supporting rod 13 is installed at a back side between the two leg frames 11 of the chair frame 1. A front edge of the transversal supporting rod 13 is installed with at least one supporting sheets 131 which can be inserted into the chair seat 2. A front transversal supporting rod 14 is installed at a front side between the two chair frames 11. The front transversal supporting rod 14 is at a lower position from an upper end of each chair frame 11 for enhancing the structure of the leg frames 13 and for retaining the buckling sheets 22 at a front inner lower edge of the chair seat 2.
  • With reference to FIGS. 1 and 3 to 7, each of two lateral side of the chair back 3 has an insertion hole 31 for receiving one of the two assembly posts 12 and a buckling sleeve 4. A lower opening of the insertion hole 31 is formed with a buckling groove 321 for buckling and positioning the buckling sleeve 4. The buckling sleeve 4 is a hollow sleeve with an opening at one end thereof. A top end 40 of the buckling sleeve 4 opposite to the opening thereof is enhanced. In assembly, the assembly post 12 is inserted into the hollow portion of the buckling sleeve 4 and then the buckling sleeve 4 is inserted into the insertion hole 31 of the chair back 3. After assembly, the top end 40 of the buckling sleeve 4 is between a top end of the assembly post 12 and a top wall of the insertion hole 31 so as to suffer forces from the assembly post 12 toward the top wall of the insertion hole 31 effectively.
  • Referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, it is illustrated that an extending sleeve portion 41 extends from and integrally formed to a lower end of the buckling sleeve 4 for receiving the assembly sheet 121 of the assembly post 12. An outer side of the assembly sheet 121 is installed with a buckling block 42 for buckling to a buckling groove 321 of a receiving groove 32 of the chair back 3. As for separating the chair back 3 from the chair frames 11, the chair back 3 is forced to cause the buckling block 43 of the buckling sleeve 4 to separate from the buckling groove 321 so that the chair back 3 is separated from the assembly post 12 of the chair frame 1. In detaching, a hand tool is inserted into a gap between the extending sleeve portion 41 of the buckling sleeve 4 and the receiving groove 32 of the chair back 3. With reference to FIGS. 8 to 16, each of two upper lateral sides of the chair seat 2 is formed with a concave space 20 for installing the upper rod body 111 of each leg frame 11. A left and a right end of a rear side of the chair seat 2 are formed with respective concave spaces 20 for installing the transversal supporting rod 13 at a back side of the chair frame 1. Each of the concave space at the upper lateral sides of the chair seat 2 is formed with an inserting groove 21 (as illustrated in FIGS. 14 and 15). The concave spaces 20 at the rear side of the chair seat 2 are formed with respective insertion recesses 22 for locating the supporting sheets 131 of the transversal supporting rod (as illustrated in FIG. 16). A left and a right end of a front edge of a bottom side of the chair seat 2 are formed with respective buckling sheets 23 for retaining the chair seat 2 to the front transversal supporting rod 14 of the chair frame 1 (as illustrated in FIG. 17) so as to achieve the object that the chair seat 2 and the chair frame 1 are retained firmly in all aspects.
  • Advantages of the present invention are that the chair of the present invention has no any fixing elements, while the chair has a concrete structure with less components and lowest cost. The assembly of the chair is rapid and thus is economic.
  • The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.

Claims (3)

What is claimed is:
1. A chair without combining components, comprising:
a chair frame including two leg frames for combining a chair seat and two assembly posts extending from a back side of the leg frames for combining with a chair back; an inner side of an upper rod body of each leg frame being installed with a supporting sheet capable of being inserted into the seat; an inner side of each assembly post being installed with an assembly sheet for engaging to the chair back;
a rear transversal supporting rod installed at a back side between the two leg frames of the chair frame; a front edge of the transversal supporting rod being installed with at least one supporting sheets capable of being inserted into the chair seat; a front transversal supporting rod being installed at a front side between the two chair frames; the front transversal supporting rod being at a lower position with respect to an upper end of each chair frame;
each of two lateral side of the chair back having an insertion hole for receiving one of the two assembly posts and a buckling sleeve; a lower opening of the insertion hole being formed with a buckling groove for buckling and positioning the buckling sleeve; the buckling sleeve being hollow sleeve with an opening at one end thereof; and
wherein in assembly, the assembly post is inserted into the hollow portion of the buckling sleeve and then the buckling sleeve is inserted into the insertion hole of the chair back; after assembly, a top end of the buckling sleeve is between a top end of the assembly post and an inner upper wall of the insertion hole so as to suffer forces from the assembly post toward the inner upper wall of the insertion hole.
2. The chair without combining components as claimed in claim 1, wherein an extending sleeve portion extends from and integrally formed to a lower end of the buckling sleeve for receiving the assembly sheet of the assembly post; an outer side of the assembly sheet is installed with a buckling block for buckling to a buckling groove of a receiving groove of the chair back.
3. The chair without combining components as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of two upper lateral sides of the chair seat is formed with a concave space for installing the upper rod body of each leg frame; a left and a right end of a rear side of the chair seat are formed with respective concave spaces for installing the transversal supporting rod at a back side of the chair frame; each of the concave space at the upper lateral sides of the chair seat is formed with an inserting groove; and the concave spaces at the rear side of the chair seat are formed with respective insertion recesses for locating the supporting sheets of the transversal supporting rod; and
a left and a right end of a front edge of a bottom side of the chair seat are formed with respective buckling sheets for retaining the chair seat to the front transversal supporting rod of the chair frame so as to achieve the object that the chair seat and the chair frame are retained firmly in all aspects.
