  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION
  • Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described below in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 to 5, a cosmetics case in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention includes a bottom case 100, a top case 200, a storing member 300, a separable case 400, and a grinding member 500.
  • The bottom case 100 includes a space for accommodating predetermined contents (a). That is, the bottom case 100 includes a fixing member 110 formed in, for example, a cylindrical shape and projected upwardly. A first screw thread 111 is formed along an inner periphery of the fixing member 110 and is screw-coupled with the separable case 400.
  • It is an advantageous feature of the present embodiment that the separable case 400 is configured to be separable from the bottom case 100 by forming the first screw tread 111 at the bottom case 100. Accordingly, it is possible to refill the contents of the cosmetics case by disassembling the screw-coupling when the contents of the cosmetics case are consumed completely.
  • A stopper 120 may be formed at one end of the first screw thread 111 to prevent the rotation of the separable case 400 in order to accurately position a fringe 420 of the separable case 400 at a top of the bottom case 20 when the separable case 400 is screw-coupled with the bottom case 100.
  • The top case 200 is pivotally connected to one side of the bottom case 100 through a hinge. The top case 300 opens and closes the bottom case 100. The top case 300 prevents foreign substances from entering in the bottom case 100 and prevents the contents in the bottom case 100 from spilling.
  • The storing member 300 internally stores predetermined contents (a). The storing member 300 is elastically supported by a spring 320 coupled at a bottom side of the storing member 300. The storing member 300 is housed in the bottom case 100. The storing member 300 includes spring holders 310 for holding the spring 320. The spring holders 310 are formed at the bottom side of the storing member 300 and are spaced apart at a predetermined gap.
  • The contents (a) in the storing member 300 are grinded and discharged by the rotation of the grinding member 500. The storing member 300 includes a plurality of rotation prevention protrusions 330 formed at a side thereof and spaced apart at a predetermined gap in order to prevent the storing member 300 from rotating with the grinding member 500 when the grinding member 500 rotates.
  • The separable case 400 is coupled to the bottom case 100 storing member. The separable case 400 includes a hollow 410 to accommodate the grinding member 500. The separable case 400 further includes a fringe 420 to be positioned at a top of the bottom case 100 when it is coupled to the bottom case, and a coupling member 430 formed in a cylindrical shape and extending downward from the hollow 410.
  • The coupling member 430 of the separable case 400 includes a second screw thread 431 formed along an outer periphery of the coupling member 430. The second crew thread 431 is screw-coupled with the first screw thread 111. The separable case 400 is configured to be separable from the bottom case 100 through the screw-coupling of the first screw thread 111 and the second screw thread 431.
  • Further, the separable case 400 has an opening in the bottom by adapting the cylindrical coupling member 430 at a lower part of the separable case 400.
  • As described above, the separable case 400 is configured to be separable from the bottom case 100 and has an open bottom side. Accordingly, when the contents (a) stored in the storing member 300 are completely consumed, it is possible to refill the cosmetics case with the contents (a) by separating the separable case 400 from the bottom case 100.
  • One or more protrusions 432 may be formed at an inner periphery of the separable case 400. The protrusions 430 are coupled with the rotation prevention protrusions 330 to prevent the storing member 330 from rotating.
  • The grinding member 500 is rotatably installed in the hollow 410 and above the fringe 420. The grinding member 500 grinds the contents (a) stored in the storing member 330 and discharges the grinded contents by a rotary motion. The grinding member 500 includes a rotation wheel 510 rotating in one direction or the opposite direction and a rotation plate 520 installed inside the rotation wheel 510. The rotation plate 520 rotates along the rotation of the rotation wheel 510.
  • The rotation plate 520 includes a plurality of apertures 530 for discharging the grinded contents (a). A grinding blade 540 is disposed at a lower portion of the apertures 530. The grinding blade 540 grinds the contents (a) when the rotation plate 520 rotates. The grinded powder is discharged through the apertures 530.
  • Hereinafter, a cosmetics case in accordance with another embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7.
  • FIG. 6 is an exploded perspective view of a cosmetics case in accordance with another embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a coupling state of a bottom case and a separable case of a cosmetics case in accordance with another embodiment of the present invention.
  • Referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, the cosmetics case in accordance with another embodiment of the present invention includes one or more fixing grooves 112 instead of the first screw thread 111 formed at the fixing member 110 of the bottom case 100 and a plurality of fixing protrusions 433 instead of the second screw thread 431 formed at the coupling member 430 of the separable case 400.
  • The fixing grooves 112 are formed at an inner periphery of the fixing member 110 and spaced apart at a predetermined gap. The fixing groove 112 may be formed in a shape of “L”. That is, the fixing groove 112 may extend from the top of the fixing member 100 in a top to bottom direction and a bottom end of the fixing groove 112 extend in a side to side direction.
  • Since the fixing groove 112 is formed in the shape of “L”, the separable case 400 is completely coupled with the bottom case 100 when the fixing protrusion 433 of the separable case 400 is inserted into the fixing groove 112 in a top to bottom direction and rotates in a side to side direction. A lock groove 113 is formed at one end of the fixing groove 112. The lock groove 113 extends upwardly. A lock piece 434 is formed at the fixing protrusion 433 corresponding to the lock groove 113. When the fixing protrusion 433 is inserted into the lock groove 113 and rotates in a predetermined direction, the lock groove 113 and the lock piece 434 stably couple the separable case 400 with the bottom case 100.
  • The lock groove 113 and the lock piece 434 may be formed in a round shape in order that the separable case 400 is easily coupled to and separated from the bottom case 100.
  • As described above, the bottom case 100 and the separable case 400 includes the fixing groove 112 and the fixing protrusion 433, respectfully. Accordingly, the separable case 400 is coupled to the bottom case 100 by rotating the separable case 400 in one direction. Further, the separable case 400 is separated from the bottom case 100 by rotating the separable case 400 in the opposite direction. When the contents (a) in the storing member 300 are completely consumed, the separable case 400 is separated from the bottom case 300 by rotating the separable case 400 in one direction and the storing member 300 can be refilled with new contents.
  • Since the other constituent elements of the cosmetics case in accordance with another embodiment are identical to those described above, the detail descriptions thereof are omitted herein.
