  • The present invention relates to a drain device, which is simply connected and installed at a lower portion of a drainpipe of a washbasin to smoothly drain water and prevent sewage from flowing backward and installed to come into close contact with a bottom surface of a lower protrusion part of the washbasin, and thereby to prevent water from leaking from the washbasin, and more particularly, to a trap integrated drain device for a washbasin, which includes an upper fastener having a ring shape in a horizontal direction, having a drainpipe penetration hole punched in a central portion thereof so as to be insert-coupled to an outer circumference of a drainpipe that protrudes downward by penetrating a lower protrusion part of the washbasin, and including a plurality of close-contacting protrusions radially protruding from a top surface thereof, a sealing packing having a ring shape, insert-coupled to the outer circumference of the drainpipe, and disposed on the top surface of the upper fastener to come into close contact with a bottom surface of the lower protrusion part of the washbasin by the close-contacting protrusions so that watertightness is maintained, a tightening nut disposed on the bottom surface of the upper fastener and screw-coupled to a male screw part of the drainpipe to allow the upper fastener and the sealing packing to be fixed and coupled to the bottom surface of the lower protrusion part of the washbasin, a barrel-shaped trap casing, of which an upper portion is opened and screw-coupled to the upper fastener, including an outlet connected to a lower pipe at a lower portion thereof to protrude downward, and a barrel-shaped trap member, of which an upper portion is opened, including a plurality of mounting protrusions that radially protrude from an outer circumferential surface of an upper portion thereof so as to be mounted on a stepped portion disposed on an inner circumferential surface of the trap casing and installed movable in a vertical direction, wherein a lower portion of the drainpipe is disposed inside the trap member through the opened upper portion of the trap member.
  • BACKGROUND ART
  • In general, a drain trap provided as a P-shape or S-shaped curved pipe and coupled and fixed between a washbasin-side drainpipe and a sewer-side drainpipe by using a nut is installed at a drainpipe of a washbasin installed in bathrooms, toilets, or the like so as to prevent bad smell or worms from being introduced. The P-shaped or S-shaped drain trap is inconvenient in cleaning of foreign matters such as hairs that are introduced together with drained water because the foreign matters are frequently accumulated in the drain trap. Also, since it is difficult to accurately match a connection position of the drainpipe during the installation, there are problems in that the installation and repairing are very inconvenient.
  • As the related art for improving the foregoing problems, Korean Utility Model Registration No. 20-0367296 discloses a drain trap for a washbasin, characterized in that an I-shaped drain trap having a general shape, in which a lower body and an upper body are provided, and a protrusion pipe part is disposed on the lower body so that water is collected, includes: an upper body in which a screw is disposed on an outer circumference of an end thereof so that a washbasin drainpipe is connected, an inflow pipe part is lengthily provided in the other end thereof, and a case of which a lower end is opened with a certain space is disposed on an outer circumference of the inflow pipe part; and a lower body in which a stepped portion is disposed on an outer circumference so that the upper body is seated, a hook container to which a plurality of legs are attached is disposed to be positioned in a rice bowl shape on an upper end of a drain hole, and a discharge pipe part is disposed on a lower end thereof so as to be connected to a flexible drainpipe.
  • In the related art, since the lower portion of the inflow pipe part of the upper body is disposed near an inlet-side upper portion of the hook container provided on the lower body, when water drained from the washbasin drainpipe is filled into the hook container through the inflow pipe part and then overflows, an inflow amount of water flowing out of the flexible drainpipe through the discharge pipe part may be reduced. As a result, in case where the water does not flow over the hook container, since the water is filled up to the opened inlet-side upper end of the hook container, the introduction of bad smell or worms through the discharge pipe part may be prevented. However, the related art have problems in which, when sewage flows backward from the flexible drainpipe connected to the lower portion, the sewage may flow backward as it is through the drainpipe of the washbasin due to lack of the reverse flow prevention function because the legs of the hook container are fixed and attached to an outer circumferential surface of an upper portion of the drain hole of the lower body, and since the drain trap is simply installed in a state of being spaced a predetermined distance from the lower portion of the drainpipe of the washbasin, the connection portion between the drainpipe and the drain trap and the connection portion between the washbasin and the drainpipe may be loosed because the lower portion of the drain trap easily moves during the use to cause leakage of water within the washbasin to the outside through the connection portions.
  • As illustrated in FIG. 10, in an “I”-shaped trap drain device 26′ that is commonly used in the present, a sealing packing 11′ and a tightening nut 12 are insert-installed in a male screw part 6 b′ of a drainpipe 5′ installed to penetrate a lower protrusion part 4′ of a washbasin 3′, the “I”-shaped trap drain device 26′ is screw-coupled to a lower portion of the drainpipe 5′ through a coupler 27′, and a lower pipe 15′ is connected to a lower discharge pipe 29′ of the drain device 26′ so that water discharged from a washbasin 3′ is introduced into the “I”-shaped trap drain device 26′ through the drainpipe 5′ and then discharged to the lower pipe 15′ through the lower discharge pipe 29′ via a case-shaped trap member 18′ having an opened lower portion in the “I”-shaped trap drain device 26′. However, the “I”-shaped trap drain device 26′ has a problem in which, since the drain device 26′ is connected and installed at the lower portion of the drainpipe 5′ in a state of being spaced a predetermined distance from the lower protrusion part 4′ of the washbasin 3′, a lower side of the “I”-shaped trap drain device 26′ easily moves during the use to loose a connection portion between the drainpipe 5′ exposed to the outside and the tightening nut 12′ and a connection portion between the drainpipe 5′ and the coupler 27′, and thereby to cause leakage of the water drained through each of the connection portions to the outside, and a problem in which, since installation positions of the tightening nut 12′, the sealing packing 11′, and the coupler 27′ are different from each other, overall assembly and installation are inconvenient, and it takes a long time to disassemble the trap drain device 26′, and thereby to cause difficulty in inner cleaning, and also, since the trap member 18′ within the “I”-shaped trap drain device 26′ is fixed and installed inside the “I”-shaped trap drain device 26′ through a plurality of supports 28′, and a separate reverse flow prevention function is lack, when sewage flows backward from the lower pipe 15′, the sewage flows backward as it is through the drainpipe 5′ of the washbasin 3′.
  • SUMMARY OF INVENTION Technical Problem
  • To solve the foregoing problems, an objective of the present invention is to provide a trap integrated drain device in which a sealing packing, an upper fastener, and a tightening nut are successively insert-coupled to an outer circumference of a drainpipe that protrudes downward by penetrating a lower protrusion part of a washbasin to allow the sealing packing to be inserted in close contact with a gap between the lower protrusion part and the drainpipe by a plurality of close-contacting protrusions radially protruding from a top surface of an upper fastener so that watertightness is maintained, and the close-contacting protrusions come into close contact with a bottom surface of the sealing packing so that a trap casing is easily released without idling of the upper fastener when the trap casing coupled to a lower portion of the upper fastener is rotated and disassembled, and thereby to facilitate overall assembly and installation and perform simple cleaning of the trap casing, and also, a stepped portion is disposed on an inner circumferential surface of the trap casing connected and installed downward at the upper fastener, a mounting protrusion disposed on a barrel-shaped trap member, of which an upper portion is opened, is mounted on the stepped portion to allow the trap member to be installed movable in a vertical direction, and a lower portion of the drainpipe is inserted into the trap member so that water discharged from the drainpipe is transferred and discharged to a lower portion of the trap casing via a space between the trap member and the drainpipe, and when sewage flows backward, the trap member ascends by the sewage flowing backward to block a lower end of the drainpipe, and thereby to prevent the sewage from flowing backward to the washbasin.

  • MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
  • Hereinafter, preferred configurations of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
  • As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 9, a trap integrated drain device 1 for a washbasin according to the present invention is a drain device for preventing water from leaking from a washbasin 3, which is simply installed to be connected to a lower portion of a drainpipe 5 of the general washbasin 3 to smoothly drain water and prevent sewage from flowing backward and installed to come into close contact with a bottom surface of a lower protrusion part 4 of the washbasin 3, and thereby to prevent water from leaking from the washbasin 3. The trap integrated drain device 1 includes an upper fastener 2 having a ring shape in a horizontal direction, having a drainpipe penetration hole 7 punched in a central portion thereof so as to be insert-coupled to an outer circumference of the drainpipe 5 that protrudes downward by penetrating the lower protrusion part 4 of the washbasin, and including a plurality of close-contacting protrusions 8 radially protruding from a top surface thereof, a sealing packing 11 having a ring shape, insert-coupled to the outer circumference of the drainpipe 5, and disposed on the top surface of the upper fastener 2 to come into close contact with a bottom surface of the lower protrusion part 4 of the washbasin 3 by the close-contacting protrusions 8 so that watertightness is maintained, a tightening nut 12 disposed on the bottom surface of the upper fastener 2 and screw-coupled to a male screw part 6 b of the drainpipe 5 to allow the upper fastener 2 and the sealing packing 11 to be fixed and coupled to the bottom surface of the lower protrusion part 4 of the washbasin 3, a barrel-shaped trap casing 13, of which an upper portion is opened and screw-coupled to the upper fastener 2, including an outlet 16 connected to a lower pipe 15 at a lower portion thereof to vertically protrude downward, and a barrel-shaped trap member 18, of which an upper portion is opened, including a plurality of mounting protrusions 19 that radially protrude from an outer circumferential surface of an upper portion thereof so as to be mounted on a stepped portion 17 disposed on an inner circumferential surface of the trap casing 13 and installed movable in a vertical direction, wherein a lower portion of the drainpipe 5 is disposed inside the trap member through the opened upper portion of the trap member.
  • As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 5, the upper fastener 2 is a part that is insert-coupled to the drainpipe 5 installed to protrude downward by penetrating the lower protrusion part 4 of the washbasin 3. In the upper fastener 2 having the ring shape in the horizontal direction, a male screw part 6 a is disposed on an outer circumferential surface thereof so that the trap casing 13 having a female screw part 14 on an upper portion of an inner circumferential surface thereof is screw-coupled to correspond to the upper fastener 2, and the drainpipe penetration hole 7 having a diameter corresponding to an outer diameter of the drainpipe 5 is punched in the central portion thereof so that the upper fastener 2 is insert-coupled to the outer circumference of the drainpipe 5 that protrudes downward by penetrating the lower protrusion part 4 of the washbasin 3. Also, the plurality of close-contacting protrusions 8 radially protrude from the top surface of the upper fastener 2. Here, the close-contacting protrusions 8 radially protrude from the top surface of the upper fastener 2 with respect to the drainpipe penetration hole 7. Also, when the tightening nut 12 disposed on the bottom surface of the upper fastener 2 is tightly coupled, the close-contacting protrusions 8 of the upper fastener 2 comes into close contact with the bottom surface of the sealing packing 11 made of a rubber material. Thus, the trap casing 13 is easily released without idling of the upper fastener 2 when the trap casing 13 coupled to the lower portion of the upper fastener 2 is rotated to be disassembled to facilitate overall assembly and installation and easily perform cleaning of the trap casing 13.
  • Also, in case of being tightly coupled by the tightening nut 12, the close-contacting protrusions 8 of the upper fastener 2 compresses and supports the sealing packing 11 upward to allow the sealing packing 11 to block a gap between the lower protrusion part 4 and the drainpipe 5 so that the watertightness is maintained, thereby preventing water within the washbasin 3 from leaking through the gap.
  • Also, the upper fastener 2 has an upper stepped portion 9 that protrudes outward from the upper portion of the outer circumferential surface thereof. An upper end of the trap casing 13 screw-coupled to the male screw part 6 a disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the upper fastener 2 is coupled to come into close contact with the upper stepped portion 9, and a general sealing ring (not shown) is disposed between the trap casing 13 and the upper fastener 2 to prevent water from leaking between the upper fastener 2 and the trap casing 13.
  • In the washbasin 3, a general drain trap 10 operating in a push button or lever manner is built in an inner upper portion of the drainpipe 5 to open an inlet of the drainpipe 5.
  • As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 5, the sealing packing 11 is a part that blocks the gap between the lower protrusion part 4 of the washbasin 3 and the drainpipe 5 to prevent water from leaking. The sealing packing 11 is made of a rubber material such as synthetic rubber or natural rubber, has a ring shape, and is insert-coupled to the outer circumference of the drainpipe 5. Also, the sealing packing 11 is disposed on the top surface of the upper fastener 2 to come into close contact with the bottom surface of the lower protrusion part 4 of the washbasin 3 by the close-contacting protrusions 8 so that the watertightness is maintained. Since the sealing packing 11 has a planar lower portion and an upper portion that is inclined upward from an outer portion to an inner portion thereof, as illustrated in FIGS. 4 and 5, an inner portion of the sealing packing 11 is compressed and supported upward by the close-contacting protrusions 8 of the upper fastener 2 and the tightening nut 12 and thus inserted into the gap between the lower protrusion part 4 of the washbasin 3 and the drainpipe 5 to prevent water within the washbasin 3 from leaking through the gap.
  • As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 5, the tightening nut 12 is a part for fixing and coupling the upper fastener 2 to the sealing packing 11. The tightening nut 12 is disposed to come into contact with the bottom surface of the upper fastener 2 and screw-coupled to the male screw part 6 b disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the drainpipe 5 to allow the upper fastener 2 and the sealing packing 11 to be fixed and coupled to come into close contact with the bottom surface of the lower protrusion part 4 of the washbasin 3. Also, the tightening nut 12 through which the upper fastener 2 and the sealing packing 11 are tightly coupled to each other is disposed inside the trap casing 13 to transfer the water leaking through the gap of the connection portion between the tightening nut 12 and the drainpipe 5 to the inside of the trap casing 13, thereby preventing the water from leaking to the outside.
  • As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 5, the trap casing 13 is a part that is assembled and coupled to the outer circumferential surface of the upper fastener 2 in a vertical downward direction. The trap casing 13 has the barrel shape with the opened upper portion, and the female screw part 14 is disposed on the upper portion of the inner circumferential surface of the trap casing 13. Thus, the trap casing 13 is screw-coupled to correspond to the male screw part 6 a disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the upper fastener 2, and the outlet 16 connected to the lower pipe 15 through which the water drained from the washbasin 3 is discharged to a general sewage pipe conduit protrudes downward from the lower portion of the trap casing 13. The stepped portion 17 is disposed on the upper portion of the inner circumferential surface of the trap casing 13. Thus, as illustrated in FIGS. 4 and 5, the mounting protrusions 19 of the trap member 18 are mounted on the stepped portion 17 so that the trap member 18 is mounted in a state of being spaced a predetermined distance from the inner circumferential surface of the trap casing 13. Therefore, the water drained from the drainpipe 5 may be drained to the outlet 16 provided on the lower portion of the trap casing 13 through the space between the trap member 18 and the inner circumferential surface of the trap casing 13 via the trap member 18.
  • Also, in the trap casing 13, since the upper portion of the stepped portion 17 has an inner diameter corresponding to an outer diameter of the trap member 18, which corresponds to the protruding portion of each of the mounting protrusions 19, the trap member 18 is installed vertically movable inside the trap casing 13. Thus, when sewage flows backward through the outlet 16, the trap member 18 ascends by the sewage that flows backward to allow an inner bottom surface of the trap member 18 to block a lower end of the drainpipe 5, thereby preventing the sewage from flowing backward to the washbasin 3.
  • As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 5, the trap member 18 is a part for smoothly discharging the water drained from the drainpipe 5, blocking bad smell or worms from the lower pipe 15, and preventing the sewage from flowing backward. The trap member 18 has the barrel shape with the opened upper portion, and the plurality of mounting protrusions 19 radially protrude from the outer circumferential surface of the upper portion of the trap member 18. Thus, the trap member 18 is mounted on the stepped portion 17 disposed on the inner circumferential surface of the trap casing 13 so that the trap member 18 is installed vertically movable, and the lower portion of the drainpipe 5 is disposed inside the trap member 18 through the opened upper portion. Also, the trap member 18 has an outer diameter less than an inner diameter of the trap casing 13, and thus, the outer circumferential surface of the trap member 18 is spaced a predetermined distance from the inner circumferential surface of the trap casing 13 in the state in which the trap member 18 is mounted inside the trap casing 13. The mounting protrusions 19 are mounted on the stepped portion 17 in a state of protruding in an outward horizontal direction on the outer circumferential surface of the upper portion of the trap member 18. A potion of the trap member on which each of the mounting protrusions 19 is disposed has an outer diameter corresponding to an inner diameter of the upper portion of the stepped portion 17 of the trap casing 13 so that the trap member 18 is installed vertically movable. The lower end of the drainpipe 5 disposed inside the trap member 18 is disposed on the upper portion of the trap member 18, which is spaced a predetermined distance from the inner bottom surface of the trap member 18, to allow the water drained through the drainpipe 5 to be discharged in a zigzag manner between the trap casing 13 and the trap member 18 through the space between the trap member 18 and the drainpipe 5 and then discharged to the outlet 16 of the lower portion of the trap casing 13.
  • Also, as illustrated in FIG. 5, water is filled at a predetermined level in the trap member 18 in ordinary day to prevent the bad smell or worms from being introduced through the drainpipe 5 from the lower pipe 15. Also, the trap member 18 ascends by a water pressure of sewage that flows backward when the sewage flows backward through the lower pipe 15 to allow the inner bottom surface of the trap member 18 to block the lower end of the drainpipe 5, thereby preventing the sewage from flowing backward into the washbasin 3.
  • A plurality of foreign matter capturing protrusions 20 protrude upward at a predetermined distance on the upper end of the trap member 18 to catch foreign matters such as hairs contained in water drained from the drainpipe 5 on the foreign matter capturing protrusions 20, thereby preventing the foreign matters from being discharged to the lower pipe 15.
  • Also, as illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 7, since a movement prevention protrusion wire 21 having a straight-line shape in a forward/backward horizontal direction protrudes upward from each of both left and right sides of the top surface of the upper fastener 2, a support plate 23 of a washbasin support 22 that supports the lower portion of the washbasin 3 is seated on the top surface of the upper fastener 2 to prevent the upper fastener 2 from moving by the left and right movement prevention protrusion wires 21. The washbasin support 22 has a rod shape having a height corresponding to a distance between the washbasin 3 and the bottom surface, and the support plate 23 that is laid in a horizontal direction is fixed and attached at a rear side of an outer surface of the upper portion of the washbasin support 22. Since a through-hole 24 is punched in the support plate 23, the drainpipe 5 is penetrated and interposed together in a state in which the sealing packing 11 is disposed on a top surface of the support plate 23. The upper fastener 2 is disposed to come into contact with a lower portion of the support plate 23, and the support plate 23 is correspondingly insert-coupled between the left and right movement prevention protrusion wires 21 and then tightly coupled through the tightening nut 12. As illustrated in FIG. 7, the washbasin support 22 is installed together with the trap integrated drain device 1 for the washbasin of the prevent invention to stably support the bottom surface of the washbasin 3 in a state of vertically standing up on the bottom surface of a bathroom or toilet.
  • In a trap integrated drain device 1 for a washbasin according to the present invention, as illustrated in FIGS. 8 and 9, a tightening nut 12 may be integrated with an upper fastener 2. In this case, the trap integrated drain device 1 includes an upper fastener 2 having a ring shape in a horizontal direction and in which a male screw part 6 a is disposed on an outer circumferential surface thereof, a drainpipe coupling hole 25 having a female screw part on an inner circumferential surface thereof is punched in a central portion thereof, and a tightening nut 12 is integrated with a lower portion thereof in a state of communicating with the drainpipe coupling hole 25 so that the upper fastener 2 is insert-coupled in a screw-coupling manner to the male screw part 6 b of the drainpipe 5 protruding downward by penetrating a lower protrusion part 4 of the washbasin 3 through the drainpipe coupling hole 25 and the tightening nut 12 to allow a sealing packing 11 disposed on a top surface of the upper fastener 2 to be fixed and coupled to a bottom surface of the lower protrusion part 4 of the washbasin 3, the sealing packing 11 having a ring shape, insert-coupled to an outer circumference of the drainpipe 5, and disposed on the top surface of the upper fastener 2 to come into close contact with the bottom surface of the lower protrusion part 4 of the washbasin 3 so that watertightness is maintained, a barrel-shaped trap casing 13, of which an upper portion is opened, including a female screw part 14 on an upper portion of an inner circumferential surface thereof so as to be screw-coupled to the male screw part 6 a of the upper fastener 2 and an outlet 16 vertically protruding downward and connected to the lower pipe 15, and a barrel-shaped trap member 18, of which an upper portion is opened, including a plurality of mounting protrusions 19 that radially protrude from an outer circumferential surface of an upper portion thereof so as to be mounted on a stepped portion 17 disposed on an inner circumferential surface of the trap casing 13 and installed movable in a vertical direction, wherein a lower portion of the drainpipe 5 is disposed inside the trap member 18 through the opened upper portion of the trap member 18.
  • Hereinafter, an operation according to the present invention is as follows. When the trap integrated drain device 1 for the washbasin according to the present invention is connected and installed to the drainpipe 5 of the general washbasin 3 to smoothly drain water and prevent sewage from flowing backward and installed to come into close contact with the bottom surface of the lower protrusion part 4 of the washbasin 3, and thereby prevent water from leaking from the washbasin 3, as illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4, the sealing packing 11 is insert-coupled to the outer circumference of the lower portion of the drainpipe 5 that protrudes downward by penetrating the lower protrusion part 4 of the washbasin 3, and the tightening nut 12 is insert-coupled to the male screw part 6 b of the drainpipe 5 in the screw-coupling manner while the drainpipe penetration hole 7 of the upper fastener 2 is insert-coupled to the lower portion of the sealing packing 11. An inner portion of the sealing packing 11 is compressed and supported upward by the close-contacting protrusion 8 of the upper fastener 2 and the tightening nut 12 and thus inserted into the gap between the lower protrusion part 4 of the washbasin 3 and the drainpipe 5 to prevent the water within the washbasin 3 from leaking through the gap. The mounting protrusion 19 of the trap member 18 is mounted on the stepped portion 17 disposed on the inner circumferential surface of the trap casing 13 so that the trap member 18 is mounted inside the trap casing 13. In this state, the female screw part 14 disposed on the inner circumferential surface of the upper portion of the trap casing 13 is screw-coupled to the male screw part 6 a disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the upper fastener 2 to assemble the upper fastener 2 with the trap casing 13. Then, the lower pipe 15 for discharging the water drained from the washbasin 3 to the general sewage pipe conduit is connected to the outlet 16 that protrudes from the lower portion of the trap casing 13 to complete the installation of the trap integrated drain device 1 for the washbasin.
  • As described above, in the state in which the trap integrated drain device 1 for the washbasin is connected to the drainpipe 5 of the general washbasin 3, when water is drained from the drainpipe 5 of the washbasin 3, as illustrated in FIG. 5, the lower end of the drainpipe 5, which is disposed inside the trap member 18, is disposed on the upper portion of the trap member 18, which is spaced a predetermined distance from the inner bottom surface of the trap member 18 to allow the water drained through the drainpipe 5 to be discharged in a zigzag manner between the trap casing 13 and the trap member 18 through the space between the trap member 18 and the drainpipe 5 and then smoothly discharged to the outlet 16 of the lower portion of the trap casing 13. Thus, water is filled at a predetermined level in the trap member in ordinary day to prevent the bad smell or worms from being introduced through the drainpipe 5 from the lower pipe 15.
  • Also, when it is intended to separate the trap casing 13 so as to clean the inside of the trap casing 13, since the close-contacting protrusion 8 of the upper fastener 2 comes into close contact with the bottom surface of the sealing packing 11 made of the rubber material, the barrel-shaped trap casing 13 of which the upper portion is opened is easily released without the idling of the upper fastener 2 when the trap casing 13 coupled to the lower portion of the upper fastener 2 is rotated to facilitate the overall assembly and installation and easily perform the cleaning of the inside of the trap casing 13.
  • INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY
  • The present invention is usable for drain device industries.
