Definitions
- the present invention deals with a innovative equipment notably developed to afford more easiness and practicality in the hair treatment, in particular regarding the flattening, incorporating in only one equipment, necessary elements for its accomplishment, and may be electrical or manual, providing differentiated use means, and for such, basically composed by elements and/or boards and/or vanes for heating and brush, both provided in the end of only one pair of gripping handles.
- the thermal reconditioning combines two techniques—chemical and mechanical—and thus is considered a more sophisticated solution and, however, more expensive.
- iron plate is used, also known as board, extending the hair after brushed. It is a cheap procedure, but it is undone with the first hair wash.
- the chemical flattening lasts longer and demand more care.
- the chemical components formulated based on sodium hydroxide or ammonium thioglycolate, have to be applied with a lot of care in order to not damage the hair. In this process, it is recommended not brushing the hair during at least three days.
- the consumer market already foresee several equipment models for hair flattening which do not use chemical procedures, among which it is distinguished an equipment to hair treatment, applicable to frizzle, wave, and flatten the hair, constituted as of two applicable bodies as caps, presenting prolongers bearing heater boards, bodies and its prolongations being manufactured of plastic material, the body presenting in its upper portion a switcher and the body disposing a link handle, the bodies being linked through joint acting as an axle, wherein the sides of the body joints and its prolongations exist as optical controllers indicating link to network and working of heater boards, presenting in the internal zone the prolongations one reticules of small transversal partitions constituted of isolation zones between boards and prolongation surfaces, the prolongations having in the external upper zone, zone for the location of index fingers and thumb of the user free hand, the cap piece preferably presenting in its upper portion, a hook-shaped prominence which is introduced in an opening existent in the cap opposite, a release knob of hook existing in the cap side.
- said equipment is basically composed of a body divided into two centrally similar and articulated parts to each other, being divided, each one of the parts by gripping portion, central joint portion and a third portion where the boards and/or heating plates are positioned.
- each part of main body of equipment in question In the extreme internal face of each part of main body of equipment in question are foreseen boards and/or heating plates, which make contact when the equipment is in closed position.
- the opposed (external) face of each part of the main body of equipment it is provided a semi-cylindrical portion having circuncentric bristles configuring, when the equipment is closed, a cylindrical body with bristles, conforming to a brush.
- the main version of the equipment presents an electric system which, when driven, heats the internal edges of heating and promotes hair flattening.
- the most importance aspect of this device is the fact that the user no longer needs more two elements, flattener and brush, to proceed to a flattening, since, in this case, both elements are incorporated in only one device, excessively facilitating its use and minimizing the time to process conclusion.
- the alternative preferential version presents a similar structure to the electric equipment structure, providing a body divided in two centrally similar and articulated parts to each other, being divided, each of the parts by gripping portion, joint central portion and a third portion where the boards and/or plates are positioned, which will be heated by appropriate means.
- Said extreme portions present a series of transpassing orderly and equidistant holes to each other, which allow an external heat source, such as a hair drier, to heat the internal boards for the flattening procedure.
- an external heat source such as a hair drier
- each one of extreme parts of the main body of the equipment are provided semi-cylindrical portions having circuncentric bristles configuring, when the equipment is closed, a cylindrical body, establishing a brush to be used before the flattening procedure in question.
- One second preferential alternative version of the equipment for hair flattening with coupled brush is configured through actual separation of the brush from the equipment body, i.e., said equipment allows, through said equipment separation and of the brush portion, the appropriate replacement of the brush portion, when it is deteriorated or without use conditions, in addition to also allow the insertion of several models of this brush, with bristles of different dimensions and configurations for the most different uses.
- the first mean of plug and brush attachment with the external face of each articulated part of the equipment presents a cutting configuring a track on each side of both articulated parts of said equipment, tracks which plugs in corresponding tracks provided in the brush body, through sliding, where said tracks present diagonal cut, constituting a “dovetail”-type track.
- the second mean of plug provides in the external faces of both articulated bodies of the equipment, two longitudinal shoulders are provided in the peripheries of external faces of each one of articulated parts of the equipment, which shoulders corresponding to equally longitudinal reliefs provided in the brush body, uniquely developed for said brush bodies do not slide laterally, being these attached with the equipment body, by the strength of magnetic elements present in posterior faces of each one of the equipment parts and, in the bottom face of brushes.
- the third mean of plug occurs through pressure, i.e., extreme external faces of articulated bodies of the equipment for hair flattening present small longitudinal shoulders positioned in both peripheries, being said shoulders corresponding to reliefs provided in the peripheries of bodies from both brush portions provided, being attached by plug and through pressure.
- a third alternative preferential vision in relation to patent application PI 0802096-5 is regarded to the introduction of joints allowing only portions provided with boards or heating plates of the equipment to move, maintain the handle fixedly of said equipment for hair flattening.

- the present invention “EQUIPMENT FOR HAIR FLATTENING WITH COUPLED BRUSH”, refers to, in particular, an equipment 1 for hair treatment, in particular flattening, incorporating in only one equipment preferably electric 1 or manual 1 A in an alternative preferential embodiment, the necessary elements for its accomplishment.
- said equipment 1 is basically composed of a body divided into two parts 2 and 3 , similar and articulated to each other, being divided, each of the parts 2 and 3 by gripping portion 4 , central joint portion 5 and a third portion 6 where the boards 7 and/or heating plates are positioned.
- each part 2 and 3 of main body of equipment 1 in question are foreseen boards 7 and/or heating plates, which make contact when the equipment 1 is in closed position.
- a semi-cylindrical portion 8 and 9 having circuncentric bristles 10 configuring, when the equipment 1 is closed, a cylindrical body with bristles 10 , conforming to a brush.
- the main version of the equipment presents an electric system SE which, when driven, heats the internal edges 7 of heating and promotes hair flattening.
- the most importance aspect of this device is the fact that the user no longer needs more two elements, flattener and brush, to proceed to a flattening, since, in this case, both elements are incorporated in only one device, excessively facilitating its use and minimizing the time to process conclusion.
- the alternative preferential version 1 A presents a similar structure to the electric equipment structure 1 , providing a body 2 A and 3 A divided in two centrally similar and articulated parts to each other, being divided, each of the parts 2 A and 3 A by gripping portion 4 A, joint central portion 5 A and a third portion 6 A where the boards 7 A and/or plates are positioned, which will be heated by appropriate means.
- Said extreme portions 6 A present a series of transpassing orderly and equidistant holes 11 to each other, which allow an external heat source FC, such as a hair drier, to heat the internal boards 7 A for the flattening procedure.
- FC an external heat source
- each one of extreme parts 6 A of the main body of the equipment 1 A are provided semi-cylindrical portions 8 A and 9 A having circuncentric bristles 10 A configuring, when the equipment 1 A is closed, a cylindrical body, establishing a brush to be used before the flattening procedure in question.
