- A conventional foldable storage device is made of flexible cloth material and has a rectangular body. The rectangular body contains four first horizontal rods mounted on four peripheral sides of an upper end thereof and two second horizontal rods disposed on two opposite sides of a bottom end thereof, wherein the rectangular body also has four support posts erected on two vertical sides thereof, and between two end portions of two adjacent first horizontal rods, two end portions of the two second horizontal rods, and among each post, each first horizontal rod and each second horizontal post is defined a distance. Between two vertical walls of the rectangular body are formed two crossed folding lines, such that the rectangular body is supported by the four first horizontal rods, the two second horizontal rods, and the four support posts and is foldable to be stored.
- However, such a conventional foldable storage device is complicated and is produced at high cost.
- The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.
- The primary object of the present invention is to provide a foldable storage device which is stored quickly, has simplified structure, and is assembled easily.
- Another object of the present invention is to provide a foldable storage device which are ultrasonic seamless connected so as to reduce production cost, to reinforce structure, and to obtain aesthetics appearance.
- To obtain the above objectives, a foldable storage device contains: a body and two support racks.
- The body is made of flexible cloth fibers, ultrasonic seamless connected, and includes a bottom end and plural side walls, and among the bottom end and the plural side walls of body is defined an accommodating space, wherein a peripheral side of an upper end of the body connects with a frame, and the body has a rigid plate disposed on the bottom end thereof, the rigid plate has a flange arranged around two opposite sides thereof.
- The two support racks are mounted on two opposite walls of the accommodating space of the body and couple with at least one connecting sleeve and the frame. Each connecting sleeve is one piece made of plastic material and has an upper tube and a lower tube, the upper tube has a cutout defined on a top surface thereof so as to insert the frame, and two ends of each support rack are inserted into two lower tubes.
- In addition, a length of each support rack is greater than or equal to a depth of the accommodating space of the body, and each support rack is rotated inwardly to face to one side wall of the body or is rotated outwardly to engage with the flange.
