Description
- The present invention relates to chairs, and in particular to a chair without combining components, in that the chair of the present invention has no any fixing elements, while the chair has a concrete structure with less components and lowest cost. The assembly of the chair is rapid and thus is economic.
- Generally, chairs are formed by chair frames, chair seats and chair backs. It is often that chairs are classified based on the chair seats and chair backs. For example, conventional wood is used for making chair seats and chair backs of chairs; wood chair seats and wood chair backs are installed with liners of elastic layers or net cloths; metal chairs has chair seats and backs containing metal plates or non-metal plates (such as plastic material); and metal or non-metal chair seats or chair backs installed with inner elastic layer or net cloth plates.
- In assembly of chairs, a polarity of screws are used to assembly the chair frame, seat and back of the chair. The chair seat and back are fixed to the chair frame. This conventional assembly way is not only time and labor consumed with high costs, but also exposed screws will deteriorate appearance of the chair and thus to affect the beauty and quality of the chair.
- It is a bottleneck for making a chair with short assembly time, low cost and convenient transportation, moreover, it also requires that no assembly elements are exposed out on the outer appearance of the chair so as to promote economic effect and overall quality.
- Inventor of the present invention has filed a patent with patent Ser. No. 13/937,221, in that retaining elements (such as screws) are used to combine the chair seat to the transversal supporting rod of the chair frame and the chair back is combined to the assembly sheets of the assembly posts of a chair frame by retaining elements so as to form a chair with easy assembly, time saved, low cost and convenience of transportation. No retaining element exposes from the appearances of the chair frame, seat, and back so as present a high quality chair.
- The prior art is combined by very few retaining elements (screws) as combining elements, but it is also time consumed and more labors are needed.
- Accordingly, to overcome the defects abovementioned, the present invention provides a chair without combining components, in that the chair of the present invention has no any fixing elements, while the chair has a concrete structure with less components and lowest cost. The assembly of the chair is rapid and thus is economic.
- Therefore, the chair of the present invention has no any combining components, which comprises: a chair frame including two leg frames for combining a chair seat and two assembly posts extending from a back side of the leg frames for combining with a chair back; an inner side of an upper rod body of each leg frame being installed with a supporting sheet capable of being inserted into the seat; an inner side of each assembly post being installed with an assembly sheet for engaging to the chair back; a rear transversal supporting rod installed at a back side between the two leg frames of the chair frame; a front edge of the transversal supporting rod being installed with at least one supporting sheets capable of being inserted into the chair seat; a front transversal supporting rod being installed at a front side between the two chair frames; the front transversal supporting rod being at a lower position with respect to an upper end of each chair frame; each of two lateral side of the chair back having an insertion hole for receiving one of the two assembly posts and a buckling sleeve; a lower opening of the insertion hole being formed with a buckling groove for buckling and positioning the buckling sleeve; the buckling sleeve being a hollow sleeve with an opening at one end thereof; wherein in assembly, the assembly post is inserted into the hollow portion of the buckling sleeve and then the buckling sleeve is inserted into the insertion hole of the chair back; after assembly, the top end of the buckling sleeve is between a top end of the assembly post and a top wall of the insertion hole so as to suffer forces from the assembly post toward the top wall of the insertion hole.
- Furthermore, an extending sleeve portion extends from and integrally formed to a lower end of the buckling sleeve for receiving the assembly sheet of the assembly post; an outer side of the assembly sheet is installed with a buckling block for buckling to a buckling groove of a receiving groove of the chair back.
