The toilet seat assembly comprises a damper device, an adapter, and a fastening device. The fastening device is fixed on the toilet ceramic body. The fastening device is provided with a shaft head. The adapter is connected with the damper device. The damper device is used to support the pivotal turning of the toilet cover, namely, the toilet cover is installed on the damper device in a pivotal way. The adapter is formed with a radial blind bore for insertion of the shaft head of the fastening device.
- The toilet seat assembly limits the horizontal and vertical movement of the adapter and the damper device as well as the turning of the adapter and the damper device through the shaft head of the fastening device to be inserted into the radial blind bore of the adapter. The limit displacement mechanism is by means of cooperation of the shaft head of the fastening device and the radial blind bore of the adapter, namely, the shaft head of the fastening device is inserted in the radial blind bore of the adapter.
- Chinese Patent Publication No. CN203828832U discloses a structure used for installation of a toilet cover and a ceramic toilet. The structure comprises a fixing base disposed on the ceramic toilet. The fixing base is formed with a positioning hole. The middle of the side wall of the positioning hole is formed with an accommodation trough. A screw nut is accommodated in the accommodation trough. A fixing member includes a fixing rod and a fixing head located at one end of the fixing rod. The fixing rod is provided with threads. The fixing rod is inserted into the positioning hole and screwedly connected with the screw nut. The circumferential edge of the fixing head is provided with an engaging portion which first protrudes and then concaves. A positioning spring is secured on the toilet cover. The positioning spring includes at least two leaf springs corresponding in shape to the fixing head. The leaf springs hold against the fixing head.
- The structure used for installation of a toilet cover and a ceramic toilet limits the horizontal movement of the toilet cover by means of the engaging portion of the fixing head to cooperate with the arc protrusions of the two leaf springs. However, the engaging portion is an arc trough in cooperation with the arc protrusions of the two leaf springs to limit the horizontal movement of the toilet cover. When the toilet cover is turned, the arc surfaces are easy to slide away each other. In addition, the positioning spring has a complicated structure. The arc engaging portion and the arc protrusion are parallel axially. During the turning of the toilet cover, the arc engaging portion applies a radial force to the arc protrusion. The direction of the radial force and the elastic direction of the arc protrusion to clamp the fixing member are opposite to each other, so they may slide away.
