    RELATED APPLICATIONS
  • This Patent Application claims priority under 35 U.S.C. 119(e) of the co-pending U.S. provisional patent application, Application No. 61/957,036 filed on Jun. 24, 2013, and entitled “SMOKERS DELIGHT,” which is also hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety.
  • FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention is generally directed to smoking kits and smoking accessories. More specifically, the present invention is directed to a smoking kit and a smoking accessory case for holding one or more accessories related to smoking.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • Many products exist relating to smoking and smoking accessories. Cases, bags, pouches and other holders all exist which enable a smoker to carry their smoking products and accessories. Particularly, the cases, bags, pouches, and holders enable the user to easily access their smoking products before use and to store them after use. Although many products and accessories are available for smoking the after-effects to the smoker and the surrounding environment are not always appealing. Consequently, it may be desirable for the smoker to mask or hide the presence of the after-effects of smoking.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • A vanity smoking kit and case comprises one or more accessories for use after smoking. For example, fragrance, eye drops and other accessories are able to be held within the accessory case where they are easily accessed by a user. Particularly, a user is able to keep one or more products—which help mask or hide the after-effects of smoking in a convenient location and all together. Additionally, in some embodiments the kit contains a lighter for lighting the user's smoking product. Then, after smoking the user is able to easily access the one or more accessories in order to apply eye drops to their eyes or a fragrance to their body in order to mask the smoking smell. Consequently, the user is able to enjoy smoking while not worrying whether they are bringing unappealing smells or other results to other people or the surrounding area.
  • In one aspect, a vanity smoking kit comprises a first container comprising a first substance for use after smoking, a second container comprising a second substance for use after smoking and different from the first substance, and a holder for holding the first container and the second container. In some embodiments, the first container and the second container holds a fragrance, eye drops or mouthwash. In some embodiments, the holder is configured to hold one or more additional items. In further embodiments, the first container and the second container are refillable. In some embodiments, the first container and the second container are rotatable. In some embodiments, the holder comprises a fabric or vinyl bag. In further embodiments, the holder is hardsided and comprises a molded plastic, metal, rubber, or other material. In some embodiments, the holder comprises a lighter.
  • In another aspect, an accessory case comprises a first accessory bottle, a second accessory bottle, a lighter, and a case body for holding the first accessory bottle, the second accessory bottle and the lighter. In some embodiments, the first accessory bottle and the second accessory bottle are removable. In some embodiments, the first accessory bottle and the second accessory bottle are rotatable. In some embodiments, the first container and the second container holds a fragrance, eye drops or mouthwash. In some embodiments, the holder is configured to hold one or more additional items. In further embodiments, the first container and the second container are refillable. In some embodiments, the holder comprises a fabric or vinyl bag. In further embodiments, the holder is hardsided and comprises a molded plastic, metal, rubber, or other material.
  • In a further aspect, a method of manufacturing a smoking accessory kit comprises providing a holder for holding a smoking accessory, coupling a first accessory bottle with the holder and coupling a second accessory bottle with the holder. In some embodiments, one of the first accessory bottle and the second accessory bottle holds a fragrance, eye drops or mouthwash. In some embodiments, the holder is configured to hold one or more additional items. In some embodiments, the method comprises coupling a lighter with the holder.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
  • Embodiments of the invention are directed to a vanity smoking kit comprising one or more accessories for use after smoking. One or more smoking accessories are contained within an accessory case. For example, fragrance, eye drops and other accessories are able to be held within the accessory case where they are easily accessed by a user. Particularly, a user is able to keep a lighter and one or more products—which help mask or hide the after-effects of smoking in a convenient location and all together. After smoking the user is able to easily access the one or more accessories in order to apply eye drops to their eyes or a fragrance to their body in order to mask the smoking smell. Consequently, the user is able to enjoy smoking while not worrying whether they are bringing unappealing smells or other results to other people or the surrounding area.
  • Reference will now be made in detail to implementations of mechanical measures for strengthening a flexible circuit board as illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The same reference indicators will be used throughout the drawings and the following detailed description to refer to the same or like parts. In the interest of clarity, not all of the routine features of the implementations described herein are shown and described. It will be appreciated that in the development of any such actual implementation, numerous implementation-specific decisions can be made in order to achieve the developer's specific goals, such as compliance with application and business related constraints, and that these specific goals will vary from one implementation to another and from one developer to another. Moreover, it will be appreciated that such a development effort might be complex and time-consuming, but would nevertheless be a routine undertaking of engineering for those of ordinary skill in the art having the benefit of this disclosure.
  • Referring now to FIG. 1, an exploded view of a vanity smoking kit 100 is depicted therein. The smoking kit 100 comprises a holder 101, a first container 103 and a second container 107. In some embodiments, the first container 103 comprises a top 105 and the second container 107 comprises a top 109. As shown in FIG. 1, the top 105 is perforated and comprises an opening for spraying the contents of the container 103. In some embodiments, one of the first container 103 and the second container 107 hold a fragrance, eye drops or mouthwash. Particularly, the first container 103 and the second container 107 are refillable. As further shown in FIG. 1, the holder comprises a hinge post 111 and a hinge 113 for holding the first container 103 and the second container 107. In some embodiments, the holder 101 comprises a lighter.
  • As described above, the first container 103 and the second container 107 hold a substance such as a fragrance, eye drops or mouthwash. A user is able to use the substance in one or both of the first container 103 and the second container 107 after smoking in order to mask or hide effects of smoking. For example, a user is able to rinse with mouthwash or spray the fragrance in order to mask and/or hide the smell of smoke.
  • In some embodiments, the holder 101 comprises a fabric or vinyl bag. Alternatively, in some embodiments, the holder 101 comprises hard sided walls and comprises a molded plastic, metal, rubber, or other material. The first container 103 and the second container 107 are able to be constructed using a blow molding process or other conventional methods as known in the art. The first top 105 and the second top 109 are able to be constructed using an injection molding process or other methods as known in the art.
  • FIG. 2A shows an accessory case or holder holding a first container or accessory bottle and a second container or accessory bottle. The accessory case 201 is shown holding a first accessory bottle 203 and a second accessory bottle 205 on the same sides of a hinge 213. Alternatively, in some embodiments, the first accessory bottle 203 and the second accessory bottle 205 on different sides of the hinge 213. As described above, in relation to FIG. 1, the first accessory bottle 203 and the second accessory bottle 205 hold a substance such as a fragrance, eye drops or mouthwash. In some embodiments, the accessory case 201 comprises one or more additional compartments for holding additional accessories. For example, in some embodiments, the accessory case 201 is configured for holding a lighter.
  • In some embodiments, the accessory case 201 comprises a securing mechanism 217 for securely holding a rolled product. For example, in some embodiments, the securing mechanism 217 is configured for holding a rolled cigarette. In some embodiments, the securing mechanism 217 comprises a spring which resists movement and traps the rolled product against an inside of the accessory case.
  • As further shown in FIG. 2A, in some embodiments, the accessory case 201 comprises an additional substance holder 215. For example, in some embodiments, the substance holder 215 comprises a plastic snap bag. Particularly, the substance holder 215 is able to comprise any appropriately designed holder capable of holding a substance within the accessory case. For example, in some embodiments, the substance holder 215 holds gum, mints, or smoking material.
  • As shown in FIG. 2B, the first accessory bottle 203, the second accessory bottle 205, and the substance holder 215 have been rotated to an open position where they are able to be accessed by a user. Particularly, by opening the accessory case 201 and rotating the first accessory bottle 203, the second accessory bottle 205, and the substance holder 215 the components of the first accessory bottle 203, the second accessory bottle 205, and the substance holder 215 are able to be accessed. Additionally, when the accessory case 201 is in an open position, the inside cover is able to be used as a tray. In some embodiments, the first container 203, the second container 205, and the substance holder 215 are completely removable from the accessory case 201. In some embodiments, the accessory case 201 further comprises a lighter.
  • FIG. 3 illustrates the accessory case or holder in a closed position. As shown within FIG. 3, when the accessory case 301 is in a closed position, the first accessory bottle 203 and the second accessory bottle 205 are securely held within the accessory case 301 and are not visible. In some embodiments, a user is able to depress a button 330 in order to open the accessory case 300.
  • FIG. 4 illustrates the accessory case comprising a lighter in accordance with some embodiments. The accessory case 401 is similar the accessory cases as discussed above and comprises one or more accessory bottles on the inside of the accessory case 401. As shown in FIG. 4, the accessory case comprises a lighter 410. A user is able to depress the button 420 in order to activate the lighter 410 and produce a flame. In some embodiments the lighter 410 is a non-removable component of the accessory case 401. Alternatively, in some embodiments the lighter 410 is removable and removably couples with the accessory case. In some embodiments, the lighter 410 is refillable.
  • FIG. 5 illustrates a method of manufacturing a smoking accessory kit. The method begins in the step 510. In the step 520 a holder for holding one or more smoking accessories is provided. In the step 530 a first accessory bottle is coupled with the holder and then in the step 540 a second accessory bottle is coupled with the holder. In some embodiments, the first accessory bottle and the second accessory bottle hold a substance such as a fragrance, eye drops or mouthwash. In some embodiments, one or more additional accessories are coupled with the holder. For example, in some embodiments, one or both of an additional substance holder and a securing mechanism for securely holding a rolled product is coupled with the holder. In some embodiments, a lighter is coupled with the holder. The method ends in the step 550.
  • In use, one or more smoking accessories are contained within an accessory case. For example, a lighter, fragrance, eye drops and other accessories are able to be held within the accessory case where they are easily accessed by a user. Particularly, a user is able to keep one or more products which help mask or hide the after-effects of smoking in a convenient location and all together. After smoking the user is able to easily access the one or more accessories in order to apply eye drops to their eyes or a fragrance to their body in order to mask the smoking smell. Consequently, the user is able to enjoy smoking while not worrying whether they are bringing unappealing smells or other results to other people or the surrounding area. In this manner, the smoking accessories and accessory case bring enjoyment to the user and prevent undesirable after-effects. Accordingly, the vanity smoking kit and accessory case as described herein has many advantages.

Specifically it will be apparent to someone of ordinary skill in the art that the vanity smoking kit and accessory case is able to contain many different smoking accessories and tools.

Claims (20)

What is claimed is:
1. A vanity smoking kit comprising:
a. a first container comprising a first substance for use after smoking;
b. a second container comprising a second substance for use after smoking and different from the first substance; and
c. a holder for holding the first container and the second container.
2. The smoking kit of claim 1, wherein one of the first container and the second container holds a fragrance, eye drops or mouthwash.
3. The smoking kit of claim 1, wherein the holder is configured to hold one or more additional items.
4. The smoking kit of claim 1, wherein the first container and the second container are refillable.
5. The smoking kit of claim 1, wherein the holder comprises a hinge and the first container and the second container are rotatable.
6. The smoking kit of claim 1, wherein the holder comprises a fabric or vinyl bag.
7. The smoking kit of claim 1, wherein the holder is hardsided and comprises a molded plastic, metal, rubber, or other material.
8. The smoking kit of claim 1, wherein the holder comprises a lighter.
9. An accessory case comprising:
a. a first accessory bottle;
b. a second accessory bottle;
c. a lighter; and
d. a case body for holding the first accessory bottle, the second accessory bottle and the lighter.
10. The accessory case of claim 9, wherein the first accessory bottle and the second accessory bottle are removable.
11. The accessory case of claim 9, wherein the first accessory bottle and the second accessory bottle are rotatable.
12. The accessory case of claim 9, wherein one of the first accessory bottle and the second accessory bottle holds a fragrance, eye drops or mouthwash.
13. The accessory case of claim 9, wherein the case body is configured to hold one or more additional items.
14. The accessory case of claim 9, wherein the first accessory bottle and the second accessory bottle are refillable.
15. The accessory case of claim 9, wherein the case body comprises a fabric or vinyl bag.
16. The accessory case of claim 9, wherein the case body is hardsided and comprises a molded plastic, metal, rubber, or other material.
17. A method of manufacturing a smoking accessory kit comprising;
a. providing a holder for holding a smoking accessory;
b. coupling a first accessory bottle with the holder; and
c. coupling a second accessory bottle with the holder.
18. The method of claim 17, wherein one of the first accessory bottle and the second accessory bottle holds a fragrance, eye drops or mouthwash.
19. The method of claim 17, wherein the holder is configured to hold one or more additional items.
20. The method of claim 17, further comprising coupling a lighter with the holder.
