The front rib 123 is formed longitudinally on the inside wall 121 and abuts a front edge of the side panel 12. A mounting seat 1231 is formed on the inside wall 121 and abuts the front rib 123. The connecting holes 124 are formed through the front rib 123. The top receiving seat 125 is formed on the inside wall 121 and is near a top edge of the side panel 12. The bottom receiving seat 126 is formed on the inside wall 121 and is near a bottom edge of the side panel 12. At least one partition rib 127 is separately formed transversely on the inside wall 121. The top rib 129 is formed on the outside wall 128 and abuts the top edge of the side panel 12.
  • With reference to FIGS. 5 to 9, the bar assembly 20 is mounted in a front of the main frame 10 and comprises multiple bars 21, a top support 22 and multiple receiving intervals 23. Each bar 21 is mounted between the side panels 12 of the main frame 10 and has two stepped ends 211 and two mounting pins 212. The stepped ends 211 respectively abut against the front rib 123 of the side panels 12. The mounted pins 212 are formed respectively on and protrude out from the stepped ends 211 of the bar 21. Each mounting pin 212 is inserted in a corresponding connecting hole 124. One of the bars 21 abuts against and is attached securely to the bottom edges of the side panels 12 via multiple bottom fasteners 213. The top support 22 is mounted between the side panels 12 of the main frame 10, is adjacent to the top edges of the side panels 12 and has multiple mounting pins 221, two mounting seats 222 and a top rib 223. The mounting pins 221 are formed respectively on two ends of the top support 22 and each mounting pin 221 is inserted into a corresponding connecting hole 124. Each mounting seat 222 is formed on an inner side of the top support 22, is near a corresponding of the top support 22, aligns with a corresponding mounting seat 1231 of the side panel 12 and is selectively attached securely to the corresponding mounting seat 1231 of the side panel 12 via at a front fastener 224. The top rib 223 is formed on a top edge of the top support 22 and is flushed with the top rib 129 of the side panels 12. The receiving intervals 23 are formed between the adjacent bars 21 and between the bars 21 and the top support 22. The receiving intervals 23 are arranged in a line.
  • With reference to FIGS. 10 to 12, the bottom frame 30 is covered on a bottom of the main frame 10 and comprises a frame body 31 and multiple feet 32. The frame body 31 is attached to the bottom edges of the rear panels 11 and the side panels 12, is attached to the bar 21 at the bottom edges of the side panels 12 and has two sidewalls 311 and a front branch 312. The sidewalls 311 respectively abut against and are attached securely to the bottom receiving seats 126 of the side panels 12 via multiple side frame fasteners 313. The top surface 312 abuts against and is attached securely to the bar 21 at the bottom edges of the side panels 12 via multiple bottom frame fasteners 314. The feet 32 are separately attached securely to a bottom surface of the frame body 31 and preferably are respectively attached securely to four corners of the frame body 31.
  • With reference to FIGS. 13 and 14, the top panel 40 is covered on a top of the main frame 10 and a top support 22. A bottom surface 41 of the top panel 40 is attached securely to the top receiving seats 125 and the top support 22 via multiple top panel fasteners 42.
  • With reference to FIG. 15, the drawer assembly 50 is mounted in the main frame 10 and the bar assembly 20 and comprises multiple drawers 51. The mid bar 5130 is mounted on a middle part of a bottom surface of the bottom board 513 to reinforce the bottom board 513. The front board 514 is attached to front edges of the sideboards 513 and has multiple locking holes 516 formed on an inside surface of the front board 514. The locking units 515 are mounted in at least one of the sideboards 512. Each locking unit 515 corresponds to and selectively locks in one locking hole 516 of the front board 514 and comprises a switch 517 and a locking rod 518. The switch 517 is mounted pivotally in a corresponding sideboard 512. The locking rod 518 is mounted securely through the switch 517, is mounted rotatably in the corresponding sideboard 512 to connect the switch 517 pivotally to the corresponding sideboard 512 and is inserted into and is locked in the corresponding locking hole 516. In a preferred embodiment, each locking hole 516 is elongated laterally. The locking rod 518 has an elongated protrusion 519. When the elongated protrusion 519 is inserted into the corresponding locking hole 516, the elongated protrusion 519 aligns with the corresponding locking hole 516. Then the switch 517 is pivoted to rotate the elongated protrusion 519 so that the elongated protrusion 519 misaligns with the corresponding locking hole 516 to stop the elongated protrusion 519 from disengaging from the corresponding locking hole 516.
  • With reference to FIGS. 24 to 27, another embodiment of a quick assemble shelf in accordance with the present invention further comprises a bracing bracket 60A. The length of each rear panel 11A is larger than the length of each side panel 12A. The bracing bracket 60A abuts against and is attached securely on the inner edges 111A of the rear panels 11A to reinforce the rear panels 11A. The bars 21A and the top support 22A are attached securely to the bracing bracket 60A. The receiving intervals 23A are arranged in two lines.
  • The quick assemble shelf as described has following advantages. With the foldable main frame 10, the assembling of the rear and side panels 11, 12 is easier and quicker. Furthermore, with the stepped end 211 and the mounting pin 212 to connect the bars 21 and the main frame 10, the assembling of the bar assembly 20 and the main frame 10 is faster. Moreover, with the foldable drawers 51, the drawers occupy less room while stowing.
  • Even though numerous characteristics and advantages of the present invention have been set forth in the foregoing description, together with details of the structure and features of the invention, the disclosure is illustrative only. Changes may be made in the details, especially in matters of shape, size, and arrangement of parts within the principles of the invention to the full extent indicated by the broad general meaning of the terms in which the appended claims are expressed.
