Abstract
A packing box includes a first triangular lateral board part, an upper board part, a bottom board part, a covering board part, and a second triangular lateral board part, which includes upper and lower parts; when the packing box is in a spread-out position, it has a first sticking plate lying between the first triangular lateral board part and the bottom board part; the first sticking plate joins the first triangular lateral board part and the bottom board part together, and therefore can prevent the covering board part from being folded along a middle portion when one is folding and erecting the packing box; therefore, folds won't be formed on the covering board part to spoil the appearance.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a packing box structure, more particularly one, which is triangular and used to package a triangular object, and which is structured in such a manner that its covering board part won't be folded when it is folded and erected for use; thus, folds can't form on the covering board part to spoil the appearance.
- 2. Brief Description of the Prior Art
- Referring to
FIGS. 12 and 13 , atriangular packing box 2 is used to package a triangular object; thepacking box 2 includes a first triangularlateral board part 21, acovering board part 22, abottom board part 23, anupper board part 25, and a second triangular lateral board part, which includes lower and 24 and 26.upper board parts FIG. 9 is a view of thepacking box 2 in a spread-out state; the coveringboard part 22 has anobservation window 221 on a middle portion thereof, and a transparent plate is stuck on thecovering board part 22 to cover theobservation window 22; the first triangularlateral board part 21 has a long side, and first and second short sides, and the long side adjoins thecovering board part 22; the first short side of the first triangularlateral board part 21 adjoins thebottom board part 23; thebottom board part 23 has afirst sticking plate 231 joined to one end thereof, which will be stuck on theupper board part 25 when thebox 2 is assembled and erected; thebottom board part 23 has asecond sticking plate 232 joined to other end thereof, which will be stuck on thecovering board part 22 when thebox 2 is assembled and erected; one side of the second triangular lowerlateral board part 24 adjoins an outer side of thebottom board part 23, and third and 241 and 242 are joined to other two sides of the second triangular lowerfourth sticking plates lateral board part 24 respectively; the third and the 241 and 242 will be stuck on the second triangular upperfourth sticking plates lateral board part 26, and thecovering board part 22 respectively when thebox 2 is assembled and erected; theupper board part 25 adjoins the second short side of the firstlateral board part 21; theupper board part 25 has afifth sticking plate 251 joined to one end thereof, which will be stuck on thecovering board part 22 in assembly; the second triangular lowerlateral board part 24 has asixth sticking plate 261 joined to one end thereof, which will be stuck on the coveringboard part 22 in assembly. - The
packing box 2 is assembled and erected for use according to the following steps: - Firstly, referring to
FIGS. 10 and 11 , thefirst sticking plate 231 of thebottom board part 23 and thethird sticking plate 241 of the second lowerlateral board part 24 are folded inwards, and glue is applied to the first and the 231 and 241. Next, the firstthird sticking plates lateral board part 21 is folded along a middle line so that both the short sides are close to each other in order for theupper board part 25 and the second upperlateral board part 26 to be stuck on thefirst sticking plate 231 and thethird sticking plate 241 respectively. - Secondly, referring to
FIG. 12 , the box is expanded and erected by means of moving theupper board part 25 and thebottom board part 23 away from each other so that the firstlateral board part 21, thebottom board part 23, theupper board part 25, the second upperlateral board part 26, and the second lowerlateral board part 24 together define aholding room 27 of the packing box. - Finally, referring to
FIG. 13 , after things are put in theholding room 27, the coveringboard part 22 is moved so as to cover theholding room 27, with the second, the fourth, the fifth and the 232, 242, 251 and 261 being stuck to the coveringsixth sticking plates board part 22. Therefore, the things are enclosed in the packing box. - The above-mentioned packing box has a drawback: when the box is folded and erected for use, the first triangular lateral board part has to be folded along the middle line in order for both the short sides of the first lateral board part to be close to each other, and in order for the upper board part to be stuck on the first sticking plate, and for the second upper lateral board part to be stuck on the third sticking plate; the covering board part will be inevitably folded at the same time. Consequently, folds form on the covering board part to spoil the appearance, and the packing box is unpleasant-looking.
- Therefore, it is a main object of the present invention to provide an improvement on a packing box to overcome the above problem.
- A packing box in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention has a first triangular lateral board part, an upper board part, a bottom board part, and a covering board part. Furthermore, when the packing box is in a spread-out state, it has a first sticking plate lying between the first triangular lateral board part and the bottom board part; the first sticking plate is used to join the first triangular lateral board part and bottom board part together, and therefore prevents folds from forming on the covering board part in folding and erecting the packing box. Therefore, folds won't be formed on the covering board part to spoil the appearance.

FIG. 1 is apreferred embodiment 1 of a packing box of the present invention in a spread-out not-in-use position. Thepacking box 1 consists of: - a first triangular
lateral board part 11, which has a long side, and first and second short sides; - a covering
board part 12 adjoining the long side of the firstlateral board part 11; thecovering board part 12 has anobservation window 121 on a middle portion thereof; a transparent sticker can be fixed over theobservation window 121; - a
first sticking plate 13 adjoining the first short side of the firstlateral board part 11; thefirst sticking plate 13 has amiddle fold line 131, which divides thefirst sticking plate 13 into anouter plate part 132 and aninner plate part 133; - an
upper board part 14 adjoining the second short side of the firstlateral board part 11; theupper board part 14 has asecond sticking plate 141 adjoining thereon, which is used to join the coveringboard part 12 and theupper board part 14 together; - a
bottom board part 15 adjoining a lower end of theupper board part 14; the above-mentionedfirst sticking plate 13 is used to join the first triangularlateral board part 11 andbottom board part 15 together; agap 150 is formed between one side of thebottom board part 15 and theinner plate part 133 of thefirst sticking plate 13; thebottom board part 15 has a third stickingplate 151 adjoining thereon, which is used to join thebottom board part 15 and the coveringboard part 12 together; - a second triangular upper
lateral board part 16 adjoining an edge of theupper board part 14; - a
third sticking plate 161, which adjoins the second upperlateral board part 16, and is used to join the coveringboard part 12 and the second upperlateral board part 16 together; - a second triangular lower
lateral board part 17 adjoining an edge of thebottom board part 15; - a
fourth sticking plate 171, which adjoins the second lowerlateral board part 17, and is used to join the second lowerlateral board part 17 and the coveringboard part 12 together; and - a
fifth sticking plate 18, which is interposed between and joined on the second upperlateral board part 16 and the second lowerlateral board part 17; thefifth sticking plate 18 has amiddle fold line 181, which divides thefifth sticking plate 18 into anouter plate part 182 and aninner plate part 183. - The
packing box 1 is folded and erected to become usable according to the following steps: - Firstly, referring to
FIG. 2 , the packing box 1 (in the spread-out state as shown inFIG. 1 ) is folded along a line between the firstlateral board part 11 and thefirst sticking plate 13, a line between theupper board part 14 and thebottom board part 15, and thefold line 181 of thefifth sticking plate 18. - Secondly, referring to
FIG. 3 , glue is applied to theinner plate part 133 of thefirst sticking plate 13 as well as an outer side of the second lowerlateral board part 17, and next the packing box is folded by means of moving thefifth sticking plate 18 towards the second lowerlateral board part 17 so that theinner plate part 183 of thefifth sticking plate 18 is stuck to the outer side of the second lowerlateral board part 17. - Thirdly, referring to
FIGS. 4 and 5 , the packing box is folded along thegap 150 formed between thebottom board part 15 and thefirst sticking plate 13 so that thebottom board part 15 is moved inwardly and stuck on the outer side of theinner plate part 133 of thefirst sticking plate 13. - Fourthly, referring to
FIG. 6 , the packing box is expanded and erected by means of moving thebottom board part 15 away from theupper board part 14, and thefirst sticking plate 13 is folded along themiddle fold line 131 so that the inner side of theinner plate part 133 is closed to the inner side of theouter plate part 132. Therefore, the firstlateral board part 11, theupper board part 14, thebottom board part 15, the second upperlateral board part 16, and the second lowerlateral board part 17 together define aholding room 19 of the packing box, as shown inFIG. 7 . - Finally, referring to
FIG. 8 , after things are put in theholding room 19, the coveringboard part 12 is moved so as to cover theholding room 19, with the second, the third, the fourth and the 141, 151, 161 and 171 being stuck to the coveringfifth sticking plates board part 121. Therefore, the things are enclosed in the packing box. - From the above description, it can be seen that the packing box of the present invention has an advantage over the prior art:
- When the packing box is in the spread-out state, it has the first sticking plate lying between the first lateral board part and the bottom board part, which prevents the covering board part from being folded along a middle portion when the packing box is being folded and erected to change from the spread-out not-in-use position to the in-sue one. Therefore, folds won't be formed on the covering board part to spoil the appearance of the packing box. Consequently, the packing box of the present invention is more pleasant-looking and worth more money than the prior art.
Claims (3)
1. A packing box structure, comprising
a first triangular lateral board part; the first triangular lateral board part having a long side, and first and second short sides;
a covering board part adjoining the long side of the first triangular lateral board part; the covering board part having an observation window on a middle portion thereof; the covering board part having a transparent sticker over the observation window thereof;
a first sticking plate adjoining the first short side of the first lateral board part;
an upper board part adjoining the second short side of the first lateral board part; the upper board part having a second sticking plate adjoining thereon, which is used to join the covering board part and the upper board part together;
a bottom board part adjoining a lower end of the upper board part; the bottom board part being joined on the first sticking plate; a gap being formed between one side of the bottom board part and the first sticking plate; the bottom board part having a third sticking plate joined on the covering board part;
a second triangular upper lateral board part adjoining an edge of the upper board part; the second upper lateral board part having a third sticking plate adjoining thereon, which is used to join the covering board part and the second upper lateral board part together;
a second triangular lower lateral board part adjoining an edge of the bottom board part; the second lower lateral board part has a fourth sticking plate adjoining thereon, which is used to join the covering board part and the second lower lateral board part together; and
a fifth sticking plate, which is interposed between and joined on the second upper lateral board part and the second lower lateral board part.
2. The packing box structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first sticking plate has a middle fold line, which divides the first sticking plate into an outer plate part and an inner plate part.
3. The packing box structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the fifth sticking plate has a middle fold line, which divides the fifth sticking plate into an outer plate part and an inner plate part.
