Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention is related to a multilayer container structure, particularly a multilayer container with multiply combinations of assembly for storing various foods in quarantine state.
  • DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART
  • Currently the commercially available food containers mainly include a box and a lid that the upper end of the box is an opening to whose circumference the lid attaches so as to cover the opening for storing a food within the box.
  • However, the box of current food container is not provided with separate rooms such that different kinds of foods (like meats, rice or fruit) in various tastes are mixed together as stored in the same container. Therefore it is not only to affect the taste of each food but also to increase the risk of bacteria cross contamination.
  • Hence a container with a storing room divided into multiply sectors is available in the market in order to utilize different sectors for storing foods of different kinds or tastes. However, the multiply sectors within the storing room are constituted by the simple dividers that the foods of different kinds are stills stored within the same container. Eventually the foods of different kinds will be out of a sector and then mixed that the taste of each kind of food is therefore affected while the risk of bacteria cross contamination is also increased.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • An objective of the present invention is to disclose a multilayer container structure including a first container, at least a second container and a lid. The first container is provided at its first opening circumference with a first connecting part with a first and second securing slots positioned at upper and lower location respectively. The second container is provided at its second opening circumference with a second connecting part and a snap slot in a recess form at an inner wall of a second storing room. The lid is provided with a protrusion, a third connecting part at its periphery and a plurality of first snap latch in a protrusion form at one side of the protrusion. Thereby the second connecting part of the second container is utilized to attach to the first securing slot of the first container so as to place the second container above the opening of the first container with respect to a storing room of the first container that a multilayer form with upper and bottom layers is so constituted. Then the third connecting part of the lid is attached to the second securing slot of the first container for sealing it so as to store the foods of different kinds or tastes independently within the first and second containers in order not to affect the taste of each food as well as to reduce the risk of bacteria cross contamination.
  • In addition, the snap slot of the second container can attach to the first snap latch of the lid for placing the second container above it so as to store the foods of different kinds or tastes independently within the first and second containers in order not to affect the taste of each food as well as to reduce the risk of bacteria cross contamination.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is an assembly outlook diagram of the present invention.
  • FIG. 2 is a disassembly diagram of the present invention.
  • FIG. 3 is a cross-section elevation view of an embodiment of the present invention.
  • FIG. 4 is a cross-section elevation view of another embodiment of the present invention.
  • FIG. 5 is a cross-section elevation view of the other embodiment of the present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • Firstly please refer FIG. 1 through 4 illustrating a multilayer container structure of the present invention including a first container 1, at least a second container 2 and a lid 3.
  • The first container 1 is provided with a first storing room 10 and a first opening 11 at its top surface together with a first connecting part 12, which is positioned at the first opening 11 circumference as extended outward and upward, a first securing slot 121, which is positioned at the first connecting part 12 adjacent to the first opening 11, and a second securing slot 122, which is positioned at the first connecting part 12 away from the first opening 11, that the second securing slot 122 is above the first securing slot 121.
  • The second container 2 is provided with a second storing room 20 and a second opening 21 at its top surface together with a second connecting part 22, which is positioned at the second opening 21 circumference as extended outward that can attached to the first securing slot 121 of the first container 1 into a secure form. Further a snap slot 23 is provided in a recess form at an inner wall of the second storing room of the second container 2.
  • The lid 3 is attached to the first opening 11 of the first container 1 and provided with a protrusion 31 together with a first extension 32, which is positioned at an outer side of the protrusion 31 and horizontally extended outward, and a third connecting part 33, which is vertically positioned at the first extension 32 periphery, so as constitute a groove 36 between the third connecting part 33 and the protrusion 31 that the width of the groove 36 is equal to the width of the first extension 32. The lid 3 is further provided with a second extension 34 at the third connecting part 33 periphery as horizontally extended outward that at least two protrusions 35 are provided at the second extension 34 periphery. In addition a plurality of first snap latch 311 is provided at an outer side of the protrusion 31. The third connecting part 33 of the lid 3 can attach to the second securing slot 122 of the first container 1 into a secure form.
  • An embodiment of the present invention is described below. The above-mentioned second container 2 can attach and lay over the first opening 11 of the first container 1 with respect to the first storing room 10 (as shown in FIG. 3). The second connecting part 22 of the second container 2 is utilized to attach to the first securing slot 121 of the first container 1 so as to place the second container 2 laying over the first opening 11 of the first container 1 that a multilayer form with upper and bottom layers is so constituted by the second container 2 inside the first container 1. Further the third connecting part 33 of the lid 3 is so attached to the second securing slot 122 of the first container 1 that the lid 3 can attach to the first opening 11 of the first container 1 and lay above the second opening 21 of the second container 2 for sealing it. Thereby the foods 4 of different kinds or tastes can be independently stored within the first container 1 and second container 2 in order not to affect the taste of each food 4 as well as to reduce the risk of bacteria cross contamination.
  • Another embodiment of the present invention is described below. The above-mentioned third connecting part 33 of the lid 3 can first attach to the second securing slot 122 of the first container 1 and then the second container 2 can be laid above the lid 3 by attaching the snap slot 23 of the second container 2 to the first snap latch 311 of the lid 3 that the second container 2 is secured above the lid 3. Thereby the foods 4 of different kinds or tastes can be independently stored within the first container 1 and second container 2 in order not to affect the taste of each food 4 as well as to reduce the risk of bacteria cross contamination.
