Abstract

Description
- This application is a continuation of, and claims priority to, Chinese Patent Application No. 201530244766.X with a filing date of Jul. 9, 2015. The content of the aforementioned application, including any intervening amendments thereto, is incorporated herein by reference.
- The present invention refers to the field of shielding card, in particular to a new-type non-contact metallic shielding information data card, which can protect the personal information of credit card. IC card, smart card, identity card, driving license, bank card from being stolen by RFID electronic scanner effectively, and bringing unnecessary loss information exposure or other risks.
- At present, the smart card and application technology thereof are developing rapidly, involving every field of various departments (finance, telecommunication, transportation, E-wallet, government, public utilities, medical treatment, associations and organizations etc.). Smart cards refer to deposit card, credit card, IC card, identity card, driving license, bank card and any other RFID cards storing personal information. These fields relate to vital interests of each individual, so the safety problem of identity card, bank card, credit card and other important documents becomes the biggest concern of users.
- Near Field, Communication (NEC), running as the frequency of 13.56 MHz within 20 cm, is a radio engineering of short range and high frequency. There are three kinds of transmission speed, namely, 106 Kbit/s, 212 Kbit/s and 424 Kbit/s. At present, NFC has approved the requirements of ISO/IEC IS 18092 international criterion, ECMA-340 criterion and ETSI TS 102190 criterion. Evolving from the combination of non-contact radio frequency identification and interconnection technology, it can identify and exchange the data with compatible devices within short distance if combined with inductive card reader, inductive card and the function of point to point on the single chip.
- Do you believe “A World without Thieves”? In the technological advanced city, more and more NFC devices are emerged with the development of NFC technology, such as mobile phone with NFC module. All banks also launch IC card with IC chip and can be identified by NFC devices correspondingly. - To solve the problem as described above, the present invention provides a new-type non-contact metallic shielding information data card, which is light and handy. It can protect the personal information of credit card, IC card, smart card, identity card, driving license, bank card from being stolen by RFID electronic scanner effectively, and bringing unnecessary loss due to information exposure or other risks.
- To achieve above purpose, the technical proposals are as follows: A new-type non-contact metallic shielding information data card, comprising a first shielding layer, a second shielding layer, and an accommodation space in physical composed of the first shielding layer and the second shielding layer for placing cards. The first shielding layer and the second shielding layer are sheet metal, words and/or images can be printed on the front and back side of the surface of sheet metal.)
- Preferably, the surface of the first shielding layer is covered with the protective surface layer, wherein the protective surface layer is plastic.
- Preferably, the surface of the second shielding layer is covered with the protective surface layer, wherein the protective surface layer is plastic.
- Preferably, the surface of the first shielding layer is covered with the protective surface layer, the protective surface layer is paper card, and the protective surface layer is covered with a layer of transparent protective film.
- Preferably, the surface of the second shielding layer is covered with the protective surface layer, the protective surface layer is paper card, and the protective surface layer is covered with a layer of transparent protective film.
- Preferably, three sides of the first shielding layer and the second shielding layer are connected fixedly to form an accommodation space. The unconnected side of the first shielding layer and the second shielding layer forms an opening.
- A new-type non-contact metallic shielding information data card and manufacturing method thereof according to
claim 1, it comprises steps as follows: - Step 1: tablet compressing. Melt the metal raw materials and compress it into sheet metal by press;
- Step 2: cutting the sheet metal into the first shielding layer and the second shielding layer respectively after image printing on the front and back side of sheet metal.
- Step 3: placing the first shielding layer and the second shielding layer oppositely and forming the information data shielding card of the present invention;
- Preferably, it further comprises steps as follows after step 3:
- Step 1: preparing sheet piece, it can be plastic or paper card, cutting the sheet piece into the protective surface layer and the protective bottom layer respectively after the surface image are printed on the surface of sheet piece by printer based on customer's design;
- Step 2: mounting the protective surface layer and the protective bottom layer on top and bottom surface of sheet metal by accurate mounting machine;
- Step 3: putting the finished goods of
step 2 into high speed forming machine to form into the first shielding layer - Step 4: manufacturing the second shielding layer based on
step 1 to step 3; - The advantages of the present invention are as follows: it light and handy, and can shield the interference of electromagnetic wave. A shielding space in physical can be formed between the first shielding layer and the second shielding layer due to shielding effect of metal, thereby the metal between the shielding space can isolate the bank card, credit card or other smart cards between the first shielding layer and the second shielding layer, so NFC devices can't obtain the information of smart cards even if near the cardholder, which assures the information safety of smart cards effectively and protects magnetic strip or chip of magnetic card from being affected by the effect of ferromagnetism, magnetic field and electromagnetic wave, so data can't be stolen by RFID electronic scanner. It can protect the personal information of credit card, IC card, smart card, identity card, driving license, bank card from being stolen by RFID electronic scanner effectively, and bringing unnecessary loss due to information exposure or other risks. Based on the principle of faraday cage, the present invention is designed like an “Insulation Device”, utilizing the metal as raw materials. Any NFC devices can't read the information of card in the present invention, not to mention recharge, transfer accounts, payment and other operations. It can prevent malicious unauthorized charges of the bank card, ID card, bus card and other cards with NFC function and protect safety of property and private information. Besides, it is beautiful and elegant, designed as the size of latest bank card.

FIG. 1 toFIG. 4 shown, the present invention refers to a new-type non-contact metallic shielding information data card, comprising afirst shielding layer 1, asecond shielding layer 2, and an accommodation space composed of thefirst shielding layer 1 and thesecond shielding layer 2. The shielding space in physical is formed between thefirst shielding layer 1 and thesecond shielding layer 2. Wherein thefirst shielding layer 1 and thesecond shielding layer 2 aresheet metal 32, words and images are printed on the surface ofsheet metal 32. The front and back surface ofsheet metal 32 are covered with aprotective surface layer 31 and aprotective bottom layer 33 for the beauty and scratch resistance ofsheet metal 32, wherein the plastic layer is plastic sheet, the material of which is PVC, PP, PET or EVA, the paper card is art paper, card board or synthetic paper, words or images are printed on the surface of theprotective surface layer 31 andprotective bottom layer 33. - Three sides of the first shielding layer and the second shielding layer are connected fixedly to form accommodation space. The unconnected side of the first shielding layer and the second shielding layer forms an opening for taking cards easily.
- A new-type non-contact metallic shielding information data card and manufacturing method thereof according to
claim 1, it comprises steps as follows: - Step 1: tablet compressing. Melt the metal raw materials and compress it into sheet metal by press;
- Step 2: preparing sheet piece it can be plastic sheet such as PVC, or PP, or PET, or EVA, or art paper, card board or synthetic paper, cutting the sheet piece into the protective surface layer and the protective bottom layer respectively after the surface image are printed on the surface of sheet piece by printer based on customer's design;
- Step 3: mounting the protective surface layer and the protective bottom layer on top and bottom surface of sheet metal by accurate mounting machine;
- Step 4: putting the finished goods of
step 2 into high speed forming machine to form into the first shielding layer - Step 5: manufacturing the second shielding layer based on
step 1 to step 3; - Step 6: cutting the sheet metal into the first shielding layer and the second shielding layer respectively after image printing on the front and back side of sheet metal.
- Step 7: placing the first shielding layer and the second shielding layer oppositely and forming the information data shielding card of the present invention;
- The advantages of the present invention are as follows: it is light and handy, and can shield the interference of electromagnetic wave. Utilizing the shielding effect of metal, it protects the magnetic strip or chip of magnetic card from being affected by the effect of ferromagnetism, magnetic field and electromagnetic wave, so data can't be stolen by RFID electronic scanner. It can protect the personal information of credit card, IC card, smart card, identity card, driving license, bank card from being stolen by RFID electronic scanner effectively, and bringing unnecessary loss due to information exposure or other risks.
- The
first shielding layer 1 and thesecond shielding layer 2 of the present invention aresheet metal 32, words and images can be printed on the front and back side of thesheet metal 32. - The first shielding layer, credit card, IC card, smart card, ID card, driving license and one or more kinds of bank card are placed with the second shielding layer in sequence. That is, the
first shielding layer 1 and thesecond shielding layer 2 are placed independently and relatively parallel, and the credit card, IC card, smart card, ID card, driving license and one or more kinds of bank card are placed into the accommodation place between the first shielding layer and the second shielding layer to store it into bag or box. The first shielding layer and the second shielding can shield the interference of electromagnetic wave effectively due to the shielding effect of metal, which protects magnetic strip or chip of magnetic card from being affected by the effect of ferromagnetism, magnetic field and electromagnetic wave, so data can't be stolen to reduce unnecessary financial losses or other losses. It can protect the personal information of credit card, IC card, smart card, identity card, driving license, bank card and any other RF ID cards from being stolen by RFID electronic scanner effectively, and bringing unnecessary loss due to information exposure or other risks. - The
first shielding layer 1 of the present invention issheet metal 32, thesecond shielding layer 2 is sheet metal 3, and it is covered with theprotective surface layer 31 and the protectivebottom layer 33 thereon, theprotective surface layer 31 and the protectivebottom layer 33 are PET plastic, words and images are printed on the surface of PET plasticprotective surface layer 31 and PET plastic protectivebottom layer 33, the surface of PET plastic layer is covered with a transparent protective film, which is waterproof, anti-bleaching, wear proof, tear retardant, hard to tear, can be used permanently; - The
first shielding layer 1, credit card, IC card, smart card, ID card, driving license, one or more kinds of bank card and thesecond shielding layer 2 are placed in an overlapping pattern in sequence, that is, thefirst shielding layer 1 and thesecond shielding layer 2 are placed independently and relatively parallel, and the credit card, IC card, smart card, ID card, driving license and one or more kinds of bank card are stored into bags or boxes. The first shielding layer and the second shielding layer can shield the interference of electromagnetic wave. first shielding layer 2 of the present invention issheet metal 2, thesecond shielding layer 1 is sheet metal 3, and it is covered with theprotective surface layer 31 and the protectivebottom layer 33 thereon, theprotective surface layer 31 and the protectivebottom layer 33 are PVC plastic, words and images are printed on the surface of PVC plasticprotective surface layer 31 and PET plastic protectivebottom layer 33, the surface of PVC plastic layer is covered with a transparent protective film, which is waterproof, anti-bleaching, wear proof, tear retardant, hard to tear, can be used permanently; - It is independent and non-physical connection between the first shielding layer and the second shielding layer, the first shielding layer is placed in the outermost layer of wallet and the second shielding layer is placed in the innermost layer of wallet, accommodation space is formed between the first shielding layer and the second shielding layer. The credit card, IC card, smart card, ID card, driving license, one or more kinds of bank card are placed into wallet, that is, the
first shielding layer 1, credit card. IC card, smart card, ID card, driving license, one or more kinds of bank card and thesecond shielding layer 2 are placed in an overlapping pattern in sequence, the credit card, IC card, smart card, ID card, driving license, one or more kinds of bank card are placed between the first shielding layer and the second shielding layer. The first shielding layer and the second shielding layer can shield the interference of electromagnetic wave. first shielding layer 1 and thesecond shielding layer 2 connect fixedly to form protective sleeve. The credit card, IC card, smart card, ID card, driving license, one or more kinds of bank card are inserted into the sleeve. That is, thefirst shielding layer 1, credit card, IC card, smart card, ID card, driving license, one or more kinds of bank card and thesecond shielding layer 2 are placed in an overlapping pattern in sequence, the credit card. IC card, smart card, ID card, driving license, one or more kinds of bank card are placed between the first shielding layer and the second shielding layer. The first shielding layer and the second shielding layer can shield the interference of electromagnetic wave. Utilizing the shielding effect of metal, it prevents the data of carry-on ID card, bank card, credit card and other important cards from copying defenselessly and protects the magnetic strip or chip of magnetic card from being affected by the effect of ferromagnetism, magnetic field and electromagnetic wave, so data can't be stolen by outlaws to reduce unnecessary financial losses or other losses. The unconnected side of thefirst shielding layer 1 and thesecond shielding layer 2 forms an opening, and thefirst shielding layer 1 is 2-3 millimeters shorter than thesecond shielding layer 2 on the opening side, which promotes to insert the smart card easier, preventing the occurrence of problem that users are hard to insert the card due to slight adhesion caused by static electricity and dampness of plastic substrate. And 2-3 millimeters distance will not affect the effect of information protection in the smart card. It can protect the personal information of deposit card, credit card, IC card, smart card, identity card, driving license, bank card and any other RFID cards from being stolen by RFID electronic scanner effectively, and bringing unnecessary loss due to information exposure or other risks. - The above disclosure merely shows several specific embodiments of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto. It should be noted to those skilled in the art that several variations and improvements can also be made without departing from the design spirit of the present invention. These variations and improvements are also considered within the protective scope of the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. A new-type non-contact metallic shielding information data card, characterized in that it comprises a first shielding layer, a second shielding layer, and an accommodation space in physical for placing cards composed of the first shielding layer and the second shielding layer. The first shielding layer and the second shielding layer are sheet metal, and the words and/or images can be printed on the front and back side of the sheet metal.
2. According to claim 1 , a new-type non-contact metallic shielding information data card, characterized in that the surface of the first shielding layer is covered with the protective surface layer and the protective surface layer are plastic.
3. According to claim 1 , a new-type non-contact metallic shielding information data card, characterized in that the surface of the second shielding layer is covered with the protective surface layer and the protective surface layer are plastic.
4. According to claim 1 , a new-type non-contact metallic shielding information data card, characterized in that the surface of the first shielding layer is covered with the protective surface layer, the protective surface layer is paper card, and the protective surface layer is covered with a layer of transparent protective film.
5. According to claim 1 , a new-type non-contact metallic shielding information data card, characterized in that the second surface of the first shielding layer is covered with the protective surface layer, the protective surface layer is paper card, and the protective surface layer is covered with a layer of transparent protective film.
6. According to claim 1 , a new-type non-contact metallic shielding information data card, characterized in that three sides of the first shielding layer and the second shielding layer are connected fixedly to form an accommodation space. The unconnected side of the first shielding layer and the second shielding layer forms an opening.
7. A new-type non-contact metallic shielding information data card and manufacturing method thereof according to claim 1 , it comprises steps as follows:
Step 1: tablet compressing. Melt the metal raw materials and compress it into sheet metal by press;
Step 2: cutting the sheet metal into the first shielding layer and the second shielding layer respectively after image printing on the front and back side of sheet metal.
Step 3: placing the first shielding layer and the second shielding layer oppositely and forming the information data shielding card of the present invention;
8. A new-type non-contact metallic shielding information data card and manufacturing method thereof according to claim 7 , it further comprises steps as follows after step 3:
Step 1: preparing sheet piece, it can be plastic or paper card, cutting the sheet piece into the protective surface layer and the protective bottom layer respectively after the surface image are printed on the surface of sheet piece by printer based on customer's design;
Step 2: mounting the protective surface layer and the protective bottom layer on top and bottom surface of sheet metal by accurate mounting machine;
Step 3: putting the finished goods of step 2 into high speed forming machine to form into the first shielding layer
Step 4: manufacturing the second shielding layer based on step 1 to step 3;
