Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a fitness auxiliary device, and more particularly to a fitness auxiliary device for doing limb and waist exercises.
- 2. Description of the Prior Art
- As shown in
FIG. 1 , a conventional fitness auxiliary device is provided with wheels A at four corners of the bottom of the fitness auxiliary device. A holding rod B1 is transversely provided above the wheels A. A top rod B2 is provided above the holding rod B1. - When the user holds the holding rod B1, his/her elbow leans against the top rod. Through the wheels A, the user can move the fitness auxiliary device back and forth for doing push-pull stretch exercises. If two fitness auxiliary devices are used, the user can hold the holding rods to move left and right as well as back and forth for doing stretch exercises.
- The conventional fitness auxiliary device uses the wheels to do push-pull motions. It is not easy for the user to pull the fitness auxiliary device back when the wheels are pushed outward. Sometimes, the user may fall and lie on the ground. If two fitness auxiliary devices are used for doing left and right stretch exercises, the user may fall and lie on the ground much easier.
- The conventional fitness auxiliary device can be used for doing stretch exercises or doing push-ups when the conventional fitness auxiliary device is turned over and the wheels are away from the ground. The conventional fitness auxiliary device is not safe for use. Accordingly, the inventor of the present invention has devoted himself based on his many years of practical experiences to solve these problems.
- The primary object of the present invention is to provide a fitness auxiliary device. The fitness auxiliary device comprises first and second support boards, a holding rod, a top rod, a pull rod, a caster seat, a buckle member, and first, second, and third casters. The first and second support boards each have an inclined surface at one side thereof. The top rod is transversely disposed at the upper ends of the inclined surfaces of the first and second support boards. The top rod is connected with the first and second support boards. The holding rod is parallel to the top rod and located under the top rod. The pull rod is transversely disposed at the lower ends of the inclined surfaces of the first and second support boards and located under the holding rod. The rear ends of the bottoms of the first and second support boards are provided with the first and second casters opposite the pull rod. The caster seat is fixedly connected to the middle of the pull rod. The caster seat is provided with the third caster. A front end of the caster seat is provided with the buckle member. The buckle member is formed with a buckle hole. An elastic rope is provided. Two ends of the elastic rope are provided with buckle heads. Each buckle head is a movable buckle for connecting the buckle hole and a slide board or a flat board, such that the fitness auxiliary device can be used variously.
- In one embodiment, the fitness auxiliary device of the present invention is connected with a slide board. One face of the slide board is provided with a plurality of wheels. One side of the slide board is provided with a functional buckle member. The functional buckle member is formed with a functional buckle hole for the buckle head at one end of the elastic rope to engage with the functional buckle hole. Another end of the elastic rope is buckled to the buckle member of the fitness auxiliary device. The fitness auxiliary device is turned reversely, enabling the top rod and the rear ends of the first and second support boards to get contact with the ground. The first, second, and third casters are away from the ground. When the user holds the holding rod, because the fitness auxiliary device is stationary, the user can kneel on the slide board to move back and forth for doing waist and hip exercises or push-ups.
- In another embodiment, two fitness auxiliary devices are used and placed at two sides of both hands. The first, second, and third casters are contact with the ground. The buckle hole of the buckle member of one fitness auxiliary device is buckled by the buckle head at one end of the elastic rope. The buckle head at the other end of the elastic rope is to buckle the buckle hole of the buckle member of the other fitness auxiliary device. When in use, the user holds the holding rods of the two fitness auxiliary devices and kneels on the flat board or on the ground. The user stretches out his/her both hands to move the two fitness auxiliary devices. The two fitness auxiliary devices are limited by the elastic rope, enhancing the safety of doing exercises.
- A further embodiment, the fitness auxiliary device is connected with the flat board. The middle of one side of the flat board is fixedly connected with a functional buckle member. The functional buckle member is formed with a functional buckle hole for the buckle heads at one end of two elastic ropes to engage with the functional buckle hole. The buckle heads at the other end of the two elastic ropes are to engage with the buckle members of two fitness auxiliary devices. The first, second, and third casters of the two fitness auxiliary devices are contact with the ground to form a three-way support. When the user holds the holding rods of the two fitness auxiliary devices with both hands, the user's elbows can lean against the top rods to get auxiliary balance tension for a stretch. The user kneels on the flat board. Because the flat board is stationary, the user can push the two fitness auxiliary devices outward with both hands. The two fitness auxiliary devices are pulled by the elastic ropes to move back and forth in turn for doing stretch exercises.
