Abstract
A multi-functional intelligent ball disk discloses: a disk with four surfaces, and an accommodating ball. Four different orbital tracks are respectively provided on the inner edge surface, the outer edge surface, the front surface, and the rear surface of the disk. An operator blows and causes the ball to roll inside the first track, or can also use both hands to hold the disk and cause the bail to roll inside the second, third or fourth track. Accordingly, the multi-functional intelligent ball disk is able to provide functionality offering multi-functional and multi-variable intelligent ball games.
Description
- (a) Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a multi-functional intelligent ball disk, and more particularly to a balancing ball disk with four surfaces that provides four different ball rolling games to create different challenges and amusement, develop the ability of the wrist for stable operation, and improve the capacity for mouth and hand-eye coordination.
- (b) Description of the Prior Art
- The majority of conventional game apparatus for balancing a rolling ball, which are suitable for use by people ranging from infants to senior citizens, have only one function, and are monotonous and boring, as well as being unable to strengthen reactive movement ability or improve moving concentration of the user. Hence, there is a need for improvement.
- The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a multi-functional intelligent ball disk, which uses a balancing ball disk with four surfaces. The outer edge surface, the inner edge surface, the front surface and the rear surface of the ball disk are respectively provided with different tracks to provide balancing games that involve rolling a ball inside the tracks. Due to the variation in designs of the track paths, the multi-functional intelligent ball disk is replete with ingenuity and creativity, and is able to train mouth and hand-eye coordination and the operational capacity of the wrist of different age groups ranging from children to senior citizens.
- To enable a further understanding of said objectives and the technological methods of the invention herein, a brief description of the drawings is provided below followed by a detailed description of the preferred embodiments.
-
FIG. 1 shows a schematic view of the external appearance of the present invention. -
FIG. 2 shows a rear schematic view of the present invention. -
FIG. 3 shows a schematic view of a first embodiment of the present invention. -
FIG. 4 shows a schematic view of a second embodiment of the present invention. -
FIG. 5 shows a schematic view of a third embodiment of the present invention. - Referring to
FIG. 1 , the present invention discloses a multi-functional intelligent ball disk that comprises: - A
disk 10, which is a design with four surfaces. Afirst track 11 is provided on the outer edge surface of thedisk 10, and a plurality ofindentations 111 are indentedly provided inside thefirst track 11. Theindentations 111 are distributed along the inside of thefirst track 11. The inside of each of theindentations 111 is marked with a number from 1 to 36. Asecond track 12 is provided on the inner edge surface of theaforementioned disk 10, and thesecond track 12 is a continuous inner ring groove. Athird track 13 is provided on the front surface of theaforementioned disk 10, and thethird track 13 is a curving shallow slot. Afourth track 14 is provided on the rear surface of theaforementioned disk 10, and thefourth track 14 is a continuous ball groove. Two raisedstop pieces 141 are installed inside thefourth track 14. Thestop pieces 141 are located in two opposite sides of thefourth track 14, and thestop pieces 141 are raised to a relatively high height. A plurality of protrudingpieces 142 of relatively small area and relatively low height are distributed along the interior of thefourth track 14 forming obstructions therein. Theprotruding pieces 142 are arranged equidistantly along the fourth track 4. - And a
ball 20, which is a circular ball made from plastic. Theball 20 is held inside one of the four 11, 12, 13, 14 of thetracks disk 10. - Referring to
FIG. 3 , in which theball 20 of the present invention is placed in one of theindentations 111 of thefirst track 11 of thedisk 10, and a child or senior citizen operating the game blows theball 20 using their mouth into the nextadjacent indentation 111. Such a ball blowing competitive game involves each competitor blowing theball 20 starting from theindentation 111 marked {circle around (1)}, and the highest marking of theindentation 111 that theball 20 is finally blown into determines the winner. Apart from training the lung capacity of the competitor, moreover, the game is able to demonstrate the performance of young children or senior citizens. - Referring to
FIG. 4 , in which theball 20 of the present invention is placed inside thesecond track 12 of thedisk 10, and the game operator rapidly moves thedisk 10 in a centrifugal manner and in a horizontal or vertical fashion to cause theball 20 to rapidly roll inside thesecond track 12 without falling out. - Referring to
FIG. 5 , in which theball 20 of the present invention is placed inside thethird track 13 of thedisk 10, and the operator holds thedisk 10 with their two hands while theball 20 rolls inside thethird track 13, formed as a shallow slot, without falling out, thereby training the balancing action of the hands. - Referring to
FIG. 2 , in which theball 20 of the present invention is placed inside thefourth track 14 of the disk IA The operator holds thedisk 10 with their two hands and causes theball 20 to roll inside thefourth track 14, thereby training the balancing action of the hands. Movement of theball 20 is impeded when theball 20 is obstructed by thestop pieces 141 or theprotruding pieces 142 inside thefourth track 14, thus training tactility of the operator and the ability to overcome obstacles. - In conclusion, the multi-functional intelligent ball disk of the present invention comprises a ball disk with four surfaces, and the ball disk is configured with four different orbital tracks to provide four different types of ball games and amusement. The ball disk of the present invention also improves the capacity to operate and engage in gaming activities.
- It is of course to be understood that the embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the principles of the invention and that a wide variety of modifications thereto may be effected by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.
