Abstract

The present invention consist of a one piece molding personal removable carrier for bottles, which it's unique shape and designs forming the force and ability at the time of using to carried the bottle. A bottle carrier is shown which has a connection section, one that tight to the users belt or garment for example, and two per of shoulders that are bent in circular round shape towards the front, first upper shoulders holding the bottle neck, lower shoulders tights to the bottle body.

Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to the general field of article carriers/supports and more particularly it relates to a device for supporting a plastic bottle of liquid beverage such as water or soda, on a user's person, for purposes of activities such as biking or hiking.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Bottle holders have been known and used in the past, with growing awareness of the need for people to remain hydrated during exercise, work, or other activity, especially when exposed to high temperatures, has come a need to carry water bottles or other containers. It should be possible to carry the bottle attached to the belt or other article of clothing to free the hands for use in the activity.
Various bottle holders have been developed including sacks or nets with a strap which can be hung around the user's neck and pouches with a belt which can be worn around the waist. Most of these devices are typically cumbersome and relatively expensive.
Where large numbers of people are gathered, it is often necessary to provide water, or other beverages, to these people to avoid dehydration. This is especially true where military operations, search and rescue operations, emergency assistance or aid operations, or similar inject a large number of people into a foreign environment in a relatively short period of time. These circumstances often require the rapid distribution of water to a large number of individuals who will then spread out across a large area. Each person requires their own readily accessible supply of water and may be constantly on the move, needing to carry the water with them. In many such circumstances it can be assumed that the bottle and carrier will likely be discarded or lost.
There is a need for a holder for a water bottle or similar container which is small, light, unobtrusive, and relatively inexpensive. It should be easy to use.
U.S. Pat. No. 5,135,189 to Ghazizadeh uses a flexible arm member that is heavy in weight and complex in structure.
U.S. Pat. No. 4,957,253 to Roy et al. discloses a bottle holder that is clamped to a fixed object and is not advised to be worn by a human.
In IL patent 161913 discloses a bottle holder that is light, however, not light enough, and yet clumsy in its shape and its back side that is attached to the user's body.
U.S. Pat. No. 6,019,335 discloses a bottle holder consist of horizontal upper portion, an inclined intermediate portion and a vertical lower portion. The lower portion of the holder is configured as a clip with two arms to grip on to the user's belt.
U.S. Pat. No. 6,394,329 discloses a bottle holder in which a bottle is inserted into a panel having two opening of different sizes: the first allows for easy insertion and removal of the bottle neck, while the second closely matches the size of the neck, thereby preventing it from being removed vertically.
JP 11301680 describes a bottle holder comprising a C-shaped clipping seat (which becomes a ring-shaped when fitted to the neck) and a carrying belt attaching seat.
The devices of the prior art do not combined the present invention simplicity of manufacturing, minimum size, rounded shape that is friendly to the user body, and must important is the shape that make the carrier unique in its flexibility ability to open to the bottle and to be closed back just from the carrier shape itself, on the bottle body.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention discloses a one piece molding personal removable carrier for bottles, comprising: A back side rounded material bending towards the front side portion comprising carrier that consist from at list five extensions, one in the back and middle part functions as the back base, the other four extended to the front in two double per of arms or shoulders, upper and lower arms, in a rounded shape, enabling flexibility of entering the bottle neck in between of the upper small arms, and the lower bigger arms enabling the entering of the battle body, as both closing back after the entering process.
A back side rounded towards the front side portion comprising tree separable parts at the lower end, connected to one piece at the upper part;
a middle hollow section formed by the back part of the carrier and two lower and two upper arms extending from the back side toward the front side creating hollow section between the two front per of arms and the back part,
the upper two arms extending from the upper back portion of the carrier, forming an open small circuit with small flexibility, enabling the entering of a bottle neck, croc up and bottle body beneath the upper arms, enabling the carried of the bottle from one side and force;
whereby, the lower two arms, extending from the two back lateral sides, living the middle back part with no extension towards the front, more flexible and forming too the circuit round curved in bigger diameter then the upper diameter of the upper two shoulders, enabling to push the bottle body inside between the two lower arms,
optionally, entering the upper part of the bottle into the upper part of the carrier, by forcing the lower arms to the side by the bottle width and user force, or, optionally, just placing the bottle neck on those shoulders.
Whereby, when the bottle body is posing to the inner hollow parts, the two lower flexible arms closing back to the side of the bottle body,
the middle back part of the tree back parts, is to be placed onto the belt or to the pants, or fabric or material at the vicinity to the user body, at the same time where the two sides parts of the back side are to be at the front side of the belt or pence,
The opening force that separate the tree connected back side carrier lower parts, influencing pressure and squeeze betweens the parts that functions as clip closer to connect and hold the carrier to the part that is the separating between the tree parts, the belt or the pants.
The process of making the carrier comprises two optional process, one, comprises a strip of material, cutting the strip to the require shape, and bending the strip to form the carrier final shape, possible with heat and pressure, enabling the flexibility of the carrier parts by the unique rounded shape. Or, enabling the unique rounded shape of the carrier by a molding model.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The present invention illustrates bottles carrier that aimed to be attached from one side to the user cloth for example, and yet, from its other side to carry a bottle.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an embodiment of the rounded bottle carrier 100 of the present invention illustrates a sample of the present invention, comprising a back section 102 that is to be attached to the users body, and the upper extending curved rounded shoulders 110 and 112 that are to hold in and between of them the bottles neck, and the lower extensions of the curved rounded shoulders 108 and 106 that are to hold the bottle body, as the bottle body are to be accommodates at the hollow space 114 in and between the curved rounded shoulders that extending from the back part and the inner back part 104.

FIG. 4 is a side view of an embodiment of the rounded bottle carrier 180 of the present invention illustrates a sample of the present invention including the carrier and the bottle in it, comprising a back section 188 of the carrier that support from its inner side the bottle body 196 and that is to be attached to the users body, and the upper extending curved rounded shoulders 186 are to hold in and between of them the bottles neck 194, and the lower extensions of the curved rounded shoulders 184 are to hold the bottle body 182, as the bottle body are to be accommodates at the hollow space in and between the curved rounded shoulders that extending from the back part 188 through the front area 192 to the front parts of the shoulders 184 and 186.

The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description; and all variations, substitutions and changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein.

Claims

1. A one piece personal removable carrier for bottles, comprising:

a back side curved and rounded part extended towards the front side portion comprising carrier that consist from at list five extensions that extent from the back part, one in the back center part of the carrier, functions as the base,

the other four extended to the front in two double curved rounded arms or shoulders,

upper and lower arms, in a rounded shape, enabling flexibility of entering into the upper small arms and the lower bigger arms the battle;

A back side rounded bending towards the front side portion comprising tree separable parts at the lower end, connected to one piece at its' upper part;

A middle hollow section formed between the back part of the carrier and the two lower and the two upper arms extending from the back side toward the front side creating hollow section between the two front per of arms and the back part,

The upper two arms extending from the upper back portion of the carrier, forming an open small circuit with small flexibility, enabling the entering of a bottle neck, croc up and bottle body beneath the upper arms, enabling the carry of the bottle from one part;

Whereby, the lower two arms, extending from the two back lateral sides, living the middle back part with no extension towards the front, more flexible and forming too the circuit round curved in bigger diameter then the upper diameter of the upper two shoulders, enabling to push the bottle body inside between the two lower arms,

optionally, entering the upper part of the bottle into the upper part of the carrier, by forcing the lower arms to the side by the bottle width and user force, or, optionally, just placing the bottle neck on those shoulders,

Whereby, when the bottle body is posing to the inner hollow parts, the two lower flexible arms closing back to the side of the bottle body;

The middle back part from the tree back parts, is to be placed onto the belt or to the pants, or fabric or material at the vicinity to the user body, at the same time where the two side part of the back side are to be at the front side of the belt or pence;

The opening force that separate the tree connected back side carrier lower parts, influencing pressure and squeeze betweens the parts that functions as clip closer to connect and hold the carrier to the part that is the separating between the tree parts, the belt or the pants.

The carrier according to claims 1, wherein the process of making the carrier comprises a strip of material, cutting the strip to the require shape, and bending the strip to form the carrier final shape, possible with heat and pressure, enabling the flexibility of the carrier parts by the unique rounded shape.

3. The carrier according to claims 1, wherein the process of making the carrier enabling the unique rounded curved shape of the carrier by a molding model.

4. The carrier according to claims 1, wherein said carrier is to be inserted to the user's belt or its loop, waistband or other article of the clothing.

5. A one piece personal removable carrier for bottles, substantially as described and illustrated.
