The perimeter of the transfer roller 6 is the same as that of the pattern gluing roller 5. One side of the transfer roller 6 compresses the pattern gluing roller 5, while the other side thereof compressing the composite roller 7. A roll of non-woven fabrics, being the first roll of glued non-woven fabrics 9, passes between the transfer roller 6 and the composite roller 7, so that the glue transferred to the transfer roller 6 from the pattern gluing roller 5 is coated onto the non-woven fabrics. The agglutinating device comprises an agglutinating roller 8 and the composite roller 7. The composite roller 7 is extruded by the agglutinating roller 8 after rolling through the transfer roller 6. The second roll of
non-woven fabrics 10 is wound on the agglutinating roller 8 under the control of the runningdirection control rollers 3. The first roll of non-woven fabrics 9 faces the second roll ofnon-woven fabrics 10 wound on the agglutinating roller 8 after being wound on the composite roller 7 half a circle and then going out between the agglutinating roller 8 and the composite roller) to form apiece 11 to be cut, as shown inFIG. 4 . On thepiece 11 to be cut, astraight glue zone 18 and aninclined glue zone 19 are formed, so that the first and second rolls of non-woven fabrics are agglutinated together through these glue zones. - In this embodiment, the scheme of composite gluing is as follows:
- The agglutinating device comprises an agglutinating roller 8 and a composite roller 7. The composite roller 7 is extruded by the agglutinating roller 8 after rolling through the transfer roller 6. Two rolls of non-woven fabrics are superimposed and then pass between the agglutinating roller 8 and the composite roller 7 to form a
piece 11 to be cut. One surface of the non-woven fabrics, coated with the hot melt glue, is agglutinated with the opposite surface of the other roll of non-woven fabrics. Here, the composite roller 7 plays two roles: one is that the composite roller is used as a fixed roller for fully coating the hot melt glue on the transfer roller onto the non-woven fabrics, while the other one is that the composite roller is used as an extrusion roller for agglutinating two rolls of non-woven fabrics via the hot melt glue in coordination with the agglutinating roller 8. - The power device 4 for driving the non-woven fabrics to move is provided behind the agglutinating device. The power device is a group of rollers, formed by extruding two pairs of rollers together. After agglutinated to form the
piece 11 to be cut, the non-woven fabrics move under the pull of the two pairs of the extruded rollers. After passing through the power device 4, the piece to be cut is placed on aconveyor belt 17 and moves forwards along theconveyor belt 17. Due to light weight, the piece to be cut cannot be carried away by the friction between the piece to be cut and the conveyor belt, so a blow belt is used as the conveyor belt 7. - The cutting device comprises a
knife roller 12 and a power roller 13. Theknife roller 12 and the power roller 13 are disposed in a manner of extrusion. Thepiece 11 to be cut passes between theknife roller 12 and the power roller 13. The perimeter of theknife roller 12 is an integral multiple of the average of perimeters of upper and lower cuffs of the medical oversleeves. Straight knives having blades parallel to the shaft of theknife roller 12 and inclined knives having blades forming an included angle with the shaft of theknife roller 12 are disposed on the surface of the knife roller at intervals. Thus, by cutting via the straight blades and the inclined blades, aleft oversleeve 21 and aright oversleeve 22 are formed, as shown inFIG. 5 andFIG. 6 . - The finished product collecting device comprises a sorting device for sorting the finished products, already cut by the cutting device, into the
left oversleeves 21 and theright oversleeves 22, and a left oversleeve collecting device and a right oversleeve collecting device for receiving the left oversleeves and the right oversleeves, respectively. - The system provided by this embodiment is simple in operation and convenient in control.
- The technological process of this embodiment is as follows: non-woven fabrics and PE film component material are fed, and rubber bands unreeled by a constant-tension system are glued and combined together via a special rubber band spray gun and then folded and covered. PUR glue is distributed on the pattern gluing roller, and then the non-woven fabrics with folded two edges are combined via the transfer roller. The non-woven fabrics move forwards continuously to be rolled by three groups of rollers. Subsequently, the non-woven fabrics move forwards through the suction belt and are then cut into left and right formed oversleeves by an air knife. The formed oversleeves move forwards continuously under the action of the conveyor belt. Then, the two different formed oversleeves are sorted into a finished product box via a blow device and then sorted and packaged. The specific working steps are as follows:
- 1. a step of unreeling: synchronously unreeling two rolls of non-woven fabrics with a width consistent to the length of the oversleeves at a set speed, and making them move face to face;
- 2. a step of gluing: continuously and cyclically coating, on one of the two rolls of non-woven fabrics in a specified distance and a specified width, a straight holt melt glue zone vertical to the non-woven fabric strip and an inclined holt melt glue zone;
- 3. a step of placing rubber bands: placing, on two sides of the two rolls of non-woven fabrics, rubber bands having a same constant tension along the non-woven fabrics;
- 4. a step of folding: folding two edges of the two rolls of non-woven fabrics inward, and folding the rubber bands into the folded edges.
- 5. a step of agglutinating: extruding and agglutinating the coating surface of the non-woven fabrics, coated with the holt melt glue, with the other roll of non-woven fabrics, and pulling the non-woven fabrics to move;
- 6. disposing the piece to be cut on a conveyor belt to move forwards continuously;
- 7. a step of cutting: cutting along the straight and inclined hot melt glue lines in a piece to be cut, in order to form left and right oversleeves; and
- 8. a step of collecting the finished products by left and right oversleeves, respectively.
