The first end portion has two extending fences formed on an upper end and a lower end thereof, and between the two extending fences is defined a flexible fitting groove. The second end portion has a plurality of toothed sheets extending downwardly from a long outer wall of an extending fence on the lower end of the first end portion, and between any two adjacent toothed sheets is defined a flexible clamping opening. The buffer end portion has a curved rib formed on one side of a top surface of the first end portion. Thereby, the packing buffer material positions and packages the radiator tank in a carton easily.

Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to a packing buffer material of a radiator tank which is fixed on one of four end edges of the radiator tank so as to position and package the radiator tank in a carton.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • A conventional packing buffer material 10 of a radiator tank is applied to absorb shock during transportation. As shown in FIG. 1, the packing buffer material 10 contains a plurality of connecting plates 11 made of foam material and glued on connecting areas of the plurality of connecting plates 11 by coating viscose 13 so as to form a C-shaped fitting opening 12. The packing buffer material 10 is fixed on an end edge of the radiator tank 14 so as to absorb the shock to the radiator tank 14 in a carton 15 during transportation. When four end edges 141 of the radiator tank 14 are in different sizes, the plurality of connecting plates 11 of varying size are glued together so as to form the C-shaped fitting opening 12 of varying size to fix the packing buffer material 10 on the four end edges 141 of the radiator tank 14. However, such a fixing manner will increase packaging size and space. Furthermore, the packing buffer material 10 cannot be used and recycled repeatedly.
  • The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a packing buffer material of a radiator tank which positions and packages a radiator tank in a carton easily.
  • Further objective of the present invention is to provide a packing buffer material of a radiator tank in which a hollowly curved rib of a buffer end portion protects the radiator tank during transportation.
  • Another objective of the present invention is to provide a packing buffer material of a radiator tank which is flexible to provide shock protection to the radiator tank, and it is recyclable to save material cost and has small size to reduce packing space.
  • To obtain above-mentioned objectives, a packing buffer material of a radiator tank provided by the present invention contains: a first end portion, a second end portion, and a buffer end portion.
  • The first end portion has two extending fences formed on an upper end and a lower end thereof, and between the two extending fences is defined a flexible fitting groove.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • With reference to FIGS. 2-4, a packing buffer material 20 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is fixed on one of four end edges of a radiator tank 30 so as to position and package the radiator tank 30 in a carton 40, wherein the packing buffer material 20 is one piece formed from plastic material and includes a first end portion 21, a second end portion 22, and a buffer end portion 23. The first end portion 21 is in a L shape and has two L-shaped extending fences 212 formed on an upper end and a lower end thereof, and each L-shaped extending fence 212 has a long inner wall and a short inner wall, between the two L-shaped extending fences 212 is defined a flexible fitting groove 211 for corresponding to a support flange 31 of the radiator tank 30. The second end portion 22 has a plurality of toothed sheets 221 extending downwardly from a long outer wall of a L-shaped extending fence 212 on the lower end of the first end portion 21, each toothed sheet 221 has a tilted guiding face 223 arranged on one side thereof, and between any two adjacent toothed sheets 221 is defined a flexible clamping opening 222 for corresponding to a respective one of two fixing plates 32. The buffer end portion 23 has a hollowly curved rib 231 formed on one side of a top surface of the first end portion 21, wherein the hollowly curved rib 231 is in any one of an arch shape (as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4), a 8 shape (as illustrated in FIGS. 5 and 6) and various shapes.
  • In operation, as shown in FIG. 7, the first end portion 21 and the second end portion 22 of the packing buffer material 20 are aligned with the support flange 31 and the two fixing plates 32 of the radiator tank 30 so that the first end portion 21 of the packing buffer material 20 is fitted with the support flange 31 of the radiator tank 30 by ways of the flexible fitting groove 211 (as illustrated in FIG. 8), wherein two long inner walls of the two L-shaped extending fences 212 of the first end portion 21 contact with a first side of the support flange 31, and two short inner walls of the two L-shaped extending fences 212 of the first end portion 21 contact with a second side of the support flange 31, thereafter any one of flexible clamping openings 222 of the plurality of toothed sheets 221 retains with the respective one of the two fixing plates 32, such that the first end portion 21 and the second end portion 22 of the packing buffer material 20 are fixed on the support flange 31 and the two fixing plates 32 of the radiator tank 30 (as shown in FIG. 9), and tilted guiding faces 223 of the plurality of toothed sheets 221 guide the flexible clamping openings 222 to retain with the two fixing plates 32 smoothly, thus positioning and packaging the radiator tank 30 in the carton 40 by means of four packing buffer materials 20 easily (as illustrated in FIG. 10). In addition, the hollowly curved rib 231 of the buffer end portion 23 protects the radiator tank 30 during transportation.
